一种消息提醒方法及终端 技术领域
本发明涉及移动通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种消息提醒方法及终端。
背景技术
目前的现有技术对于新消息的提醒比较单一,例如一次短暂的振动和声音提醒,这样会导致用户经常无法及时的发现。比如用户在走路、坐车等时候,由于环境的因素和人本身处于运动的状态,对单一的提醒感知度会大大下降,有时可能还会由于发现的不及时而带来一些烦恼。
因此,目前在终端接收到消息时,不能有效地提醒用户,导致用户不能及时的查看消息。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种消息提醒方法及终端,能够至少解决现有技术中存在的上述问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供一种消息提醒方法,包括如下步骤:
终端发送消息给目标终端;
所述终端对所述目标终端发起用于提醒所述消息送达所述目标终端的呼叫。
优选地,所述终端对所述目标终端发起用于提醒所述消息送达所述目标终端的呼叫的步骤包括:在确定所述终端发送所述消息成功后,所述终端对所述目标终端发起用于提醒所述消息送达所述目标终端的呼叫。
优选地,所述方法还包括:
当确定所述终端发送所述消息失败,且所述消息的类型为预设消息类 型时,所述终端对所述消息进行重发;
或者
当对所述目标终端呼叫失败时,获取呼叫失败的原因;
当所述呼叫失败的原因为预设失败原因时,对所述目标终端重新发起用于提醒所述消息送达所述目标终端的呼叫。
优选地,所述终端对所述目标终端发起用于提醒所述消息送达所述目标终端的呼叫的步骤包括:
解析所述消息的PDU(Protocol Data Unit,协议数据单元)串,获取所述目标终端的号码;
根据所述号码对所述目标终端发起用于提醒所述消息送达所述目标终端的呼叫。
同样为了解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例还提供了另一种消息提醒方法,对应与上述方法,包括如下步骤:
终端接收外部的消息;
所述终端接收外部的呼叫;
在确定所述呼叫为用于提醒所述消息送达所述终端的呼叫时,所述终端根据所述呼叫提醒用户所述消息已送达。
优选地,所述终端根据所述呼叫提醒用户所述消息已送达的步骤包括:
所述终端采用提醒所述呼叫到达的方式来提醒所述用户所述消息已送达,所述提醒所述呼叫到达的方式包括:持续振动和/或持续响铃;
或者
所述终端采用提醒所述呼叫到达的方式,且同时显示新消息提醒界面来提醒所述用户所述消息已送达,所述提醒所述呼叫到达的方式包括:持续振动和/或持续响铃。
优选地,在所述终端根据所述呼叫提醒用户所述消息已送达之后,还 包括:

优选地,在确定所述呼叫不是用于提醒所述消息送达所述终端的呼叫时,所述终端提醒用户有新来电。
优选地,在确定所述呼叫为用于提醒所述消息送达所述终端的呼叫之前,还包括:
判断终端接收到所述呼叫与接收到所述消息之间的时间间隔是否在预设范围之内,以及所述呼叫发起和所述消息发送主体是否相同,若都为是时,确定述呼叫为用于提醒所述消息送达所述终端的呼叫。
同样为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明还提供了一种终端,包括:发送模块和呼叫模块;
所述发送模块用于发送消息给目标终端;
所述呼叫模块用于对所述目标终端发起用于提醒所述消息送达所述目标终端的呼叫。
优选地,所述呼叫模块用于在确定所述终端发送所述消息成功后,对所述目标终端发起用于提醒所述消息送达所述目标终端的呼叫。
优选地,所述发送模块还用于当确定所述终端发送所述消息失败,且所述消息的类型为预设消息类型时,对所述消息进行重发;
或者
