技术领域
本公开涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种调整智能家居设备运行状态的方法及装置。
背景技术
随着越来越多的智能家居类的设备进入到千家万户,智能家居成为人们日常生活中越来越重要的组成部分。通常来说,这些智能家居类的设备都需要用户通过点击手机应用(app)中相应的控制按键来控制相应的智能家居设备以执行相应的功能。对于用户来说,由于仍需要对app进行操作,因此对智能家居类的设备的操作过程略显复杂,因此并不能给用户带来操作的便捷。
发明内容
为克服相关技术中存在的问题,本公开实施例提供一种调整智能家居设备运行状态的方法及装置,用以提高用户调整智能家居设备运行状态的便利性。
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种调整智能家居设备运行状态的方法,包括:
监听所述移动终端上的用于控制所述智能家居设备的应用上的设备列表;
在监听到用户在所述设备列表中选定的智能家居设备的创建快捷方式的第一按键消息时,在所述移动终端的桌面上创建用于控制所述智能家居设备的所述快捷按键;
通过控制所述快捷按键调整所述智能家居设备的当前状态。
在一实施例中,所述方法还可包括:
在创建所述快捷按键之后,从云端服务器获取所述智能家居设备的当前状态;
在接收到所述云端服务器返回的调整成功的确认指令,在所述快捷按键上显示所述当前状态。
在一实施例中,所述通过所述快捷按键调整所述智能家居设备的当前状态,可包括:
监听所述快捷按键的第二按键消息;
在监听到所述第二按键消息时,向云端服务器发出控制所述智能家居设备的调整指令,以使所述云端服务器根据所述调整指令调整所述智能家居设备的运行状态。
在一实施例中,所述方法还可包括:
获取来自所述云端服务器的状态更新消息;
根据所述状态更新消息更新所述快捷按键上显示的所述智能家居设备的当前状态。
根据本公开实施例的第二方面,提供一种调整智能家居设备运行状态的装置,包括:
第一监听模块,被配置为监听所述移动终端上的用于控制所述智能家居设备的应用上的设备列表;
创建模块,被配置为在所述第一监听模块监听到用户在所述设备列表中选定的智能家居设备的创建快捷方式的第一按键消息时,在所述移动终端的桌面上创建用于控制所述智能家居设备的所述快捷按键;
调整模块,被配置为通过控制所述快捷按键调整所述智能家居设备的当前状态。
在一实施例中,所述装置还可包括:
第一获取模块,被配置为在所述创建模块创建所述快捷按键之后,从云端服务器获取所述智能家居设备的当前状态;
显示模块,被配置为在接收到所述云端服务器返回的调整成功的确认指令,在所述快捷按键上显示所述第一获取模块获取到的所述当前状态。
在一实施例中,所述调整模块可包括:
监听子模块,被配置为监听所述创建模块创建的快捷按键的第二按键消息;
发送子模块,被配置为在所述监听子模块监听到所述第二按键消息时,向云端服务器发出控制所述智能家居设备的调整指令,以使所述云端服务器根据所述调整指令控制所述智能家居设备。
在一实施例中,所述装置还可包括:
第二获取模块,被配置为获取来自所述云端服务器的状态更新消息;
更新模块,被配置为根据所述第二获取模块获取到的所述状态更新消息更新所述显示模块在所述快捷按键上显示的所述智能家居设备的当前状态。
根据本公开实施例的第三方面,提供一种调整智能家居设备运行状态的装置,包括:
处理器;
用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
其中,所述处理器被配置为:
监听所述移动终端上的用于控制所述智能家居设备的应用上的设备列表;
在监听到用户在所述设备列表中选定的智能家居设备的创建快捷方式的第一按键消息时,在所述移动终端的桌面上创建用于控制所述智能家居设备的所述快捷按键;
通过所述快捷按键调整所述智能家居设备的当前状态。
本公开的实施例提供的技术方案可以包括以下有益效果:通过监听设置在移动终端的应用上的设备列表进而在移动终端的桌面上创建设备列表中所选定的智能家具设备的快捷按键,通过直接在移动终端的桌面上的快捷按键调整所选定的智能家居设备的当前状态,简化了用户的操作流程,使用户能够方便快捷地操作智能家居设备的状态,提高了用户控制智能家居设备的便利性,方便用户对智能家居设备的使用。

本公开实施例中所述的智能家具设备,通过互联网的通信接口实现与终端设备的通信,智能家居设备例如:智能照明灯、智能咖啡炉、电脑设备、保安系统、视讯及音响系统、智能热水器、智能空调;上述设备均存在开启状态和关闭状态,此外,各个智能家居设备根据各自的功能还有相应的参数需要调节,例如智能空调还存在对温度、湿度、洁净度、速度等参数的调节和控制。
图1是根据一示例性实施例示出的调整智能家居设备运行状态的方法的流程图,该调整智能家居设备运行状态的可以移动终端设备(例如:智能手机、平板电脑)上执行,如图1所示,调整智能家居设备运行状态的方法包括以下步骤S101-S103:
在步骤S101中,监听移动终端上的用于控制智能家居设备的应用上的设备列表。
在一实施例中,应用上的设备列表可以包括:智能插座、智能电炖盅、智能空调、智能咖啡机等等家中的带有通信接口的家电设备,该家电设备可以通过互联网络与移动终端、云端服务器等入网设备进行网络通信。
在步骤S102中,在监听到用户在设备列表中选定的智能家居设备的创建快捷方式的 第一按键消息时,在移动终端的桌面上创建用于控制智能家居设备的快捷按键。
例如,用户在设备列表中选择了智能插座,则在移动终端的桌面上创建用于控制智能插座的快捷按键,如果用户在设备列表中选择并点击了智能摄像机,则在移动终端的桌面上创建用于控制智能摄像机的快捷按键。
在步骤S103中,通过控制快捷按键调整智能家居设备的当前状态。
