二、 内容为提示内容的提示消息
本发明实施例在调度策略中的重发的间隔时间到达后, 生成第二类型消息 , 所述第二类型消息为提示消息, 用于提示用户目的终端的存储情况。 例如, 提 示内容可以是: 手机当前存储满,请及时清除, 您当前有 10条短消息等待下发。 此时第二类型消息不包含第一类型消息的内容。 本发明实施例釆用通知的方式 提醒用户当前手机的存储状况, 从而可以让用户及时清除存储在手机中的短消 息。
三、 内容为第一类型消息的内容摘要
本发明实施例中, 生成的第二类型消息还可以是包含了提示内容和第一类 型消息内容的第二类型消息, 使得目的终端能够及时有效地接收到消息, 同时 还能够提醒用户当前手机的存储情况。
所述第二类型消息被生成后, 所述方法执行下一步骤。
步骤 26、 将所述第二类型消息发送给目的终端。 所述第二类型消息下发成 功后, 会接收到所述目的终端发送的第二类型消息发送成功的响应消息。
进一步地, 在发送所述第二类型消息成功后, 还可以根据预先配置的规则 向目的终端发送第一类型消息。 在本发明实施例中, 当所述第二类型消息的内 容仅为提示内容时, 还包括根据预先配置的调度策略进行调度, 重发所述第一 类型消息给目的终端。 此处, 预先配置的调度策略可以是重发的间隔时间、 重 发的次数等。 例如, 预先配置重发的间隔时间为半小时。 为通知消息的第二类 型消息发送给目的终端后, 等待半小时, 重发所述第一类型消息给目的终端。
图 3是根据图 2所示的方法实施例实现源端发送消息到目的终端的例子。 如图 3所示, 包括如下步骤:
S301 : 消息服务中心获取源端提交的第一类型消息;
S302: 消息月良务中心返回一响应消息给所述源端;
S303 : 消息服务中心将该第一类型消息发送给目的终端;
S304: 目的终端返回发送失败的响应消息给消息服务中心;
S305 : 消息服务中心根据调度策略进行重发调度, 当调度策略中的重发间 隔时间到达后, 生成第二类型消息;
此处为根据所述响应消息中携带的第一类型消息发送失败的原因查询预先 配置的对应的调度策略, 根据该调度策略进行调度。 当调度策略中的重发间隔 时间到达后, 生成第二类型消息, 这里亦可以设置重发的间隔时间为 0 , 即可以 当消息服务中心接收到发送失败的消息后立即生成第二类型消息。 例如, 对于 第一类型消息为普通短消息、 第二类型消息为闪电短消息的情况, 可以直接由 短消息服务中心来生成闪电短消息; 对于第一类型消息为短消息、 第二类型消 息为彩信的情况, 可以由短消息服务中心触发到由彩信服务中心来生成彩信, 其他情形亦类似。
S306: 消息服务中心将所述第二类型消息发送给目的终端;
若第二类型消息为闪电短消息或普通短消息, 则该消息服务中心为短消息 服务中心; 若第二类型消息为彩信, 则该消息服务中心为彩信服务中心。
S307: 发送成功后, 接收到目的终端发送的所述第二类型消息发送成功的 响应消息。
通过本发明实施例的方法, 可以提高消息服务中心的消息下发成功率, 并 且提高客户的满意度和运营商的服务质量。
本发明实施例还提供了一种实现消息业务的装置, 用于实现当第一类型消 息发送到目的终端发送失败时, 根据发送失败的响应消息生成第二类型消息, 并将其发送给目的终端,
图 4是本发明一种实现消息业务的装置的实施例的结构示意图。 如图 4所 示, 其可以应用于如上述方法的实施例中, 所述装置包括: 消息接收单元 10, 用于接收目的终端发送的第一类型消息发送失败的响应消息;消息处理单元 20, 用于根据所述响应消息生成第二类型消息; 消息发送单元 30 , 用于发送所述第 二类型消息给所述目的终端。
本发明实施例中, 所述消息接收单元 10接收到所述第一类型消息发送失败 的响应消息之前, 所述消息发送单元 30已执行将所述第一类型消息发送目给的 终端。 所述消息处理单元 20根据目的终端发送的第一类型消息发送失败的响应 消息, 生成第二类型消息, 该第二类型消息可以克服第一类型消息发送失败的 原因。 本发明实施例中, 第二类型消息的内容为所述第一类型消息的内容, 和 / 或提示内容(如为用户提示当前其目的终端不能接收消息)。
本发明实施例的这种实现消息业务的装置使得目的终端能够有效快速地接 收到需要传送给目的终端的消息。
图 5是本发明又一种实现短消息业务的装置的实施例的结构示意图。
如图 5所示, 所述装置包括: 消息接收单元 10、 消息处理单元 20以及消息 发生送单元 30。 下面对各单元模块进行进一步地描述。
消息接收单元 10, 用于接收目的终端发送的第一类型消息发送失败的响应 消息。 所述响应消息中包含所述第一类型消息发送失败的原因, 其中, 发送失 败的原因为因所述目的终端内存满而导致所述第一类型消息发送失败。
消息处理单元 20, 用于根据消息接收单元传送的响应消息, 生成第二类型 消息。 所述消息处理单元 20包括:
调度单元 201 ,用于根据所述第一类型消息发送失败的原因查询预先配置的 对应的调度策略, 根据所述对应的调度策略进行调度。 本发明实施例中, 对应 的调度策略包括: 以闪电短消息的方式重发、 重发的间隔时间和重发的次数。 例如, 所述预先设置的调度策略可以为 "以闪电短消息的方式重发、 重发的间 隔时间为 10分钟, 重发次数为 1次。 本发明实施例中的重发的间隔时间和重发 的次数可以根据具体需要而定。
消息生成单元 203 , 用于当所述重发的间隔时间到达后生成第二类型消息。 如果所述调度策略为以闪电短消息的方式重发, 则所述消息生成单元 203设置 所述第二类型消息中的数据编码字段为特定格式值, 该特定格式值为闪电短消 息的条件。 本发明实施例中设置所述第二类型消息的数据编码字段的第 5 比特 值为 1。 所述消息生成单元 203生成的第二类型消息包括以下三种: 数据编码字 段被修改的所述第一类型消息; 内容为提示内容的提示消息; 内容为包括所述 第一类型消息的内容和提示内容的消息。 下面对上述三种第二类型消息进一步 详细说明。
