一种控制设备的方法及装置
本申请基于申请号为201510409114.6、申请日为2015年7月13日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本公开涉及通信领域,特别涉及一种控制设备的方法及装置。
背景技术
物联网是一种物物相连的互联网,家庭中所有电子设备都可以连接到物联网中,在物联网中用户可以通过自己的手机来控制家庭中的各电子设备,这样极大方便了用户;例如,用户下班到家前,可以通过手机控制家里的空调设备提前开启制冷,这样用户一到家就感觉家里很凉爽。
相关技术提供了一种手机APP(Application,应用),该APP中包含通用控制界面,该通用控制界面中包含各设备的基本控制功能,用户可以在手机中打开该APP的通用控制界面,通过该通用控制界面控制家庭里的各设备。
发明内容
为了解决相关技术中的问题,本公开实施例提供了一种控制设备的方法及装置所述技术方案如下:
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种控制设备的方法及装置方法,包括:
获取待控制的设备的型号标识信息,所述型号标识信息用于标识所述待控制的设备的生产厂商和设备类型;
根据所述型号标识信息,获取用于控制所述生产厂商生产的所述设备类型的设备的控制界面;
通过所述控制界面控制所述待控制的设备。
可选的,所述获取待控制的设备的型号标识信息,包括:
向服务器发送查询指令,所述查询指令携带用户账号;
接收所述服务器发送的设备信息,所述设备信息中包括与所述用户账号绑定的设备的型号标识信息;

移动终端上可以运行应用程序,该应用程序用于控制设备,该应用程序中包括用户对该设备进行查看、管理、控制等操作的用户界面;可选地,应用程序中还包括用户可以浏览、收藏、或购买该设备的用户界面。可选地,用户对该设备进行查看、管理、控制等操作的用户界面包括该设备的设备列表。该设备的设备列表记录用户可以操作的、或者是用户所拥有的该设备的信息(例如,该设备的名称、简介、运行状态等信息)。可选的,在本公开实施例中,该设备可以为智能设备。例如,如果用户对一台空气净化器进行管理或者是用户拥有一台智能空气净化器,该智能空气净化器可以出现在该用户的账号对应的设 备列表中。
目前用户可以在移动终端中安装用于控制设备的APP,该APP包括每种设备类型对应的通用控制界面,该设备类型对应的通用控制界面能够控制该设备类型对应的基本功能,用户可以通过该通用控制界面控制该设备类型的对应的基本功能。例如,假设该APP包括空调设备对应的通用控制界面,该通用控制界面能够控制空调设备的基本功能,例如开启空调设备的制冷功能和关闭空调设备的制冷功能。用户可以在移动终端上打开该通用控制界面,通过该通用控制界面开启或关闭空调设备的制冷功能。
然而,对于同一设备类型的设备,不同的厂家生产该设备的设备型号可能不同,不同设备型号的设备的功能有所不同,它们除了包括该设备类型对应的基本功能外,还包括该设备型号的独特功能,而通用控制界面中却无法控制该独特功能,使得用户无法对该独特功能进行控制。例如,某厂家生产某一型号的空调设备具有空气净化的独特功能,而空调设备的通用控制界面只能控制开启空调设备的制冷功能和关闭空调设备的制冷功能,却无法控制空调设备开启空气净化或关闭空气净化的独特功能,使得用户无法通过通用控制界面来控制该空气净化功能。
图1是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种控制设备的流程图,所述方法包括:
在步骤101中,获取待控制的设备的型号标识信息,该型号标识信息用于标识待控制的设备的生产厂商和设备类型。
在步骤102中,根据该型号标识信息,获取用于控制该生产厂商生产的该设备类型的设备的控制界面。

在本公开实施例中,通过待控制的设备的型号标识信息获取对应的控制界面,该型号标识信息用于标识待控制的设备的生产厂商和设备类型,而该控制界面用于控制该生产厂商生产的该设备类型的设备包括的各功能,因此通过该控制界面可以控制待控制的设备包括的各功能。
图2-1是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种控制设备的流程图,本实施例的执行主体可以为移动终端,移动终端可以为手机、平板电脑或PDA(Personal Digital Assistant,掌上电脑)等。
在本实施例中,移动终端可以获取各设备的控制界面,通过各设备的控制界面分别控制各设备。每个设备的MCU(Microcontroller Unit,微控制单元)中包括model(模型)字段,该设备的MCU中的model字段用于保存该设备的型号标识信息,该型号标识信息至少包括该设备的生产厂商信息和该设备的设备类型信息,即该型号标识信息用于标识该设备的生产厂商和设备类型。该型号标识信息还可以包括该设备的设备型号信息,即该型号标识信息还用于标识该设备的设备型号,该设备的生产厂商信息可以为该生产厂商的名 称等。例如,对于空调设备,该空调设备的型号标识信息为AA.ac.a1,其中,AA为该空调设备的生产厂商信息,ac为该空调设备的设备类型信息,即为空调设备,a1为该空调设备的设备型号信息,该型号标识信息AA.ac.a1用于标识生成厂商AA生产的空调设备且该空调设备的设备型号为a1。
