Abstract

本实用新型的一种接插式LED灯泡,主要包括灯座、散热器、光源组件、反光罩和透光罩,散热器与灯座是通过公插头与母插头的插接而连接在一起,光源组件装置在散热器的中间,散热器的下半部是中空的空腔,外表面设有多条增加散热效果的弧线形的条形突起,散热器的上半部是4个散热体,每个散热体的外部都装有一个反光罩,反光罩的外部又装有透光罩,光源组件的底端是插针,插针穿过公插座与母插座的插孔,与灯座中的调控模块引线电连接。本实用新型具有外形美观、结构简单、散热好、装卸方便的优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及LED灯具领域,具体地说,是一种接插式LED灯泡。 
背景技术
在当前全球能源短缺的忧虑再度升高的背景下,节约能源是我们未来面临的重要问题。发光二极管(Light-emitting Diode,简称LED)作为一种高效率的光源,由于其节能、环保、寿命长、体积小、耗能低等优点,被广泛应用于汽车、交通信号灯指示、屏幕显示、照明等领域。LED照明灯是以LED作为光源的照明灯,在作为照明工具时,LED灯与白炽灯、荧光灯相比,节电率可达到70%以上。因此,LED照明灯的开发极具价值。 
实用新型内容
为了提供一种方便插接、容易更换的LED灯,本实用新型开发了 一种接插式LED灯泡,包括灯座,灯座上设有散热器,灯座中设有母插头,散热器中设有公插头,灯座与散热器通过母插头与公插头的插合连接,散热器的中心装置有光源组件,光源组件的下端设有插针,插针穿过公插头与母插头的插孔,与灯座中的调控模块引线电连接,散热器分为两部分,其中,下半部设有中空的散热空腔,上半部由至少一个的散热体组成,每个散热体的外部分别对应设有反光罩,反光罩外又设有透光罩。 
公插头和母插头在连接处相应的分别设有突起和凹槽,方便两个插头快速的对准插接。 
公插头设置在散热器的内部,散热器内壁轴向的设有凹槽,公插头的外部相应的设有一道突起,公插头通过凹槽与突起的适配连接固定于散热器内。 
散热器下半部的表面设有流线型的条状突起。 
插针的两侧均设有垫片。 
公插头上设有反咬块。 
散热器的上半部由四个散热体组成,四个散热体的外部对应设有四个反光罩,四个反光罩外又设有四个透光罩。 
灯座的外表面设有螺纹。 
灯泡的整体可以是圆型、球型或橄榄型。 
本实用新型的有益效果是: 
1)该LED灯泡通过公插头与母插头插接连接,方便散热器与灯座快速的组装与拆卸。
2)散热器内壁凹槽和公插头外部突起的设计,使灯泡在组装时,通过凹槽与突起适配,快速的对准接头的位置。 
3)公插头和母插头通过突起与凹槽的适配,可实现快速的对准对接。 
4)散热器下半部的外轮廓表面的流线型条状突起,条与条之间的间隙增大了空气对流,增强了散热效率。 
5)插针两侧的垫片具有弹性,插针插入母插头时,垫片设置在灯座内,可加强灯座与散热器的连接关系。 
5)公插头上的反咬块是为了防止公插头从散热器中脱落,起到了紧固连接的作用。 
6)该LED灯泡设计科学合理,生产制造互换性好,整体艺术性好,外形美观,使用寿命长,方便用户组装和更换。

如图1-3所示,本实用新型开发了 一种接插式LED灯泡,包括灯座1,灯座1上设有散热器2,灯座1中设有母插头3,散热器2中设有公插头4,灯座1与散热器2通过母插头3与公插头4的插合连接,散热器2的中心装置有光源组件6,光源组件6的下端设有插针7,插针7穿过公插头4与母插头3的插孔,与灯座1中的调控模块引线电连接,散热器2分为两部分,其中,下半部设有中空的散热空腔,上半部由至少一个的散热体5组成,每个散热体5的外部分别对应设有反光罩8,反光罩8外又设有透光罩9。公插头4和母插头3在连接处相应的分别设有突起和凹槽,方便两个插头快速的对准插接。公插头4设置在散热器2的内部,散热器2内壁轴向的设有凹槽,公插头4的外部相应的设有一道突起,公插头4通过凹槽与突起的适配连接固定于散热器2内。散热器2下半部的表面设有流线型的条状突起。插针7的两侧均设有垫片。公插头4上设有反咬块。散热器2的上半部由四个散热体5组成,四个散热体5的外部对应设有四个反光罩8,四个反光罩8外又设有四个透光罩9。灯座1的外表面设有螺纹。灯泡的整体可以是、圆型、球型或橄榄型。

1.一种接插式LED灯泡,包括灯座(1),其特征在于,所述灯座(1)上设有散热器(2),所述灯座(1)中设有母插头(3),所述散热器(2)中设有公插头(4),所述灯座(1)与所述散热器(2)通过所述母插头(3)与所述公插头(4)的插合连接,所述散热器(2)的中心装置有光源组件(6),所述光源组件(6)的下端设有插针(7),所述插针(7)穿过所述公插头(4)与所述母插头(3)的插孔,与所述灯座(1)中的调控模块引线电连接,所述散热器(2)分为两部分,其中,下半部设有中空的散热空腔,上半部由至少一个的散热体(5)组成,每个所述散热体(5)的外部分别对应设有反光罩(8),所述反光罩(8)外又设有透光罩(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种接插式LED灯泡,其特征在于,所述公插头(4)和所述母插头(3)在连接处相应的分别设有突起和凹槽,方便两个插头快速的对准插接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种接插式LED灯泡,其特征在于,所述公插头(4)设置在所述散热器(2)的内部,所述散热器(2)内壁轴向的设有凹槽,所述公插头(4)的外部相应的设有一道突起,所述公插头(4)通过所述凹槽与所述突起的适配连接固定于所述散热器(2)内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种接插式LED灯泡,其特征在于,所述散热器(2)下半部的表面设有流线型的条状突起。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种接插式LED灯泡,其特征在于,所述插针(7)的两侧均设有垫片。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种接插式LED灯泡,其特征在于,所述公插头(4)上设有反咬块。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种接插式LED灯泡,其特征在于,所述散热器(2)的上半部由四个散热体(5)组成,四个所述散热体(5)的外部对应设有四个反光罩(8),四个所述反光罩(8)外又设有四个透光罩(9)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种接插式LED灯泡,其特征在于,所述灯座(1)的外表面设有螺纹。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种接插式LED灯泡,其特征在于,灯泡的整体可以是圆型或球型。
