一种大角度LED灯,包括灯头体、泡壳、LED光源板以及设置在该LED光源板上方的LED光源,该LED光源板设置在该灯头体的顶部,该泡壳罩设在该LED光源板上方,该泡壳包括外罩壳和内罩壳,该内罩壳罩设在该LED光源的周围,该外罩壳罩设在该内罩壳外围,该内罩壳的侧壁上设置有散射结构。本发明通过设置外罩壳和内罩壳,内罩壳的侧壁上设有散射结构。因此LED光源发出的光线经过内罩壳的散射后,在经由外罩壳向外照射出去,实现了大角度发光。与传统的结构相比,省去了透镜或配光器的设置,通过内罩壳即可实现大角度发光,具有结构简单、组装方便的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED照明灯具,特别是一种大角度LED灯。
背景技术
近年来,随着照明技术的不断进步,LED作为一种新型绿色高效的半导体光源,在照明领域得到应用。LED光源具有发光效率高、低发热、省电和寿命长的优点,因此其应用越来越广泛。LED灯将逐渐取代白炽灯和卤素灯等传统照明灯具。LED烛光灯的发光角度一般为200~300度之间,而透明泡结构的烛光灯,为了实现大角度发光,通常采用增设透镜或配光器的方法来实现。而增设透镜或配光器的成本高,不容忽视,这成为了降低LED节能灯具成本的一大难题。同时,还增加的工厂组装工序,提高了制造成本。因此,如何使得LED烛光灯仍具有大角度发光,又同时简化实现大角度发光的结构,是本行业正在积极研发实现的内容之一。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种省去透镜的大角度LED灯。
一种大角度LED灯,包括灯头体、泡壳、LED光源板以及设置在该LED光源板上方的LED光源,该LED光源板设置在该灯头体的顶部,该泡壳罩设在该LED光源板上方,该泡壳包括外罩壳和内罩壳,该内罩壳罩设在该LED光源的周围,该外罩壳罩设在该内罩壳外围,该内罩壳的侧壁上设置有散射结构。
与现有技术相比,大角度LED灯通过设置外罩壳和内罩壳,内罩壳的侧壁上设有散射结构。因此LED光源发出的光线经过内罩壳的散射后,在经由外罩壳向外照射出去,实现了大角度发光。与传统的结构相比,省去了透镜或配光器的设置,通过内罩壳即可实现大角度发光,具有结构简单、组装方便的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述。
本发明第一实施例的大角度LED灯,请参考图1至图2。
请参考图1至图2,该大角度LED灯包括灯头体10、泡壳、LED光源板30以及设置在该LED光源板30上方的LED光源31,该LED光源板30设置在该灯头体10的顶部,该泡壳罩设在该LED光源板30上方,该泡壳包括外罩壳21和内罩壳22,该内罩壳22罩设在该LED光源31的周围,该外罩壳21罩设在该内罩壳22外围,该内罩壳22的侧壁上设置有散射结构。
大角度LED灯通过设置外罩壳21和内罩壳22,内罩壳22的侧壁上设有散射结构。因此LED光源31发出的光线经过内罩壳22的散射后,在经由外罩壳21向外照射出去,实现了大角度发光。与传统的结构相比,省去了透镜或配光器的设置,通过内罩壳22即可实现大角度发光,具有结构简单、组装方便的优点。
请参考图1至图2,该内罩壳22的外侧壁设置有磨砂散射结构,该外罩壳21为透明结构。通过在内罩壳22的外侧壁上设置磨砂的散射结构实现大角度发光。磨砂散射结构的制造工艺简单,且结构均匀,能够实现均匀发光的效果。而将外罩壳21制成透明结构,不仅使得灯具整体更加美观,也提高了出光效率。
