Description

一种获取用户设备UE信息的方法和装置 技术领域
本发明涉及无线通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种获取用户设备UE信息的方法和装置。
背景技术
无线通信网络一般由接入网和核心网组成,接入网主要负责使用某种无线的连接和通信技术将广大的用户接入到核心网中,核心网包括MME(Mobility Management Entity,移动性管理实体)、Serving SAE Gateway、PDN SAE Gateway三个逻辑功能体,主要负责呼叫的接续、计费和移动性管理等等。
在无线通信网络的演进过程中,引入了一些新的逻辑功能实体,主要负责从接入网获取用户设备的UE信息,将获取的UE信息通知给核心网,以便核心网执行相关策略控制操作。以RCAF(Congestion Awareness Function,拥塞感知功能装置)为例,RCAF可以从接入网获取UE所在接入网的用户面拥塞状态信息,并且将接入网的用户面拥塞状态信息通知给策略控制设备(如PCRF),以使其对其用户设备进行控制,以减轻拥塞。再比如,可以获取接入网的资源使用情况,或者UE的数据流的传输速率等信息。
在这个过程中,要实现对用户设备的控制,首先要获取用户设备的IMSI(International Mobile Subscriber Identity,全球移动签约者标识)、PDN ID(Packed Data Network Identifier,分组数据网标识)等信息,以便于定位策略控制设备。
目前,在获取用户设备的UE信息时,首先获取接入网的标识信息或位置区的标识信息,再向移动性管理网元请求其接入网或位置区中的所有用户设备的UE信息,也就是说,只能获取整个接入网或位置区中的用户设备的UE信息,不能获取某个/些用户设备的UE信息,那么,核心网在对用户设备进行控制时,就只能控制整个接入网或位置区的用户设备,但实际上,接入网或位置区中可能只有个别用户设备需要控制,这种通过控制整个接入网或位置区的用 户设备来实现对个别用户设备进行控制,降低了系统的处理效率。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种获取用户设备UE信息的方法和装置,可以获取某个/些用户设备的UE信息,使得核心网可以针对性的对用户设备进行控制,提高系统处理效率。
本发明实施例第一方面提供了一种获取用户设备UE信息的装置,包括:
获取单元,用于获取UE在接入网的标识信息;
发送单元,用于发送请求信息至移动性管理网元,所述请求信息中包括所述UE在接入网的标识信息,请求所述移动性管理网元根据所述UE在接入网的标识信息返回所述UE的信息;
所述获取单元,还用于获取所述移动性管理网元返回的UE的信息。
在第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式中,所述UE在接入网的标识信息包括MME UE S1-AP Id和/或eNB UE S1-AP Id。
在第一方面的第二种可能的实现方式中,所述获取单元还用于:
获取接入网中的UE的上下文中移动性管理网元的标识信息或位置区内的UE的上下文中移动性管理网元的标识信息;
所述发送单元具体用于:

由上可见,本发明实施例可以获取UE在接入网的标识信息,发送请求信息至移动性管理网元,获取所述移动性管理网元返回的UE的信息,即可以获取到某个/些用户设备的UE信息,进而,使得核心网可以根据该UE信息针对性的对用户设备进行控制,相对现有技术,通过控制整个接入网或位置区的用户设备来实现对个别用户设备进行控制而言,提高了系统处理效率。

本发明提供了一种获取用户设备UE信息的方法和装置,可获取某个/些用户设备的UE信息,使得核心网可针对性的对用户设备进行控制,提高系统处理效率。以下分别结合图1~图4进行详细说明。
请参阅图1,图1是本发明提出的一种获取用户设备UE信息的装置的第一实施例的结构示意图。本发明实施例提供的获取用户设备UE信息的装置可以包括拥塞感知功能装置RCAF。如图1所示的获取用户设备UE信息的装置10至少可以包括:获取单元11以及发送单元12,其中:
获取单元11,用于获取UE在接入网的标识信息。
作为一种可选的实施方式,获取单元11可以获取核心网根据UE的签约信息确定的UE在接入网的标识信息,签约信息可以包括用户办理的业务,用户类型(如全球通、动感地带等等)等;
作为另一种可选的实施方式,获取单元11可以获取核心网中重流量的UE在接入网的标识信息。当UE在第一预设时长内使用的流量达到预设流量阈值,核心网则判定所述UE为重流量的UE。
其中,UE在接入网的标识信息可以包括MME UE S1-AP Id和/或eNB UE S1-AP Id。
发送单元12,用于发送请求信息至移动性管理网元,所述请求信息中包括所述UE在接入网的标识信息,请求所述移动性管理网元根据所述UE在接入网的标识信息返回所述UE的信息。
