IMS(Instant Message Service)는 전자우편 프로그램이나 웹 브라우저를 별도로 사용하지 않고, 발신자가 보낸 메시지가 수신자의 디바이스의 화면에 즉시 노출되도록 하는 실시간 온라인 의사소통 서비스를 의미한다. 특히, 모바일 네트워크를 이용하여 채팅, 음성 및 영상통화 등을 제공하는 서비스를 MIM(Mobile Instant Messenger) 서비스라고 한다. 이와 관련하여, 한국공개특허 제2010-0063838호에는 모바일 인스턴트 메시지 시스템과 그 서비스 방법이 개시되어 있다.
스마트 디바이스의 발전으로 사용자는 장소에 구애 받지 않고, 다양한 장소에서 쇼핑, 인터넷, 음악 감상, 동영상 시청 등과 같은 다양한 서비스를 이용할 수 있게 되었다. 최근에 사용자들은 스마트 디바이스를 이용한 상품 구입을 통해 손쉽게 쇼핑을 즐길 수 있게 되었으며, 이러한 모바일 쇼핑의 이용은 점차 확산되고있는 추세이다.
웹 페이지의 상품 정보를 채팅 메시지를 통해 사용자 디바이스로 제공함으로써, 웹 쇼핑과 모바일 쇼핑을 연동시킬 수 있는 웹 페이지의 상품 정보에 대응하는 채팅 메시지를 생성하는 방법, 서버 및 디바이스를 제공하고자 한다. 각각의 웹 페이지에 대한 상품 정보를 채팅 메시지를 이용하여 애플리케이션의 위시 리스트에서 통합 관리할 수 있는 채팅 메시지를 생성하는 방법, 서버 및 디바이스를 제공하고자 한다. 또한, 웹 페이지의 위시 리스트에 담아둔 상품을 모바일을 통해 구매 또는 선물할 수 있는 서비스를 제공함으로써, 웹 페이지와 연동된 채팅 메시지를 통해 상품의 구매를 유도하도록 하는 웹 페이지의 상품 정보에 대응하는 채팅 메시지를 생성하는 방법, 서버 및 디바이스를 제공하고자 한다. 다만, 본 실시예가 이루고자 하는 기술적 과제는 상기된 바와 같은 기술적 과제들로 한정되지 않으며, 또 다른 기술적 과제들이 존재할 수 있다.
상술한 기술적 과제를 달성하기 위한 기술적 수단으로서, 본 발명의 일 실시예는 서버에서, 디바이스 또는 웹 서버로부터 수신한 요청에 기초하여, 디바이스의 웹 페이지 위에 표시된 식별자에 대한 선택을 인식하는 단계, 요청에 기초하여 웹 페이지의 상품 정보 및 선택과 관련된 사용자의 계정 정보를 획득하는 단계, 계정 정보에 기초하여 서버의 계정과 사용자의 계정 사이에 채팅 세션을 활성화하는 단계, 상품 정보에 대응하는 채팅 메시지를 생성하는 단계 및 채팅 세션을 통해 채팅 메시지를 디바이스로 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 채팅 메시지 생성 방법을 제공할 수 있다.

본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 위시 리스트 서버(110)는 획득한 계정 정보에 기초하여 서버의 계정과 사용자의 계정 사이에 채팅 세션을 활성화시킬 수 있다. 이 때, 위시 리스트 서버(110)는 서버의 계정 및 사용자의 계정 정보를 포함하는 채팅 세션 활성화 요청을 채팅 서버(120)로 전송함으로써, 채팅 세션을 활성화시킬 수 있다. 위시 리스트 서버(110)가 채팅 세션을 활성화키는 일 예를 설명하면, 위시 리스트 서버(110)는 채팅 세션을 활성화시키기 위해 채팅 서버(120)를 통해 제 2 디바이스(140)로 소정의 인증번호를 전송할 수 있으며, 제 2 디바이스(140)로 전송된 인증번호를 제 1 디바이스(130)로부터 입력받음으로써, 사용자 계정 정보를 확인할 수 있다.

