本发明涉及智能设备技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种智能手机。
背景技术
目前的智能设备中,进行拍照时,一般是直接进入拍摄界面进行拍摄,智能设备无法给用户提供拍摄建议,也无法适配拍摄环境灯光进行亮度调整,因而导致在一些场景中无法拍摄出令人满意效果的照片或影像。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种智能手机。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
提供一种智能手机,包括相电连接的处理芯片、摄像头,还包括智能拍摄系统,所述智能拍摄系统包括:
信息获取模块,用于获取拍照控制命令;
背景分析模块,用于对拍照背景进行分析,确定背景整体色调;
背景调整模块,用于根据整体色调调整背景灯光参数,使灯光与照相背景相匹配;
拍照方位建议信息产生模块,用于产生多个拍照方位建议信息,并在拍照界面显示多个拍照方位建议信息框;
摄像头调整模块,用于根据被选中的拍照方位建议信息框所对应的拍照方位控制摄像头转动;
信息获取模块,还用于获取用户输入的选择其中一个拍照方位建议信息框的确认信息。
本发明所述的智能手机,其中,所述拍照方位建议信息产生模块具体包括:
判断单元,用于根据所述整体色调判断外部光源位置信息;
建议信息产生单元,用于根据所述外部光源位置信息产生多个拍照方位建议信息,以避免逆光拍摄;
显示单元,用于将多个所述方位建议信息以框图形式显示。
本发明所述的智能手机,其中,所述信息获取模块执行以下操作:
获取用户输入的触摸信息或屏幕滑动信息,判断是否选中其中一个拍照方位建议信息框,标亮显示被选中的拍照方位建议信息框。
本发明所述的智能手机,其中,所述背景灯光参数包括括颜色、色温及亮度。
本发明所述的智能手机,其中,所述背景调整模块执行以下操作:
调用所需的拍照模式,对拍照模式进行分析后,确定拍照模式的整体色调,根据拍照模式的整体色调自动调整智能灯具的工作参数,使灯光与照相背景相匹配。
本发明所述的智能手机,其中,所述拍照方位建议信息框包括多个角度拍摄建议信息。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过调整背景灯光参数,并在拍照界面显示多个拍照方位建议信息框,使得智能设备可以给用户提供拍摄建议,适配拍摄环境灯光进行亮度调整,使得即使在恶劣场景中也可以拍摄出令人满意效果的照片 或影像。

本发明较佳实施例的智能手机,如图1所示,包括相电连接的处理芯片2、摄像头1;还包括智能拍摄系统3,如图2所示,智能拍摄系统3包括:
信息获取模块10,用于获取拍照控制命令;
背景分析模块20,用于对拍照背景进行分析,确定背景整体色调;
背景调整模块30,用于根据整体色调调整背景灯光参数,使灯光与照相背景相匹配;
拍照方位建议信息产生模块40,用于产生多个拍照方位建议信息,并在拍照界面显示多个拍照方位建议信息框;
摄像头调整模块50,用于根据被选中的拍照方位建议信息框所对应的拍照方位控制摄像头转动;
信息获取模块10,还用于获取用户输入的选择其中一个拍照方位建议信息框的确认信息。
本实施例通过调整背景灯光参数,并在拍照界面显示多个拍照方位建议信息框,使得智能设备可以给用户提供拍摄建议,适配拍摄环境灯光进行亮度调整,使得即使在恶劣场景中也可以拍摄出令人满意效果的照片或影像。
其中,上述拍照方位建议信息产生模块具体包括:
判断单元,用于根据所述整体色调判断外部光源位置信息;
建议信息产生单元,用于根据所述外部光源位置信息产生多个拍照方位建议信息,以避免逆光拍摄;
显示单元,用于将多个所述方位建议信息以框图形式显示。
进一步的实施例中,本发明较佳实施例的智能拍照方法流程如图3所示,包括:
步骤S10、获取拍照控制命令;
步骤S20、对拍照背景进行分析,确定背景整体色调;
步骤S30、根据整体色调调整背景灯光参数,使灯光与照相背景相匹配;
步骤S40、在拍照界面显示多个拍照方位建议信息框;
步骤S50、获取用户输入的选择其中一个拍照方位建议信息框的确认信息;
步骤S60、进入拍照模式进行正常拍照。
上述智能手机中,所述步骤:在拍照界面显示多个拍照方位建议信息框, 具体包括:
根据所述整体色调判断外部光源位置信息;
根据所述外部光源位置信息产生多个拍照方位建议信息,以避免逆光拍摄;
将多个所述方位建议信息以框图形式显示。
上述智能手机中,所述步骤:获取用户输入的选择其中一个拍照方位建议信息框的确认信息,具体包括:
获取用户输入的触摸信息或屏幕滑动信息;
判断是否选中其中一个拍照方位建议信息框;
标亮显示被选中的拍照方位建议信息框。
本发明所述的智能手机,其中,还包括步骤:
根据被选中的拍照方位建议信息框所对应的拍照方位控制摄像头转动。
上述智能手机中,所述背景灯光参数包括颜色、色温及亮度。
上述智能手机中,所述步骤:对拍照背景进行分析,确定背景整体色调,具体包括:
调用所需的拍照模式,对拍照模式进行分析后,确定拍照模式的整体色调,根据拍照模式的整体色调自动调整智能灯具的工作参数,使灯光与照相背景相匹配。
上述智能手机中,所述拍照方位建议信息框包括多个角度拍摄建议信息。

  1. 一种智能手机,包括相电连接的处理芯片、摄像头,其特征在于,还包括智能拍摄系统,所述智能拍摄系统包括:
    信息获取模块,用于获取拍照控制命令;
    背景分析模块,用于对拍照背景进行分析,确定背景整体色调;
    背景调整模块,用于根据整体色调调整背景灯光参数,使灯光与照相背景相匹配;
    拍照方位建议信息产生模块,用于产生多个拍照方位建议信息,并在拍照界面显示多个拍照方位建议信息框;
    摄像头调整模块,用于根据被选中的拍照方位建议信息框所对应的拍照方位控制摄像头转动;
    信息获取模块,还用于获取用户输入的选择其中一个拍照方位建议信息框的确认信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能手机,其特征在于,所述拍照方位建议信息产生模块具体包括:
    判断单元,用于根据所述整体色调判断外部光源位置信息;
    建议信息产生单元,用于根据所述外部光源位置信息产生多个拍照方位建议信息,以避免逆光拍摄;
    显示单元,用于将多个所述方位建议信息以框图形式显示。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的智能手机,其特征在于,所述信息获取模块执行以下操作:

    调用所需的拍照模式,对拍照模式进行分析后,确定拍照模式的整体色调,根据拍照模式的整体色调自动调整智能灯具的工作参数,使灯光与照相背景相匹配。