其中,在UMTS/GERAN系统中,移动性管理网元可以包括MME和SGSN(Serving GPRS Support Node,服务GPRS支持节点)。
具体地,当获取单元11获取到UE在接入网的标识信息时,发送单元12可以发送请求信息至移动性管理网元,所述请求信息中包括所述UE在接入网的标识信息,以使所述移动性管理网元根据所述UE在接入网的标识信息返回所述UE的信息。
所述UE的信息包括所述UE的IMSI(International Mobile Subscriber Identity,全球移动签约者标识)、PDN ID(Packed Data Network Identify,分组数据网标识)和网络状态信息中的至少一种;

当获取单元11获取到所述移动性管理网元返回的UE的信息时,可以根 据IMSI或PDN ID等信息定位出策略控制装置,再将获取的网络状态信息发送给核心网,以使核心网针对性地对对应的用户设备进行控制,例如,拥塞控制、流量控制、传输速率控制等等,相对现有技术,通过控制整个接入网或位置区的用户设备来实现对个别用户设备进行控制而言,提高了系统处理效率。
进一步可选地,获取单元11还可以获取接入网中的UE的上下文中移动性管理网元的标识信息,发送单元12可以根据所述接入网中的UE的上下文中移动性管理网元的标识信息确定移动性管理网元,再向确定的移动性管理网元发送请求消息;或者,
获取单元11可以获取位置区内的UE的上下文中移动性管理网元的标识信息,发送单元12可以根据所述位置区内的UE的上下文中移动性管理网元的标识信息确定移动性管理网元,再向确定的移动性管理网元发送请求消息,相比向所有的移动性管理网元发送请求信息而言,减少了信令的数量。
其中,移动性管理网元的标识信息可以是根据GUMMEI(Globally Unique MME Identifier,全球唯一MME标识)信息确定的。

本发明提供了一种策略控制的处理方法和装置,可以根据策略控制装置与 UE的对应关系,将UE的信息直接发送给对应的策略控制装置,而现有技术中,只能通过路由代理将UE的信息发送给对应的策略控制装置,提高了系统处理效率。以下分别结合图8~图12进行详细说明。
请参阅图8,图8是本发明提出的一种策略控制的处理装置的第一实施例的结构示意图。本发明实施例提供的策略控制的处理装置可以包括拥塞感知功能装置RCAF。如图8所示的策略控制的处理装置80至少可以包括:获取单元81以及发送单元82,其中:
获取单元81,用于获取策略控制装置的标识信息。
策略控制的处理装置可以在UE的上下文中保存其UE对应的策略控制装置的标识信息,当需要对某个/些UE进行策略控制时,获取单元81则获取其UE对应的策略控制装置的标识信息。

策略控制装置的标识信息可以是Logic PCRF ID(逻辑PCRF标识)。

作为一种可选的实施方式,发送单元82可以以汇聚的方式发送所述UE的信息至所述第一策略控制装置,若所述UE为所述第一策略控制装置无法识别的UE,如图9出示的本发明实施例提供的一种策略控制的处理装置的第二实施例的结构示意图,所述装置进一步还可以包括接收单元83,用于接收所述第一策略控制装置发送的结果、原因值或所述UE的信息中的至少一种信息。
具体地,发送单元82可以根据获取单元81所获取的策略控制装置的标识信息,将相同标识信息对应的UE的信息汇聚在一起,发送给该标识信息所标识的第一策略控制装置,以汇聚的方式将UE的信息发送给第一策略控制装置,相比逐个发送UE的信息而言,提高了传输效率,如果,所述UE为所述第一策略控制装置无法识别的UE,接收单元83则接收所述第一策略控制装置发送的结果、原因值或所述UE的信息中的至少一种信息。
进一步地,如果接收单元83接收到第一策略控制装置发送的结果、原因值或所述UE的信息中的至少一种信息,所述发送单元82还可以以非汇聚的方式发送所述UE的信息至第二策略控制装置,即逐个将无法识别的UE的信息发送给第二策略控制装置。
其中,第二策略控制装置可以是第一策略控制装置,也可以是除第一策略控制装置之外的其他策略控制装置,本发明不做限定。
可选地,如果策略控制装置对UE去激活会话,接收单元83可以接收到所述策略控制装置发送的会话去激活消息。
具体地,如果接收单元83接收到所述策略控制装置发送的结果、原因值或所述UE的信息中的至少一种信息,发送单元81可以将UE的信息发送至路由代理DRA,以使路由代理DRA根据UE的信息查找到策略控制装置,并将UE的信息发送给策略控制装置,以使策略控制装置对UE进行策略控制,确保了对用户设备的处理。
再进一步地,所述发送单元82还可以用于在发送所述UE的信息至第二策略控制装置之前,向移动性管理网元获取所述UE的位置区信息或者网络信息。