상품의 공개설정여부(632)는 사용자 인터페이스로부터 '친구 설정' 버튼을 입력받은 경우, 위시 리스트에 추가된 상품을 친구에게 공개할 것인지 또는 비공개할 것인지의 여부를 설정할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 제 2 디바이스(140)의 사용자가 위시 리스트에 추가된 상품을 비공개로 설정함으로써, 위시 리스트에 담긴 상품을 본인에게만 표시될 수 있도록 할 수 있다. 또한, 제 2 디바이스(140)의 사용자가 위시 리스트에 추가된 상품을 공개로 설정함으로써, 위시 리스트에 담긴 상품을 본인 및 친구에게 표시될 수 있도록 할 수 있다. 이 때, 사용자가 위시 리스트에 추가된 상품을 공개로 설정하는 경우, 사용자는 친구 전체에게 위시 리스트에 추가된 상품을 공개할 수 있으며, 선택한 친구에게만 위시 리스트에 추가된 상품을 공개할 수도 있다.
바로 구매 버튼(633)은 위시 리스트에 추가된 상품을 사용자가 바로 구매할 수 있도록, 주문서 작성 및 결제 단계를 사용자에게 제공할 수 있다.
삭제 버튼(634)은 위시 리스트로부터 해당 상품이 삭제될 수 있도록 할 수 있다. 이 때, 위시 리스트로부터 상품이 삭제되면, 위시 리스트 페이지는 이를 업데이트하여 위시 리스트를 표시할 수 있다.

도 8e 내지 도 8g는 상품을 선물하기 위한 결제 과정을 설명하기 위한 도면이다. 도 8d 내지 도 8g를 참조하면, 도 8d에서 제 2 디바이스(140)가 '안나수이 향수'(821)에 대해 선물하기 메시지를 입력한 경우, 제 2 디바이스(140)는 해당 상품에 대한 결제 페이지를 사용자에게 제공할 수 있다. 이 때, 제 2 디바이스(140)는 웹 서버로 상품의 결제를 위한 판매처의 웹 또는 모바일 페이지(850)를 웹 서버로 요청할 수 있다. 제 2 디바이스(140)에서 상품의 결제를 위한 웹 또는 모바일 페이지(850)를 수신한 경우, 제 2 디바이스(140)는 사용자로부터 주문서 작성 페이지(860)를 디스플레이에 표시할 수 있다. 주문서 작성 페이지(860) 및 결제 페이지(870)에 대한 설명은 상술한 사용자의 위시 리스트에서 상품에 대한 주문서 작성 페이지(860) 및 결제 페이지(870)에 대한 설명과 동일하므로 생략하기로 한다.
도 8h는 결제 완료에 대한 채팅 메시지를 표시한 도면이다. 도 8h를 참조하면, 제 2 디바이스(140)가 친구 'Alice'에게 선물한 '안나수이 향수'(821)에 대한 결제가 완료되면, 제 2 디바이스(140)는 위시 리스트 서버(110) 또는 웹 서버로부터 "Alice에게 [안나수이 향수 Amazon]을 선물하였습니다."와 같은 채팅 메시지를 수신하여 디스플레이에 표시할 수 있다.
도 9는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 서버에서 채팅 메시지 생성 방법을 나타내는 흐름도이다. 도 9에 도시된 실시예에 따른 위시 리스트 서버(110)에 의해 수행되는 채팅 메시지 생성 방법은 도 1에 도시된 실시예에 따른 채팅 시스템(1)에서 시계열적으로 처리되는 단계들을 포함한다. 따라서, 이하 생략된 내용이라고 하더라도 도 1에 도시된 실시예에 따른 채팅 시스템(1)에 관하여 이미 기술된 내용은 도 9에 도시된 실시예에 따른 위시 리스트 서버(110)에 의해 수행되는 채팅 메시지 생성 방법에도 적용된다.
