图像处理模块100,配置为识别到预览画面固定处于维持状态超过预设时间时,将所述预览画面保存为预拍摄照片;获取所述预拍摄照片对应的图像采集区域的位置信息,将所述预拍摄照片及其对应的位置信息发送至照片推荐服务器,接收所述照片推荐服务器推荐的参考构图照片;
显示模块200,配置为采用预定的显示模式显示所述图像处理模块保存的所述预拍摄照片和所述照片推荐服务器推荐的所述参考构图照片;
拍摄模块300,配置为参照所述照片推荐服务器推荐的所述参考构图照片进行拍摄。
本实施例中,当用户在利用所述移动终端拍摄照片时,首先需要触发启动推荐模式,则用户可以通过触发操作开启推荐模式,此时所述移动终 端中的图像处理模块100侦测到所述推荐模式的开启指令。在侦测到所述推荐模式的开启指令时,所述图像处理模块100启动定位系统进行定位,实时识别所述显示模块200显示的预览画面的位置信息;具体的,所述图像处理模块100的定位系统可以通过通信基站、全球定位系统(GPS,Global Positioning System),或者北斗卫星进行定位,首先,所述图像处理模块100通过定位系统对所述移动终端进行定位,获取所述移动终端的位置信息;进一步地,所述图像处理模块100依据特定拍摄参数(如焦距)确定所述预览画面对应的图像采集区域与所述移动终端的距离,基于所述距离,所述图像处理模块100通过定位系统对所述图像采集区域进行定位,获得所述图像采集区域的位置信息,以便照片推荐服务器能够快速搜索到移动终端周围场景的照片,也便于所述推荐服务器能够快速搜索到所述位置信息处的照片。
本实施例中,所述图像处理模块100在识别到预览画面处于维持状态的时间超过预设时间(如2s)时,将所述预览画面保存为预拍摄照片,并获取所述预拍摄照片对应的图像采集区域的位置信息,将所述预拍摄照片及其对应的位置信息发送至照片推荐服务器,以供照片推荐服务器推荐参考构图照片。在接收到所述照片推荐服务器推荐的参考构图照片后,所述图像处理模块100将接收到的参考构图照片发送至所述显示模块200,所述显示模块200采用预定的显示模式显示所述图像处理模块100获得的所述预拍摄照片和所述照片推荐服务器推荐的所述参考构图照片,即所述显示模块200同时显示所述预拍摄照片和所述参考构图照片;所述拍摄模块300参照照片所述参考构图照片进行拍摄。当所述参考构图照片为一张且为用户满意的照片时,用户可以选择所述参考构图照片作为参考进行构图,当所述参考构图照片为至少两张时,用户可以选择最满意的至少一张参考构图照片作为参考进行构图,获得一张框图画面或多张框图画面。
本发明实施例的移动终端,能够根据实际场景获得照片推荐服务器推荐的参考构图照片以辅助拍摄,使得终端可以根据所述参考构图照片对预拍摄照片进行构图并拍摄,提升了照片的拍摄效果,而且在完成构图后直接拍摄,无需设置拍摄参数,简便快捷。
作为第一种实施方式,所述显示模块200,配置为根据选择的显示模式,控制所述参考构图照片处于半透明状态并叠加在所述预拍摄照片上显示,或者控制所述参考构图照片的结构框图叠加在所述预拍摄照片上显示,或者分屏显示所述预拍摄照片和所述参考构图照片。
具体的,本实施例中,所述移动终端中预先设定有半透明叠加显示模式、框图叠加显示模式和分屏显示模式,用户可以根据需要选择上述其中一种显示模式。例如,当用户选择的显示模式为半透明叠加显示模式时,则所述显示模块200将参考构图照片设置成半透明状态并叠加在所述预拍摄照片上;当用户选择的显示模式为框图叠加显示模式时,则所述显示模块200将所述参考构图照片的结构框图叠加在所述预拍摄照片上;当用户选择的显示模式为分屏显示模式时,则所述显示模块200分屏显示所述预拍摄照片和所述参考构图照片,用户可以通过滑动参考构图照片所在的分屏区域切换浏览所述参考构图照片。
参照图2(a)~(h),图2(a)~(h)为本发明实施例的移动终端分屏显示预拍摄照片和参考构图照片的示例图。
所述显示模块200在用户选择分屏显示模式时分屏显示所述预拍摄照片和所述参考构图照片,具体地,所述分屏显示所述预拍摄照片和所述参考构图照片,包括:
划分至少两个分屏区域,所述至少两个分屏区域分别显示所述预拍摄照片和所述参考构图照片。
具体的,用户可以选择分屏显示模式分屏显示所述预拍摄照片和所述 参考构图照片;其中,用户可以选择分屏显示的分屏数(即分为两分屏区域或两个以上分屏区域)、分屏方式(即上下分屏方式或左右分屏方式),以及所述预拍摄照片和所述参考构图照片所在的分屏区域(即所述预拍摄照片位于上分屏区域、下分屏区域、左分屏区域或右分屏区域,所述参考构图照片位于下分屏区域、上分屏区域、右分屏区域或左分屏区域等等)。
