本发明涉及一种折叠自行车,尤其是一种超轻14寸或者16寸折叠自行车。
背景技术
折叠自行车最大的优点在于可折叠,方便携带。折叠自行车方便携带的关键因素是重量。重量轻的折叠自行车更受到消费者的欢迎。目前,轮径14寸或者16寸的折叠自行车的整车重量最轻在6.5-7.5公斤,由于结构的限制,目前市场上不存在低于6.5公斤的折叠整车。但是,当一个折叠自行车的重量低于6.5公斤甚至低于5公斤时,才能让人感觉到携带起来轻松。折叠自行车的车架和配件本身大多采用铝合金,材质上已经不可能有更大的突破,因为唯一可以替代铝合金的是镁合金和钛合金,但是这两种材料在实际生产中,由于成本高昂或者材料用在折叠车上的技术不成熟,一直不被实际生产上大批量使用。这样,如果要使得14寸或者16寸的折叠自行车重量突破目前的6.5公斤的极限,只有一种可能,就是改变现有整车车架和配件的结构,而且,这种改变必须是突破原有技术原理的,在原有技术原理上的结构改进是不能根本上解决这个问题的。
发明内容
针对上述现有折叠自行车存在的不足,本发明提供一种14寸或者16寸超轻折叠自行车,整车采用新的配置结构,整车配件采用全新的设计原理,在减少配件或材料的同时不影响整车骑行效果。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,下面结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,本发明的一种14寸或者16寸超轻折叠自行车,包括隐藏式自锁紧座管夹1、纵向转轴折叠车架2、一刹3、锥形可拆把立管4和钢片传动系统5。
隐藏式自锁紧座管夹1的结构完全摒弃了传统固定束的夹紧原理,去掉了固定束、锁紧螺丝、手柄等传统结构,仍然可以实现座管的夹紧。 如图2所示,隐藏式自锁紧座管夹1包括锥形中管头11、锥形C垫圈12和座管13,其中,锥形C垫圈12垫在锥形中管头11里,锥形C垫圈12与锥形中管头11的锥度相同并吻合使用,座管13插入锥形C垫圈12内。由于座管13与锥形C垫圈12之间的摩擦力,带动锥形C垫圈12与锥形中管头11之间紧密吻合,而这种紧密吻合,又导致锥形C垫圈12与座管13之间的摩擦力更大,使得座管13自动锥形锁紧。座管13的这种设计是通过减少材料的方式来实现座管的夹紧功能的。这种夹紧方式使用简单,可以使整车重量减轻40克左右。
如图3和图4所示,纵向转轴折叠车架2包括折叠转轴21、折叠后车架22、弹性胶块23和卡槽24。折叠后车架22通过折叠转轴21实现折叠车的纵向折叠,弹性胶块23具有减震效果,固定在折叠后车架22上,当折叠自行车处于使用状态时,弹性胶块23是卡入卡槽24中的。纵向转轴折叠车架2不需要传统折叠盒的折叠,省去了折叠盒的重量,可以使得整车重量减轻400克以上。同时由于折叠方式为纵向绕轴方式,一步折叠到位,非常方便。
如图5和图6所示,一刹3包括一条压杆35、支承部件36、压杆摩擦块31、压杆拉头33、刹车线34以及紧固部件32,支承部件36通过紧固部件35安装于纵向转轴折叠车架上,其用于为压杆35提供支承;压杆35安装于支承部件36上,并且压杆35可以绕其与支承部件36接触的压杆支点上下摆动,压杆35的一端安装有摩擦块31,并且摩擦块31的个数为一个,另一端与压杆拉头33连接;压杆拉头33还与刹车线34连接。在使用过程中,刹车线34与压杆拉头33固定,拉动压杆35,压杆35通过压杆支点传到压杆摩擦块31,压杆摩擦块31压紧外胎6即实现刹车。
如图7和图8所示,锥形可拆式把立管4包括车把竖管锥形头41、安全螺丝42、车架头管锥形头43和车架头管25,车架头管锥形头43通过压紧块44压紧在车架头管25上,车把竖管锥形头41在使用过程中套入车架头管锥形头43里,二者锥度配合,因此配合比较紧密。为了安全起见,要分别在车架锥形头43上和车把竖管锥形头41上打螺纹孔45、46,安全螺丝42可以插入螺纹孔45、46中并与之配合,在车把使用过程中锁定两个 锥形配合。普通折叠把立需要通过折叠盒来实现车把的折叠收放,而该锥形可拆把立管4不使用折叠盒,可以减轻重量300克左右。
如图9所示,钢片传动系统5包括牙盘51、带孔钢片52和后飞轮53,其中带孔钢片52安装于后飞轮53和牙盘51的外周上,带孔钢片上设有带孔521(如图10所示),后飞轮53安装于自行车后车轮的轮轴上,牙盘51上设有齿牙512,齿牙512与带孔钢片52上的带孔521相匹配。如图10所示,带孔521的带孔钢片52与牙盘51配合带动后飞轮53转动,带动整车前行。带孔钢片52结构比链条结构简单,重量要轻300克左右。在具体生产中,钢片的柔韧性和强度很重要,为配合带孔钢片52的结构,牙盘51有一个平的牙基座511。为了安全起见,带孔钢片52可以用高分子材料制成的高强度非金属材料代替。
通过以上技术革新,轮径14寸或者16寸整体折叠自行车的重量可以减轻1080克左右,相当于目前重量最轻的7千克折叠车再减轻1千克以上的重量,可以使折叠自行车的整车重量达到6千克以下,更加方便携带。