具体地,如果接收单元83接收到所述策略控制装置发送的结果、原因值或所述UE的信息中的至少一种信息,发送单元82可以向移动性管理网元获取所述UE的位置区信息,该位置区信息记录UE当前所处的位置区,发送单元82可以根据该位置区信息将UE的信息发送至第二策略控制装置。如发送单元82根据该位置区信息确定路由代理DRA,将UE的信息发送至所述确定 的路由代理DRA,以使该路由代理DRA根据UE信息查找到第二策略控制装置,并将UE的信息发送至第二策略控制装置,减少了信令的数量;
如果接收单元83接收到所述第一策略控制装置发送的结果、原因值或所述UE的信息中的至少一种信息,发送单元82可以向移动性管理网元获取所述UE的网络信息,该网络信息包括UE的网络附着信息,若网络信息记录UE当前附着网络,网络信息还可以包括UE当前的接入网信息或位置区信息,发送单元82可以根据该网络信息将UE的信息发送至第二策略控制装置,减少了信令的数量;若网络信息记录UE当前没有附着网络,发送单元82可以在预设等待时长后,再向移动性管理网元获取所述UE的网络信息。
作为另一种可选的实施方式,如果获取单元81获取到策略控制装置的标识信息,发送单元82可以以非汇聚的方式发送所述UE的信息至所述第一策略控制装置。
优选地,如果所述标识信息标识的第一策略控制装置发生复位,发送单元82则以非汇聚的方式发送所述UE的信息至所述第一策略控制装置。
具体地,策略控制的处理装置在保存了策略控制装置的标识信息后,如果感知到策略控制装置发生故障或者复位,发送单元82则以非汇聚的方式向策略控制装置发送UE信息。
需要说明的是,策略控制的处理装置可以通过设备间信令连接的心跳机制感知策略控制装置发生故障或者复位,或者其他方式,本发明不作限定。
再进一步地,如图9所示的本发明提出的一种策略控制的处理装置的第二实施例的结构示意图,所述策略控制的处理装置80还可以包括删除单元84,所述删除单元84,用于删除所述第一策略控制装置的标识信息。
如果接收单元83接收到所述第一策略控制装置发送的结果、原因值或所述UE的信息中的至少一种信息,或者接收到所述第一策略控制装置发送的会话去激活消息,或者所述第一策略控制装置发生复位或故障,删除单元84可以删除所述第一策略控制装置的标识信息。
在图8或图9所示的实施例中,发送单元可以根据策略控制装置与UE的 对应关系,将UE的信息以汇聚的方式发送给策略控制装置,如果接收单元接收到策略控制装置发送的结果、原因值或UE的信息中的至少一种信息,或者,策略控制装置发生复位,发送单元可以以非汇聚的方式发送所述UE的信息至策略控制装置,提高了系统处理效率。

若所述UE为所述第一策略控制装置无法识别的UE,则接收所述第一策略控制装置发送的结果、原因值或所述UE的信息中的至少一种信息。
具体地,处理器101可以根据所获取的策略控制装置的标识信息,将相同标识信息对应的UE的信息汇聚在一起,通过网络接口103发送给该标识信息所标识的第一策略控制装置,以汇聚的方式将UE的信息发送给第一策略控制装置,相比逐个发送UE的信息而言,提高了传输效率,如果,所述UE为所述第一策略控制装置无法识别的UE,处理器101则可以通过网络接口103接收所述第一策略控制装置发送的结果、原因值或所述UE的信息中的至少一种信息。
进一步地,处理器101通过网络接口103接收所述第一策略控制装置发送的结果、原因值或所述UE的信息中的至少一种信息之后,还可以通过网络接口103执行以下操作:
以非汇聚的方式发送所述UE的信息至第二策略控制装置。
即逐个将无法识别的UE的信息发送给第二策略控制装置。
其中,第二策略控制装置可以是第一策略控制装置,也可以是除第一策略控制装置之外的其他策略控制装置,本发明不做限定。
可选地,如果策略控制装置对UE去激活会话,处理器101可以通过网络接口103接收到所述策略控制装置发送的会话去激活消息。
具体地,如果处理器103接收到所述策略控制装置发送的结果、原因值或所述UE的信息中的至少一种信息,可以通过网络接口103将UE的信息发送至路由代理DRA,以使路由代理DRA根据UE的信息查找到策略控制装置, 并将UE的信息发送给策略控制装置,以使策略控制装置对UE进行策略控制,确保了对用户设备的处理。
再进一步地,处理器101通过网络接口103以非汇聚的方式发送所述UE的信息至所述第二策略控制装置之前,还可以执行以下操作:
向移动性管理网元获取所述UE的位置区信息或者网络信息。
具体地,如果处理器101通过网络接口103接收到所述策略控制装置发送的结果、原因值或所述UE的信息中的至少一种信息,处理器101通过网络接口103可以向移动性管理网元获取所述UE的位置区信息,该位置区信息记录UE当前所处的位置区,处理器101通过网络接口103可以根据该位置区信息将UE的信息发送至第二策略控制装置。如根据该位置区信息确定路由代理DRA,将UE的信息发送至所述确定的路由代理DRA,以使该路由代理DRA根据UE信息查找到第二策略控制装置,并将UE的信息发送至第二策略控制装置,减少了信令的数量;