请参考图1至图2,该内罩壳22为两端开口的壳体结构,该内罩壳22的顶部与该外罩壳21的内侧壁一体连接。优选的,该内罩壳22连接在该外罩壳21的中部。优选的,该泡壳由塑料材料一体制成,该内罩壳22的内侧壁或外侧壁上设有散射结构,或者二者同时设有散射结构。通过将内罩壳22与外罩壳21一体制成,无需另外增设透镜或配光器的结构就能够实现大角度发光,使得整体结构更加简化,大大的降低了生产成本。同时,组装时,将外罩壳21与灯头体10连接就已经完成了内罩壳22的安装,大大简化了组装工艺,降低生产成本。
优选的,该外罩壳21为烛泡结构,该外罩壳21的横截面直径在远离该LED光源板30的方向上逐渐缩小,该外罩壳21为透明结构。该内罩壳22的内腔的横截面直径在远离该LED光源板30的方向上逐渐缩小。该内罩壳22的壁厚在远离该LED光源板30的方向上逐渐增厚。通过将外罩壳21的横截面直径在远离该LED光源板30的方向上逐渐缩小,也将内罩壳22的内腔的横截面直径在远离该LED光源板30的方向上逐渐缩小。使得内罩壳22与外罩壳21一体制成时,能够更好的脱模,简化产品结构的同时,也使得生产设备得到简化。
该外罩壳21的侧壁上开设扣孔(图未示),该灯头体10的顶部对应该扣孔设有卡扣(图未示),该泡壳通过该扣孔与该卡扣配合将其固定在该灯头体10顶部。通过设置扣孔与卡扣的配合结构实现组装,进一步简化组装工艺,且具有组装稳固的优点。
请参考图1和图2,还包括有驱动件40,该灯头体10内开设有收容腔11,该驱动件40收容在该收容腔11内。将驱动件40设置在灯头体10的收容腔11内,减少驱动件40占用其他空间,使得灯具整体更加紧凑、简洁。
综上所述,大角度LED灯通过设置外罩壳21和内罩壳22,内罩壳22的侧壁上设有散射结构。因此LED光源31发出的光线经过内罩壳22的散射后,在经由外罩壳21向外照射出去,实现了大角度发光。无需另外增设透镜或配光器的结构就能够实现大角度发光,具有结构简单、组装方便的优点。通过将内罩壳22与外罩壳21一体制成,使得整体结构更加简化,大大的降低了生产成本。该泡壳通过该扣孔与该卡扣配合将其固定在该灯头体10顶部,进一步简化组装工艺,且具有组装稳固的优点。

Claims (8)

1.一种大角度LED灯,包括灯头体、泡壳、LED光源板以及设置在该LED光源板上方的LED光源,该LED光源板设置在该灯头体的顶部,该泡壳罩设在该LED光源板上方,其特征在于,该泡壳包括外罩壳和内罩壳,该内罩壳罩设在该LED光源的周围,该外罩壳罩设在该内罩壳外围,该内罩壳的侧壁上设置有散射结构;该内罩壳为两端开口的壳体结构,该内罩壳的顶部与该外罩壳的内侧壁一体连接;该外罩壳的横截面直径在远离该LED光源板的方向上逐渐缩小,该内罩壳的壁厚在远离该LED光源板的方向上逐渐增厚。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大角度LED灯,其特征在于,该外罩壳为烛泡结构,该外罩壳为透明结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的大角度LED灯,其特征在于,该内罩壳的内腔的横截面直径在远离该LED光源板的方向上逐渐缩小。
4.根据权利要求1所述的大角度LED灯,其特征在于,该内罩壳的外侧壁设置有磨砂散射结构,该外罩壳为透明结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的大角度LED灯,其特征在于,该外罩壳的侧壁上开设扣孔,该灯头体的顶部对应该扣孔设有卡扣,该泡壳通过该扣孔与该卡扣配合将其固定在该灯头体顶部。
6.根据权利要求1所述的大角度LED灯,其特征在于,还包括有驱动件,该灯头体内开设有收容腔,该驱动件收容在该收容腔内。
7.根据权利要求1所述的大角度LED灯,其特征在于,该泡壳由 塑料材料一体制成,该内罩壳的内侧壁或外侧壁上设有散射结构。
8.根据权利要求1所述的大角度LED灯,其特征在于,该内罩壳连接在该外罩壳的中部。