도 9를 참조하면, 단계 S910에서 서버에서, 디바이스 또는 웹 서버로부터 수신한 요청에 기초하여 디바이스의 웹 페이지 위에 표시된 식별자에 대한 선택을 인식한다. 단계 S920에서 요청에 기초하여 웹 페이지의 상품 정보 및 선택과 관련된 사용자의 계정 정보를 획득한다. 단계 S930에서 계정 정보에 기초하여 서버의 계정과 사용자의 계정 사이에 채팅 세션을 활성화한다. 단계 S940에서 상품 정보에 대응하는 채팅 메시지를 생성한다. 단계 S950에서 채팅 세션을 통해 채팅 메시지를 디바이스로 제공한다.
도 9에는 도시되지 않았으나, 사용자의 계정 정보를 획득하는 단계 이후에, 계정 정보에 기초하여 상품 정보를 사용자의 위시 리스트에 추가하는 단계를 더 포함할 수 있다.
도 9에는 도시되지 않았으나, 채팅 메시지를 디바이스로 제공하는 단계 이후에, 제공한 채팅 메시지가 디바이스에 의해 선택되는 경우, 위시 리스트에 관한 정보를 디바이스로 제공하는 단계를 더 포함할 수 있다.
도 9에는 도시되지 않았으나, 제 1 채팅 메시지를 디바이스로 제공하는 단계 이후에, 디바이스의 제 2 웹 페이지 위에 표시된 식별자에 대한 선택을 인식되는 경우, 제 2 웹 페이지의 제 2 상품 정보에 대응하는 제 2 채팅 메시지를 디바이스로 제공하는 단계를 더 포함할 수 있다.
도 9에는 도시되지 않았으나, 채팅 메시지를 디바이스로 제공하는 단계 이후에 상품 정보에 관한 결제 요청이 수신되면, 결제와 관련된 채팅 메시지를 생성하는 단계 및 결제와 관련된 채팅 메시지를 디바이스로 전송하는 단계를 더 포함할 수 있다.
상술한 설명에서, 단계 S910 내지 S950은 본 발명의 구현예에 따라서, 추가적인 단계들로 더 분할되거나, 더 적은 단계들로 조합될 수 있다. 또한, 일부 단계는 필요에 따라 생략될 수도 있고, 단계 간의 순서가 변경될 수도 있다.
도 9를 통해 설명된 채팅 메시지 생성 방법은, 컴퓨터에 의해 실행되는 프로그램 모듈과 같은 컴퓨터에 의해 실행가능한 명령어를 포함하는 기록 매체의 형태로도 구현될 수 있다. 컴퓨터 판독 가능 매체는 컴퓨터에 의해 액세스될 수 있는 임의의 가용 매체일 수 있고, 휘발성 및 비휘발성 매체, 분리형 및 비분리형 매체를 모두 포함한다. 또한, 컴퓨터 판독가능 매체는 컴퓨터 저장 매체 및 통신 매체를 모두 포함할 수 있다. 컴퓨터 저장 매체는 컴퓨터 판독가능 명령어, 데이터 구조, 프로그램 모듈 또는 기타 데이터와 같은 정보의 저장을 위한 임의의 방법 또는 기술로 구현된 휘발성 및 비휘발성, 분리형 및 비분리형 매체를 모두 포함한다. 통신 매체는 전형적으로 컴퓨터 판독가능 명령어, 데이터 구조, 프로그램 모듈, 또는 반송파와 같은 변조된 데이터 신호의 기타 데이터, 또는 기타 전송 메커니즘을 포함하며, 임의의 정보 전달 매체를 포함한다.
전술한 본 발명의 설명은 예시를 위한 것이며, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 본 발명의 기술적 사상이나 필수적인 특징을 변경하지 않고서 다른 구체적인 형태로 쉽게 변형이 가능하다는 것을 이해할 수 있을 것이다.
