Abstract

La présente invention concerne des compositions à base d'orge comprenant de l'orge, des céréales, des légumineuses, des épices, des fruits secs et des arômes naturels. Les ingrédients sont présents dans des proportions prédéterminées les uns par rapport aux autres. Divers produits alimentaires peuvent être préparés à partir de ces compositions à base d'orge, qui peuvent être consommées par des personnes en bonne santé, ainsi que par des sujets souffrant d'obésité, de dyslipidémie, de diabète, de pré-diabète (syndrome métabolique), de maladies cardio-vasculaires et équivalent. La présente invention concerne également des procédés de préparation de ces compositions à base d'orge.
