灯具 技术领域
本发明涉及照明领域,尤其涉及一种灯具。
背景技术
现有的LED灯具中,如LED灯管,工作时是通过其两端的灯头通电后使灯管发光。目前市场上的灯管,灯头通过螺接方式或卡扣结构与灯管外罩固定连接。在上述的两种方式中,螺接方式操作不方便,组装效率低;而卡扣结构连接的方式,对灯管总长度变化量大,且灯管外罩容易因热胀冷缩变形,在灯管使用一段时间后,灯头和外罩之间的连接发生松脱,影响灯管的继续正常使用。此外,在现有的灯管中,大都在灯板下方设置散热板进行散热,从而提高灯管成本 。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种组装方便的灯具。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种灯具 , 包括灯管、安装在所述灯管内的灯板、以及安装在所述灯管两端且与所述灯板电连接的灯头;所述灯头包括端盖;所述端盖的一端插接到所述灯管内并与所述灯管的内周侧面和所述灯板的端部相抵接;所述端盖和所述灯板之间设有扣合结构,所述扣合结构包括相配合的第一扣件和第二扣件;所述第一扣件设置在所述灯板的端部上,所述第二扣件对应所述第一扣件设置在所述端盖的所述一端上,所述端盖通过所述第一扣件和所述第二扣件相配合而与所述灯板扣合连接。
优选地,所述第一扣件为扣孔或卡扣,所述第二扣件对应为卡扣或扣孔;或者,
所述第一扣件和所述第二扣件为扣孔,所述灯管上设有与所述扣孔对应的连接孔,通过绝缘销钉依次穿设在所述连接孔和所述扣孔内,将所述端盖、灯板和灯管固定连接。
优选地,所述灯板包括铝基板以及数个沿所述铝基板轴向方向设置在其上的光源;所述第一扣件设置在所述铝基板的端部上。
优选地,所述灯管的内周表面设有与所述灯板相对两侧配合的插槽,所述插槽沿所述灯管轴向方向延伸设置;
所述端盖的所述一端的侧面上设有与所述灯板端部配合抵接的定位部,所述第二扣件设置在所述定位部上;所述定位部的相对两侧还设有与所述插槽配合、引导所述端盖插接到所述灯管内的导向槽。
优选地,所述导向槽远离所述灯管的一端端面与所述灯管之间留有让位间隙。
优选地,所述定位部上远离所述灯管的一侧还设有与所述灯板端部的端面相抵接的定位凸台。
优选地,所述导向槽靠近所述灯管的一端贯穿所述端盖的侧面,从而所述定位部形成弹片结构;
所述定位凸台上还设有自所述定位凸台远离所述灯管的一侧向靠近所述灯管的一侧呈向下倾斜的导向斜面。
优选地,所述灯具还包括电源板以及与所述电源板电连接的插针,所述电源板设置在所述灯管或灯头内且与所述灯板电连接;所述端盖为一端封闭、一端开放的筒状体,所述插针固定在所述端盖中且一端穿出所述端盖的封闭端。

优选地,所述插针包括有两个,该两个插针之间电连接;所述导电件包括两个相间隔且断开设置在所述电源板表面上的导电片;一所述导电片与一所述插针电连接,另一所述导电片与所述电源板电连接;
所述导通件通过抵接在两个所述导电片之间,与两个所述导电片接触导电,使得所述插针与所述电源板导电连接;或者,所述导通件包括分别与两个所述导电片相对应的两个导通端,两个所述导通端之间电连接,两个所述导通端通过分别与两个所述导电片接触导电,使得所述插针与所述电源板导电连接。

本发明的灯具,其灯头通过扣合结构直接与灯板扣合连接,组装方便,提高灯具的生产效率,满足灯管的长度变化,避免灯管因热胀冷缩而松脱,延长灯具的使用寿命。
另外,采用铝基板作为灯板的基板,具有很好的散热效果,可不需再设置其他散热结构,减少生产工艺及生产成本。还通过两运动组件的相配合实现灯头的导通及断开,避免安装时触电,从而消除安全隐患。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1-3所示,本发明第一实施例的灯具, 包括灯管10、安装在灯管10内的灯板20、以及安装在灯管10两端且与灯板20电连接的灯头30。灯头30包括端盖1,端盖1的一端插接到灯管10内并与灯管10的内周侧面和灯板20的端部相抵接。其中,端盖1和灯板20之间设有扣合结构,扣合结构包括相配合的第一扣件40和第二扣件50;第一扣件40设置在灯板20的端部上,第二扣件50对应第一扣件40设置在端盖1的一端上,端盖1通过第一扣件40和第二扣件50相配合而与灯板20扣合连接。