如图2(a)和图2(b)所示为选择上下二分屏显示模式分屏显示预拍摄照片和参考构图照片的场景,通常所述照片推荐服务器推荐至少一张参考构图照片,由于图2(a)和图2(b)所示是上下二分屏显示模式,因此只能显示所述预拍摄照片和一张参考构图照片。如图2(a)和图2(b)中只显示参考构图照片A。上下二分屏显示模式又可以包括:所述预拍摄照片位于下分屏区域,所述参考构图照片位于上分屏区域;或者所述预拍摄照片位于上分屏区域,所述参考构图照片位于下分屏区域。例如,图2(a)中,所述预拍摄照片位于下分屏区域,所述参考构图照片A位于上分屏区域;图2(b)中,所述预拍摄照片位于上分屏区域,所述参考构图照片A位于下分屏区域。当存在多张参考构图照片时,用户可以直接选择图2(a)和图2(b)中所显示的参考构图照片A,也可以通过左右滑动图2(a)和图2(b)中参考构图照片A所在的分屏区域切换浏览所述参考构图照片中的至少一张照片,以选择其它的参考构图照片。

优选地,当用户选择分屏显示模式时,可以选定至少一张参考构图照片作为参考;此外,用户还可以在选择分屏显示模式时,同时可以选择半透明叠加显示模式或框图叠加显示模式,例如,以图2(a)为例,用户选定上分屏中的参考构图照片A时,可以选择在下分屏的预拍摄照片上面以半透明状态显示参考构图照片A,以供构图。
作为一种实施方式,所述拍摄模块300,配置为依据所述参考构图照片对所述预拍摄照片进行构图,得到一框图画面;获取所述参考构图照片的拍摄参数并保存所述拍摄参数;在接收到拍摄指令时,根据所述框图画面和所述拍摄参数对进行拍摄,获得拍摄照片。
本实施例中,在用户选择参考构图照片后,所述拍摄模块300依据所述参考构图照片的轮廓、拍摄角度,提示用户调节拍摄镜头的角度,对所述预拍摄照片进行构图,得到一框图画面。所述显示模块200在用户选择参考构图照片时,将所述参考构图照片对应的拍摄参数显示在所述参考构图照片上,供用户学习参考。作为其中一种实施方式,所述图像处理模块100在从所述照片推荐服务器获得所述参考构图照片时,获得所述参考构图照片对应的拍摄参数;作为另一种实施方式,所述拍摄模块300通过读取所述参考构图照片的可交换图像文件(ExIF,Exchangeable Image File)信息,获取所述参考构图照片的拍摄参数,所述参考构图照片的拍摄参数包括以下参数的至少之一:感光度(ISO)、曝光时间、白平衡、焦距、光圈等信息,将所述参考构图照片的拍摄参数保存为本次拍摄的拍摄参数。例如,用户选定参考构图照片A时,可将所述参考构图照片A的拍摄参数为作本次拍摄的拍摄参数,此外,还可以选取另一张参考构图照片B的拍摄参数作为本次拍摄的拍摄参数。从而在拍摄时,用户无需重新调节拍摄参数,而且能够实时观察到拍摄效果。
再参照图3,图3为本发明移动终端另一实施例的结构示意图。
与图1所示移动终端不同的是,图3所示的移动终端还包括:
提示模块400,配置为提示将拍摄照片上传到所述照片推荐服务器并评价,或者提示重新拍摄。
本实施例中,根据所述提示模块400的提示信息,用户可以选择将拍摄照片上传到所述照片推荐服务器,并对所述拍摄照片进行评价,或者提示用户重新拍摄。其中,将拍摄照片上传到所述照片推荐服务器,一方面,以供下次在所述图像采集区域拍摄照片时,所述照片推荐服务器可以将所述拍摄照片作为参考构图照片推荐给用户;另一方面,在上传拍摄照片时,用户可对照片相似度、拍摄效果进行评价,以便所述照片推荐服务器记录对拍摄照片进行评分和排序。
本实施例中,所述移动终端中的图像处理模块100和提示模块400,在实际应用中均可由所述移动终端中的中央处理器(CPU,Central Processing Unit)、数字信号处理器(DSP,Digital Signal Processor)或可编程门阵列(FPGA,Field-Programmable Gate Array)实现;所述移动终端中的显示模块200,在实际应用中,可由所述移动终端中的显示屏或显示器实现;所述移动终端中的拍摄模块300,在实际应用中,可由所述移动终端中的摄像头实现。

