Description

一种具有报警功能的智能穿戴设备及系统 技术领域
本发明涉及可穿戴设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有报警功能的智能穿戴设备及系统。
背景技术
安全需求是个人存在的一个基本需求,保障人民的人身安全是维护社会治安保证社会稳定的一个重要因素。当遇到紧急情况或危险时,公众通常采用电话报警的方式寻求帮助,但如遇绑架、劫持、突发病症等无法使用移动通讯设备的情况,或者儿童、老人无法进行电话报警操作的情况时,有可能因无法及时报警而酿成悲剧。基于以上原因,市面上出现一些具有报警功能的便携设备,体积小且隐蔽性好,便于个人携带。例如,可穿戴设备即直接穿在身上,或是整合到用户的衣服或配件的一种便携式设备,可以通过软件支持以及数据交互、云端交互来实现强大的功能。但目前市面已有的具有报警功能的便携设备一般报警功能单一、触发报警方式少、上报报警信息方式少、报警处理不及时,实际应用达不到理想的应用效果。已有的具有报警功能的便携设备具有下面的缺点:
报警功能单一:目前市面所具备报警功能的便携设备其报警功能单一,触发报警方式少,不能够应对各种紧急情况。市面较广泛使用一键报警功能,通过触发按键进行报警,但该种报警方式在用户被控制时无法及时有效触发。
上报报警方式少:目前市面所具备报警功能的便携设备其报警上报方式一般通过移动通信网络进行上报,而该种上报方式在网络信号不好或未覆盖移动网络信息区域,无法进行及时有效的上报。
报警处理不及时:目前市面所具备报警功能的便携设备报警信息一般上报至指定联系人,由该联系人对报警信息进行进一步处理 (如拨打110呼救等方式)。而当指定联系人不便接收报警信息或无法对报警信息进一步处理时,则无法对用户进行及时有效的帮助。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明要解决的一个技术问题是提供一种具有报警功能的智能穿戴设备,报警触发后发送报警信息至后台运营服务器。
一种具有报警功能的智能穿戴设备,包括:警报检测装置、主控装置、取证装置和警报传送装置;所述主控装置分别与所述警报检测装置、所述取证装置、所述警报传送装置电连接;当所述警报检测装置判断出现异常状况时向所述主控装置发送警报信号;所述主控装置根据所述警报信号进行报警处理;所述取证装置根据所述主控装置发送的控制指令获取取证信息,包括:音频、视频、图片、文字;所述警报传送装置根据所述主控装置发送的控制指令将警报信息及所述取证信息发送到后台运营服务器。
根据本发明的一个实施例,进一步的,所述警报检测装置包括:报警按键;所述报警按键与所述主控装置电连接;当用户按下所述报警按键时,所述报警按键向所述主控装置发送警报信号。

根据本发明的一个实施例,进一步的,所述警报检测装置包括:定位单元;所述定位单元与所述主控装置电连接;所述定位单元通过中国北斗卫星导航系统BDS或GPS实时获取用户的位置信息,并将所述位置信息发送到所述主控装置;当所述主控装置判断用户的位置信息超出设定的安全区域时进行报警。

根据本发明的一个实施例,进一步的,所述警报传送装置包括:通信单元;所述通信单元与所述主控装置电连接;所述通信单元包括:2G/3G无线模块、GPRS模块、wifi模块,所述通信单元能够通过多种通信方式发送所述警报信息到所述后台运营服务器;所述警报信息包括:文字、视频、图片、语音信息、BDS定位及短报文信息、GPS定位信息。

本发明的具有报警功能的智能穿戴设备及系统,支持多种报警方式,能够自动发送报警信息至后台智能报警系统运营中心,智能报警系统运营中心对报警信息进行分析、储存,并发送至公安部门、医疗部门、消防部门、交通管理部门等处理警情。也可在触发报警后通过移动网络将信息同时发送至指定联系人,同时具备环境安全监测及食品安全监测功能,弥补了现有市场中智能设备缺少全面安防报警措施及报警装置单一触发报警方式的缺陷,避免进行报警无人受理或因信号不畅无法报警的情况,报警功能更全面,报警方式更智能,触发方式更广泛,报警方式更有效,兼具报警方式隐蔽性、产品智能化的特点。