所述呼叫模块还用于当对所述目标终端呼叫失败时,获取呼叫失败的原因;当所述呼叫失败的原因为预设失败原因时,对所述目标终端重新发 起用于提醒所述消息送达所述目标终端的呼叫。
同样为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明实施例还提供了一种终端,包括:消息接收模块、呼叫接收模块和提醒模块;
所述消息接收模块用于接收外部的消息;
所述呼叫接收模块用于接收外部的呼叫;
所述提醒模块用于在确定所述呼叫为用于提醒所述消息送达所述终端的呼叫时,根据所述呼叫提醒用户所述消息已送达。
优选地,所述提醒模块用于:
采用提醒所述呼叫到达的方式来提醒所述用户所述消息已送达,所述提醒所述呼叫到达的方式包括:持续振动和/或持续响铃;
或者
采用提醒所述呼叫到达的方式,且同时显示新消息提醒界面来提醒所述用户所述消息已送达,所述提醒所述呼叫到达的方式包括:持续振动和/或持续响铃。
优选地,所述终端还包括拒绝模块;
所述拒绝模块用于根据用户在所述新消息提醒界面上的操作拒绝所述呼叫;
或者
所述拒绝模块用于根据用户在所述新消息提醒界面上的操作拒绝所述呼叫,并同时跳转至预设界面;所述预设界面包括消息列表界面、消息内容显示界面、消息回复界面或者显示所述新消息提醒界面之前所述终端所处的界面。
优选地,所述终端还包括:确定模块;
所述确定模块用于判断终端接收到所述呼叫与接收到所述消息之间的时间间隔是否在预设范围之内,以及所述呼叫发起和所述消息发送主体是 否相同,若都为是时,则确定述呼叫为用于提醒所述消息送达所述终端的呼叫。
本发明实施例的有益效果是:本发明实施例的提供了一种消息提醒方法及终端,可以在终端接收到新消息时有效地提醒用户;本发明的消息提醒方法包括:终端发送消息给目标终端;所述终端对所述目标终端发起用于提醒所述消息送达所述目标终端的呼叫;本发明的消息提醒方法采用呼叫的方式来提醒接收方用户其终端接收到新消息;由于终端的呼叫提醒更能引起用户注意和发现(例如长时间的振铃),所以与现有技术单一的消息提醒方式相比,本发明的消息提醒方法可以在终端接收到新消息时有效地提醒用户,使用户可以及时查看新消息,提升了用户体验。
另外,应用本实施例提供的消息提醒方法,可以在第一次提醒用户接收到新消息之后,通过呼叫的方式来再次提醒用户接收到新消息;可以优选地有效地体现用户终端接收到新消息,使得用户可以及时查看消息,提升用户的体验。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例一:
考虑到目前在终端接收到消息时不能有效地提醒用户的技术问题;如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种消息提醒方法,应用于消息的发送侧,包括如下步骤:
步骤101:终端发送消息给目标终端。
本实施例中终端作为发送终端,所述目标终端作为接收终端;终端发送的消息可以包括:短信、彩信。
步骤102:所述终端对所述目标终端发起用于提醒所述消息送达所述目标终端的呼叫。
在发送消息之后,本实施例中发送终端还主动对所述接收终端发起呼叫,用于提醒接收终端用户其终端接收到消息。
本实施例方法中用户可以在终端提供的消息编辑界面编辑消息,并通过消息编辑界面上的按钮来触发消息发送,或者同时触发消息发送和之后的主动呼叫提醒。
在实际应用中,终端可以提供两种消息发送方式供用户选择,一种是,普通的消息发送,另一种是,在消息发送之后,还对所述目标终端发起用于提醒所述消息送达所述目标终端的呼叫,即通过呼叫方式发送消息;如图2所示的消息编辑界面中包括两个按钮,分别对应上述两种消息发送方式;如果用户选择通过呼叫方式发送的话,在终端发送消息之后,还需要对目标终端主动发起呼叫用以提醒目标终端用户接收到所述消息。
上述步骤102具体可以包括:获取目标终端的号码,然后根据获取的号码对所述目标终端发起用于提醒所述消息送达所述目标终端的呼叫。