例如,在一个示例性场景中,当用户手持移动终端离开家中去上班,此时需要关闭家中的智能插座,则通过已经在移动终端的桌面上创建的用于控制智能插座的快捷按键,从而将智能插座的当前状态调整为关闭状态。
本实施例中,通过监听设置在移动终端的应用上的设备列表进而在移动终端的桌面上创建设备列表中所选定的智能家具设备的快捷按键,通过直接在移动终端的桌面上的快捷按键调整所选定的智能家居设备的当前状态,简化了用户的操作流程,使用户能够方便快捷地操作智能家居设备的状态,提高了用户控制智能家居设备的便利性,方便用户对智能家居设备的使用。
在一实施例中,调整智能家居设备运行状态的方法还可以包括:
在创建快捷按键之后,从云端服务器获取智能家居设备的当前状态;
在快捷按键上显示智能家居设备的当前状态。
在一实施例中,步骤S103还可以包括:
监听快捷按键的第二按键消息;
在监听到第二按键消息时,向云端服务器发出调整智能家居设备运行状态的调整指令,以使云端服务器根据调整指令调整智能家居设备运行状态。
在一实施例中,调整智能家居设备运行状态的方法还可以包括:
获取来自云端服务器的状态更新消息;
根据状态更新消息更新快捷按键上显示的智能家居设备的当前状态。

至此,本公开实施例提供的上述方法,简化了用户的操作流程,使用户能够方便快捷地操作智能家居设备的状态,提高了用户控制智能家居设备的便利性,方便用户对智能家居设备的使用。
下面以具体实施例来说明本公开实施例提供的技术方案。
图2是根据一示例性实施例一示出的调整智能家居设备运行状态的方法的流程图;本实施例利用本公开实施例提供的上述方法,以通过移动终端上的快捷按键控制智能插座的当前状态为关闭,第二按键消息为开启智能插座的指令为例进行示例性说明,如图2所示,包括如下步骤:
在步骤S201中,监听移动终端上的用于控制智能家居设备的应用上的设备列表。
步骤S201的描述可以参考上述步骤S101的描述,在此不再详述。
在步骤S202中,在监听到用户在设备列表中选定的智能插座的创建快捷方式的第一 按键消息时,在移动终端的桌面上创建用于控制智能插座的快捷按键。
步骤S202的描述可以参考上述步骤S102的描述,在此不再详述。
在步骤S203中,监听智能插座的快捷按键的开启智能插座的指令。
在步骤S204中,在监听到开启智能插座的指令时,向云端服务器发出开启智能插座的指令,以使云端服务器根据该开启智能插座的指令将智能插座调整为开启状态。
在一实施例中,第二按键消息为开启智能插座的指令,则向云端服务器发出控制智能插座开启的调整指令,云端服务器在接收到该开启的调整指令后,将智能插座的当前运行状态调整为开启状态。
在步骤S205中,在接收到云端服务器返回的开启成功的确认指令后,在快捷按键上显示智能插座为开启状态。
在一实施例中,可以在快捷按键上显示“On”或者“Off”等英文字符以表示智能插座的开启状态或者关闭状态,还以在快捷按键上显示“开”或者“关”等中文字符以表示智能插座的开启状态或者关闭状态。通过在智能插座的快捷按键上显示智能插座的当前状态,用户只需要浏览移动终端的桌面就可获知智能插座当前的运行状态,避免了采用相关技术中通过打开app应用然后在相应的选项中查找智能插座的当前状态。
本实施例中,以对智能插座创建快捷按键,通过直接在移动终端的桌面上的快捷按键开启智能插座为例进行示例性说明,通过上述操作流程,简化了用户的操作流程,使用户能够方便快捷地操作智能插座的状态,提高了用户控制智能插座的便利性,方便用户对智能插座的使用。
图3是根据一示例性实施例二示出的调整智能家居设备运行状态的方法的流程图;本实施例利用本公开实施例提供的上述方法,以通过移动终端上的快捷按键控制智能插座的当前状态为开启,第二按键消息为关闭智能插座的指令为例进行示例性说明,如图3所示,包括如下步骤:
在步骤S301中,监听移动终端上的用于控制智能家居设备的应用上的设备列表。
步骤S301的描述可以参考上述步骤S101的描述,在此不再详述。
在步骤S302中,在监听到用户在设备列表中选定的智能插座的创建快捷方式的第一按键消息时,在移动终端的桌面上创建用于控制智能插座的快捷按键。
步骤S302的描述可以参考上述步骤S102的描述,在此不再详述。
在步骤S303中,监听智能插座的快捷按键的开启智能插座的指令。
在步骤S304中,在监听到关闭智能插座的指令时,向云端服务器发出关闭智能插座的指令,以使云端服务器根据该关闭智能插座的指令将智能插座调整为开启状态。
在一实施例中,第二按键消息为关闭智能插座的指令,向云端服务器发出控制智能插座关闭的调整指令,云端服务器在接收到该关闭的调整指令后,将智能插座的当前运行状态调整为关闭状态。
在步骤S305中,在接收到云端服务器返回的关闭成功的确认指令后,在快捷按键上 显示智能插座为关闭状态。
本实施例中,以对智能插座创建快捷按键,通过直接在移动终端的桌面上的快捷按键关闭智能插座为例进行示例性说明,通过上述操作流程,简化了用户的操作流程,使用户能够方便快捷地操作智能插座的状态,提高了用户控制智能插座的便利性,方便用户对智能插座的使用。
作为另一实施例,本公开实施例还可以包括如下步骤:
获取来自云端服务器的状态更新消息;
根据状态更新消息在快捷按键上显示的智能家居设备的当前状态进行更新。
通过更新快捷按键上的智能插座的显示状态,可以使用户能够却准的或知道智能家居设备当前的状态,从而方便对智能家居设备的控制。
下面通过图4A至图4D对本公开实施例的技术方案进行描述。
如图4A所示,打开移动终端上的“智能家庭app”,在设备列表中找到相应的智能家居设备(例如,智能插座);如图4B所示,在智能插座上长按希望添加快捷方式,在弹出的菜单中点击“添加桌面快捷方式”;如图4C所示,在移动终端的桌面上生成了智能插座的快捷按键(以图标的方式显示),其中,图标中的“OFF”表示该智能插座目前处于关闭状态;如图4D所示,通过点击该图标,智能插座将由关闭状态转换为开启状态,此时,图标上显示的智能插座当前的运行状态也发生变化,显示为“ON”,表示该智能插座目前已经处于开启状态。