本发明提供一种具有报警功能的智能穿戴设备,如图1所示:智能穿戴设备10包括:警报检测装置11、主控装置12、取证装置14和警报传送装置13。主控装置12分别与警报检测装置11、取证装置14、警报传送装置13电连接。
当警报检测装置11判断出现异常状况时向主控装置12发送警报信号。主控装置12根据警报信号进行报警处理。取证装置14根据主控装置12发送的控制指令获取音频、视频等取证信息。警报传送装置13根据主控装置12发送的控制指令将警报信息及取证信息发送到后台运营服务器20。
本发明的具有报警功能的智能穿戴设备10能够支持多种报警方式,例如按键报警、语音智能报警、震动报警、心率报警、越区报警等等,并且在报警触发后能够自动发送报警信息,例如使用2G/3G网络发送位置信息、北斗短报文发送位置信息、发送实时视频及照片、发送实时音频信息、拨打电话或文字短信息等至智能报警系统运营中心(后台运营服务器20)。
后台运营服务器20接收到报警信息后进行分析、储存,并发送至公安部门、医疗部门、消防部门、交通管理部门等处理警情,使得报警功能更全面,报警方式更智能,兼具报警方式隐蔽性、产品智能化的特点。
如图2所示,警报检测装置包括:报警按键21、心率监测单元23、音频处理单元27、拾音器26、定位单元29、震动检测单元22、气体侦测单元35等部件。
报警按键21与主控装置28电连接。当用户按下报警按键21时,报警按键21向主控装置28发送警报信号。报警按钮21可用于一键触发报警,报警信息发送至主控装置28进行处理。
心率监测单元23与主控装置28电连接。心率监测单元23包括:脉搏传感器。通过脉搏传感器向人体的腕部发送照射光,并将经人体组织衰减吸收后的反射光转换为电信号。心率监测单元23将电信号放大及整形得到与人体脉搏同步的脉冲信号。当心率监测单元23判断脉冲信号的频率超过预设的安全频率阈值时,例如为100等,向主控装置28发送警报信号。脉搏传感器为核心部件,位于装置腕带部分,可以选用绿光或红外光作为照射光源。
拾音器26与音频处理单元27电连接,主控装置28与音频处理单元27电连接。拾音器26实时采集环境声音并将环境声音发送到音频处理单元27。当音频处理单元27判断环境声音的分贝值高于预设的高分贝阈值、或环境声音中出现设定的关键字和关键词时,则向主控装置28发送警报信号。扬声器34根据主控装置发送的控制指令输出音频信息。
音频处理单元27主要的芯片包括:音频编解码器及DSP(Digital Signal Processor,数学信号处理器)。例如,可使用具有LINE IN音频采样接口(接拾音器)及SPEAK OUT音频输出接口(接扬声器)的音频芯片实现,将采集的ADPCM(Adaptive Differential Pulse Code Modulation差分脉冲编码调制)音频数据通过DSP嵌入特定的算法对音频分贝及音频内容进行识别分析,并将分析结果发送给主控装置28。
视频采集单元25与主控装置28电连接。视频采集单元25实时将通过摄像头24采集的RAW格式的视频数据发送给主控装置28,主控装置28对视频数据进行编码压缩处理。视频采集单元6,用于通过摄像头2实时采集视频信息。
定位单元29可以为中国北斗卫星导航系统(BeiDou Navigation  Satellite System-″BDS")模块及美国全球卫星定位系统模块(Global Positioning System-″GPS″),获取位置信息并发送至主控装置28。
定位单元29与主控装置28电连接。定位单元29通过中国北斗卫星导航系统BDS或GPS实时获取用户的位置信息,并将位置信息发送到主控装置28。当主控装置28判断用户的位置信息超出设定的安全区域时进行报警。