本实施方法中获取目标终端的号码可以包括多种方式,例如从终端存 储的电话本里直接获取,或者可以解析所述消息的PDU串,获取所述目标终端的号码。
本实施例方法中终端可以通过接口调用拨号器模块;将获取的接收方号码输入到拨号器,进行呼叫。
本实施例提供的消息提醒方法,采用呼叫的方式来提醒接收方用户其终端接收到新消息;由于终端的呼叫提醒更能引起用户注意和发现(例如长时间的振铃),所以与现有技术单一的消息提醒方式相比,本实施例的消息提醒方法可以在终端接收到新消息时有效地提醒用户,使用户可以及时查看新消息,提升了用户体验。
另外,应用本实施例提供的消息提醒方法,可以在第一次提醒用户接收到新消息之后,通过呼叫的方式来再次提醒用户接收到新消息;由于可以两次提醒用户,本实施例方法可以进一步地有效地体现用户终端接收到新消息,使得用户可以及时查看消息,提升用户的体验。
为了防止终端发送消息失败还用呼叫提醒的情况,本实施例方法在步骤102具体可以包括:在确定所述终端发送所述消息成功后,所述终端对所述目标终端发起用于提醒所述消息送达所述目标终端的呼叫。也就是说,在所述终端对所述目标终端发起用于提醒所述消息送达所述目标终端的呼叫之前,还需要判断所述终端发送消息是否成功,若成功,才会对所述目标终端发起用于提醒所述消息送达所述目标终端的呼叫。
本实施例方法可以根据网络侧发送的消息发送结果来确定消息发送是否成功,例如当网络侧返回的发送结果的返回值为0时,则确定发送失败,若返回值为1时,则确定消息发送成功。
本实施例方法中当所述终端发送所述消息失败时,可以判断所述消息的类型是否为预设消息类型,若是,则所述终端对所述消息进行重发;当然也可以先判断出消息的类型是否为预设消息类型,在消息失败时,对为 预设消息类型的消息进行重发。例如当发送的消息为短信时,在终端发送短信失败后,终端结束短信发送并提醒用户短信发送失败;当发送消息为彩信时,在终端发送彩信失败后,终端还将对彩信进行重新发送,例如利用现有的重发机制对彩信进行发送。本实施例方法还可以限制在重发失败后,就结束消息发送,并提醒用户消息发送失败。在本实施例中当预设消息类型为所有消息类型时,即默认为只要终端发送消息失败时,就对所述消息进重发;当然在预设消息类型为所有消息类型中的部分时,在发送该部分类型消息失败时,进行消息的重发。
应用理解的是,本实施例中方法还可以在消息发送失败时,直接进行重发。
考虑到,终端呼叫失败的情况,本实施例方法还可以包括:
当对所述目标终端呼叫失败时,获取呼叫失败的原因;
当所述呼叫失败的原因为预设失败原因时,对所述目标终端重新发起用于提醒所述消息送达所述目标终端的呼叫。
本实施例中预设失败原因可以包括:无法到达(unreachable)、无应答(unanswered)或者用户忙(busy)。
本实施方法可以通过网络侧返回的信令得知呼叫失败原因,然后根据原因的不同结束呼叫或者重呼;另外,本实施例方法还可以约定重新呼叫的次数,例如当重新呼叫一次还是失败之后,结束呼叫提醒用户呼叫失败。例如:
(1)当呼叫失败原因为对方关机(power off),则结束呼叫;
(2)当呼叫失败原因包括无法到达(unreachable)、无应答(unanswered)或者用户忙(busy),则启动重呼机制,重呼机制可以参考彩信的重发机制原则,重呼机制结束后仍无法呼叫成功,则结束。
下面详细介绍本实施例的消息提醒方法,如图3所示,当然这只是本 实施例方法的一种形式,包括如下步骤:
步骤301:发送终端新建一条消息,并将所述消息发送给接收终端。
步骤302:发送终端接收网络侧发送的消息发送结果的返回值,根据返回值判断所述消息是否发送成功,若是,则执行步骤303,若否,则执行步骤306。
步骤303:发送终端获取接收终端的号码,并根据所述号码对接收端发起用于提醒所述消息送达所述接收终端的呼叫。
