为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的订书机,它包括一支架座、一钉道、一上刀片组件、一铰链和一上盖,钉道、上刀片组件和上盖的尾端均铰接在支架座的尾端,上盖的侧壁上设置有第一导引部,铰链的一端滑动连接在第一导引部上,第一导引部设置为当上盖下压时能使铰链的一端向上盖的尾端移动并下压的结构,所述的支架座的侧壁上设置有第二导引部,铰链的另一端滑动连接在第二导引部上,第二导引部设置为当上盖下压时能使铰链的另一端向支架座的前端移动、且当上盖打开时能使铰链的另一端脱离支架座的结构,铰链的中间位置与上刀片组件的中间位置铰接。
作为优选,所述的第一导引部靠近上盖的尾端。
作为优选,所述的钉道、上刀片组件和上盖的尾端通过同一根销轴铰接在支架座上。
作为优选,所述的第一导引部为第一滑槽,第一滑槽沿上盖的长度方向延伸,铰链的一端通过一销轴滑动连接在第一滑槽内。
作为优选,所述的第一导引部为第一滑槽,铰链的一端通过一销轴滑动连接在第一滑槽内。
作为优选,所述的第二导引部包括一第二滑槽和一第三滑槽,第二滑槽水平方向延伸,第三滑槽从支架座的侧壁的上端面斜向下延伸并与第三滑槽的靠近支架座的尾端的一端连通,第三滑槽的上端开口,第二滑槽与第三滑槽之间的夹角为钝角,铰链的另一端通过一销轴滑动连接在第二滑槽和第三滑槽内。
作为优选,所述的第二导引部为开口向后的槽,这样更方便制造。
作为优选,所述铰链和上刀片组件之间设置铰链定位机构,使铰链的另一端能准确地对准第二导引部的开口,以更好地引导铰链前端进入第二引导部中。
作为优选,所述铰链定位机构为:上刀片中部设置铰链前定位部位,铰链的尾部设置铰链后定位部位,拉簧二端分别固定在铰链前定位部位和铰链后定位部位之间。
作为优选,所述钉书钉安装机构包括上刀片架、外钉道、内钉道、推钉器、推钉器弹簧、长销,长销设置在外钉道中,并固定在内钉道二端上,推钉器套在长销上,并置于外钉道中,推钉器后端与推钉器弹簧前端连接,推钉器弹簧后端与钉道后端连接,推钉器前端与外钉道前端之间安装钉书钉,外钉道与推钉器之间通过连接件连接,所述的上刀片尾部和支座尾部之间设置定位机构,上刀片离开钉道装钉到最大伸展位置时,上刀片和支架座由定位机构锁定。
由于上刀片通过定位机构锁定,因此装钉时,推钉器能够克服弹簧力而定位在最大装钉时的位置。
作为优选,上述定位机构为:支架座尾部设置突起或孔,上刀片架尾部设置相应的孔或突起。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下的优点: 第一滑槽较为靠近上盖的尾端,使得在下压上盖进行装订时,上盖上的阻力臂较短,使得省力效果较好,而且当需要往钉道内放置订书针时,可以将上盖打开较大的角度,这样就便于往钉道内放置订书针。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:由图1~图5所示,本发明订书机包括一支架座1、一钉道2、一上刀片组件3、一铰链4和一上盖5,钉道2、上刀片组件3和上盖5的尾端均铰接在支架座1的尾端,使得钉道2、上刀片组件3和上盖5均可相对于支架座1转动,上盖5的侧壁上设置有第一导引部,铰链4的一端滑动连接在第一导引部上,第一导引部设置为当上盖5下压时能使铰链4的一端向上盖5的尾端移动并下压的结构。
作为优选方案,所述的第一导引部为第一滑槽6,第一滑槽6沿上盖5的长度方向延伸,上盖5的长度方向是指从上盖5尾端的铰孔到上盖5的前端的前沿的方向,铰链4的一端通过一铰轴10滑动连接第一滑槽6内,这样,由于第一滑槽6沿上盖5的长度方向延伸,使得在上盖5下压时,第一滑槽6内的铰轴10可以较为快速的向上盖5的尾端移动,使得上盖5下压时阻力臂可以快速减小,使得上盖5越往下压省力效果越好。
