本发明涉及一种模具快速装夹装置，特别涉及一种空心巧克力模具快速装夹装置。
背景技术
巧克力是以可可浆，和可可脂为主要原料制成的一种甜食。它不但口感细腻甜美，而且还具有一股浓郁的香气。巧克力可以直接食用，也可被用来制作蛋糕、冰激凌等，在浪漫的情人节，它更是表达爱情少不了的主角。
在制造空心蛋壳形巧克力时，需要将空心巧克力模具置于三维运动机构上进行三维离心运动，并通过冷却机冷凝。传统的方式通过螺栓固定在三维运动机构上，安装拆卸较慢，严重影响生产效率。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种装夹快速方便的空心巧克力模具快速装夹装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案为：一种空心巧克力模具快速装夹装置，其创新点在于：包括装夹底板、装夹支架、翻转锁紧板、复位弹簧和定位凸起，装夹底板的两侧固定有装夹支架，装夹支架上部与翻转锁紧板的一端铰接，在翻转锁紧板与装夹支架之间设置复位弹簧。
本发明的优点在于：模具快速装夹装置在使用时，通过复位弹簧的拉力能够快速实现模具的装夹或打开，使得操作人员有充分的时间在冷却机准备区取下成型的空心巧克力模具并换上待成型的新模具，提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，包括装夹底板41、装夹支架42、翻转锁紧板43、复位弹簧44和定位凸起45，装夹底板41的两侧固定有装夹支架42，装夹支架42上部与翻转锁紧板43的一端铰接，在翻转锁紧板43与装夹支架42之间设置复位弹簧44。
工作原理：将空心巧克力模具置于装夹底板41上，模具底部由定位凸起45支承定位，模具两侧由装夹支架4内侧面定位，然后将两侧的翻转锁紧板43向内翻转，在复位弹簧44的作用下，翻转锁紧板43向内侧压下，抵住模具的两侧上表面，从而实现装夹；需要去除模具时反之进行。