具体地,发送终端解析消息的PDU串,获取接收终端的号码,通过接口调用拨号器,将获取到的号码输入到拨号器对接收终端进行呼叫,用以提醒所述消息送达接收终端。
步骤304:判断呼叫是否成功,若是,结束,若否执行步骤305:
步骤305:通过网络侧返回的信令获取呼叫失败的原因,判断所述呼叫失败的原因为预设失败原因,若是,执行步骤306,若否,结束。
步骤306:所述发送终端重新发起用于提醒所述消息送达所述接收终端的呼叫,结束。
例如,当呼叫失败原因为对方关机(power off),则结束呼叫;当呼叫失败原因包括无法到达(unreachable)、无应答(unanswered)或者用户忙(busy),则重新呼叫。
步骤307:判断所述消息的类型是否为预设类型,若是,执行步骤308,若否,则结束;
步骤308:发送终端对行所述消息进行重发,若重发成功,转步骤303,若失败,则结束。
例如,当消息为彩信时才进行重发,当消息为除彩信之外的消息时,不进行重发。
实施例二:
本实施例提供了一种消息提醒方法,应用于消息接收侧,如图4所示,包括如下步骤:
步骤401:终端接收外部的消息。
本实施中的消息可以包括短信或者彩信。
步骤402:所述终端接收外部的呼叫。
步骤403:在确定所述呼叫为用于提醒所述消息送达所述终端的呼叫时,所述终端根据所述呼叫提醒用户所述消息已送达。
应用本实施例提供的消息提醒方法,可以在第一次提醒用户接收到新消息之后,通过呼叫的方式来再次提醒用户接收到新消息;由于可以两次提醒用户,本实施例方法可以有效地体现用户终端接收到新消息,使得用户可以及时查看消息,提升用户的体验。
另外,本实施例方法是通过呼叫的方式来提醒,由于呼叫提醒方式更能引起用户注意,因此本实施例方法可以有效地提醒用户终端接收到新消息,使得用户可以及时查看消息,提升用户的体验。
本实施例方法在步骤403之前还可以包括确定判断呼叫是否为用于提醒所述消息送达所述终端的呼叫的过程;具体地,若所述终端接收到所述呼叫与接收到所述消息之间时间间隔在预设范围之内,且所述呼叫发起和所述消息发送主体相同,则确定所述呼叫为用于提醒所述消息送达所述终端的呼叫,否则,确定所述呼叫不为用于提醒所述消息送达所述终端的呼叫。
例如,终端在接收到消息之后的5s内接收呼叫,并且该呼叫与之前接收到的消息是来自同一个终端时,则判定此时接收到的呼叫为用于提醒之前消息送达终端的呼叫;在其他情况下(其他终端发起的呼叫等),判定为普通呼叫。
应当理解的是:本实施例中判断发送主体和判断时间间隔这两个步骤的顺序可以任意,例如判断发送主体的步骤在判断时间间隔这个步骤之前或之后执行。
本实施例方法中所述终端根据所述呼叫提醒用户所述消息已送达的方式有多种;优先地,上述步骤403中所述终端根据所述呼叫提醒用户所述消息已送达的方式包括以下方式:
1、终端可以提醒所述呼叫到达的方式来提醒所述用户所述消息已送达;所述提醒所述呼叫到达的方式包括:持续振动和/或持续响铃;当然所述提醒所述呼叫到达的方式还可以包括:显示对应的提醒界面;例如显示来电界面。
2、所述终端采用提醒所述呼叫到达的方式,且同时显示新消息提醒界面来提醒所述用户所述消息已送达,所述提醒所述呼叫到达的方式包括:持续振动和/或持续响铃。
比如,图5所示,本实施例中新消息提醒界面包括:动态显示的消息图标、查看按钮、忽略按钮;动态显示的消息图标可以进一步地提醒用户接收到新消息。
由于本实施例方法是通过呼叫的方式来提醒消息达到,所以一般地,用户不需要响应呼叫,即接通电话;所以,本实施例方法,在所述终端根据所述呼叫提醒用户所述消息已送达之后,还包括:所述终端拒绝所述呼叫。
在终端显示新消息提醒界面的情况下,本实施例方法中所述终端拒绝所述呼叫的过程可以包括:
所述终端根据用户在所述新消息提醒界面上的操作拒绝所述呼叫;
或者
