轴流吹风机风叶 技术领域
本实用新型涉及风机技术领域,特别是涉及一种轴流吹风机风叶。
背景技术
目前市场上轴流吹风机风叶的叶片和叶片轮毂是分离式,需要人员装配,缺点是同心度差,风速低强度低噪音大,市场上风叶直径和叶片数跟导叶片片数没有达到合理的比值,缺点是风速低和整机电流大,风叶跳动较大,风叶与机壳的间隙配合较大,不利于进风量,出风量较小噪音大。

本实用新型主要解决的技术问题是提供一种轴流吹风机风叶,结构简单合理,叶片和轮毂是一体式,有利提高于叶片的同心度和强度,提高风量降低噪音,合理的叶片数量和叶片直径配合合理的导叶片数量,能够提高风叶效率和风速。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种轴流吹风机风叶,包括:叶片部和设置在叶片部后方的导叶片部,所述导叶片部包括5片导叶片,所述叶片部包括轮毂和设置在轮毂上的多个叶片,所述叶片和轮毂是一体式的,所述叶片的数量为12片,所述12片叶片外边缘所组成的外圆周的直径为84毫米。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述轮毂的直径为40毫米。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述导叶片部还包括中心圆筒,所述导叶片的一端固定在中心圆筒上,另一端固定在轴流吹风机的外筒内壁上。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型轴流吹风机风叶,结构简单合理, 叶片和轮毂是一体式,有利提高于叶片的同心度和强度,提高风量降低噪音,合理的叶片数量和叶片直径配合合理的导叶片数量,能够提高风叶效率和风速。

所述叶片3的数量为12片,所述12片叶片外边缘所组成的外圆周的直径为84毫米,结合5片导叶片,能够提高风叶效率和风速。否则在风叶与机壳配合间隙小的情况下,电机固定不稳固,会导致机壳与风叶摩擦。同时对电机与风叶的配合面的平行度要求较高。

优选的,所述轮毂2的直径为40毫米。
所述导叶片部还包括中心圆筒,所述导叶片1的一端固定在中心圆筒上,另一端固定在轴流吹风机的外筒内壁上。
