Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un cuir à fibre superfine, le procédé de production comprenant les étapes suivantes : l'imprégnation d'un tissu de base; le revêtement du tissu de base avec une couche d'un agent de moussage à basse température, et la formation d'une couche de mousse; le revêtement de la couche de moussage avec une couche d'un élastomère à basse température, et la formation d'une couche élastique; le revêtement de la couche élastique avec un agent de traitement de surface, le fait d'attendre que l'agent de traitement de surface devienne solide et sec, puis la formation d'une couche de surface de PVC. La présente invention utilise un tissu non tissé fibreux en tant que tissu de base, présentant des avantages tels qu'une bonne absorption d'eau, une bonne souplesse, une bonne perméabilité à l'air, une forte ténacité, un traitement facile, un lavage facile, une couture facile et une asepsie hygiénique, l'élastomère à basse température présente une excellente résistance à basse température, une excellente résistance à l'abrasion et une excellente résistance aux solvants, l'utilisation de l'agent de moussage à basse température et de l'élastomère à basse température a peu d'impact sur l'environnement durant la production et permet à l'ensemble du processus de production d'être réalisé dans un environnement à basse température, et le cuir présente un bon effet de formation.