对于每个设备,在该设备与服务器连接时,该设备可以向服务器发送设备描述信息,该设备描述信息可以包括与该设备绑定的用户账号和该设备的设备信息、该设备的设备信息包括该设备的model字段中存储的型号标识信息和该设备的设备标识信息,还可以包括该设备的设备名称、生产厂商、设备类型、设备运行状态等中的一项或多项。服务器接收该设备发送的该设备描述信息,将该设备描述信息包括的设备信息存储在该用户账号对应设备信息列表中。其中,该设备的设备标识信息可以为该设备的MAC(Media Access Control,媒体访问控制)地址或IP(Internet Protocol,网络之间互连的协议)地址等。
例如,对于上述空调设备,该空调设备与服务器连接时,向服务器发送设备描述信息,该设备描述信息包括与该空调设备绑定的用户账号ID1和该空调设备的设备信息、该设备信息包括该空调设备的型号标识信息AA.ac.a1和该空调设备的设备标识信息MAC1。服务器接收该设备描述信息,根据该设备描述信息包括的用户账号ID1获取对应的设备信息列表,该设备信息列表用于存储与该用户账号ID1绑定的设备的设备信息,然后将该设备描述信息包括的该空调设备的设备信息存储在如表1所示的设备信息列表中,即将该设备信息包括的型号标识信息AA.ac.a1和设备标识信息MAC1存储在如表1所示的设备信息列表中。

其中,移动终端中安装有用于控制设备的APP,该APP中包括型号标识信息与控制界面的对应关系,该型号标识信息与控制界面的对应关系中包括不同生产厂商生产的各种设备对应的型号标识信息和控制界面。在该型号标识信息与控制界面的对应关系中,对于某型号标识信息,如果该型号标识信息包括生产厂商信息和设备类型信息,则该型号标识信息对应的控制界面专用于控制该生产厂商生产的该设备类型的设备;如果该型号标识信息还包括设备型号信息,则该型号标识信息对应的控制界面专用于控制该设备型号的设备,且该设备型号的设备是该生产厂商生产的该设备类型的设备。
例如,如表2所示的型号标识信息和控制界面的对应关系,该对应关系是由技术人员事先建立的并存储在服务器,且每当有生产厂商开发出一种设备型号的设备,技术人员创建开发的该设备对应的控制界面,该控制界面能够控制开发的该设备包括的所有功能,将开发的该设备的型号标识信息和该控制界面存储在型号标识信息与控制界面的对应关系 中。所以移动终端可以不定期地从服务器中下载该型号标识信息与控制界面的对应关系并更新自身存储的型号标识信息和控制界面的对应关系。
在表2所示的型号标识信息和控制界面的对应关系中,型号标识信息AA.ac.a1对应的控制界面1专用于控制AA生产厂商生产的设备型号为a1的空调设备,型号标识信息AA.ac.a2对应的控制界面2专用于控制AA生产厂商生产的设备型号为a2的空调设备。

在步骤201中,移动终端向服务器发送查询指令,该查询命令携带用户账号。
移动终端中包括用户账号,当用户需要对与自己的用户账号绑定的设备进行控制时,用户可以启动移动终端上安装的用于控制设备的APP,然后移动终端向服务器发送查询指令,该查询指令携带该用户账号。服务器接收该查询指令,根据该查询指令携带的该用户账号获取对应的设备信息,该设备信息包括与该用户账号绑定的设备的型号标识信息和设备标识信息,还可以包括该设备的设备名称、生产厂商、设备类型、设备运行状态等中的一项或多项,然后再向移动终端发送该设备信息。
例如,在用户启动移动终端上用于控制设备的APP后,移动终端获取用户账号ID1,向服务器发送查询指令,该查询指令携带该用户账号ID1。服务器接收该查询指令,根据该查询指令携带的用户账号ID1,获取对应的表1包括的设备信息,向移动终端发送该设备信息。
在步骤202中,移动终端接收服务器发送的该设备信息,显示设备列表,该设备列表包括接收的该设备信息。
在步骤202中,该设备信息中包括设备的型号标识信息和设备标识信息,移动终端将该设备信息显示给用户后,用户可以从显示该设备信息的设备列表中选择自己待控制的某设备,获取该设备的型号标识信息和设备标识信息,并提交给移动终端。
例如,移动终端接收服务器发送的设备信息,该设备信息如表1所示,显示设备列表,该设备列表包括接收的该设备信息,参见图2-2。设备列表中可以显示与该用户账号绑定的设备的名称、标识、型号标识信息、生产厂家、设备类型、设备型号信息、设备运行状态信息等设备信息中的一项或多项。在显示的该设备列表中每个设备的设备信息还对应一个提交按钮,用户可以点击某个设备的提交按钮,以将该设备的型号标识信息和设备标识信息提交给移动终端并作为待控制的设备的型号标识信息和设备标识信息,如用户点击了该设备列表中的第一个提交按钮,以将型号标识信息AA.ac.a1和设备标识信息MC1提交给移动终端。
在步骤203中,移动终端获取用户在该设备列表中选择的待控制的设备的型号标识信息和设备标识信息。
例如,移动终端获取用户在如图3所示的设备列表中选择的待控制的设备的型号标识信息为AA.ac.a1以及设备标识信息为MC1。
在步骤204中,移动终端根据型号标识信息与控制界面的对应关系获取待控制的设备的型号标识信息对应的控制界面。
例如,移动终端根据该型号标识信息AA.ac.a1,从如表2所示的型号标识信息与控制界面的对应关系中获取对应的控制界面1。
在步骤205中,移动终端根据该控制界面和待控制的设备的设备标识信息,控制待控制的设备。
其中,该控制界面中包括用于控制待控制的设备的各功能的控制接口,用户在该控制界面中通过某个功能的控制接口触发控制命令给移动终端,移动终端根据待控制的设备的设备标识信息,向待控制的设备发送该控制命令,以使待控制的设备执行该控制命令。