그러므로 이상에서 기술한 실시예들은 모든 면에서 예시적인 것이며 한정적이 아닌 것으로 이해해야만 한다. 예를 들어, 단일형으로 설명되어 있는 각 구성 요소는 분산되어 실시될 수도 있으며, 마찬가지로 분산된 것으로 설명되어 있는 구성 요소들도 결합된 형태로 실시될 수 있다.

Claims (16)

  1. 웹 페이지의 상품 정보에 대응하는 채팅 메시지를 생성하는 방법에 있어서,
    서버에서, 디바이스 또는 웹 서버로부터 수신한 요청에 기초하여, 상기 디바이스의 웹 페이지 위에 표시된 식별자에 대한 선택을 인식하는 단계;
    상기 요청에 기초하여 상기 웹 페이지의 상품 정보 및 상기 선택과 관련된 사용자 계정 정보를 획득하는 단계;
    상기 계정 정보에 기초하여 상기 서버의 계정과 상기 사용자의 계정 사이에 채팅 세션을 활성화하는 단계;
    상기 상품 정보에 대응하는 채팅 메시지를 생성하는 단계; 및
    상기 채팅 세션을 통해 상기 채팅 메시지를 상기 디바이스로 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 채팅 메시지 생성 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 채팅 세션을 활성화하는 단계는, 상기 서버의 계정 정보 및 상기 사용자의 계정 정보를 포함하는 채팅 세션 활성화 요청을 채팅 서버로 전송함으로써, 상기 채팅 세션을 활성화하는 것인, 채팅 메시지 생성 방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자의 계정 정보를 획득하는 단계 이후에, 상기 계정 정보에 기초하여 상기 상품 정보를 상기 사용자의 위시 리스트에 추가하는 단계를 더 포함하되,
    상기 채팅 메시지를 상기 디바이스로 제공하는 단계 이후에, 상기 제공한 채팅 메시지가 상기 디바이스에 의해 선택되는 경우, 상기 위시 리스트에 관한 정보를 상기 디바이스로 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하되,
    상기 식별자는 위시 리스트 식별자이고, 상기 서버는 위시 리스트 서버인 것인, 채팅 메시지 생성 방법.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 웹 페이지는 제 1 웹 페이지이고, 상기 상품 정보는 제 1 상품 정보이고, 상기 채팅 메시지는 제 1 채팅 메시지이되,
    상기 제 1 채팅 메시지를 상기 디바이스로 제공하는 단계 이후에, 상기 디바이스의 제 2 웹 페이지 위에 표시된 식별자에 대한 선택을 인식하는 경우, 상기 제 2 웹 페이지의 제 2 상품 정보에 대응하는 제 2 채팅 메시지를 상기 디바이스로 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 채팅 메시지 생성 방법.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 제 1 웹 페이지는 제 1 웹 서버에 의해 상기 디바이스로 제공되며, 상기 제 2 웹 페이지는 제 2 웹 서버에 의해 상기 디바이스로 제공되되,
    상기 제 1 채팅 메시지 및 상기 제 2 채팅 메시지는 상기 채팅 세션을 통해 상기 디바이스로 제공되는 것인, 채팅 메시지 생성 방법.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 디바이스의 웹 페이지 위에 표시된 식별자에 대한 선택을 인식하는 단계는 제 1 디바이스 또는 웹 서버로부터 수신한 요청에 기초하여, 상기 제 1 디바이스의 웹 페이지 위에 표시된 식별자에 대한 선택을 인식하는 것이되,
    상기 채팅 메시지를 상기 디바이스로 제공하는 단계는, 상기 채팅 메시지를 제 2 디바이스로 제공하는 것인, 채팅 메시지 생성 방법.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 위시 리스트에 관한 정보는 상기 사용자 또는 상기 사용자의 친구의 요청에 응답하여 상기 사용자의 친구의 디바이스로 제공되는 것인, 채팅 메시지 생성 방법.