具体的,移动终端将预拍摄照片和所述预拍摄照片对应的位置信息发送至照片推荐服务器;所述照片推荐服务器的接收模块700接收到所述预拍摄照片和所述预拍摄照片对应的位置信息时,所述处理模块500根据所述预拍摄照片对应的位置信息,搜索出所有与所述位置信息对应的照片,即搜索所述照片推荐服务器保存的所有照片中与所述位置信息匹配的照片,和/或与所述预拍摄照片相似的照片。所述处理模块500比对搜索到的照片和所述预拍摄照片,从搜索到的照片中筛选与所述预拍摄照片的场景和/或构图相匹配的至少一张照片作为参考构图照片。进一步地,按照预设规律对参考构图照片进行排序,例如按照对参考构图照片评分高到低对所述参考构图照片进行排序,对所述参考构图照片评分可以综合所述参考构图照片的拍摄时间(可识别出清晨、上午、中午、下午、黄昏、夜晚等时间段)、环境光线等匹配度、照片的点击率,以及照片的好评率等因素。例如,根据设定的拍摄时间、匹配度、点击率和好评率各自所占的权重计算出拍摄时间、匹配度、点击率和好评率各自的分数总和作为所述参考构图照片的评分。所述处理模块500在排序好后,所述发送模块600将已排序的参考构图照片以缩略图形式发送至移动终端进行显示,从而用户通过移动终端的显示模块显示的缩略图浏览所述照片推荐服务器推荐的参考构图照片。
作为一种实施方式,所述处理模块500,还配置为获得所述参考构图照 片的拍摄参数;
所述发送模块600,还配置为将所述拍摄参数伴随所述参考构图照片发送至所述移动终端。所述参考构图照片的拍摄参数包括以下参数的至少之一:感光度(ISO)、曝光时间、白平衡、焦距、光圈等信息;以便所述移动终端参考所述拍摄参数进行拍摄。

步骤S50:参照所述参考构图照片进行拍摄。

本发明实施例移动终端的拍摄方法,根据实际场景获得照片推荐服务器推荐的参考构图照片以辅助用户拍摄,使得终端可以根据所述参考构图照片对预拍摄照片进行构图并拍摄,提升了照片的拍摄效果,而且无需设 置拍摄参数,提高了拍摄的快捷性。

如图2(e)所示为选择上二分屏下一屏显示模式分屏显示预拍摄照片和参考构图照片的场景,当所述照片推荐服务器推荐多张参考构图照片,可采用多个分屏区域同时显示多张参考构图照片。如图2(e)中上二分屏显示参考构图照片A和参考构图照片B,用户可以直接选择图2(e)中所显示的参考构图照片A,或者参考构图照片B,或者所述参考构图照片A和所述参考构图照片B均作为参考以进行构图,也可以通过左右滑动图2(e)中所述参考构图照片A和所述参考构图照片B所在的分屏区域切换浏览所述参考构图照片的至少一张照片,以选择其它的参考构图照片作为参考以进行构图。
其它的上多分屏下一屏显示模式(如上四分屏下一屏显示模式)与图2(e)所示上二分屏下一屏显示模式类似,在此不作赘述。

其它的左一屏右多分屏显示模式(如左一屏右四分屏显示模式)与图2(g)所示左一屏右二分屏显示模式类似,在此不作赘述。
如图2(h)所示为选择左二分屏右一屏显示模式分屏显示预拍摄照片和参考构图照片的场景,当所述照片推荐服务器推荐多张参考构图照片,可采用多个分屏区域同时显示多张参考构图照片。如图2(h)中左二分屏显示参考构图照片A和参考构图照片B,用户可以直接选择图2(h)中所显示的参考构图照片A,或者参考构图照片B,或者所述参考构图照片A和所述参考构图照片B作为参考以进行构图,也可以通过上下滑动图2(h)中所述参考构图照片A和所述参考构图照片B所在的分屏区域切换浏览所述参考构图照片中的至少一张照片,以选择其它的参考构图照片作为参考以进行构图。
其它的左多分屏右一屏显示模式(如左四分屏右一屏显示模式)与图2(h)所示左二分屏右一屏显示模式类似,在此不作赘述。
由上述可知,当用户选择分屏显示模式时,可以选定至少一张参考构图照片作为参考;此外,用户还可以在选择分屏显示模式时,同时可以选择半透明叠加显示模式或框图叠加显示模式,例如,以图2(a)为例,用 户选定上分屏中的参考构图照片A时,可以选择在下分屏的预拍摄照片上面以半透明状态显示参考构图照片A,以供构图。
作为一种实施方式,步骤S50,即所述参照所述参考构图照片进行拍摄,包括:
依据所述参考构图照片对所述预拍摄照片进行构图,得到一框图画面;获取所述参考构图照片的拍摄参数并保存所述拍摄参数;在接收到拍摄指令时,根据所述框图画面和所述拍摄参数进行拍摄,获得拍摄照片。
