随着经济的不断发展,地铁等快速交通工具已逐渐普及。尤其是上班族,其为减少上下班时间,通常会选择乘坐地铁等快速交通工具。然而,受地铁的线路限制,很多上班族的家里或公司距离地铁会有一段距离。目前很多上班族采用自行车或电动车这类交通工具往返于家里或公司和地铁站之间。
现有的自行车和电动车体积较大,用户无法随身携带,只能将其停靠在地铁站附近。这不仅使用非常不便且经常会出现没有停靠场地或车被损坏,被偷等现象。
发明内容
本发明为了克服现有技术的至少一个不足,提供一种小型折叠车。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种小型折叠车,包括前车体和可折叠的后车体。前车体包括前车轮、把立以及脚踏。可折叠的后车体包括相互转动连接的开合式坐垫支架和开合式后支架,坐垫以及后车轮。开合式坐垫支架的尾端与前车体铰接,开合式后支架的顶端与前车体滑动连接,坐垫设置于开合式坐垫支架的顶端,后车轮设置于开合式后支架的尾端。当小型折叠车为展开状态,开合式坐垫支架和开合式后支架相互转动呈剪刀式交叉状展开;当小型折叠车为折叠状态,开合式坐垫支架和开合式后支架转动重叠。
于本发明一实施例中,前车体还包括中空的转动轴架、连接杆、滑动件以及限位件。中空的转动轴架与开合式坐垫支架的尾端相铰接。连接杆设置于转动轴架内,把立设置于连接杆的顶端,前车轮设置于连接杆的尾端。滑动件设置于连接杆上且沿连接杆的长度方向运动,滑动件连接开合式后支架的顶端。限位件设置于连接杆,对滑动件的运动行程进行限位。
于本发明一实施例中,前车体还包括避震件,设置于连接杆。
于本发明一实施例中,脚踏为可折叠脚踏,脚踏包括两个联动部和两个踏板,每一联动部分别与滑动件相连接,每一踏板与转动轴架铰接,当小型折叠车为展开状态,联动部运动将踏板水平展开,当小型折叠车为折叠状态,联动部运动将踏板收拢折叠。
于本发明一实施例中,每一联动部均包括活动压销,连接滑动件;压杆,一端连接活动压销,另一端与踏板相连接;弹性件,设置于踏板和滑动件之间。
于本发明一实施例中,每一联动部均还包括导向件,导向件设置于连接杆,且位于限位件靠近踏板的一侧,导向件上具有导向孔,压杆的下端穿过导向坐垫活动式设置于开合式坐垫支架的顶端,当小型折叠车为展开状态,坐垫水平设置,当小型折叠车为折叠状态,坐垫倾斜设置。
于本发明一实施例中,开合式坐垫支架的顶端设置有至少两组同轴的第三固定孔,且坐垫包括:固定座,包括一组与第三固定孔相匹配的第四固定孔;两个固定件,分别穿过第四固定孔和其中一组第三固定孔将固定座固定于开合式坐垫支架的顶端;联动机构,设置于固定座,且与两个固定件相连接,驱动两个固定件在至少两组第三固定孔间切换;扳机,连接联动机构,带动联动机构运动。
于本发明一实施例中,联动机构包括:两个相铰接的支架,每一支架的一端与其中一个固定件相连接;弹性横杆,两端分别与每一支架的另一端相连接,横杆的中部与扳机相连接;弹性件,设置于两个固定件之间。
于本发明一实施例中,把立包括把立架和把手,把立架包括第一夹块和第二夹块,第一夹块和第二夹块可拆卸固定连接,第二夹块远离第一夹块的一端固定设置有固定基块,把手与固定基块可拆卸固定连接,固定基块上连接有活动盖,活动盖与固定基块铰接,活动盖上设置有开口,固定基块上连接有拆合柄,拆合柄穿过开口与固定基块固定连接。
于本发明一实施例中,开合式后支架上具有通槽,开合式坐垫支架穿过通槽,开合式坐垫支架和开合式后支架的中部设置同轴的销孔,销轴穿过销孔铰接开合式坐垫支架和开合式后支架。
综上所述,本发明提供的小型折叠车的车体为可折叠结构,在使用时,利用使用者自身的重力使得开合式坐垫支架下移并带动开合式后支架沿前车体的长度方向下移,开合式坐垫支架和开合式后支架相互转动呈剪刀式交叉状展开。展开后人体的自身重力使得开合式坐垫支架和开合式后支架保持稳定,无需增加额外的固定结构。本发明提供的小型折叠车不仅结构简单,开合方便,且包含的机械结构少,展开和折叠后所占用的体积也将更小,便于携带。且折叠和展开过程非常的简单,适合所有人群使用。
进一步的,通过在连接杆上设置避震件,避震件可缓冲在小型折叠车行驶时由于地面不平整而产生的冲击力,提高使用者的舒适度。
