Abstract
본 발명은 배터리 셀이 정지 시간을 가지지 않는 경우에도 개방전압을 추정할 수 있는 개방전압 추정 장치를 개시한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 개방전압 추정 장치는, 배터리 셀의 충방전 전류를 측정하는 전류측정부; 상기 전류측정부가 측정한 전류를 초기시간부터 적산하는 전류적산부; 상기 전류적산부가 적산한 전류적산값이 임계범위내에 속할 때의 시간인 임계시간을 산출하는 시간산출부; 상기 배터리 셀의 전압을 측정하는 셀전압측정부; 및 상기 초기시간부터 상기 임계시간까지의 연산시간 동안 상기 셀전압측정부가 측정한 전압의 평균값을 산출하여 상기 배터리 셀의 개방전압을 추정하는 개방전압추정부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