其中,第一扣件40可为扣孔或卡扣,第二扣件50可对应为卡扣或扣孔。在本实施例中,第一扣件40为扣孔,第二扣件50为卡扣。该灯具中,灯头30通过扣合结构直接与灯板20扣合连接,满足灯管10的长度变化,避免灯管10因热胀冷缩自灯头30上松脱,延长灯具的使用寿命。在其他实施例中,
第一扣件40和第二扣件50也可均为扣孔,灯管10上设有与扣孔对应的连接孔,通过绝缘销钉依次穿设在连接孔和扣孔内,将端盖1、灯板20和灯管10固定连接;绝缘销钉可采用塑料制成,避免触电。其中,通过腰形或长条形的连接孔设置,可为灯管10轴向变形提供让位,满足灯管10的长度变化。
灯板20包括铝基板201以及数个沿铝基板201轴向方向设置在其上的光源202;第一扣件40设置在铝基板201的端部上,该铝基板201具有很好的散热效果,不需在灯管10内再额外设置散热板。光源202可为LED灯珠,从而该灯具为LED灯。
灯管10为两端开放的管状结构,由透光材料制成。灯管10的两端部分别直接套设在端盖1上,因此灯管10可相对端盖1作圆周转动,可调整其出光面的出光角度。灯管10的内周表面设有与灯板20相对两侧配合的插槽101,插槽101沿灯管10轴向方向延伸设置,灯板20通过相对两侧与插槽101配合而安装在灯管10内。为将灯板20稳固在灯管10内,灯管10对应灯板20的侧面可为平面,从而可与灯板20贴合或相平行。
端盖1的插接到灯管10内的一端侧面上设有与灯板20端部配合抵接的定位部11,第二扣件50设置在定位部11上。定位部11的相对两侧还设有导向槽12,用于与插槽101配合,引导端盖1插接到灯管10内。在定位部11上远离灯管10的一侧还设有定位凸台13,用于与灯板20端部的端面相抵接,从而将灯板20于两端盖1之间固定在灯管10内。
另外,导向槽12远离灯管10的一端端面与灯管10之间还留有让位间隙120,可为灯管10轴向变形提供让位,且还便于灯管10在端盖1上作圆周转动。
在灯具中,灯管10两端的灯头30可相同或不同。在本实施例中,灯管10一端的灯头30端盖1中,导向槽12靠近灯管10的一端贯穿端盖1的侧面,从而定位部11形成弹片结构,利于端盖1在灯管10上的插接及第一扣件40和第二扣件50的扣合。进一步地,定位凸台13上还设有导向斜面14,该导向斜面14自定位凸台13远离灯管10的一侧向靠近灯管10的一侧呈向下倾斜。该导向斜面可在灯头30安装时作为施力点按压定位部11,使定位部11发生弹变而进入灯管10内。
在本实施例中,灯具还包括电源板60以及与电源板60电连接的插针70,电源板60设置在灯头30内且与灯板20电连接。端盖1为一端封闭、一端开放的筒状体,插针70固定在端盖1中且一端穿出端盖1的封闭端,用于与灯座导电连接。可以理解地,电源板60也可整合在灯板20中,与灯板20形成一整体结构。
如图4-7所示,本发明第二实施例的灯具,包括灯管10、安装在灯管10内的灯板20、以及安装在灯管10两端且与灯板20电连接的灯头30。灯头30包括端盖1,端盖1的一端插接到灯管10内并与灯管10的内周侧面和灯板20的端部相抵接。其中,端盖1和灯板20之间设有扣合结构,扣合结构包括相配合的第一扣件40和第二扣件50;第一扣件40设置在灯板20的端部上,第二扣件50对应第一扣件40设置在端盖1的一端上,端盖1通过第一扣件40和第二扣件50相配合而与灯板20扣合连接。
其中,第一扣件40可为扣孔或卡扣,第二扣件50可对应为卡扣或扣孔。在本实施例中,第一扣件40为扣孔,第二扣件50为卡扣。第一扣件40和第二扣件50分别在灯板20和端盖1上的具体设置方式、端盖1上定位部11等结构可参照上述第一实施例中所述。
该实施例不同上述第一实施例的在于: 灯头30还包括电源板2、插针3、第一运动组件4以及第二运动组5。电源板2设置在端盖1内,其上设有导电件21;插针3设置在端盖1内并伸出端盖1,用于与灯座80导电连接;第一运动组件4设置在端盖1远离灯管10的一端;第二运动组件5设置在端盖1上,且第二运动组件5上设有与导电件21配合以导通插针3和电源板2的导通件6。
