Description

一种LED灯单元 技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED灯单元。
背景技术
近年来,随着LED技术的不断发展,照明用LED灯具的各种性能有了很大的提高。LED灯具具有寿命长、发光效率高、没有紫外辐射、节能效果好等一系列的优点,成为未来光源的发展趋势。
但是LED光源具有方向性,不像白炽灯等一样可以做到360度发光,因此,当采用LED作为光源来取代传统的白炽灯或其他光源时,其发光效果受到一定的限制。特别是将LED制成传统的灯管形状的日光灯时,如中国专利CN102022651A所公开的“LED日光灯”包括灯罩、LED光源组件、LED驱动组件、两端盖以及散热外壳,灯罩与散热外壳连接,两端盖分别扣合于所述灯罩和所述散热外壳连接后的两端,灯罩和散热外壳的横截面均呈弧形,且灯罩和所述散热外壳形成一腔体,所述LED光源组件和所述LED驱动组件位于所述腔体内。该种LED日光灯,为了而满足LED的散热需求,所以只能将LED设置成一平面,因此,虽然其外形具有日光灯的长直筒形状,但是其发光面积仅仅只有180度,即从一平面开始发光,并不能做到360度全方位发光,散热面积与发光面积是相互矛盾的,因此,现有的LED日光灯,都不能做到在满足散热需求的情况下的360度全方位发光。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种既具有较好的散热性能,又能满足全方位发光的LED灯单元。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种LED灯单元,包括具有中空管状的发光体,以及罩于所述发光体外侧与发光体间隔设置的透光罩,所述发光体和/或透光罩上固定有LED发光元件,其特征在于:所述发光体与透光罩的两端固定连接有端盖,所述端盖的中心设有开孔连通发光体内中空的空腔和外界,所述发光体的至少一端设有电连接部件,该电连接部件伸出于所述端盖,所述发光体上的LED发光元件连接至所述电连接部件,具有电连接部件的一端的端盖设有沿发光体以及透光罩的延伸方向向外侧延伸的周面,所述周面上设有通风孔连通所述发光体中空的空腔和外界空气。
为了使整体结构更加合理,具有电连接部件一端的端盖的周面的外侧端封闭,该周 面封闭的外侧端上具有供电连接部件露出的孔。
为了使灯单元之间易于连接,该LED灯单元仅一端具有电连接部件时,其不具有电连接部件的一端的端盖也设有沿发光体以及透光罩的延伸方向向外侧延伸的周面,所述周面上设有通风孔连通所述发光体中空的空腔和外界空气。
优选地,该LED灯单元不具有电连接部件的一端的端盖的周面的外侧端封闭。
为了提高发光效率以及发光的均匀度,所述发光体的外侧面上涂覆有反射层或荧光粉层。
为了便于固定,所述端盖上设有分别供发光体以及透光罩插入固定的凹槽。
优选地,所述LED发光元件固定于所述发光体的外侧面上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:该LED灯单元,不但结构简单,能够实现360度全方位的照明,而且该LED灯单元具有与外界空气流通的散热通道,散热性能好,提高了LED灯单元的使用寿命,而且该LED灯单元,可以多个相互连接组成各种不同长度、不同形状的灯,更加拓展了该LED灯单元的适用范围。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例一:
如图1-3所示,为本发明的第一实施例的LED灯单元,包括中空管状的发光体1、透光罩2,所述发光体1两端开口,并且具有贯穿其长度方向的中空的空腔,该发光体1可以是金属材质,也可以是塑料、陶瓷、玻璃灯透明材质,该发光体1的外表面上固定设有多个LED发光元件,该多个LED发光元件通过印刷在发光体1表面上的印刷电路连通至发光体1一端的连接线或者插片,如图1-3所示,该实施例中该发光体1的一端连接一 连接线10,该多个LED发光元件连接至该连接线10。该发光体1的外表面上涂覆有反射层或荧光粉层,使得整个发光体1的发光效率更加高,而且亮度更加均匀。
该发光体1的外侧套有一透明的透光罩2,该透光罩2与发光体相匹配,套于发光体1外侧并且与发光体1间隔同向延伸,该透光罩2与发光体1之间形成一腔体。该透光罩2采用透光材料制成。所述发光体1与透光罩2的两端分别固定套有端盖3,该端盖3包括分别供发光体1以及透光罩2插入的两圈相间隔的凹槽31,并且该端盖3中心具有开孔32连通发光体2内中空的空腔和外界。
如图1所示,该发光体1的一端端盖3具有沿着透光罩2和发光体1的延伸方向向外侧延伸的周面33,该周面33上设有通风孔34,通风孔34沿周面33的轴向均匀间隔分布,连接线10穿过所述端盖3伸出位于LED灯单元的外侧。外界的气流通过一端的端盖3上的通风孔34或者周面33围成的孔进入端盖3,并通过端盖3上的开孔32流入发光体1中空的空腔,并且从另一端的端盖3中间的开孔32流出,以此来形成一个与外界连通的散热通道。该发光体1的具有连接线10的一端,即具有电连接部件的一端端面必须与外界的电连接器或者其他灯单元进行连接,所以该端部必须具有与发光体1以及透光罩2同向延伸的周面33,周面33上必须具有通孔,否则散热通道无法形成回路,该端周面的外侧端可以封闭也可以不封闭,只要封闭时具有供电连接部件露出的孔即可。而另一端没有具有电连接部件的端面,可以不具有周面,端盖3直接通过开孔32与外界连通,也可以具有周面,该周面33的外侧端部可以密封,也可以不密封,当周面的外侧端部密封时,该周面上必须具有通风孔34。