震动检测单元22与主控装置28电连接。震动检测单元22包括振动传感器。通过振动传感器将采集的机械量转化为电信号,震动检测单元22将电信号放大后输出电压信号。当震动检测单元22判断电压信号的电压值超过预设的安全电压阈值时,则向主控装置28发送低电平警报信号。
振动传感器为核心部件,可以采用光电振动传感器采集机械量并转化为电信号经测量线路放大电路输出电压信号,该电压信号值超过设定的安全值输出低电平信号至主控装置28进行报警处理。
气体侦测单元35与主控装置28电连接。气体侦测单元35包括:气体传感器。通过气体传感器将采集的环境空气中的异味或有毒有害气体浓度信息转换为电信号。当气体侦测单元35判断电信号的电压值超过预设的安全阈值时,则向主控装置28发送报警信号,主控装置28控制此智能穿戴设备震动。有毒有害气体包括:甲醛、苯类、醇类气体等等。异味包括:食物变质或残留农药散发的气味等等。
气体侦测单元35具备环境安全监测报警及食品安全监测报警功能,可根据用户需求对所处环境状况及食品安全状况进行检测,当环境中存在有毒有害气体时,或所检测食物变质异常时,设备进行震动,提醒用户尽快远离。
取证装置包括:摄像头24、视频采集单元25、拾音器26。拾音器26与音频处理单元27电连接,音频处理单元27与主控装置28电连接;主控装置28接收到报警信息后,拾音器26实时采集环 境声音并将所述环境声音发送到所述音频处理单元27进行编码压缩处理为可传输的音频取证信息。
警报检测装置和取证装置可以共享拾音器、音频处理单元等部件,也可以各自设置独立的拾音器、音频处理单元等部件。
视频采集单元25与主控装置28电连接。视频采集单元25实时将通过摄像头24采集的RAW格式的视频数据发送给主控装置28,主控装置28对视频数据进行编码压缩处理。视频采集单元6,用于通过摄像头2实时采集视频信息。
视频采集单元25的核心芯片可以为CMOS(Complementary Metal-Oxide Semiconductor,金属氧化物半导体元件)或CCD(Charge Coupled Device,电荷耦合元件)图像传感器。视频采集单元25可通过MIPI(Mobile Industry Processor Interface,移动产业处理器接口)即可将实时采集的RAW格式的视频数据发送给主控装置28进行编码压缩。
警报传送装置包括:通信单元32。通信单元32与主控装置28电连接。通信单元32包括:2G/3G无线模块、GPRS模块、wifi模块等等,通信单元32能够通过多种通信方式发送警报信息到后台运营服务器。
报警触发后装置自动发送报警信息,包括2G/3G网络发送位置信息、北斗短报文发送位置信息、发送实时视频及照片、发送实时音频信息、拨打电话或文字短信息至智能报警系统运营中心。当主控装置28接收到警报信号时,可以控制通信单元32将警报信息发送给预设的联系人。
在一个实施例中,该具有报警功能的智能穿戴设备兼具时钟显示功能及手机通讯功能。可通过2G、3G网络获取及发送文字、视频、图片、语音信息,支持北斗卫星导航系统(BDS)定位及短报文功能,支持全球定位系统(GPS),具备触摸显示屏,具备本地存储功能。
主控单元28分别与存储单元30和显示单元31电连接。存储单元30提供Micro-SD接口,支持插入SD卡扩展本地存储空间,可所述将报警信息及所述取证信息存储至本地。显示单元31包括:触摸屏33。通过触摸屏33进行信息的显示,并通过触摸屏33将用户的设置信息发送到主控装置28,包括:文字、图像、视频等等。
在一个实施例中,主控装置28采用ARM架构的编码芯片来实现。基于linux开发平台,内置Android操作系统。它可以对视频信号、音频信号进行压缩编码。通常,视频信号的压缩方法亦可采用硬件编码压缩和软件压缩,其编码标准有H.264等多种格式。音频信号的压缩方法亦可采用硬件编码压缩和软件压缩,其编码标准有G.711等多种格式。还可以将编码后的音视频数据及按钮、震动、心率、音频等的分析数据一同通过通信单元发送至智能报警运营中心。