其中,第一运动组件4可沿端盖1轴向方向在一第一位置和一第二位置之间往复运动,第二运动组件5可沿端盖1的径向方向往复运动。如图5所示,第一运动组件4处于第一位置时,第一运动组件4与第二运动组件5干涉,限制第二运动组件5沿端盖1的径向方向运动,使得插针3与电源板1断开;如图6所示,第一运动组件4处于第二位置时,第一运动组件4错开对第二运动组件5的限位,从而第二运动组件5可沿端盖1径向方向运动靠近电源板2,使得第二运动组件5上的导通件6与导电件21接触导电,插针3通过导电件21和导通件6与电源板2导电连接。
具体地,第一运动组件4包括盖帽41以及限位臂42。盖帽41配合在端盖1开放端,其可在第一位置和第二位置之间往复运动;盖帽41具有相对的外表面和内表面,盖帽41以内表面朝向端盖1,限位臂42在盖帽41的内表面上沿端盖1轴向方向延伸,以与第二运动组件5配合,该限位臂42在盖帽41运动的带动下轴向移动与第二运动组件5干涉或错开。第二运动组件5在端盖1上位于定位部11远离灯管10的一侧,该第二运动组件5包括插销51,端盖1侧面上设有插口15,插销51配合在插口15中,通过插口15进入端盖1内与限位臂42配合;导通件6设置在插销51朝向电源板2的一端上,插口15和电源板2分别位于限位臂42的两侧,插销51在插口15中沿端盖1径向方向运动而靠近或远离电源板2。为防止插销51脱离插口15,可在插销51上设置凸出的限位部510,插销51在沿端盖1径向方向运动而远离电源板2时,可通过限位部510抵接在插口15四周边缘的端盖1内表面上;限位部510可为倒钩或凸台。
进一步地,限位臂42靠近电源板2的一端设有第一干涉部421以及第一导向部422,第一干涉部421与插销51配合,第一导向部422位于第一干涉部421远离电源板2的一侧。在第一运动组件4处于第一位置时,第一干涉部421与插销51干涉,限制插销51沿端盖1径向方向向靠近电源板2方向运动;在第一运动组件4从第二位置向第一位置运动时,第一导向部422引导插销51沿端盖1径向方向向远离电源板2方向运动。
为与限位臂42配合,插销51朝向电源板2的一端设有与第一干涉部421配合的第二干涉部511、以及与第一导向部422相对可移动配合的第二导向部512,第二导向部512位于第二干涉部511远离限位臂42的一侧,导通件6位于第二导向部512远离第二干涉部511的一侧。作为一种优选实施方式,如图5所示,第一导向部422为斜面,该斜面为自限位臂42中心轴线或靠近中心轴线向插销51方向倾斜向上的斜面,第二导向部512与第一导向部22相对应设置;斜面的设置,利于第一导向部422和第二导向部512相对配合移动、以及第一导向部422移动时带动第二导向部512移动。第一干涉部421可为一平面,第二干涉部511可为与第一干涉部421相抵接的平面或弧面等。
另外,第一运动组件4还包括弹性复位件43,驱动盖帽41自第二位置运动复位至第一位置,实现第一运动组件4的自动复位;弹性复位件43设置在盖帽41和插销51之间。盖帽41在按压下可自第一位置向第二位置运动,同时弹性复位件43收缩,如图5到图6的变化;撤销对盖帽41的按压时,弹性复位件43在回复力作用下伸展,驱动盖帽41自第二位置复位到第一位置,盖帽41在复位时,通过限位臂42带动插销51向远离电源板2方向运动,使得导通件6和导电件21自接触导电状态断开,如图6到图5的变化。在本实施例中,弹性复位件43为弹簧,该弹簧套设在限位臂42上。
进一步地,在本实施例中,端盖1为两端开放的筒状结构,一端用于插接在灯管10端部,另一端供第一运动组件4配合其中。在本实施例中,盖帽41为配合端盖1一端端面设置的盖帽,盖帽41的周缘与端盖1远离灯管10的一端的内周侧面相配合;盖帽41上设有供插针3活动穿设的通孔410,插针3的一端连接电源板2,另一端穿过通孔410露出端盖1,盖帽41可沿插针3轴向方向在第一位置和第二位置之间往复运动,盖帽41在运动过程中,端盖1和插针3相对于盖帽41是静止不动的。如图4所示,本实施例中,端盖1大致为圆筒状结构;盖帽41大致为圆形,其配合在端盖1上,将端盖1远离灯管10的一端闭合。盖帽41背向端盖1的外表面形成有用于与灯座80配合、驱使盖帽41在第一位置运动至第二位置的导向结构411。该导向结构411可为锥形面或圆弧面,如图7所示,当将灯头安装到灯座80上时,可先以该导向结构411边缘配合到灯座80上,再沿着导向结构411将其盖帽41引导配合到灯座80上,操作简便,不需借助工具进行按压。
