Claims (3)
- 筒状に形成される本体と、
前記本体の先端側に配置され、眼内レンズがセットされるレンズホルダと、
前記本体に挿入され、前記本体の先端側に形成される開口部から前記レンズホルダにセットされた前記眼内レンズを先端側に押し出すプランジャと、
を備える眼内レンズ用インジェクタであって、
前記プランジャは、
前記眼内レンズに接触する接触部を有する先端部と、
前記先端部の基端側に接続され、前記先端部よりも幅広な扁平に形成される扁平部と、
前記プランジャの軸方向に沿って前記先端部から前記扁平部にかけて形成され、前記扁平部では扁平面から突出する被規制部と、
を備え、
前記開口部は、
前記扁平部の形状に応じて開口された中央開口部と、
前記被規制部の形状に応じて前記中央開口部の端面から前記扁平部の厚み方向に突出するように形成される規制部と、
を備え、
前記被規制部は、前記接触部が前記眼内レンズに接触を開始する前の初期位置から接触するまでの間は少なくとも前記規制部に規制されるように、その軸方向の長さが設定される眼内レンズ用インジェクタ。 - 前記プランジャは、
前記扁平部の前記被規制部が形成される面とは、反対側の扁平面に前記プランジャの軸方向に沿って突出する第2の被規制部を更に備え、
前記開口部は、
前記中央開口部を挟んで前記規制部の反対側に配置され、前記プランジャの前記第2の被規制部の形状に応じて形成される第2の規制部を更に備え、
前記第2の被規制部は、前記接触部が前記眼内レンズに接触を開始する前の初期位置から接触するまでの間は少なくとも前記第2の規制部に規制されるように、その軸方向の長さが設定される請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ用インジェクタ。 - 前記第2の被規制部は、前記扁平部から前記先端部の端面まで連続的に形成されている請求項2に記載の眼内レンズ用インジェクタ。