如果处理器101通过网络接口103接收到所述第一策略控制装置发送的结果、原因值或所述UE的信息中的至少一种信息,处理器101通过网络接口103可以向移动性管理网元获取所述UE的网络信息,该网络信息包括UE的网络附着信息,若网络信息记录UE当前附着网络,网络信息还可以包括UE当前的接入网信息或位置区信息,处理器101通过网络接口103可以根据该网络信息将UE的信息发送至第二策略控制装置,减少了信令的数量;若网络信息记录UE当前没有附着网络,处理器101可以在预设等待时长后,再通过网络接口103向移动性管理网元获取所述UE的网络信息。
作为另一种可选的实施方式,处理器101可以调用所述存储器104中存储的程序代码向所述标识信息标识的第一策略控制装置发送UE的信息具体可以为:
以非汇聚的方式发送所述UE的信息至所述第一策略控制装置。
优选地,如果所述标识信息标识的第一策略控制装置发生复位,处理器101可以调用所述存储器104中存储的程序代码以非汇聚的方式发送所述UE 的信息至所述第一策略控制装置。
具体地,策略控制的处理装置在保存了策略控制装置的标识信息后,如果感知到策略控制装置发生故障或者复位,则以非汇聚的方式向策略控制装置发送UE信息。
需要说明的是,策略控制的处理装置可以通过设备间信令连接的心跳机制感知策略控制装置发生故障或者复位,或者其他方式,本发明不作限定。
再进一步地,处理器101还可以调用所述存储器104中存储的程序代码,执行以下操作:
删除所述第一策略控制装置的标识信息。
如果处理器101接收到所述第一策略控制装置发送的结果、原因值或所述UE的信息中的至少一种信息,或者接收到所述第一策略控制装置发送的会话去激活消息,或者所述第一策略控制装置发生复位或故障,处理器101可以删除所述第一策略控制装置的标识信息。
在图10所示的实施例中,处理器可以根据策略控制装置与UE的对应关系,将UE的信息以汇聚的方式发送给策略控制装置,如果接收到策略控制装置发送的结果、原因值或UE的信息中的至少一种信息,或者,策略控制装置发生复位,处理器可以以非汇聚的方式发送所述UE的信息至策略控制装置,提高了系统处理效率。
请参阅图11,图11是本发明提出的一种策略控制的处理方法的第一实施例的流程示意图。如图11所示本发明实施例中的策略控制的处理流程可以包括:
S111,获取策略控制装置的标识信息。
策略控制的处理装置可以在UE的上下文中保存其UE对应的策略控制装置的标识信息,当需要对某个/些UE进行策略控制时,获取单元81则获取其UE对应的策略控制装置的标识信息。
其中,策略控制装置可以包括PCRF(Policy and Charging Rule Function, 策略与计费规则功能实体),以使策略控制装置根据UE的信息查找对应的UE,并对该UE进行策略控制,例如,拥塞控制、流量控制或传输速率控制等等。
策略控制装置的标识信息可以是Logic PCRF ID(逻辑PCRF标识)。
S112,向所述标识信息标识的第一策略控制装置发送UE的信息。
所述UE的信息包括所述UE的IMSI、PDN ID和网络状态信息中的至少一种;
其中,所述PDN ID包括APN,所述网络状态信息包括UE所在接入网的用户面拥塞状态信息、资源使用信息和UE的数据流的传输速率信息,该拥塞状态信息可以进一步包括拥塞状态和/或拥塞级别等等。
作为一种可选的实施方式,可以以汇聚的方式发送所述UE的信息至所述第一策略控制装置,若所述UE为所述第一策略控制装置无法识别的UE,则接收所述第一策略控制装置发送的结果、原因值或所述UE的信息中的至少一种信息。
具体地,可以根据所获取的策略控制装置的标识信息,将相同标识信息对应的UE的信息汇聚在一起,发送给该标识信息所标识的第一策略控制装置,以汇聚的方式将UE的信息发送给第一策略控制装置,相比逐个发送UE的信息而言,提高了传输效率,如果,所述UE为所述第一策略控制装置无法识别的UE,则接收所述第一策略控制装置发送的结果、原因值或所述UE的信息中的至少一种信息。
进一步地,如果接收到第一策略控制装置发送的结果、原因值或所述UE的信息中的至少一种信息,还可以以非汇聚的方式发送所述UE的信息至第二策略控制装置,即逐个将无法识别的UE的信息发送给第二策略控制装置。
其中,第二策略控制装置可以是第一策略控制装置,也可以是除第一策略控制装置之外的其他策略控制装置,本发明不做限定。
可选地,如果策略控制装置对UE去激活会话,也可以接收到所述策略控制装置发送的会话去激活消息。
具体地,如果接收到所述策略控制装置发送的结果、原因值或所述UE的 信息中的至少一种信息,可以将UE的信息发送至路由代理DRA,以使路由代理DRA根据UE的信息查找到策略控制装置,并将UE的信息发送给策略控制装置,以使策略控制装置对UE进行策略控制,确保了对用户设备的处理。
再进一步地,还可以在发送所述UE的信息至第二策略控制装置之前,向移动性管理网元获取所述UE的位置区信息或者网络信息。