此外,当用户通过手动方式控制智能插座的按键以改变智能插座的开关状态时,智能插座将该更新后的状态发送给云端服务器,云端服务器会将该更新后的运行状态发送给移动终端,移动终端在接收到更新后的状态后,在该快捷按键所显示的图标上显示智能插座当前的运行状态。
图5是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种调整智能家居设备运行状态的装置的框图,如图5所示,调整智能家居设备运行状态的装置包括:
第一监听模块51,被配置为监听移动终端上的用于调整智能家居设备运行状态的应用上的设备列表;
创建模块52,被配置为在第一监听模块监听到用户在设备列表中选定的智能家居设备的创建快捷方式的第一按键消息时,在移动终端的桌面上创建用于调整智能家居设备运行状态的快捷按键;
调整模块53,被配置为通过快捷按键调整智能家居设备的当前状态。
如图6所示,装置还可包括:
第一获取模块54,被配置为在创建模块52创建快捷按键之后,从云端服务器获取智能家居设备的当前状态;
显示模块55,被配置为在接收到云端服务器返回的调整成功的确认指令,在快捷按键上显示第一获取模块获取到的当前状态。
在一实施例中,调整模块53可包括:
监听子模块,被配置为监听创建模块52创建的快捷按键的第二按键消息;
发送子模块,被配置为在监听子模块监听到第二按键消息时,向云端服务器发出调整智能家居设备运行状态的调整指令,以使云端服务器根据调整指令调整智能家居设备运行状态。

图7是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种适用于调整智能家居设备运行状态的装置的框图。例如,例如,装置700可以是移动电话,计算机,数字广播终端,消息收发设备,游戏控制台,平板设备,医疗设备,健身设备,个人数字助理等。
参照图7,装置700可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件702,存储器704,电源组件706,多媒体组件708,音频组件710,输入/输出(I/O)的接口712,传感器组件714,以及通信组件716。
处理组件702通常控制装置700的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理元件702可以包括一个或多个处理器720来执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件702可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件702和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理部件702可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件707和处理组件702之间的交互。
存储器704被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在设备700的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在装置700上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,联系人数据,电话簿数据,消息,图片,视频等。存储器704可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
电力组件706为装置700的各种组件提供电力。电力组件706可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为装置700生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件708包括在所述装置700和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中, 多媒体组件708包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当设备700处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件710被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件710包括一个麦克风(MIC),当装置700处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器704或经由通信组件716发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件710还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
I/O接口712为处理组件702和外围接口模块之间提供接口,上述外围接口模块可以是键盘,点击轮,按钮等。这些按钮可包括但不限于:主页按钮、音量按钮、启动按钮和锁定按钮。