所述终端根据用户在所述新消息提醒界面上的操作,并同时跳转至预 设界面;所述预设界面包括消息列表界面、消息内容显示界面、消息回复界面或者显示所述新消息提醒界面之前所述终端所处的界面。
例如,在显示如图5所示的提醒界面情况下,当用户可以选择触发“查看”按钮时,此时终端将会发送指令拒绝当前呼叫,并跳转至消息列表界面、消息内容显示界面、消息回复界面;当用户选择触发“忽略”按钮时,此时终端将会发送指令拒绝当前呼叫,并跳转至显示所述新消息提醒界面之前所述终端所处的界面,例如锁定界面。
当然本实施例方法在显示新消息提醒界面之后,用户还可以在该界面上操作来直接拒绝呼叫,不同时执行其他过程,只是单纯的拒绝呼叫。之后,用户可以通过其他操作来查看消息。
应当理解的是:用户还可以通过物理按键来拒绝呼叫,例如挂机键、音量键、休眠键等等。
在本实施例方法中,当确定接收到的呼叫不是用于提醒所述消息送达所述终端的呼叫时,终端可以此时提醒用户有新来电,例如持续振铃,并显示普通来电界面来提醒用户有新的来电。
如图6所示,根据上述对本实施例方法的描述,本实施例方法可以具体包括如下步骤:
步骤601:终端接收外部的消息。
步骤602:所述终端接收外部的呼叫。
步骤603:判断所述呼叫是否为用于提醒所述消息送达所述终端的呼叫,若是,则执行步骤604,若否,则执行步骤605。
具体地,若所述终端接收到所述呼叫与接收到所述消息之间时间间隔在预设范围之内,且所述呼叫发起和所述消息发送主体相同,则判定所述呼叫为用于提醒所述消息送达所述终端的呼叫,否则,判定所述呼叫为用于提醒所述消息送达所述终端的呼叫。
步骤604:所述终端根据所述呼叫提醒用户所述消息已送达。
具体提醒方式可以参考上述描述。
步骤605:所述终端提醒用户有新来电。
当判断接收到的呼叫不是用于提醒所述消息送达所述终端的呼叫时,终端可以此时提醒用户有新来电,例如持续振铃,并显示普通来电界面来提醒用户有新的来电。
本实施例终端在接收到呼叫时,采用振动、铃音或者其他提醒方式来提醒用户接收到新的消息。
下面详细介绍本实施例消息提醒方法的具体过程,如图7所示,包括如下步骤:
步骤701:终端接收到一条新的消息,并开始计时。
具体地,可以在接收到新消息时首先对网络侧发来的PDU串进行解析,然后正确显示,在解析PDU串时,将解析出来的发送方号码做一个标记,假设为A。
步骤702:终端接收一呼叫,记录接收到呼叫与接收到所述消息的时间间隔。
步骤703:判断所述时间间隔是否小于预设阈值,若是,则执行步骤704,若否,则执行步骤706。
具体地,做一个时间阀,取值假设为5S,即在收到消息之后开始计时,如果5S之内收到被叫,则将主叫的号码做一个标记,假设为B。
步骤704:判断发起呼叫的终端与发送所述消息的终端是否相同,若是,则执行步骤705,若否,则执行步骤706。
对比标记A和标记B,如果不一致,则终端不相同,若一致,则终端相同。
步骤705:所述终端持续振铃,同时显示新消息提醒界面提醒用户有新 消息。
例如,在图5中提醒界面包含两部分:第一部分为动态显示的消息图标,用于更好的提示用户有新消息;第二部分包含两个菜单按钮,“查看”和“忽略”;“查看”功能菜单调用了信息模块的接口。
步骤706:所述终端持续振铃,同时显示普通来电提醒界面提醒用户有新来电。
步骤707:根据用户在新消息提醒界面上的操作,发送拒绝指令,用来结束此次呼叫流程,同时将页面转至消息列表界面,从而使得用户可以点击新的消息进行查看;或者根据用户在新消息提醒界面上的操作忽略此消息,发送拒绝指令用来结束此次呼叫流程,返回显示新消息提醒界面之前的界面,并在状态栏中显示新消息。
选择“查看”功能,接收方会同时进行两部分操作:一是发送拒绝指令给发送方,用来结束此次呼叫流程;二是通过调用信息模块的接口,将页面转至消息列表界面,用户从而可以直接点击新的消息进行查看。选择“忽略”功能,终端会返回提醒之前的界面,新消息在状态栏显示。