具体地,如果接收到所述策略控制装置发送的结果、原因值或所述UE的信息中的至少一种信息,可以向移动性管理网元获取所述UE的位置区信息,该位置区信息记录UE当前所处的位置区,可以根据该位置区信息将UE的信息发送至第二策略控制装置。如根据该位置区信息确定路由代理DRA,将UE的信息发送至所述确定的路由代理DRA,以使该路由代理DRA根据UE信息查找到第二策略控制装置,并将UE的信息发送至第二策略控制装置,减少了信令的数量;
如果接收到所述第一策略控制装置发送的结果、原因值或所述UE的信息中的至少一种信息,可以向移动性管理网元获取所述UE的网络信息,该网络信息包括UE的网络附着信息,若网络信息记录UE当前附着网络,网络信息还可以包括UE当前的接入网信息或位置区信息,可以根据该网络信息将UE的信息发送至第二策略控制装置,减少了信令的数量;若网络信息记录UE当前没有附着网络,可以在预设等待时长后,再向移动性管理网元获取所述UE的网络信息。
作为另一种可选的实施方式,如果获取到策略控制装置的标识信息,可以以非汇聚的方式发送所述UE的信息至所述第一策略控制装置。
优选地,如果所述标识信息标识的第一策略控制装置发生复位,则以非汇聚的方式发送所述UE的信息至所述第一策略控制装置。
具体地,策略控制的处理装置在保存了策略控制装置的标识信息后,如果感知到策略控制装置发生故障或者复位,则以非汇聚的方式向策略控制装置发送UE信息。

具体地,如果接收到所述策略控制装置发送的结果、原因值或所述UE的信息中的至少一种信息,可以向移动性管理网元获取所述UE的位置区信息,该位置区信息记录UE当前所处的位置区,可以根据该位置区信息将UE的信息发送至第二策略控制装置。如根据该位置区信息确定路由代理DRA,将UE的信息发送至所述确定的路由代理DRA,以使该路由代理DRA根据UE信息查找到第二策略控制装置,并将UE的信息发送至第二策略控制装置,减少了信令的数量;
如果接收到所述第一策略控制装置发送的结果、原因值或所述UE的信息中的至少一种信息,可以向移动性管理网元获取所述UE的网络信息,该网络信息包括UE的网络附着信息,若网络信息记录UE当前附着网络,网络信息还可以包括UE当前的接入网信息或位置区信息,可以根据该网络信息将UE的信息发送至第二策略控制装置,减少了信令的数量;
若网络信息记录UE当前没有附着网络,可以在预设等待时长后,再向移动性管理网元获取所述UE的网络信息。
S125,以非汇聚的方式发送所述UE的信息至第二策略控制装置。
具体地,如果接收到第一策略控制装置发送的结果、原因值或所述UE的信息中的至少一种信息,并且通过移动性管理网元获取到所述UE的位置区信息或者网络信息,则可以逐个将无法识别的UE的信息发送给第二策略控制装 置。
其中,第二策略控制装置可以是第一策略控制装置,也可以是除第一策略控制装置之外的其他策略控制装置,本发明不做限定。
需要指出的是,本发明实施例中,在接收到第一策略控制装置发送的结果、原因值或所述UE信息中的至少一种信息之后,先执行向移动性管理网元获取UE的位置区信息或者网络信息的步骤,再执行以非汇聚的方式发送所述UE的信息至第二策略控制装置的步骤,在其他可选实施例中,在接收到第一策略控制装置发送的结果、原因值或所述UE信息中的至少一种信息之后,也可以直接执行以非汇聚的方式发送所述UE的信息至第二策略控制装置的步骤。
S126,删除所述第一策略控制装置标识信息。
当以非汇聚的方式发送所述UE的信息至第二策略控制装置时,可以删除所述第一策略控制装置标识信息。
需要指出的是,本发明实施例中,删除第一策略控制装置标识信息是在以非汇聚的方式发送所述UE的信息至第二策略控制装置之后执行,在其他可选实施例中,也可以在接收到所述第一策略控制装置发送的结果、原因值或所述UE信息中的至少一种信息,或者接收到所述第一策略控制装置发送的会话去激活消息时执行。
在图12所示的实施例中,可以根据策略控制装置与UE的对应关系,将UE的信息以汇聚的方式发送给策略控制装置,如果接收到策略控制装置发送的结果、原因值或UE的信息中的至少一种信息,或者,策略控制装置发生复位,可以以非汇聚的方式发送所述UE的信息至策略控制装置,提高了系统处理效率。

  1. 一种获取用户设备UE信息的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取单元,用于获取UE在接入网的标识信息;
    发送单元,用于发送请求信息至移动性管理网元,所述请求信息中包括所述UE在接入网的标识信息,请求所述移动性管理网元根据所述UE在接入网的标识信息返回所述UE的信息;
    所述获取单元,还用于获取所述移动性管理网元返回的UE的信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述UE在接入网的标识信息包括MME UE S1-AP Id和/或eNB UE S1-AP Id。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取单元还用于:
    获取接入网中的UE的上下文中移动性管理网元的标识信息或位置区内的UE的上下文中移动性管理网元的标识信息;