当然,所述的第一导引部也可以为其他结构,如在上盖5的侧壁的内表面上设置滑道,并使得铰链4的一端通过一铰轴10滑动连接在该滑道内;当然,也可以在上盖5的侧壁的内表面上设置滑道,并使得铰链4的一端通过一滚轮滑动连接在该滑道内。
所述的支架座1的侧壁上设置有第二导引部,铰链4的另一端滑动连接在第二导引部上,第二导引部设置为当上盖5下压时能使铰链4的另一端向支架座1的前端移动、且当上盖5打开时能使铰链4的另一端脱离支架座1的结构。
作为优选方案,所述的第二导引部包括一第二滑槽7和一第三滑槽8,第二滑槽7水平方向延伸,第三滑槽8从支架座1的侧壁的上端面斜向下延伸并与第三滑槽7的靠近支架座1的尾端的一端连通,第三滑槽8的上端开口,第二滑槽7与第三滑槽8之间的夹角为钝角,铰链4的另一端通过一铰轴10滑动连接在第二滑槽7和第三滑槽8内,这样,当上盖5下压时,铰链4的另一端的铰轴10可以在第二滑槽7内往支架座1的前端滑动。
而在需要往钉道2内装订书针时,将上盖5向上扳动,上盖5带动铰链4向上移动,此时铰链4的另一端的铰轴10可以沿第三滑槽8往上滑动,并且该铰轴10可以从第三滑槽8的上端开口处滑出,这样,上盖5就可以不受铰链4的限制而自由的向上扳动,使得上盖5可以打开较大的角度,这样就便于往钉道2内放置订书针。
当然,所述的第二导引部也可以为其他结构,如在支架座1的侧壁的内表面上设置滑道,并使得铰链4的另一端通过一铰轴10滑动连接在该滑道内;当然,也可以在支架座1的侧壁的内表面上设置滑道,并使得铰链4的另一端通过一滚轮滑动连接在该滑道内。
铰链4的中间位置与上刀片组件3的中间位置铰接,也就说在上刀片组件3的侧壁上设置有铰轴10,在铰链4的侧壁上设置有铰接孔401,该铰轴10可转动的连接在该铰接孔401内。
所述的钉道2、上刀片组件3和上盖5的尾端通过同一销轴9铰接在支架座1的尾端,这样使得在下压上盖5时,上盖5的施力臂较长,使得省力效果更好。
参照图5,所述的上盖5设置在一塑料盖11内,在支架座1固定在一塑料底座12上。
上述实施方式中描述了该订书机的一侧面上的结构,而实际上订书机的两侧面上的结构是相对称设置的,也就是说在订书机的另一侧面上相对称的设置有上述结构。
本发明的订书机在使用时,下压上盖5的前端,此时,铰链4被下压,并且铰链4的一端的铰轴10沿第一滑槽6向下滑动,同时铰链4的另一端的铰轴10沿第二滑槽7向支架座1的前端方向移动,而铰链4在被下压时,铰链4通过上刀片组件3上的铰轴10将上刀片组件3下压,上刀片组件3将钉道2内的订书针压出,完成装订。
实施例2:如图6所示,订书机包括一支架座1、一钉道2、一上刀片组件3、一铰链4和一上盖5,钉道2、上刀片组件3和上盖5的尾端均铰接在支架座1的尾端,使得钉道2、上刀片组件3和上盖5均可相对于支架座1转动,上盖5的侧壁上设置有第一导引部,铰链4的一端滑动连接在第一导引部上,第一导引部设置为当上盖5下压时能使铰链4的一端向上盖5的尾端移动并下压的结构。
所述第一导引部为第一滑槽14,铰链4的一端通过一铰轴10滑动连接第一滑槽14内,在上盖5下压时,第一滑槽14内的铰轴10快速地向上盖5的尾端移动,使得上盖5下压时阻力臂减小,使得上盖5越往下压省力效果越好。
显然,所述第一导引部中滑槽也可改成滑道,滚轮代替铰轴滑动连接在滑道内。
所述支架座1的侧壁上设置第二导引部,铰链4的另一端滑动连接在第二导引部上。