在本开实施例中,如果该型号标识信息包括生产厂商信息和设备类型信息,则该型号标识信息对应的控制界面专用于控制该生产厂商生产的该设备类型的设备,该控制界面能够控制该生产厂商生产的该设备类型的设备中包括的所有功能;如果该型号标识信息还包括设备型号,则该型号标识信息对应的控制界面专用于控制该设备型号的设备,该控制界面能够控制该设备型号的设备中包括的所有功能。所以移动终端在控制设备时,可以根据该设备的型号标识信息获取到专用于控制该设备的控制界面,通过该控制界面控制该设备包括的所有功能。

图4是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种用于控制设备的装置400的框图。例如,装置400可以是移动电话,计算机,数字广播终端,消息收发设备,游戏控制台,平板设备,医疗设备,健身设备,个人数字助理等。
参照图4,装置400可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件402,存储器404,电源组件406,多媒体组件408,音频组件410,输入/输出(I/O)的接口412,传感器组件414,以及通信组件416。
处理组件402通常控制装置400的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理组件402可以包括一个或多个处理器420来执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件402可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件402和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理组件402可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件408和处理组件402之间的交互。

音频组件410被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件410包括一个麦克风(MIC),当装置400处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器404或经由通信组件416发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件410还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
I/O接口412为处理组件402和外围接口模块之间提供接口,上述外围接口模块可以是键盘,点击轮,按钮等。这些按钮可包括但不限于:主页按钮、音量按钮、启动按钮和锁定按钮。
传感器组件414包括一个或多个传感器,用于为装置400提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件414可以检测到装置400的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如所述组件为装置400的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件414还可以检测装置400或装置400一个组件的位置改变,用户与装置400接触的存在或不存在,装置400方位或加速/减速和装置400的温度变化。传感器组件414可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件414还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件414还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件416被配置为便于装置400和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。装置400可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件416经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信组件416还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,装置400可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述方法。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包 括指令的存储器404,上述指令可由装置400的处理器420执行以完成上述方法。例如,所述非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。
一种非临时性计算机可读存储介质,当所述存储介质中的指令由装置400的处理器执行时,使得装置400能够执行一种控制设备的方法,所述方法包括:
获取待控制的设备的型号标识信息,所述型号标识信息用于标识所述待控制的设备的生产厂商和设备类型;
根据所述型号标识信息,获取用于控制所述生产厂商生产的所述设备类型的设备的控制界面;
通过所述控制界面控制所述待控制的设备。
可选的,所述获取待控制的设备的型号标识信息,包括:
向服务器发送查询指令,所述查询指令携带用户账号;
接收所述服务器发送的设备信息,所述设备信息中包括与所述用户账号绑定的设备的型号标识信息;
获取用户在设备列表中选择的待控制的设备的型号标识信息,所述设备列表用于显示所述接收的设备信息。