    所述发送单元具体用于:
    根据所述接入网中的UE的上下文中移动性管理网元的标识信息确定移动性管理网元,发送请求消息至所述确定的移动性管理网元;或者
    根据所述位置区内的UE的上下文中移动性管理网元的标识信息确定移动性管理网元,发送请求消息至所述确定的移动性管理网元。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取单元具体用于:
    获取核心网根据UE的签约信息确定的UE在接入网的标识信息;或者
    获取核心网中重流量的UE在接入网的标识信息。
  5. 如权利要求1-4任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述UE的信息包括所述UE的IMSI(International Mobile Subscriber Identity,全球移动签约者标识)、PDN ID(Packed Data Network Identify,分组数据网标识)和网络状态 信息中的至少一种;
    其中,所述PDN ID包括APN(Access Point Name,接入点名称),所述网络状态信息包括UE所在接入网的用户面拥塞状态信息、资源使用信息和UE的数据流的传输速率信息。
  6. 一种获取用户设备UE信息的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取UE在接入网的标识信息;
    发送请求信息至移动性管理网元,所述请求信息中包括所述UE在接入网的标识信息,请求所述移动性管理网元根据所述UE在接入网的标识信息返回所述UE的信息;
    获取所述移动性管理网元返回的UE的信息。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述UE在接入网的标识信息包括MME UE S1-AP Id和/或eNB UE S1-AP Id。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    获取接入网中的UE的上下文中移动性管理网元的标识信息或位置区内的UE的上下文中移动性管理网元的标识信息;
    所述发送请求信息至移动性管理网元包括:
    根据所述接入网中的UE的上下文中移动性管理网元的标识信息确定移动性管理网元,发送请求消息至所述确定的移动性管理网元;或者
    根据所述位置区内的UE的上下文中移动性管理网元的标识信息确定移动性管理网元,发送请求消息至所述确定的移动性管理网元。
  9. 如权利要求6-8任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取UE在接入网的标识信息包括:
    获取核心网根据UE的签约信息确定的UE在接入网的标识信息;或者
    获取核心网中重流量的UE在接入网的标识信息。
  10. 如权利要求6-9任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述UE的信息包括所述UE的IMSI、PDN ID和网络状态信息中的至少一种;
    其中,所述PDN ID包括APN,所述网络状态信息包括UE所在接入网的用户面拥塞状态信息、资源使用信息和UE的数据流的传输速率信息。
  11. 一种获取用户设备UE信息的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取单元,用于获取接入网信息或者位置区信息;
    处理单元,用于确定所述接入网或者所述位置区内UE附着的移动性管理网元;
    所述获取单元,还用于接收所述移动性管理网元根据所述接入网信息或者位置区信息返回的UE的信息。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元具体用于:
    获取接入网中的UE的上下文中移动性管理网元的标识信息或位置区内的UE的上下文中移动性管理网元的标识信息;
    根据所述接入网中的UE的上下文中移动性管理网元的标识信息确定所述接入网内UE附着的移动性管理网元;或者
    根据所述位置区内的UE的上下文中移动性管理网元的标识信息确定所述位置区内UE附着的移动性管理网元。
  13. 如权利要求11-12任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接入网信息包括eNB id,所述位置区信息包括cell id。
  14. 如权利要求11-13任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述UE的信息包括所述UE的IMSI、PDN ID和网络状态信息中的至少一种;
    其中,所述PDN ID包括APN,所述网络状态信息包括UE所在接入网的用户面拥塞状态信息、资源使用信息和UE的数据流的传输速率信息。