实施例三:
考虑到目前在终端接收到消息时不能有效地提醒用户的技术问题,如图8所示,本实施例提供了一种终端,应用于消息发送侧,包括发送模块和呼叫模块;
所述发送模块用于发送消息给目标终端;
所述呼叫模块用于在发送所述消息之后,对所述目标终端发起用于提醒所述消息送达所述目标终端的呼叫。

同样考虑到目前在终端接收到消息时不能有效地提醒用户的技术问题,如图9所示,本实施例提供了一种终端,应用于消息接收侧,包括消息接收模块、呼叫接收模块和提醒模块;
所述消息接收模块用于接收外部的消息;
所述呼叫接收模块用于接收外部的呼叫;
所述提醒模块用于在确定所述呼叫为用于提醒所述消息送达所述终端的呼叫时,根据所述呼叫提醒用户所述消息已送达。

在上述终端的基础上,本实施例终端还可以包括确定模块;所述确定模块用于在提醒模块根据所述呼叫提醒用户所述消息已送达之前,当所述终端接收到所述呼叫与接收到所述消息之间时间间隔在预设范围之内时,确定所述呼叫为用于提醒所述消息送达所述终端的呼叫。

工业实用性
本发明公开了一种消息提醒方法及终端,终端发送消息给目标终端;所述终端对所述目标终端发起用于提醒所述消息送达所述目标终端的呼叫;本发明的消息提醒方法采用呼叫的方式来提醒接收方用户其终端接收到新消息;可以在终端接收到新消息时有效地提醒用户,使用户可以及时查看新消息,提升了用户体验。另外,应用本实施例提供的消息提醒方法,可以在第一次提醒用户接收到新消息之后,通过呼叫的方式来再次提醒用户接收到新消息;有效地体现用户终端接收到新消息,使得用户可以及时查看消息,提升用户的体验。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种消息提醒方法,包括如下步骤:
    终端发送消息给目标终端;
    所述终端对所述目标终端发起用于提醒所述消息送达所述目标终端的呼叫。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述终端对所述目标终端发起用于提醒所述消息送达所述目标终端的呼叫,包括:
    在确定所述终端发送所述消息成功后,所述终端对所述目标终端发起用于提醒所述消息送达所述目标终端的呼叫。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    当确定所述终端发送所述消息失败,且所述消息的类型为预设消息类型时,所述终端对所述消息进行重发;
    或者
    当对所述目标终端呼叫失败时,获取呼叫失败的原因;
    当所述呼叫失败的原因为预设失败原因时,对所述目标终端重新发起用于提醒所述消息送达所述目标终端的呼叫。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法,其中,所述终端对所述目标终端发起用于提醒所述消息送达所述目标终端的呼叫,包括:
    解析所述消息的协议数据单元串,获取所述目标终端的号码;
    根据所述号码对所述目标终端发起用于提醒所述消息送达所述目标终端的呼叫。
  5. 一种消息提醒方法,包括:
    终端接收外部的消息;
    所述终端接收外部的呼叫;
    在确定所述呼叫为用于提醒所述消息送达所述终端的呼叫时,所述终
    端根据所述呼叫提醒用户所述消息已送达。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述终端根据所述呼叫提醒用户所述消息已送达,包括:
    所述终端采用提醒所述呼叫到达的方式来提醒所述用户所述消息已送达,所述提醒所述呼叫到达的方式包括:持续振动和/或持续响铃;
    或者