本实施例中,在用户选择参考构图照片后,依据所述参考构图照片的轮廓、拍摄角度,提示用户调节拍摄镜头的角度,对所述预拍摄照片进行构图,得到一框图画面。在用户选择所述参考构图照片时,将与用户所选择的参考构图照片的拍摄参数显示在所述参考构图照片上面,供用户学习参考。作为其中一种实施方式,所述移动终端在从所述照片推荐服务器获得所述参考构图照片时,获得所述参考构图照片对应的拍摄参数;作为另一种实施方式,所述移动终端通过读取用户所选择的参考构图照片的可交换图像文件(ExIF)信息,获取所述参考构图照片的拍摄参数,所述参考构图照片的拍摄参数包括以下参数的至少之一:感光度(ISO)、曝光时间、白平衡、焦距、光圈等信息,将所述参考构图照片的拍摄参数保存为本次拍摄的拍摄参数。例如,用户选定参考构图照片A时,可将所述参考构图照片A的拍摄参数为作本次拍摄的拍摄参数,此外,用户还可以选取另一张参考构图照片B的拍摄参数作为本次拍摄的拍摄参数。从而在拍摄时,用户无需重新调节拍摄参数,而且能够实时观察到拍摄效果。
再参照图6,图6为本发明移动终端的拍摄方法另一实施例的流程示意图。
与图5所示的移动终端的拍摄方法不同的是,图6所示的拍摄方法中步骤S50之后,即所述参照所述参考构图照片进行拍摄之后,所述方法还 包括:
步骤S60:提示将拍摄照片上传到所述照片推荐服务器并评价,或者提示重新拍摄。
本实施例中,根据提示信息,用户可以选择将拍摄照片上传到所述照片推荐服务器,并对所述拍摄照片进行评价,或者提示用户重新拍摄。其中,将拍摄照片上传到所述照片推荐服务器,一方面,以供下次在所述图像采集区域拍摄照片时,所述照片推荐服务器可以将所述拍摄照片作为参考构图照片推荐给用户;另一方面,在上传拍摄照片时,用户可对照片相似度、拍摄效果进行评价,以便所述照片推荐服务器记录对拍摄照片进行评分和排序。
本发明实施例还提供了一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令配置为执行本发明实施例所述的应用于移动终端的拍摄方法。
本发明还提供一种移动终端的拍摄方法,所述拍摄方法应用于服务器中,所述服务器具体为照片推荐服务器。
参照图7,图7为本发明移动终端的拍摄方法又一实施例的流程示意图。
在本实施例中,本发明实施例的移动终端的拍摄方法包括:
步骤S70:照片推荐服务器接收所述移动终端发送的预拍摄照片及其对应的位置信息;
步骤S80:根据所述预拍摄照片对应的位置信息,获得与所述位置信息对应的多张照片,从所述多张照片中获得与所述预拍摄照片相匹配的至少一张照片作为参考构图照片;
步骤S90:将所述参考构图照片发送至所述移动终端。
作为一种实施方式,步骤S90,即所述将所述参考构图照片发送至所述移动终端,包括:
将所述参考构图照片中的至少一张照片按照预设规律进行排序;将排序后的参考构图照片发送至所述移动终端。
具体的,移动终端将预拍摄照片和所述预拍摄照片对应的位置信息发送至照片推荐服务器;所述照片推荐服务器接收到所述预拍摄照片和所述预拍摄照片对应的位置信息时,根据所述预拍摄照片对应的位置信息,搜索出所有与所述位置信息对应的照片,即搜索所述照片推荐服务器保存的所有照片中与所述位置信息匹配的照片,和/或与所述预拍摄照片相似的照片。所述照片推荐服务器比对搜索到的照片和所述预拍摄照片,从搜索到的照片中筛选与所述预拍摄照片的场景和/或构图相匹配的至少一张照片作为参考构图照片。进一步地,按照预设规律对参考构图照片进行排序,例如按照对参考构图照片评分高到低对所述参考构图照片进行排序,对所述参考构图照片评分可以综合所述参考构图照片的拍摄时间(可识别出清晨、上午、中午、下午、黄昏、夜晚等时间段)、环境光线等匹配度、照片的点击率,以及照片的好评率等因素。例如,根据设定的拍摄时间、匹配度、点击率和好评率各自所占的权重计算出拍摄时间、匹配度、点击率和好评率各自的分数总和作为所述参考构图照片的评分。所述照片推荐服务器在排序好后,将已排序的参考构图照片以缩略图形式发送至移动终端进行显示,从而用户通过移动终端的显示模块显示的缩略图浏览所述照片推荐服务器推荐的参考构图照片。
作为一种实施方式,步骤S80中,即所述获得与所述预拍摄照片相匹配的至少一张照片作为参考构图照片时,所述方法还包括:获得所述参考构图照片的拍摄参数;
相应的,步骤S90,即所述将所述参考构图照片发送至所述移动终端,包括:
将所述拍摄参数伴随所述参考构图照片发送至所述移动终端。
其中,所述参考构图照片的拍摄参数包括以下参数的至少之一:感光度(ISO)、曝光时间、白平衡、焦距、光圈等信息;以便所述移动终端参考所述拍摄参数进行拍摄。
本发明实施例还提供了一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令配置为执行本发明实施例所述的应用于服务器的拍摄方法。
