技术领域
本发明涉及一种空心巧克力生产用运动机构,特别涉及一种空心巧克力生产用三维离心运动机构。
背景技术
巧克力是以可可浆,和可可脂为主要原料制成的一种甜食。它不但口感细腻甜美,而且还具有一股浓郁的香气。巧克力可以直接食用,也可被用来制作蛋糕、冰激凌等,在浪漫的情人节,它更是表达爱情少不了的主角。
在制造空心蛋壳形巧克力时,目前国外的做法是在零度以下进行速冷,使得巧克力浆在注入壳形内的同时,直接在壳形内壁冷凝制得。该种结构的缺点是:支持该工艺的设备结构复杂,需要配备大型制冷系统,设备采购成本在千万元级别;且耗能高。而直接缓冷,巧克力浆则无法均匀紧贴壳形内壁,造成巧克力浆凝固后厚薄不均。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种空心巧克力生产用三维离心运动机构,能够实现巧克力浆在模具壳形内的三维离心运动,使得凝固后的巧克力浆厚薄均匀。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种空心巧克力生产用三维离心运动机构,包括机架、链条输送带,其创新点在于:还包括安装座、定轴、驱动套管、齿轮箱、主动伞齿轮、从动伞齿轮、输出轴和驱动机构,一对安装座安装在链条输送带上,安装座之间通过定轴连接固定,齿轮箱设置在定轴的中部,驱动套管套装在定轴的一端,驱动套管的内端与齿轮箱侧壁连接固定,驱动套管外端与驱动机构连接;齿轮箱包括一个主动伞齿轮以及至少一个从动伞齿轮,主动伞齿轮固定在定轴上,从动伞齿轮与主动伞齿轮啮合,从动伞齿轮上连接伸出齿轮箱的输出轴,输出轴上安装模具快速装夹装置。
进一步的,所述驱动机构包括链轮和链条,链条固定在链条输送带两侧的机架上,链轮直接或间接安装在驱动套管,链轮与链条啮合。
本发明的优点在于:利用三维离心运动机构的驱动,在其作用下巧克力浆均匀的紧贴模具型腔内壁,冷凝后,制得的空心巧克力外壳厚薄均匀。无需在巧克力浆在注入巧克力包装外壳内的同时直接冷凝制得,设别结构简单,采购成本低,制冷要求较低,耗能少。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,包括安装座31、定轴32、驱动套管33、齿轮箱34、主动伞齿轮35、从动伞齿轮36、输出轴37、链轮38和链条39。
一对安装座31安装在链条输送带2上,安装座31之间通过定轴32连接固定,齿轮箱34设置在定轴32的中部,驱动套管33套装在定轴32的一端,驱动套管33的内端与齿轮箱34侧壁连接固定,驱动套管33外端与驱动机构连接。本实施例中的驱动机构包括链轮38和链条39,链条39固定在链条输送带2两侧的冷凝区b机架上,链轮38直接或间接安装在驱动套管33,链轮38与链条39啮合。
齿轮箱34包括一个主动伞齿轮35以及至少一个从动伞齿轮36,本实施例中从动伞齿轮36有两个,主动伞齿轮35固定在定轴32上,两从动伞齿轮36分别与主动伞齿轮35啮合,从动伞齿轮36上连接伸出齿轮箱34的输出轴37,输出轴37上安装模具快速装夹装置4。
工作原理:驱动机构带动驱动套管33转动,齿轮箱34转动,由于主动伞齿轮35固定在定轴32上,齿轮箱34与主动伞齿轮35发生相对转动时,从动伞齿轮36也相对与主动伞齿轮35转动,从而驱动模具快速装夹装置4转动,使得模具快速装夹装置4自转的同时绕定轴32公转,实现三维离心运动。

  1. 一种空心巧克力生产用三维离心运动机构,包括机架、链条输送带,其特征在于:还包括安装座、定轴、驱动套管、齿轮箱、主动伞齿轮、从动伞齿轮、输出轴和驱动机构,一对安装座安装在链条输送带上,安装座之间通过定轴连接固定,齿轮箱设置在定轴的中部,驱动套管套装在定轴的一端,驱动套管的内端与齿轮箱侧壁连接固定,驱动套管外端与驱动机构连接;齿轮箱包括一个主动伞齿轮以及至少一个从动伞齿轮,主动伞齿轮固定在定轴上,从动伞齿轮与主动伞齿轮啮合,从动伞齿轮上连接伸出齿轮箱的输出轴,输出轴上安装模具快速装夹装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的巧克力中空生产线,其特征在于:所述驱动机构包括链轮和链条,链条固定在链条输送带两侧的机架上,链轮直接或间接安装在驱动套管,链轮与链条啮合。