可选的,所述根据所述型号标识信息,获取用于控制属于所述设备型号设备的控制界面,包括:
根据型号标识信息与控制界面的对应关系中获取所述型号标识信息对应的控制界面。
可选的,所述型号标识信息至少包括所述待控制的设备的生产厂商信息和设备类型信息。
可选的,所述型号标识信息还包括所述待控制的设备的设备型号信息。
可选的,所述服务器发送的与所述用户账号绑定的设备的设备信息是由所述服务器根据用户输入的设备信息而确定,或者是由所述服务器根据接收到的与所述用户账号绑定的设备发送的设备信息而确定。
在本公开实施例中,通过待控制的设备的型号标识信息获取对应的控制界面,该型号标识信息用于标识待控制的设备的生产厂商和设备类型,而该控制界面用于控制该生产厂商生产的该设备类型的设备包括的各功能,因此通过该控制界面可以控制待控制的设备包括的各功能。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种控制设备的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    获取待控制的设备的型号标识信息,所述型号标识信息用于标识所述待控制的设备的生产厂商和设备类型;
    根据所述型号标识信息,获取用于控制所述生产厂商生产的所述设备类型的设备的控制界面;
    通过所述控制界面控制所述待控制的设备。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取待控制的设备的型号标识信息,包括:
    向服务器发送查询指令,所述查询指令携带用户账号;
    接收所述服务器发送的设备信息,所述设备信息中包括与所述用户账号绑定的设备的型号标识信息;
    获取用户在设备列表中选择的待控制的设备的型号标识信息,所述设备列表用于显示所述接收的设备信息。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述型号标识信息,获取用于控制所述生产厂商生产的所述设备类型的设备的控制界面,包括:
    根据型号标识信息与控制界面的对应关系获取所述型号标识信息对应的控制界面。
  4. 如权利要求1至3中任一项权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,所述型号标识信息至少包括所述待控制的设备的生产厂商信息和设备类型信息。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述型号标识信息还包括所述待控制的设备的设备型号信息。
  6. 如权利要求1至3中任一项权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述服务器发送的与所述用户账号绑定的设备的设备信息是由所述服务器根据用户输入的设备信息而确定,或者是由所述服务器根据接收到的与所述用户账号绑定的设备发送的设备信息而确定。
  7. 一种控制设备的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    第一获取模块,用于获取待控制的设备的型号标识信息,所述型号标识信息用于标识所述待控制的设备的生产厂商和设备类型;
    第二获取模块,用于根据所述型号标识信息,获取用于控制所述生产厂商生产的所述 设备类型的设备的控制界面;
    控制模块,用于通过所述控制界面控制所述待控制的设备。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一获取模块包括:
    发送单元,用于向服务器发送查询指令,所述查询指令携带用户账号;
    接收单元,用于接收所述服务器发送的设备信息,所述设备信息中包括与所述用户账号绑定的设备的型号标识信息;
    获取单元,用于获取用户在设备列表中选择的待控制的设备的型号标识信息,所述设备列表用于显示所述接收的设备信息。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二获取模块,用于根据型号标识信息与控制界面的对应关系获取所述型号标识信息对应的控制界面。
  10. 如权利要求7至9中任一项权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,所述型号标识信息至少包括所述待控制的设备的生产厂商信息和设备类型信息。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述型号标识信息还包括所述待控制的设备的设备型号信息。
  12. 如权利要求7至9中任一项权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述服务器发送的与所述用户账号绑定的设备的设备信息是由所述服务器根据用户输入的设备信息而确定,或者是由所述服务器根据接收到的与所述用户账号绑定的设备发送的设备信息而确定。
  13. 一种控制设备的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储所述处理器的可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    获取待控制的设备的型号标识信息,所述型号标识信息用于标识所述待控制的设备的生产厂商和设备类型;
    根据所述型号标识信息,获取用于控制所述生产厂商生产的所述设备类型的设备的控制界面;
    通过所述控制界面控制所述待控制的设备。