本发明的智能穿戴设备可以有两种状态,分别为:安全状态和触发状态。例如,在安全状态下触摸式液晶屏显示时钟界面,通过时钟界面设置选项卡进入安卓操作系统交互界面,实现任意通话功能、限定通话功能、无线耳机通话、计步器等手机通讯功能。
智能穿戴设备内部设置定位系统,包括GPS及BDS反馈用户个人定位信息、个人活动地图信息以及个人设置信息至智能报警系统运营中心记录存档。内置环境安全检测及食品安全检测应用,根据用户设定可实现实时监测及手动检测模式。
当进行环境安全检测及食品安全检测状态时,设备底部气孔开启,对环境空气质量及附近食物味道进行采集分析,环境中存在甲醛、苯类、醇类等有毒有害气体时,或食物散发异味(变质或残留农药等)时,设备进行震动提醒用户。报警功能更全面,报警方式更智能,兼具产品智能化的特点。
图3为根据本发明的具有报警功能的智能穿戴设备的警情状态的工作示意图,如图3所示:当出现触发报警按钮、语音异常(包 括高分贝报警及关键词报警)、震动异常、心率异常、个人定位信息异常则触发报警进入警情状态,可根据用户警情状态设置,开启摄像头拍摄并发送视频、照片信息,开启拾音器发送实时音频信息,发送位置信息至智能报警系统运营中心,同时可设置为拨打或发送信息至指定联系人。所有信息及记录同步进行本地存储。
按键报警1可以通过用户触发隐蔽报警按键实现一键报警。语音智能报警2包括高分贝语音报警及关键字语音报警,可以通过检查分析环境声音,出现高于设定分贝值的高分贝声音时进行报警或出现所设定的关键字和关键词时进行报警。震动报警3可以通过检测装置所经受的异常震动进行报警。超快心率报警4可以通过装置实时监控用户心率值,当出现心率异常时进行报警。越域报警5可以通过GPS及BDS实时记录用户位置信息及活动地图,超出设定的安全区域时进行报警。
通过智能穿戴设备进行报警时将用户的位置信息、视频、图片、文字及语音信息通过2G/3G网络发送至指定联系人8及智能报警系统运营中心7,智能报警系统运营中心7同时支持北斗短报文的发送接收,最终报警信息提交至公安、消防、医院及交通管理等部门完成报警。报警信息可以存储至本地。
本发明的智能穿戴设备能够避免进行报警无人受理或因信号不畅无法报警的情况。与市场现有技术相比,报警功能更全面,报警方式更智能,触发方式更广泛,报警方式更有效,兼具报警方式隐蔽性、产品智能化的特点。
如图4A-4C所示,本发明涉及的具有报警功能的智能穿戴设备可以具有手表、项链、挂件等可佩带的外形,具有便携隐蔽的特性,兼具防水防尘的防护特性。例如,手表造型,具备显示时间的功能以及智能手表所具备的通讯功能、网络功能等,兼具五种触发模式的报警功能,包括按键报警、智能语音报警、震动报警、心率报警以及越域报警,同时具备环境安全监测及食品安全监测功能。
手表造型的智能穿戴设备具有摄像头1、触摸屏2、话筒3、外壳4、耳机插孔5、扬声器6、报警按钮7、SIM卡槽8、SD卡槽9、电池安装槽10、气体侦测孔11。摄像头1用于图像信息的采集,触摸屏2用于图形界面的显示设置、文字录入、视频图像播放等,话筒3用于音频信息的采集,外壳4为防水防尘外壳,耳机插孔5支持3.5mm耳机通话,扬声器6输出音频,报警按钮7为隐蔽报警按钮,实现一键报警功能,SIM卡槽8可兼容SIM及Micro-SIM卡安装,SD卡槽9用于Micro-SD卡安装实现存储容量的扩展,电池安装槽10用于锂电池的安装及更换,为装置提供电源,气体侦测孔11,百叶窗设计,根据用百户需求打开或关闭气孔,用于气体侦测功能的实现。
在一个实施例中,本发明提供一种智能穿戴设备系统,包括:后台运营服务器即智能报警系统运营中心、如上的具有报警功能的智能穿戴设备。后台运营服务器根据警报信息进行报警处理。后台运营服务器将接收到的报警信息进行储存,分析警报信息,根据分析结果将警报信息发送到各个警报处理系统。警报处理系统包括:公安部门系统、医疗部门系统、消防部门系统、交通管理部门系统等等。