可以理解地,在其他实施例中,端盖1的远离灯管10的一端端面也可设置有将该端部分覆盖的端壁,盖帽41对应该端端面未被覆盖部分设置,且配合在其中,插针3的一端连接电源板2,另一端穿过盖帽41或端壁露出端盖1。对于该种方式的盖帽41,其上的导向结构411可为弧面或斜面。
进一步地,端盖1内径向方向上设有限位板16,限位板16位于盖帽41和插销51之间。限位臂42靠近电源板2的一端可活动穿设在限位板16中,盖帽41可在该限位板16和端盖1灯管10的一端端面之间往复运动,限位臂42穿过限位板16朝向插销51一侧的长度根据盖帽41的运动行程而变化。在第一运动组件4中,弹簧一端抵接盖帽41,另一端抵接该限位板16,从而弹簧可在盖帽41和限位板16之间收缩或伸展。
限位臂41穿设在限位板16中的一端端部还凸设有防脱部423,用于抵接在限位板16朝向插销51的侧面,防止限位臂42脱离限位板16;当盖帽41在第一位置时,防脱部423抵接在限位板16朝向插销51的侧面;当盖帽41运动至第二位置时,防脱部423向远离限位板16的方向移动而脱离限位板16的侧面。该防脱部423可为倒钩或台阶、或其他任何可抵接在限位板16侧面的结构。限位臂41可由两个或以上的分臂间隔围绕形成,从而分臂之间可相向靠近以穿过限位板16,在穿过限位板16后可复位以通过防脱部423抵接在限位板16上,防止脱出限位板16。
插针3横穿在限位板16中,一端与电源板2连接,另一端伸出端盖1外。在灯头中,插针3包括有两个,该两个插针3(正极插针和负极插针)之间电连接;对应地,电源板2上的导电件21包括两个导电片,该两个导电片相间隔且断开设置在电源板2表面上。插针3的一端可固定在电源板2上,另一端则伸出端盖1。一导电片与一插针3电连接,另一导电片与电源板2电连接。作为一种选择性实施方式,导通件6可通过抵接在两个导电片之间,与两个导电片接触导电,使得插针3与电源板2导电连接。作为另一种选择性实施方式,导通件6也可包括两个导通端,分别与两个导电片相对应;两个导通端之间电连接,两个导通端通过分别与两个导电片接触导电,使得插针3与所述电源板2导电连接。
优选地,导通件6采用铜材料制成,其可由一条状的铜片形成,或将该条状铜片弯折成U形并固定在插销51上,两端分别伸出插,51以与导电件21接触导电。导电件21优选为铜片,可与导通件6接触导电。导电片的形状不限定。另外,导电件21可采用弹片结构与导通件6接触,以满足导通可靠性。
由上述可知,该实施例的灯头通过第一运动组件4和第二运动组件5的相配合,还使得该安灯头的导通行程大,可以与各种灯座配合安装,且不会因灯座老化或灯座与安全灯头的配合公差上下限而影响导通。
该实施例的灯具于灯座上的组装方法包括以下步骤:
A1 、将灯头30安装在灯管10的端部上,并将灯头30的电源板2与灯管10内的灯板20电连接,此时灯头30的第一运动组件4和第二运动组件5干涉,第一运动组件4限制第二运动组件5沿灯头30的端盖1径向方向运动。
在步骤A1中,由于第一运动组件4对第二运动组件5的干涉而对其限位,灯头30的插针3和电源板2之间是断开不导电的。
A2 、将灯头30的插针3对准贯通至灯座80边缘的导槽,并沿着导槽进入灯座80的中心槽,同时第一运动组件4在灯座80表面的抵压下沿端盖1轴向方向从第一位置运动至第二位置,此时第一运动组件4错开对第二运动组件5的限位。
在步骤A2中,由于第一运动组件4错开对第二运动组件5的限位,第二运动组件5可在后续步骤的按压下沿端盖1径向方向运动。
A3 、按压第二运动组件5使其沿端盖1径向方向运动,使得第二运动组件5上的导通件6与端盖1内的电源板2上的导电件21接触导电连接,从而插针3通过导电件21和导通件6与电源板2导电连接;旋转灯头30使插针3定位到灯座80的插针孔中并与灯座80电连接,从而将灯头30固定在灯座80上。
可以理解地,在步骤A3中,旋转灯头30使插针3定位到灯座80的插针孔中的操作可在按压第二运动组件5的步骤后操作,也可在前操作,两者的先后顺序不限。
由上述A1-A3步骤可知,灯头30的导通,需要第一运动组件4先动作,再进行第二运动组件5的动作才能实现,从而将灯头30及灯管10安全地安装到灯座80上,不会发生触电的危险。