设置坐垫活动式设置于开合式坐垫支架的顶端,在折叠状态时,坐垫倾斜设置减小折叠后车体的体积。而使用完成后,用户只需手推坐垫即可将展开的开合式坐垫支架和开合式后支架折叠。
另外,在展开时,开合式后支架带动联动部向下运动,将脚踏沿水平方向展开,为使用者的脚部提供支撑。而在开合式坐垫支架和开合式后支架折叠的同时,开合式后支架带动联动部上移,将水平展开的脚踏收拢折叠。
进一步的,设置把立为可折叠式结构,在折叠状态时,把立垂直收至转动轴架的两侧,大大减小折叠后车体的体积,方便用户携带。

请一并参考图1和图2。本实施例提供的小型折叠车包括前车体1和可折叠的后车体2。前车体1包括中空的转动轴架11,设置于转动轴架11内的连接杆
12,设置于连接杆12顶部的把立13、设置于连接杆12底部的前车轮14以及固定于转动轴架11上的脚踏15。进一步的,连接杆12上设置有沿连接杆12长度方向上运动的滑动件16以及限制滑动件16的运动行程的限位件17。
后车体2包括开合式坐垫支架21、开合式后支架22、坐垫23以及后车轮24。开合式坐垫支架21和开合式后支架22相互转动连接。开合式坐垫支架21的尾端与转动轴架11相铰接。开合式后支架22的顶端连接滑动件16,实现与前车体1的滑动连接。坐垫23设置于开合式坐垫支架21的顶端,后车轮24设置于开合式后支架22的尾端。于本实施例中,后车轮24通过后桥26与开合式后支架22的尾端相连接。
本发明实施例中提及的“上”和“下”,均为小型折叠车位于附图中所示位置时的相对位置关系。当小型折叠车垂直于地面摆放且坐垫23位于前车轮14和后车轮24的上方时,本发明实施例中表述的“顶端”即为相应部件位于上方的一端,本发明实施例中表述的“尾端”即为相应部件位于下方的一端。本发明实施例中所表述的“中部”并不限定于部件的正中间,凡是在相应部件的顶部和底部之间均为中部。
于本实施例中,限位件17设置于滑动件16的下方,对滑动件16的下滑动行程进行限位。而滑动件16的上滑动行程则由转动轴架11的顶端进行限定。然而,本发明对此不作任何限定。于其它实施例中,连接杆12的上部也可设置对滑动件16的上滑动行程进行限定的限位件17。于本实施例中,限位件17可为套设在连接杆12上的尼龙卡块。然而,本发明对此不作任何限定。于其它实施例中,限位件17可为与连接杆12一体成型的凸块,且连接杆12的上部也可设置限位件。
于本实施例中,滑动件16为套设在连接杆12上的滑块,滑动件16与开合式后支架22的顶端相连接。然而,本发明对此不作任何限定。于其它实施例中,滑动件16可为设置在连接杆12上的滑轨。
于本实施例中,开合式后支架22上具有通槽221,通槽221的宽度大于开合式坐垫支架21的宽度(宽度为沿如图4所示从纸面向里的方向的长度)。开合式坐垫支架21穿过通槽221,开合式坐垫支架21和开合式后支架22的中部设有同轴的销孔,销轴25穿过销孔铰接开合式坐垫支架21和开合式后支架22。如图2所示,通槽221的长度小于开合式后支架22的长度。
以下阐述本实施例中小型折叠车从折叠状态到展开状态的状态变化:人将一定的力(譬如使用者的重力)施加于坐垫23,开合式坐垫支架21沿通槽221
的轴线方向向下移动,受通槽221的底部限制,开合式坐垫支架21下降到一定距离后停止。于此同时,滑动件16带动开合式后支架22沿连接杆12的长度方向下移。同样的,受限位件17的限制,滑动件16下降到一定的距离后停止。开合式坐垫支架21和开合式后支架22呈剪刀式交叉展开,整个后车体2展开。
与上述过程相反的,从展开状态到折叠状态:用户手推坐垫23,使得开合式坐垫支架21沿通槽221的轴线方向上移。同时开合式坐垫支架21的运动将带动开合式后支架22驱动滑动件16沿连接杆12的长度方向上移,开合式坐垫支架21和开合式后支架22重叠在一起位于转动轴架11的后部。与展开状态相比,折叠后大大减小了整个车体的体积,便于客户随身携带,且折叠和展开的过程非常简单,适合多种人群使用。