本领域内的技术人员应明白,本发明的实施例可提供为方法、系统、或计算机程序产品。因此,本发明可采用硬件实施例、软件实施例、或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本发明可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器和光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。

这些计算机程序指令也可装载到计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备上,使得在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行一系列操作步骤以产生计算机 实现的处理,从而在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行的指令提供用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的步骤。
以上所述仅是本发明实施例的实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明实施例原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明实施例的保护范围。
工业实用性
本发明实施例能够根据拍摄实际场景向用户推荐参考构图照片辅助用户拍摄,使得用户可以根据所述参考构图照片进行构图并拍摄,提高了照片的拍摄效果,而且在完成构图后直接拍摄,无需设置拍摄参数,简便快捷。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种移动终端,所述移动终端包括:
    图像处理模块,配置为识别到预览画面固定处于维持状态超过预设时间时,将所述预览画面保存为预拍摄照片;获取所述预拍摄照片对应的图像采集区域的位置信息,将所述预拍摄照片及其对应的位置信息发送至照片推荐服务器;接收所述照片推荐服务器推荐的参考构图照片;
    显示模块,配置为采用预定的显示模式显示所述图像处理模块保存的所述预拍摄照片和所述照片推荐服务器推荐的所述参考构图照片;
    拍摄模块,配置为参照所述照片推荐服务器推荐的所述参考构图照片进行拍摄。
  2. 如权利要1所述的移动终端,其中,所述显示模块,配置为根据选择的显示模式,控制所述参考构图照片处于半透明状态并叠加在所述预拍摄照片上显示,或者控制所述参考构图照片的结构框图叠加在所述预拍摄照片上显示,或者分屏显示所述预拍摄照片和所述参考构图照片。
  3. 如权利要2所述的移动终端,其中,所述显示模块分屏显示所述预拍摄照片和所述照片推荐服务器推荐的参考构图照片,包括:
    划分至少两个分屏区域,所述至少两个分屏区域分别显示所述预拍摄照片和所述参考构图照片。
  4. 如权利要1所述的移动终端,其中,所述拍摄模块,配置为依据所述参考构图照片对所述预拍摄照片进行构图,得到一框图画面;获取所述参考构图照片的拍摄参数并保存所述拍摄参数;在接收到拍摄指令时,根据所述框图画面和所述拍摄参数进行拍摄,获得拍摄照片。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的移动终端,其中,所述拍摄模块,配置为通过读取所述参考构图照片的可交换图像文件ExIF信息,获取所述参考构图照片的拍摄参数;所述参考构图照片的拍摄参数包括以下参数的至少之一: 感光度ISO、曝光时间、白平衡、焦距、光圈。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的移动终端,其中,所述拍摄模块,配置为获得所述照片推荐服务器推荐的参考构图照片的同时,获得所述参考构图照片对应的拍摄参数;所述参考构图照片的拍摄参数包括以下参数的至少之一:感光度ISO、曝光时间、白平衡、焦距、光圈。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,所述移动终端还包括提示模块,配置为提示将拍摄照片上传到所述照片推荐服务器并评价,或者提示重新拍摄。
  8. 一种服务器,所述服务器为照片推荐服务器;所述照片推荐服务器包括:接收模块、处理模块和发送模块;其中,
    所述接收模块,配置为接收所述移动终端发送的预拍摄照片及其对应的位置信息;