  8. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 채팅 메시지는 상기 제 1 디바이스에서 입력된 텍스트를 포함하는 것인, 채팅 메시지 생성 방법.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 식별자에 대한 선택을 인식하는 단계는 상기 디바이스의 웹 페이지로부터 수신한 요청에 기초하여 상기 디바이스의 웹 페이지 위에 표시된 식별자에 대한 선택을 인식하는 것이되,
    상기 채팅 메시지를 상기 디바이스로 제공하는 단계는 상기 채팅 메시지를 상기 디바이스의 채팅 어플리케이션으로 제공하는 것인, 채팅 메시지 생성 방법.
  10. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 상품 정보 또는 상기 계정 정보는 상기 디바이스 또는 상기 웹 페이지에 대응하는 북마크 정보 또는 툴바에 의해 획득되는 것인, 채팅 메시지 생성 방법.
  11. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 채팅 메시지를 상기 디바이스로 제공하는 단계 이후에 상기 상품 정보에 관한 결제 요청이 수신되면, 상기 결제와 관련된 채팅 메시지를 생성하는 단계; 및
    상기 결제와 관련된 채팅 메시지를 상기 디바이스로 전송하는 단계를 더 포함하는 채팅 메시지 생성 방법.
  12. 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 위시 리스트에 관한 정보는 상기 사용자의 위시 리스트에 관한 정보 및 상기 사용자의 친구의 위시 리스트에 관한 정보를 포함하는 것인, 채팅 메시지 생성 방법.
  13. 웹 페이지의 상품 정보에 대응하는 채팅 메시지를 생성하는 서버에 있어서,
    디바이스 또는 웹 서버로부터 수신한 요청에 기초하여, 상기 디바이스의 웹 페이지 위에 표시된 식별자에 대한 선택을 인식하는 식별자 선택 인식부;
    상기 요청에 기초하여 상기 웹 페이지의 상품 정보 및 상기 선택과 관련된 사용자의 계정 정보를 획득하는 계정 정보 획득부;
    상기 계정 정보에 기초하여 상기 서버의 계정과 상기 사용자의 계정 사이에 채팅 세션을 활성화하는 단계 채팅 세션 활성화부;
    상기 상품 정보에 대응하는 채팅 메시지를 생성하는 채팅 메시지 생성부; 및
    상기 채팅 세션을 통해 상기 채팅 메시지를 디바이스로 제공하는 채팅 메시지 제공부를 포함하는 서버.
  14. 상품정보에 대응하는 채팅 메시지를 수신하는 디바이스에 있어서,
    외부 디바이스의 웹 페이지 위에 표시된 식별자가 선택되는 경우, 상기 웹 페이지의 상품 정보에 대응하는 채팅 메시지를 수신하는 채팅 메시지 수신부;
    상기 채팅 메시지를 채팅 영역에 표시하는 채팅 영역 표시부;
    상기 채팅 메시지에 관한 사용자 입력을 수신하는 사용자 입력 수신부; 및
    상기 사용자 입력에 대응하여 상기 상품 정보를 포함하는 위시 리스트를 위시 리스트 영역에 표시하는 위시 리스트 영역 표시부를 포함하는 디바이스.
  15. 제 14 항에 있어서,
    상기 채팅 메시지는 위시 리스트 서버에 의해 생성되며, 상기 채팅 서버를 통해 상기 위시 리스트 서버에서 상기 디바이스로 전달되되,
    상기 채팅 영역은 상기 위시 리스트 서버의 계정과 관련하여 생성된 것인, 디바이스.
  16. 제 14 항에 있어서,
    상기 웹 페이지는 제 1 웹 페이지이고, 상기 상품 정보는 제 1 상품 정보이고, 상기 채팅 메시지는 제 1 채팅 메시지이되,
    상기 채팅 메시지 수신부는 외부 디바이스의 제 2 웹 페이지 위에 표시된 식별자가 선택되는 경우, 상기 제 2 웹 페이지의 제 2 상품 정보에 대응하는 제 2 채팅 메시지를 수신하되,
    상기 표시부는 상기 제 1 채팅 메시지와 상기 제 2 채팅 메시지를 상기 채팅 영역에 표시하는 것인, 디바이스.