如图6所示,所述的第二导引部为开口方向朝向钉书机尾部方向的长槽13,铰链4前部的铰轴10置于长槽13中,当上盖5下压时能使铰链4的另一端向支架座1的前端移动,并且正常使用时铰轴10一直置于长槽13中,当上盖5打开时能使铰链4的铰轴10脱离支架座1的长槽13,从而脱离支架座1。
而在需要往钉道2内装订书针时,将上盖5向上扳动,上盖5带动铰链4向上移动,此时铰链4另一端的铰轴10沿长槽13往上从长槽13开口处滑出,这样上盖5就可以不受铰链4的限制而自由的向上扳动,使得上盖5可以打开较大的角度,便于往钉道2内放置订书钉。
显然,第二导引部中的滑槽也可改成滑道,滚轮代替铰轴滑动连接在滑道内。
所述的铰链4的中间位置与上刀片组件3的中间位置铰接,也就说在上刀片组件3的侧壁上设置有铰轴10,在铰链4的侧壁上设置有铰接孔401,该铰轴10可转动的连接在该铰接孔401内。
所述的钉道2、上刀片组件3和上盖5的尾端通过同一销轴9铰接在支架座1的尾端,这样使得在下压上盖5时,上盖5的施力臂较长,使得省力效果更好。
所述的上盖5设置在一塑料盖11内,支架座1固定在一塑料底座12上。
以上描述了该订书机一侧面上的结构,而实际上订书机的两侧面上的结构对称设置,也就是说在订书机的另一侧面上相对称的设置上述结构。
订书机使用时,当上盖5下压时能使铰链4前部的铰轴10向支架座的前部移动并进入长槽13内,此时,铰链4后部的铰轴10在上盖5的另一槽14中向上盖尾部方向移动,上盖5通过铰链4将上刀片3压下,并将钉道内的钉书钉压出,完成装钉动作。
当需要安装钉书钉时,打开上盖5,上盖5带动铰链4向后移动,使铰链4前部的铰轴10脱离支架座1上的槽13,上刀片便离开钉道4,因此可在钉道中安装钉书钉。
实施例3:如图7、8所示,上刀片3中部设置铰链前定位部位32,铰链4的尾部设置铰链后定位部位41,拉簧43二端分别固定在铰链前定位部位32和铰链后定位部位41之间,订书机其余结构同实施例2。
订书机使用时,铰链4在上盖5下压下,铰链4后部铰轴10在第一滑槽6内向后移动,铰链4前部铰轴10在拉簧43的作用下,刚好能够对准直槽13的槽口而进入直槽13中,避免了因铰链4前部铰轴10不能进入直槽13而导致订书机不能使用的情况出现。
实施例4:如图9-12所示,钉书钉安装机构包括上刀片架3、外钉道2、内钉道24、推钉器21、推钉器弹簧22、长销25,长销25设置在外钉道2中,并固定在内钉道二端上,推钉器21套在长销25上,并置于外钉道2中,推钉器21后端与推钉器弹簧22前端连接,推钉器弹簧22后端与钉道后端连接,推钉器21前端与外钉道2前端之间安装钉书钉29,钉道2中的推钉器21由其后端的弹簧22限制和推动,通过推钉器推出钉书钉29。
外钉道2与推钉器21之间通过连接件23连接,推钉器21由内钉道24引导在外钉道2内移动,推钉器21由推钉器弹簧22阻挡其向后移动, 外钉道2后部通过销轴9连接在支架座1上。
订书机的其余部件同实施例2。
支架座1尾部设置突起19,相应地,上刀片架尾部设置孔31,支架座1尾部突起19插入上刀片架尾部的孔31中,这样突起和小孔之间构成定位机构。
当然,也可上刀片尾部设置突起或类似部件,支架座尾部设置小孔或类似部件,上刀片尾部和支架座尾部二者之间构成定位机构。
当需要装钉书钉29时,将上刀片架3上拉而离开外钉道2,上刀片架3通过内钉道24移动推钉器21,至推钉器弹簧22顶住推钉器21止,见图11,此时能够装钉的长度为L;上刀片架尾部再向前移动至最大伸展位置时,支架座1尾部突起19落入上刀片架尾部的孔31中,推钉器21压缩推钉器弹簧22至最短距离,此时能够装钉的长度为L1,明显大于L,见图12,即可以装更多的钉书钉。