于本实施例中,为进一步减小折叠后的体积,设置开合式后支架22的顶端具有斜面222,斜面222的倾斜度小于开合式后支架的中心线的倾斜度。该设置使得在折叠后斜面222与转动轴架11的顶端相重合。该设置大大降低了折叠后开合式后支架22与转动轴架11间的距离,进一步降低折叠后车体的体积。
于本实施例中,本发明提供的小型折叠车为小型折叠电动车,开合式坐垫支架21内设置有驱动前车轮14以及后车轮24运动的驱动器(图未示出)。然而,本发明对此不作任何限定。于其它实施例中,小型折叠车可为小型折叠自行车,脚踏15上具有连接前车轮14和后车轮24的传动件,如链条。
请参考图3,于本实施例中,避震件18设置于连接杆12。通过在连接杆12上设置避震件18,避震件18可缓冲小型折叠车在行驶时由于路面不平整而产生的冲击力,提高使用者的行驶舒适度,广泛应用于各种情况的路面。于本实施例中,避震件18为弹簧,且设置于滑动件16和限位件17之间。然而,本发明对此不作任何限定。
请一并参考图4至图8。于本实施例中,开合式坐垫支架21的顶端设置有至少两组同轴的第三固定孔211。然而,本发明对第三固定孔211的数量不作任何限定。于本实施例中,坐垫23包括固定座231、两个固定件232、联动机构233以及扳机234。固定座231包括一组与第三固定孔211相匹配的第四固定孔2311。两个固定件232分别穿过第四固定孔2311和其中一组第三固定孔211将固定座231固定于开合式坐垫支架21的顶端。联动机构233设置于固定座231,且与两个固定件232相连接,驱动两个固定件232在两组第三固定孔211间切换。扳机234通过钢绳235连接联动机构233,带动联动机构233运动。于本实施例中,两个固定件232为插销式弹珠。然而,本发明对此不作任何限定。
于本实施例中,联动机构233包括两个相铰接的支架2331、弹性横杆2332以及弹性件2333。每一支架2331的一端与其中一个固定件232相连接。弹性横杆2332的两端分别与每一支架2331的另一端相连接,其中部与钢绳235相连接。弹性件2333设置于两个固定件232之间。于本实施例中,两个支架2331铰接后呈X状。然而,本发明对此不作任何限定。
在实际使用中,使用者扳动扳机234,钢绳235带动弹性横杆2332向扳机234所在的方向运动,横杆2332带动与支架2331收缩,且在收缩的过程中压缩弹性件2333,并带动两个固定件232相互靠拢并脱离第四固定孔2311以及第三固定孔211。此时,使用者扳动坐垫23,更换另一组第三固定孔211,放开扳机234,在弹性件2333的作用下,两个固定件232穿过第四固定孔2311以及另一组第三固定孔211,使得坐垫23从水平设置转换为倾斜设置(如图5所示)或从倾斜设置转换为几乎水平设置(如图4所示)。在折叠状态,将坐垫23倾斜设置可大大降低折叠后车体所占用的体积,方便用户携带。
请一并参考图9至图11。于本实施例中,脚踏15包括两个联动部151和两个踏板152。每一联动部151均包括活动压销1511、导向件1512、压杆1513以及弹性件1514。活动压销1511连接滑动件16。导向件1512设置于连接杆12且位于限位件17靠近踏板152的一侧,导向件1512上具有导向孔。压杆1513一端连接活动压销1511,另一端穿过导向孔与踏板152相连接,导向孔对压杆1513的运动轨迹进行导向。于本实施例中,活动压销1511通过中空的导管1515与压杆1513相连接。
弹性件1514设置于踏板152和滑动件16之间。于本实施例中,限位件17具有沿纵向方向设置的通孔,活动压销1511和压杆1513相连接后穿过通孔,进一步对压杆1513的运动轨迹进行导向,当滑动件16下移时保证压杆1513具有向下的推力。于本实施例中,弹性件1514包括绕制在活动压销1511和导管1515上的第一弹簧和绕制在压杆1513上的第二弹簧。然而,本发明对此不作任何限定。
当小型折叠车从折叠状态到展开状态时,滑动件16下移,同时带动活动压销1511下移,并通过导管1515带动压杆1513向下运动,于此同时,压缩弹性件1514。压杆1513将该向下的推力传递给踏板152,踏板152受力后转动沿水平方向展开。当小型折叠车从从展开状态到折叠状态时,滑动件16沿连接杆12的长度方向上移并带动活动压销1511上移,施加在弹性件1514上的压力撤销,弹性件1514反弹,带动压杆1513上升,踏板152自动转动后折叠收拢。