在上述实施例中提供的具有报警功能的智能穿戴设备及系统,支持多种报警方式,报警触发后装置自动发送报警信息至智能报警系统运营中心,智能报警系统运营中心接受到报警信息后进行分析、储存,并发送至公安部门、医疗部门、消防部门、交通管理部门等处理警情。可设定指定联系人,触发报警后通过移动网络将信息同时发送至指定联系人。支持本地存储功能。同时具备环境安全监测及食品安全监测功能,当环境空气质量较差或食品异味时设备震动提示用户。
在上述实施例中提供的具有报警功能的智能穿戴设备及系统,弥补了市场中智能设备缺少全面安防报警措施及报警装置单一触发 报警方式的缺陷。同时建立智能报警系统运营中心,则报警信息不仅可发送至指定联系人,而且可通过2G/3G网络及北斗短报文的形式直接发送至私有运营中心,由运营中心直接管理用户信息及处理报警信息,避免进行报警无人受理或因信号不畅无法报警的情况。与市场现有技术相比,报警功能更全面,报警方式更智能,触发方式更广泛,报警方式更有效,兼具报警方式隐蔽性、产品智能化的特点。
可能以许多方式来实现本发明的方法和系统。例如,可通过软件、硬件、固件或者软件、硬件、固件的任何组合来实现本发明的方法和系统。用于方法的步骤的上述顺序仅是为了进行说明,本发明的方法的步骤不限于以上具体描述的顺序,除非以其它方式特别说明。此外,在一些实施例中,还可将本发明实施为记录在记录介质中的程序,这些程序包括用于实现根据本发明的方法的机器可读指令。因而,本发明还覆盖存储用于执行根据本发明的方法的程序的记录介质。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种具有报警功能的智能穿戴设备,其特征在于,包括:警报检测装置、主控装置、取证装置和警报传送装置;所述主控装置分别与所述警报检测装置、所述取证装置、所述警报传送装置电连接;当所述警报检测装置判断出现异常状况时向所述主控装置发送警报信号;所述主控装置根据所述警报信号进行报警处理;所述取证装置根据所述主控装置发送的控制指令获取取证信息,包括:音频、视频、图片、文字;所述警报传送装置根据所述主控装置发送的控制指令将警报信息及所述取证信息发送到后台运营服务器。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于:所述警报检测装置包括:报警按键;所述报警按键与所述主控装置电连接;当用户按下所述报警按键时,所述报警按键向所述主控装置发送警报信号。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于:所述警报检测装置包括:心率监测单元;所述心率监测单元与所述主控装置电连接;所述心率监测单元包括:脉搏传感器;通过所述脉搏传感器向人体的腕部发送照射光,并将经人体组织衰减吸收后的反射光转换为电信号;所述心率监测单元将所述电信号放大及整形得到与人体脉搏同步的脉冲信号;当所述心率监测单元判断所述脉冲信号的频率超过预设的安全频率阈值时,向所述主控装置发送警报信号。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于:所述警报检测装置包括:音频处理单元和拾音器;所述拾音器与所述音频处理单元电连接,所述主控装置与所述音频处理单元电连接;所述拾音器实时采集环境声音并将所述环境声音发送到所述音频处理单元;当所述音频处理单元判断所述环境声音的分贝值高于预设的高分贝阈值、或环境声音中出现设定的关键字和关键词时,则向所述主控装 置发送警报信号。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于:所述警报检测装置包括:定位单元;所述定位单元与所述主控装置电连接;所述定位单元通过中国北斗卫星导航系统BDS或GPS实时获取用户的位置信息,并将所述位置信息发送到所述主控装置;当所述主控装置判断用户的位置信息超出设定的安全区域时进行报警。