    所述处理模块,配置为根据所述接收模块接收的所述预拍摄照片对应的位置信息,获得与所述位置信息对应的多张照片,从所述多张照片中获得与所述预拍摄照片相匹配的至少一张照片作为参考构图照片;
    所述发送模块,配置为将所述参考构图照片发送至所述移动终端。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的服务器,其中,所述处理模块,配置为将所述参考构图照片中的至少一张照片按照预设规律进行排序;
    所述发送模块,配置为将排序后的参考构图照片发送至所述移动终端。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的服务器,其中,所述处理模块,还配置为获得所述参考构图照片的拍摄参数;
    所述发送模块,还配置为将所述拍摄参数伴随所述参考构图照片发送至所述移动终端。
  11. 一种移动终端的拍摄方法,所述方法包括:
    在识别到预览画面处于维持状态超过预设时间时,将所述预览画面保 存为预拍摄照片;获取所述预拍摄照片对应的图像采集区域的位置信息;
    将所述预拍摄照片及其对应的图像采集区域的位置信息发送至照片推荐服务器;
    接收所述照片推荐服务器推荐的参考构图照片;
    采用预定的显示模式显示所述预拍摄照片和所述参考构图照片;
    参照所述参考构图照片进行拍摄。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的拍摄方法,其中,所述采用预定的显示模式显示所述预拍摄照片和所述参考构图照片,包括:
    根据选择的显示模式,控制所述参考构图照片处于半透明状态并叠加在所述预拍摄照片上显示,或者控制所述参考构图照片的结构框图叠加在所述预拍摄照片上显示,或者分屏显示所述预拍摄照片和所述参考构图照片。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的拍摄方法,其中,所述分屏显示所述预拍摄照片和所述参考构图照片,包括:
    划分至少两个分屏区域,所述至少两个分屏区域分别显示所述预拍摄照片和所述参考构图照片。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的拍摄方法,其中,所述参照所述参考构图照片进行拍摄,包括:
    依据所述参考构图照片对所述预拍摄照片进行构图,得到一框图画面;获取参所述考构图照片的拍摄参数并保存所述拍摄参数;在接收到拍摄指令时,根据所述框图画面和所述拍摄参数进行拍摄,获得拍摄照片。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的拍摄方法,其中,所述参照所述参考构图照片进行拍摄之后,所述方法还包括:
    提示将拍摄照片上传到所述照片推荐服务器并评价,或者提示重新拍摄。
  16. 一种移动终端的拍摄方法,所述方法包括:
    照片推荐服务器接收所述移动终端发送的预拍摄照片及其对应的位置信息;
    根据所述预拍摄照片对应的位置信息,获得与所述位置信息对应的多张照片,从所述多张照片中获得与所述预拍摄照片相匹配的至少一张照片作为参考构图照片;
    将所述参考构图照片发送至所述移动终端。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其中,所述将所述参考构图照片发送至所述移动终端,包括:
    将所述参考构图照片中的至少一张照片按照预设规律进行排序;将排序后的参考构图照片发送至所述移动终端。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其中,所述获得与所述预拍摄照片相匹配的至少一张照片作为参考构图照片时,所述方法还包括:获得所述参考构图照片的拍摄参数;
    相应的,所述将所述参考构图照片发送至所述移动终端,包括:
    将所述拍摄参数伴随所述参考构图照片发送至所述移动终端。
  19. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令配置为执行权利要求11至15任一项所述的拍摄方法。
  20. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令配置为执行权利要求16至18任一项所述的拍摄方法。