传感器组件714包括一个或多个传感器,用于为装置700提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件714可以检测到设备700的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如所述组件为装置700的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件714还可以检测装置700或装置700一个组件的位置改变,用户与装置700接触的存在或不存在,装置700方位或加速/减速和装置700的温度变化。传感器组件714可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件714还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件714还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件716被配置为便于装置700和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。装置700可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信部件716经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信部件716还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,装置700可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述方法。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器704,上述指令可由装置700的处理器720执行以完成上述方法。例如,所述非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。

  1. 一种调整智能家居设备运行状态的方法,应用在移动终端上,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    监听所述移动终端上的用于控制所述智能家居设备的应用上的设备列表;
    在监听到用户在所述设备列表中选定的智能家居设备的创建快捷方式的第一按键消息时,在所述移动终端的桌面上创建用于控制所述智能家居设备的所述快捷按键;
    通过所述快捷按键调整所述智能家居设备的当前状态。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在创建所述快捷按键之后,从云端服务器获取所述智能家居设备的当前状态;
    在接收到所述云端服务器返回的调整成功的确认指令,在所述快捷按键上显示所述当前状态。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通过所述快捷按键调整所述智能家居设备的当前状态,包括:
    监听所述快捷按键的第二按键消息;
    在监听到所述第二按键消息时,向云端服务器发出控制所述智能家居设备的调整指令,以使所述云端服务器根据所述调整指令调整所述智能家居设备的运行状态。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    获取来自所述云端服务器的状态更新消息;
    根据所述状态更新消息更新所述快捷按键上显示的所述智能家居设备的当前状态。
  5. 一种调整智能家居设备运行状态的装置,应用在移动终端上,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    第一监听模块,被配置为监听所述移动终端上的用于控制所述智能家居设备的应用上的设备列表;
    创建模块,被配置为在所述第一监听模块监听到用户在所述设备列表中选定的智能家居设备的创建快捷方式的第一按键消息时,在所述移动终端的桌面上创建用于控制所述智能家居设备的所述快捷按键;
    调整模块,被配置为通过控制所述快捷按键调整所述智能家居设备的当前状态。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    第一获取模块,被配置为在所述创建模块创建所述快捷按键之后,从云端服务器获取所述智能家居设备的当前状态;
    显示模块,被配置为在接收到所述云端服务器返回的调整成功的确认指令,在所述快捷按键上显示所述第一获取模块获取到的所述当前状态。
  7. 如权利要求5或6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述调整模块包括:
    监听子模块,被配置为监听所述创建模块创建的快捷按键的第二按键消息;
    发送子模块,被配置为在所述监听子模块监听到所述第二按键消息时,向云端服务器 发出控制所述智能家居设备的调整指令,以使所述云端服务器根据所述调整指令控制所述智能家居设备。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    第二获取模块,被配置为获取来自所述云端服务器的状态更新消息;
    更新模块,被配置为根据所述第二获取模块获取到的所述状态更新消息更新所述显示模块在所述快捷按键上显示的所述智能家居设备的当前状态。
  9. 一种调整智能家居设备运行状态的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    监听所述移动终端上的用于控制所述智能家居设备的应用上的设备列表;
    在监听到用户在所述设备列表中选定的智能家居设备的创建快捷方式的第一按键消息时,在所述移动终端的桌面上创建用于控制所述智能家居设备的所述快捷按键;
    通过所述快捷按键调整所述智能家居设备的当前状态。