Claims (11)

  1. 订书机,包括一支架座、一钉道、一上刀片组件、一铰链和一上盖,钉道、上刀片组件和上盖的尾端均铰接在支架座的尾端,上盖的侧壁上设置有第一导引部,铰链的一端滑动连接在第一导引部上,第一导引部设置为当上盖下压时能使铰链的一端向上盖的尾端移动并下压的结构,所述的支架座的侧壁上设置有第二导引部,铰链的另一端滑动连接在第二导引部上,第二导引部设置为当上盖下压时能使铰链的另一端向支架座的前端移动、且当上盖打开时能使铰链的另一端脱离支架座的结构,铰链的中间位置与上刀片组件的中间位置铰接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的订书机,其特征在于:所述第一导引部靠近上盖的尾端。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的订书机,其特征在于:所述第一导引部为第一滑槽,第一滑槽沿上盖的长度方向延伸,铰链的一端通过一销轴滑动连接在第一滑槽内。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的订书机,其特征在于: 所述第一导引部为第一滑槽,铰链的一端通过一销轴滑动连接在第一滑槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的订书机,其特征在于: 所述第二导引部包括一第二滑槽和一第三滑槽,第二滑槽水平方向延伸,第三滑槽从支架座的侧壁的上端面斜向下延伸并与第三滑槽的靠近支架座的尾端的一端连通,第三滑槽的上端开口,第二滑槽与第三滑槽之间的夹角为钝角,铰链的另一端通过一销轴滑动连接在第二滑槽和第三滑槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的订书机,其特征在于: 所述第二导引部为开口向后的槽 。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的订书机,其特征在于: 所述铰链和上刀片组件之间设置铰链定位机构,使铰链的另一端能准确地对准第二导引部的开口,以引导铰链前端进入第二引导部中。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的订书机,其特征在于: 所述铰链定位机构为:上刀片中部设置铰链前定位部位,铰链的尾部设置铰链后定位部位,拉簧二端分别固定在铰链前定位部位和铰链后定位部位之间。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的订书机,其特征在于: 所述钉书钉安装机构包括上刀片架、外钉道、内钉道、推钉器、推钉器弹簧、长销,长销设置在外钉道中,并固定在内钉道二端上,推钉器套在长销上,并置于外钉道中,推钉器后端与推钉器弹簧前端连接,推钉器弹簧后端与钉道后端连接,推钉器前端与外钉道前端之间安装钉书钉,外钉道与推钉器之间通过连接件连接,所述的上刀片尾部和支座尾部之间设置定位机构,上刀片离开钉道装钉到最大伸展位置时,上刀片和支架座由定位机构锁定。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的订书机,其特征在于:所述定位机构为:支架座尾部设置突起或孔,上刀片架尾部设置相应的孔或突起。
  11. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4 所述的订书机,其特征在于:所述的钉道、上刀片组件和上盖的尾端通过同一根销轴铰接在支架座上。