该实施例的灯具自灯座上拆卸的方法可包括以下步骤:
B1 、旋转灯头30使插针3从灯座80的插针孔转移到灯座80的中心槽,通过该步骤解除插针孔对插针3的限位。
B2 、将插针3沿着导槽移出灯座80的中心槽。
B3 、将灯头30从灯座80上取下,第一运动组件4在脱离灯座80表面的抵压下沿端盖1轴向方向从第二位置运动复位至第一位置,同时驱动第二运动组件5沿端盖1径向方向运动,使得第二运动组件5上的导通件6与端盖1内的电源板2上的导电件21断开,从而插针3与电源板2断开。
通过上述B1-B3步骤,自灯座80拆卸下来的灯具中,灯头30复位至断开状态,即插针3和电源板2是断开不导电,利于下一次的安全安装。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种灯具 ,包括灯管、安装在所述灯管内的灯板、以及安装在所述灯管两端且与所述灯板电连接的灯头;所述灯头包括端盖,其特征在于,所述端盖的一端插接到所述灯管内并与所述灯管的内周侧面和所述灯板的端部相抵接;所述端盖和所述灯板之间设有扣合结构,所述扣合结构包括相配合的第一扣件和第二扣件;所述第一扣件设置在所述灯板的端部上,所述第二扣件对应所述第一扣件设置在所述端盖的所述一端上,所述端盖通过所述第一扣件和所述第二扣件相配合而与所述灯板扣合连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述第一扣件为扣孔或卡扣,所述第二扣件对应为卡扣或扣孔;或者,
    所述第一扣件和所述第二扣件为扣孔,所述灯管上设有与所述扣孔对应的连接孔,通过绝缘销钉依次穿设在所述连接孔和所述扣孔内,将所述端盖、灯板和灯管固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述灯板包括铝基板以及数个沿所述铝基板轴向方向设置在其上的光源;所述第一扣件设置在所述铝基板的端部上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述灯管的内周表面设有与所述灯板相对两侧配合的插槽,所述插槽沿所述灯管轴向方向延伸设置;
    所述端盖的所述一端的侧面上设有与所述灯板端部配合抵接的定位部,所述第二扣件设置在所述定位部上;所述定位部的相对两侧还设有与所述插槽配合、引导所述端盖插接到所述灯管内的导向槽。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述导向槽远离所述灯管的一端端面与所述灯管之间留有让位间隙。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述定位部上远离所述灯管的一侧还设有与所述灯板端部的端面相抵接的定位凸台。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述导向槽靠近所述灯管的一端贯穿所述端盖的侧面,从而所述定位部形成弹片结构;
    所述定位凸台上还设有自所述定位凸台远离所述灯管的一侧向靠近所述灯管的一侧呈向下倾斜的导向斜面。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述灯具还包括电源板以及与所述电源板电连接的插针,所述电源板设置在所述灯管或灯头内且与所述灯板电连接;所述端盖为一端封闭、一端开放的筒状体,所述插针固定在所述端盖中且一端穿出所述端盖的封闭端。
  9. 根据权利要求1-7所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述灯头还包括设置在所述端盖内的电源板,设置在所述端盖远离所述灯管的一端、可沿所述端盖轴向方向在一第一位置和一第二位置之间往复运动的第一运动组件,设置在所述端盖内并伸出所述端盖的插针,以及设置在所述端盖上、可沿所述端盖的径向方向往复运动的第二运动组件;所述电源板上设有导电件;所述第二运动组件上设有与所述导电件配合导通所述插针和电源板的导通件;
    所述第一运动组件处于所述第一位置时,所述第一运动组件与所述第二运动组件干涉,限制所述第二运动组件沿所述端盖的径向方向运动;