  15. 一种获取用户设备UE信息的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取接入网信息或者位置区信息;
    确定所述接入网或者所述位置区内UE附着的移动性管理网元;
    接收所述移动性管理网元根据所述接入网信息或者位置区信息返回的UE的信息。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定所述接入网或者所述位置区内UE附着的移动性管理网元包括:
    获取接入网中的UE的上下文中移动性管理网元的标识信息或位置区内的UE的上下文中移动性管理网元的标识信息;
    根据所述接入网中的UE的上下文中移动性管理网元的标识信息确定所述接入网内UE附着的移动性管理网元;或者
    根据所述位置区内的UE的上下文中移动性管理网元的标识信息确定所述位置区内UE附着的移动性管理网元。
  17. 如权利要求15或16任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接入网信息包括eNB id,所述位置区信息包括cell id。
  18. 如权利要求15或17任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述UE的信息包括所述UE的IMSI、PDN ID和网络状态信息中的至少一种;
    其中,所述PDN ID包括APN,所述网络状态信息包括UE所在接入网的用户面拥塞状态信息、资源使用信息和UE的数据流的传输速率信息。
  19. 一种策略控制的处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取单元,用于获取策略控制装置的标识信息;
    发送单元,用于向所述标识信息标识的第一策略控制装置发送UE的信息。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送单元具体用于:
    以汇聚的方式发送所述UE的信息至所述第一策略控制装置;
    所述装置还包括:
    接收单元,用于若所述UE为所述第一策略控制装置无法识别的UE,则接收所述第一策略控制装置发送的结果、原因值或所述UE的信息中的至少一种信息。
  21. 如权利要求20所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送单元还用于:
    以非汇聚的方式发送所述UE的信息至第二策略控制装置。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送单元还用于:
    在以非汇聚的方式发送所述UE的信息至所述第二策略控制装置之前,向移动性管理网元获取所述UE的位置区信息或者网络信息。
  23. 如权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送单元具体用于:
    以非汇聚的方式发送所述UE的信息至所述第一策略控制装置。
  24. 如权利要求23所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送单元具体用于:
    若所述标识信息标识的所述第一策略控制装置发生复位,则以非汇聚的方式发送所述UE的信息至所述第一策略控制装置。
  25. 如权利要求20或23任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    删除单元,用于删除所述第一策略控制装置的标识信息。
  26. 如权利要求19-25任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述策略控制装置包括PCRF(Policy and Charging Rule Function,策略与计费规则功能实体)。
  27. 如权利要求19-26任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述UE的信息包括所述UE的IMSI、PDN ID和网络状态信息中的至少一种;
    其中,所述PDN ID包括APN,所述网络状态信息包括UE所在接入网的用户面拥塞状态信息、资源使用信息和UE的数据流的传输速率信息。
  28. 一种策略控制的处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取策略控制装置的标识信息;
    向所述标识信息标识的第一策略控制装置发送UE的信息。
  29. 如权利要求28所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向所述标识信息标识的第一策略控制装置发送UE的信息包括:
    以汇聚的方式发送所述UE的信息至所述第一策略控制装置;
    所述方法还包括:
    若所述UE为所述第一策略控制装置无法识别的UE,接收所述第一策略控制装置发送的结果、原因值或所述UE的信息中的至少一种信息。
  30. 如权利要求29所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收所述第一策略控制装置发送的结果、原因值或所述UE的信息中的至少一种信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    以非汇聚的方式发送所述UE的信息至第二策略控制装置。
  31. 如权利要求30所述的方法,其特征在于,所述以非汇聚的方式发送所述UE的信息至第二策略控制装置之前,还包括:
    向移动性管理网元获取所述UE的位置区信息或者网络信息。
  32. 如权利要求28所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向所述标识信息标识的第一策略控制装置发送UE的信息包括:
    以非汇聚的方式发送所述UE的信息至所述第一策略控制装置。
  33. 如权利要求32所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向所述标识信息标识的第一策略控制装置发送UE的信息包括:
    若所述标识信息标识的所述第一策略控制装置发生复位,则以非汇聚的方式发送所述UE的信息至所述第一策略控制装置。
  34. 如权利要求29或32任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    删除所述第一策略控制装置的标识信息。
  35. 如所述权利要求28-34任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述策略控制装置包括PCRF。
  36. 如所述权利要求28-35任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述UE的信息包括所述UE的IMSI、PDN ID和网络状态信息中的至少一种;
    其中,所述PDN ID包括APN,所述网络状态信息包括UE所在接入网的用户面拥塞状态信息、资源使用信息和UE的数据流的传输速率信息。
  37. 一种获取用户设备UE信息的装置,其特征在于,所述获取用户设备UE信息的装置包括网络接口、存储器以及处理器,其中,所述存储器中存储一组程序代码,且所述处理器用于调用所述存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
    通过所述网络接口获取UE在接入网的标识信息;
    通过所述网络接口将请求信息发送至移动性管理网元,所述请求信息中包括所述UE在接入网的标识信息,请求所述移动性管理网元根据所述UE在接入网的标识信息返回所述UE的信息;
    通过所述网络接口获取所述移动性管理网元返回的UE的信息。
  38. 一种获取用户设备UE信息的装置,其特征在于,所述获取用户设备UE信息的装置包括网络接口、存储器以及处理器,其中,所述存储器中存储一组程序代码,且所述处理器用于调用所述存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
    通过所述网络接口获取接入网信息或者位置区信息;
    确定所述接入网或者所述位置区内UE附着的移动性管理网元,并通过所 述网络接口将所述接入网信息或者位置区信息发送至所述确定的移动性管理网元;
    通过所述网络接口接收所述移动性管理网元根据所述接入网信息或者位置区信息返回的UE的信息。
  39. 一种策略控制的处理装置,其特征在于,所述策略控制的处理装置包括网络接口、存储器以及处理器,其中,所述存储器中存储一组程序代码,且所述处理器用于调用所述存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
    获取策略控制装置的标识信息;
    向所述标识信息标识的第一策略控制装置发送UE的信息。
  40. 一种计算机存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机存储介质存储有程序,所述程序执行时包括权利要求6~10任一项所述的步骤。
  41. 一种计算机存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机存储介质存储有程序,所述程序执行时包括权利要求15~18任一项所述的步骤。
  42. 一种计算机存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机存储介质存储有程序,所述程序执行时包括权利要求28~36任一项所述的步骤。