请一并参考图10至图15。于本实施例中,把立13包括把立架131和把手132。把立架131包括第一夹块1311和第二夹块1312。第一夹块1311和第二夹块1312通过紧固螺丝固定在连接杆12上。第二夹块1312远离第一夹块1311的一端固定设置有固定基块133,把手132与固定基块133可拆卸固定连接。固定基块133上连接有活动盖134,活动盖134与固定基块133通过圆柱销进行铰连。活动盖134上设置有开口135,固定基块133沿远离第一夹块1311的方向上依次设置有套架137和开孔138。于本实施例中,套架137为对称结构的设计,套架137与固定基块133固定连接,套架137与把手132铰接,把手132可由平行与套架137所在的水平方向旋转至垂直于套架137的方向。固定基块133上连接有拆合柄136,拆合柄136穿过开口135与固定基块133固定连接。开孔138与拆合柄136相配合。
套架137上设置有第三固定孔1371,本实施例中,第三固定孔1371有四个,每两个相对应设置在两个对称的套架137上,活动盖134通过第三固定孔1371与套架137铰链。第一夹块1311上还固定设置有凸块111,凸块111上设置有第四固定孔1372,活动盖134铰接在凸块111上。活动盖134上远离开口135的一端还设置有凹槽139,凹槽139的两侧壁上分别都设置有第五固定孔1373。
本实施例中,把手132为二个,分别左右对称安装在把立架131上,把手132的一端为握持端1321,把手的另一端为衔合端1322,衔合端1322固定设置有衔合片1323,衔合片1323上设置有第六固定孔1374。衔合端1322为圆柱形,衔合片1323与该圆柱形构成一个开口槽,第六固定孔位于开口槽沿把立轴向方向的壁上;衔合片的厚度小于或等于圆柱形直径的1/2。在安装时,左右两个衔合片1323贴合并列一起,放置在套架137的结构槽中,通过销子予以连接。衔合片1323远离握持端的端平面为圆弧形,圆弧形的结构便于把手132折合时衔合端1322能顺利地进行旋转。其中,衔合片1323的长度不小于活动盖134的弧形高度,从而保证把手132顺利折合到垂直状态,不被活动盖134的壁所阻挡。
固定基块133上连接有拆合柄136,拆合柄136穿过开口135与固定基块133固定连接。拆合柄136上连接有活动销1361,活动销1361与拆合柄136螺旋相连,拆合柄136贴合活动盖134端面轮廓线的曲率半径沿远离活动销1361方向呈先增后减再增的变化,拆合柄136的侧面还设置有卡扣1362,卡扣1362与所拆合柄136螺纹连接,通过旋转拆合柄136可以调节卡扣1362的松紧度,
拆合柄136上安装活动销的一端还设置有环槽1363,该环槽使得拆合柄136能顺利的进行转动。
本实用新型的把手132与固定基块133上的套架137铰链,从而可以实现把手132的转动,保证把手132可以由工作时候的水平位置向下折叠成垂直方向。第一夹块1311和第二夹块1312固定在可折叠车的连接杆12上,从而就实现把立13对运行方向的把持功能,拆合柄136通过活动销1361与把立架131固定连接,从而提供了拆合柄136用于支撑活动盖134的支撑点,再进一步通过转动拆合柄136能对卡扣1362的卡紧度进行调节,使得拆合柄136能卡紧活动盖134以保证把手132位于良好的工作状态,或者以使拆合柄136与活动盖134松离从而便于把手132折合成垂直状态,减小折叠后车体的体积。
综上所述,本发明提供的小型折叠车的车体为可折叠结构,在使用时,利用使用者自身的重力使得开合式坐垫支架下移并带动开合式后支架沿前车体的长度方向下移,开合式坐垫支架和开合式后支架相互转动呈剪刀式交叉状展开。展开后人体的自身重力使得开合式坐垫支架和开合式后支架保持稳定,无需增加额外的固定结构。本发明提供的小型折叠车不仅结构简单,开合方便,且包含的机械结构少,展开和折叠后所占用的体积也将更小,便于携带。且折叠和展开过程非常的简单,适合所有人群使用。