    所述第一运动组件处于所述第二位置时,所述第一运动组件错开对所述第二运动组件的限位,所述第二运动组件可沿所述端盖径向方向运动靠近所述电源板,使得所述第二运动组件上的导通件与所述导电件接触导电,所述插针通过所述导电件和所述导通件与所述电源板导电连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述第一运动组件包括配合在所述端盖的所述一端、可在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间往复运动的盖帽,以及在所述盖帽朝向所述端盖的内表面上沿所述端盖轴向方向延伸与所述第二运动组件配合的限位臂;
    所述第二运动组件包括插销,所述端盖侧面上设有插口,所述插销配合在所述插口中,所述导通件设置在所述插销朝向所述电源板的一端上;所述插口和所述电源板分别位于所述限位臂的两侧。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述限位臂靠近所述电源板的一端设有与所述插销配合的第一干涉部、以及第一导向部,所述第一导向部位于所述第一干涉部远离所述电源板的一侧;
    在所述第一运动组件处于所述第一位置时,所述第一干涉部与所述插销干涉、限制所述插销沿所述端盖径向方向向靠近所述电源板方向运动;
    在所述第一运动组件从所述第二位置向所述第一位置运动时,所述第一导向部引导所述插销沿所述端盖径向方向向远离所述电源板方向运动;
    所述插销朝向所述电源板的一端设有与所述第一干涉部配合的第二干涉部、以及与所述第一导向部相对可移动配合的第二导向部,所述第二导向部位于所述第二干涉部远离所述限位臂的一侧,所述导通件位于所述第二导向部远离所述第二干涉部的一侧。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述第一导向部为斜面,所述第二导向部与所述第一导向部相对应设置。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述第一运动组件还包括驱动所述盖帽自所述第二位置运动复位至所述第一位置的弹性复位件;所述弹性复位件设置在所述盖帽和所述插销之间。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述盖帽背向所述端盖的外表面形成有用于与灯座配合、驱使所述盖帽在所述第一位置运动至所述第二位置的导向结构。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述插针包括有两个,该两个插针之间电连接;所述导电件包括两个相间隔且断开设置在所述电源板表面上的导电片;一所述导电片与一所述插针电连接,另一所述导电片与所述电源板电连接;
    所述导通件通过抵接在两个所述导电片之间,与两个所述导电片接触导电,使得所述插针与所述电源板导电连接;或者,所述导通件包括分别与两个所述导电片相对应的两个导通端,两个所述导通端之间电连接,两个所述导通端通过分别与两个所述导电片接触导电,使得所述插针与所述电源板导电连接。
  16. 根据权利要求10所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述端盖内径向方向上设有限位板,所述限位板位于所述盖帽和插销之间;
    所述限位臂靠近所述电源板的一端可活动穿设在所述限位板中;所述限位臂的所述一端端部还凸设有用于抵接在所述限位板朝向所述插销的侧面、防止所述限位臂脱离所述限位板的防脱部;所述防脱部为倒钩或台阶;
    所述插针横穿在所述限位板中,一端与所述电源板连接,另一端伸出所述端盖的开放端外。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述盖帽为配合所述端盖远离所述灯管的一端端面设置的盖帽,所述盖帽的周缘与所述端盖的所述一端的内周侧面相配合;所述盖帽上设有供所述插针活动穿设的通孔,所述插针的所述另一端穿过所述通孔露出所述端盖;或者,
    所述端盖远离所述灯管的一端端面设置有将所述端面部分覆盖的端壁,所述盖帽对应所述端面未被覆盖部分设置,且配合在其中,所述插针的所述另一端穿过所述盖帽或端壁露出所述端盖。