这样的LED灯单元可以两个以上相互连接,形成一较长的灯管,也可以单独通过电连接部件与电连接器连接即可形成一LED灯。该LED发光元件可以设于发光体1的外侧表面上,也可以是设于透光罩2的内侧表面上,也可以设于透光罩2的外侧表面。也可以是透光罩和发光体上均设有LED发光元件,只要该些LED发光元件的发光面朝向发光体与透光罩之间形成的腔体即可。并且,该发光体1、透光罩2以及端盖中的至少两个也可以是一体成型。
实施例二:
如图4-5所示,为本发明的第二实施例的LED灯单元,该LED灯单元其他与第一实施例相同,不同的是,该发光体1一端具有电连接部件,该电连接部件为插针20,该发光体1具有插针20的一端端盖3上设有上述周面33,该周面33的外侧端封闭,该周面33上设有通风孔34。该发光体1与透光罩2的另一端的端盖3不具有周面。该实施例中的LED灯单元的其他结构均与第一实施例相同。
实施例三:
如图6、7所示,为本发明的第三实施例的LED灯单元,该LED灯单元与第一实施例不同的是,其发光体1的两端均具有电连接部件,该电连接部件为连接线10,该发光体1与透光罩2的两端的端盖均具有周面33,周面33上均具有通风孔34。两端端盖的周面33的外侧端不封闭,当然也可以封闭,只要具有开孔能够露出连接线10即可。该LED灯单元,可以相互套接成长管状的灯,可以根据需要来进行调节灯长短。
如图8、9所示,为具有本发明第一实施例的LED灯单元的LED灯,该灯包括一电连接器5,该电连接器上固定有两个LED灯单元,该LED灯单元通过露出于端盖3的连接线10与电连接器5内的驱动器连接,进而驱动发光体1上的LED发光元件发光,而且该LED灯单元的另一端的端盖3相互连接。当然本领域技术人员也可以想到可以固定连接多个LED灯单元。该LED灯单元还可以相互首尾相连形成环形,或者其他形状,使用者可以根据需要任意组合。
该LED灯单元,不但结构简单,能够实现360度全方位的照明,发光角度大、发光效率高,而且该LED灯单元具有与外界空气流通的散热通道,散热性能好,提高了LED灯单元的使用寿命,而且该LED灯单元,可以多个相互连接组成各种不同长度、不同形状的灯,更加拓展了该LED灯单元的适用范围。
尽管以上详细地描述了本发明的优选实施例,但是应该清楚地理解,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种LED灯单元,包括具有中空且呈管状的发光体(1),以及罩于所述发光体(1)外侧与发光体(1)间隔设置的透光罩(2),所述发光体(1)和/或透光罩(2)上固定有LED发光元件,其特征在于:所述发光体(1)与透光罩(2)的两端固定连接有端盖(3),所述端盖(3)的中心设有开孔(32)连通发光体(1)内中空的空腔和外界,所述发光体(1)的至少一端设有电连接部件,该电连接部件伸出于所述端盖(3),所述发光体(1)上的LED发光元件连接至所述电连接部件;
    并且,具有电连接部件的一端的端盖(3)设有沿发光体(1)以及透光罩(2)的延伸方向向外侧延伸的周面(33),所述周面(33)上设有通风孔(34)连通所述发光体(1)中空的空腔和外界空气。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的LED灯单元,其特征在于:具有电连接部件一端的端盖(3)的周面的外侧端封闭,该周面封闭的外侧端上具有供电连接部件露出的孔。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的LED灯单元,其特征在于:该LED灯单元仅一端具有电连接部件时,其不具有电连接部件的一端的端盖(3)也设有沿发光体(1)以及透光罩(2)的延伸方向向外侧延伸的周面(33),所述周面(33)上设有通风孔(34)连通所述发光体中空的空腔和外界空气。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的LED灯单元,其特征在于:该LED灯单元不具有电连接部件的一端的端盖的周面的外侧端封闭。
  5. 如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的LED灯单元,其特征在于:所述发光体(2)的外侧面上涂覆有反射层或荧光粉层。
  6. 如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的LED灯单元,其特征在于:所述端盖(3)上设有分别供发光体(1)以及透光罩(2)插入固定的凹槽(31)。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的LED灯单元,其特征在于:所述LED发光元件固定于所述发光体(1)的外侧面上。