进一步的,通过在连接杆上设置避震件,避震件可缓冲在小型折叠车行驶时由于地面不平整而产生的冲击力,提高使用者的舒适度。设置坐垫活动式设置于开合式坐垫支架的顶端,在折叠状态时,坐垫倾斜设置减小折叠后车体的体积。而使用完成后,用户只需手推坐垫即可将展开的开合式坐垫支架和开合式后支架折叠。
另外,在展开时,开合式后支架带动联动部向下运动,将脚踏沿水平方向展开,为使用者的脚部提供支撑。而在开合式坐垫支架和开合式后支架折叠的同时,开合式后支架带动联动部上移,将水平展开的脚踏收拢折叠。进一步的,设置把立为可折叠式结构,在折叠状态时,把立垂直收至转动轴架的两侧,大大减小折叠后车体的体积,方便用户携带。
此外,设置开合式后支架的顶端具有斜面,斜面的倾斜度小于开合式后支架的中心线的倾斜度。该设置减小折叠后开合式后支架与转动轴架间的间距,一次性折叠收放到位,使得折叠后车体的体积更小。
虽然本发明已由较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟知此技艺者,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,可作些许的更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围当视权利要求书所要求保护的范围为准。

- 一种小型折叠车,其特征在于,包括:前车体,包括前车轮、把立以及脚踏;可折叠的后车体,包括相互转动连接的开合式坐垫支架和开合式后支架,坐垫以及后车轮,所述开合式坐垫支架的尾端与所述前车体铰接,所述开合式后支架的顶端与所述前车体滑动连接,坐垫设置于所述开合式坐垫支架的顶端,后车轮设置于所述开合式后支架的尾端;当小型折叠车为展开状态,所述开合式坐垫支架和开合式后支架相互转动呈剪刀式交叉状展开;当小型折叠车为折叠状态,所述开合式坐垫支架和开合式后支架转动重叠。
- 根据权利要求1所述的小型折叠车,其特征在于,所述前车体还包括:中空的转动轴架,与所述开合式坐垫支架的尾端相铰接;连接杆,设置于所述转动轴架内,所述把立设置于连接杆的顶端,前车轮设置于连接杆的尾端;滑动件,设置于所述连接杆上且可沿所述连接杆的长度方向运动,所述滑动件连接所述开合式后支架的顶端;限位件,设置于所述连接杆,对所述滑动件的运动行程进行限位。
- 根据权利要求2所述的小型折叠车,其特征在于,所述前车体还包括避震件,设置于所述连接杆。
- 根据权利要求2所述的小型折叠车,其特征在于,所述脚踏为可折叠脚踏,所述脚踏包括两个联动部和两个踏板,每一所述联动部分别与所述滑动件相连接,每一所述踏板与所述转动轴架铰接,当小型折叠车为展开状态,联动部运动将踏板水平展开,当小型折叠车为折叠状态,联动部运动将踏板收拢折叠。
- 根据权利要求4所述的小型折叠车,其特征在于,每一所述联动部均包括:活动压销,连接所述滑动件;压杆,一端连接所述活动压销,另一端与所述踏板相连接;弹性件,设置于所述踏板和滑动件之间。
- 根据权利要求5所述的小型折叠车,其特征在于,每一所述联动部均还包括导向件,所述导向件设置于所述连接杆,且位于所述限位件靠近踏板的一侧,所述导向件上具有导向孔,所述压杆的下端穿过所述导向孔与所述踏板连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的小型折叠车,其特征在于,所述坐垫活动式设置于所述开合式坐垫支架的顶端,当小型折叠车为展开状态,所述坐垫水平设置,当小型折叠车为折叠状态,所述坐垫倾斜设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的小型折叠车,其特征在于,所述开合式坐垫支架的顶端设置有至少两组同轴的第三固定孔,且所述坐垫包括:固定座,包括一组与所述第三固定孔相匹配的第四固定孔;两个固定件,分别穿过所述第四固定孔和其中一组第三固定孔将所述固定座固定于所述开合式坐垫支架的顶端;联动机构,设置于所述固定座,且与所述两个固定件相连接,驱动所述两个固定件在所述至少两组第三固定孔间切换;扳机,连接所述联动机构,带动所述联动机构运动。