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于:所述警报检测装置包括:震动检测单元;所述震动检测单元与所述主控装置电连接;所述震动检测单元包括振动传感器;通过所述振动传感器将采集的机械量转化为电信号,所述震动检测单元将所述电信号放大后输出电压信号;当所述震动检测单元判断所述电压信号的电压值超过预设的安全电压阈值时,则向所述主控装置发送低电平警报信号。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于:所述警报检测装置包括:气体侦测单元;所述气体侦测单元与所述主控装置电连接;所述气体侦测单元包括:气体传感器;通过所述气体传感器将采集的环境空气中的异味或有毒有害气体浓度信息转换为电信号;当所述气体侦测单元判断所述电信号的电压值超过预设的安全阈值时,则向所述主控装置发送报警信号,所述主控装置控制此智能穿戴设备震动;其中,所述有毒有害气体包括:甲醛、苯类、醇类气体;异味包括:食物变质或残留农药散发的气味。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于:所述取证装置包括:音频处理单元和拾音器;所述拾音器与所述音频处理单元电连接,所述主控装置与所述音频处理单元电连接;所述主控装置接收到报警信息后,所述拾音器实时采集环境声音并将所述环境声音发送到所述音频处理单元进行编码压缩处理为可传输的音频取证信息。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于:所述取证装置包括:视频采集单元和摄像头;所述视频采集单元与所述主控装置电连接;所述视频采集单元实时将通过所述摄像头采集的RAW格式 的视频数据发送给所述主控装置,所述主控装置对所述视频数据进行编码压缩处理为可传输的视频或图片取证信息。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于:所述警报传送装置包括:通信单元;所述通信单元与所述主控装置电连接;所述通信单元包括:2G/3G无线模块、GPRS模块、wifi模块,所述通信单元能够通过多种通信方式发送所述警报信息到所述后台运营服务器;所述警报信息包括:文字、视频、图片、语音信息、BDS定位及短报文信息、GPS定位信息。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的设备,其特征在于:当所述主控装置接收到所述警报信号时,控制所述通信模块将所述警报信息及所述取证信息发送给预设的联系人。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,还包括:存储单元和显示单元;所述主控单元分别与所述存储单元和所述显示单元电连接;所述存储单元提供Micro-SD接口,能够将所述报警信息及所述取证信息存储至本地;所述显示单元包括:触摸屏;通过所述触摸屏进行信息的显示,并通过所述触摸屏将用户的设置信息发送到所述主控装置;其中,所述信息包括:文字、图像、视频。
  13. 一种智能穿戴设备系统,其特征在于:包括:后台运营服务器、如权利要求1至12任意一项所述的具有报警功能的智能穿戴设备;其中,所述后台运营服务器根据警报信息进行报警处理。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的系统,其特征在于:所述后台运营服务器将接收到的所述报警信息进行储存。
  15. 如权利要求13或14所述的系统,其特征在于:所述后台运营服务器分析所述警报信息,根据分析结果将所述警报信息发送到各个警报处理系统;所述警报处理系统包括:公安部门系统、医疗部门系统、消防部门系统。