    所述终端采用提醒所述呼叫到达的方式,且同时显示新消息提醒界面来提醒所述用户所述消息已送达,所述提醒所述呼叫到达的方式包括:持续振动和/或持续响铃。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其中,在所述终端根据所述呼叫提醒用户所述消息已送达之后,还包括:
    所述终端根据用户在所述新消息提醒界面上的操作拒绝所述呼叫;
    或者
    所述终端根据用户在所述新消息提醒界面上的操作拒绝所述呼叫,并同时跳转至预设界面;所述预设界面包括消息列表界面、消息内容显示界面、消息回复界面或者显示所述新消息提醒界面之前所述终端所处的界面。
  8. 如权利要求5-7任一项所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    在确定所述呼叫不是用于提醒所述消息送达所述终端的呼叫时,所述终端提醒用户有新来电。
  9. 如权利要求5-7任一项所述的方法,其中,在确定所述呼叫为用于提醒所述消息送达所述终端的呼叫之前,还包括:
    判断所述终端接收到所述呼叫与接收到所述消息之间的时间间隔是否在预设范围之内,以及所述呼叫发起和所述消息发送主体是否相同,若都为是时,确定述呼叫为用于提醒所述消息送达所述终端的呼叫。
  10. 一种终端,包括:发送模块和呼叫模块;
    所述发送模块,配置为发送消息给目标终端;
    所述呼叫模块,配置为对所述目标终端发起用于提醒所述消息送达所述目标终端的呼叫。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的终端,其中,所述呼叫模块,配置为在确定所述终端发送所述消息成功后,对所述目标终端发起用于提醒所述消息送达所述目标终端的呼叫。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的终端,其中,所述发送模块,配置为当确定所述终端发送所述消息失败,且所述消息的类型为预设消息类型时,对所述消息进行重发;
    或者
    所述呼叫模块,配置为当对所述目标终端呼叫失败时,获取呼叫失败的原因;当所述呼叫失败的原因为预设失败原因时,对所述目标终端重新发起用于提醒所述消息送达所述目标终端的呼叫。
  13. 一种终端,包括消息接收模块、呼叫接收模块和提醒模块;
    所述消息接收模块,配置为接收外部的消息;
    所述呼叫接收模块,配置为接收外部的呼叫;
    所述提醒模块,配置为在确定所述呼叫为用于提醒所述消息送达所述终端的呼叫时,根据所述呼叫提醒用户所述消息已送达。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的终端,其中,所述提醒模块,配置为:
    采用提醒所述呼叫到达的方式来提醒所述用户所述消息已送达,所述提醒所述呼叫到达的方式包括:持续振动和/或持续响铃;
    或者
    采用提醒所述呼叫到达的方式,且同时显示新消息提醒界面来提醒所述用户所述消息已送达,所述提醒所述呼叫到达的方式包括:持续振动和/或持续响铃。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的终端,其中,还包括拒绝模块;
    所述拒绝模块,配置为根据用户在所述新消息提醒界面上的操作拒绝所述呼叫;
    或者
    所述拒绝模块,配置为根据用户在所述新消息提醒界面上的操作拒绝所述呼叫,并同时跳转至预设界面;所述预设界面包括消息列表界面、消息内容显示界面、消息回复界面或者显示所述新消息提醒界面之前所述终端所处的界面。
  16. 如权利要求13-15任一项所述的终端,其中,还包括:确定模块;
    所述确定模块,配置为判断终端接收到所述呼叫与接收到所述消息之间的时间间隔是否在预设范围之内,以及所述呼叫发起和所述消息发送主体是否相同,若都为是时,则确定述呼叫为用于提醒所述消息送达所述终端的呼叫。