一、 数据编码字段被再设置的第一类型消息
在目的终端 "内存满" 时, 本发明实施例的装置中的所述消息处理单元 20 把以第一类型消息的方式不能下发的第一类型消息改为以闪电短消息方式的第 二类型消息, 消息的内容不变。
当所述对应的调度策略中的所述重发的间隔时间到达后, 所述消息生成单 元 203修改所述第一类型消息的数据编码字段的第 5bit值为 1 ,生成为闪电短消 息的所述第二类型消息。
二、 内容为提示内容的提示消息
本发明实施例的装置生成的第二类型消息为提示消息的方式进行发送, 用 以提示用户当前目的终端的存储情况, 此时第二类型消息不包含第一类型消息 的内容。 当所述重发的间隔时间到达后, 所述消息生成单元 203设置第二类型 消息的数据编码字段的第 5bit值为 1 , 设置第二类型消息中的消息内容。 例如, 提示内容可以是: 手机当前存储满, 请及时清除, 您当前有 10条短消息等待下 发。
三、 内容为包括第一类型消息的内容和提示内容的消息
在本发明实施例的装置生成的所述第二类型消息还可以是包含了第一类型 消息的内容和提示内容的消息, 使得目的终端能够及时有效地接收到消息, 同 时还能够提醒用户当前手机的存储情况。
消息生成单元 203生成第二类型消息之后, 所述消息发送单元 30将所述第 二类型消息发送给目的终端。 所述第二类型消息下发成功后, 所述消息接收单 元 10会接收到所述目的终端发送的第二类型消息发送成功的响应消息。
对于本发明实施例的装置, 当所述第二类型消息的内容为提示内容时, 所 述调度单元 201 还用于根据预先配置的所述第一类型消息重发的间隔时间进行 调度;所述消息发送单元 30还用于当所述第一类型消息重发的间隔时间到达后 , 将所述第一类型消息发送给所述目的终端。
通过使用本发明实施例的装置, 可以提高消息服务中心的消息下发成功率, 并且提高客户的满意度和运营商的服务质量。
本发明实施例可以利用软件实现, 相应的软件程序可以存储在可读取的存 储介质中, 该软件在执行时, 包括以下步骤: 接收目的终端发送的第一类型消 息发送失败的响应消息; 根据所述响应消息生成第二类型消息; 将所述第二类 型消息发送给所述目的终端。 所述的存储介质可以为计算机的硬盘、 緩存或光 盘。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普通技 术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以做出若干改进和润饰, 这 些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种实现消息业务的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收目的终端发送的第一类型消息发送失败的响应消息;
根据所述响应消息生成第二类型消息;
将所述第二类型消息发送给所述目的终端。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收目的终端发送的第 一类型消息发送失败的响应消息具体为: 接收目的终端发送的因所述目的终端 内存满而导致第一类型消息发送失败的响应消息。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一类型消息为普通短 消息, 所述接收目的终端发送的因所述目的终端内存满而导致第一类型消息发 送失败的响应消息具体为: 接收目的终端发送的因所述目的终端内存满而导致 所述普通短消息发送失败的响应消息;
所述根据所述响应消息生成第二类型消息具体为: 根据所述响应消息生成 闪电短消息;
所述将所述第二类型消息发送给所述目的终端具体为: 将所述闪电短消息 发送给所述目的终端。
4、 根据权利要求 1至 3之一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第二类型消息 的内容为: 所述第一类型消息的内容、 和 /或提示内容。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一类型消息的内容为 所述提示内容, 还包括:
按照预先配置的规则再次发送所述第一类型消息给所述目的终端。
6、 一种实现消息业务的装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
消息接收单元, 用于接收目的终端发送的第一类型消息发送失败的响应消 息; 消息处理单元, 用于根据所述响应消息生成第二类型消息;
消息发送单元, 用于发送所述第二类型消息给所述目的终端。
7、根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述消息接收单元具体用于: 接收目的终端发送的因所述目的终端内存满而导致第一类型消息发送失败的响 应消息。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一类型消息为普通短 消息、 第二类型消息为闪电短消息。
9、 根据权利要求 6至 8之一所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二类型消息 的内容为: 所述第一类型消息的内容、 和 /或提示内容。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述消息发送单元还用于: 按照预先配置的规则再次发送所述第一类型消息给所述目的终端。
