所述滚筒底部为无孔结构,滚筒底部外侧为一平面结构,所述法兰盘设置在滚筒底部外侧,法兰盘外部设有一盆形外壳,外壳的开口与滚筒底部密封连接,所述外壳和滚筒底部之间为密闭空腔,所述外壳中心设置滚筒轴的轴孔,滚筒轴通过该轴孔伸入空腔与法兰盘连接。
所述轴孔和滚筒轴之间设有第一密封圈,所述密封板或外壳和滚筒底部之间设有第二密封圈。
所述外筒底部内侧为光滑平面或平滑曲面,优选外筒内部的最低处设有加热管腔室,所述加热管腔室为沿竖直方向向下凹陷的凹槽,凹槽内设置加热管,凹槽的开口处设有一盖板,盖板朝向滚筒一侧为光滑平面或圆滑曲面,优选所述盖板为导热性良好的金属板。
所述盖板上设有连通外筒内部和加热管腔室的开口,盖板在开口处圆滑过渡向下延伸至距加热管腔室底部一定距离,该距离小于清洁颗粒的最小直径。
所述加热管腔室的最低处设置排水口,盖板位于排水口的上方,盖板上的开口与排水口位置对应,盖板在开口处圆滑过渡向下延伸至距排水口一定距离,该距离小于清洁颗粒的最小直径。
采用本发明所述的技术方案后,带来以下有益效果:
1、本发明所述法兰盘设置在密封的空腔内,滚筒底与外筒之间为光滑平面,不利于污垢的附着,避免形成污垢死角,有利于清洁颗粒对滚筒外壁和外筒内壁的清洗。
2、本发明所述滚筒和外筒之间通过清洁颗粒对滚筒外壁和外筒内壁进行清洗,在滚筒旋转,清洁颗粒不断摩擦内外筒壁,能够有效防止污垢的沉积,保持内外筒的洁净,不会对衣物造成二次污染。无需卸筒组件,操作方便。
3、本发明所述外筒加热管腔室设有盖板,有效阻隔污垢进入加热管腔室内,还能阻挡清洁颗粒进入加热管腔室与加热管的接触,避免加热管温度过高对清洁颗粒造成破坏,还能阻挡线屑进入加热管腔室缠绕在加热管上,避免线屑对加热管造成影响。

具体实施方式
本发明所述一种自清洁滚筒洗衣机,至少包括同轴设置的滚筒1和外筒9,滚筒1 和外筒9之间设置清洁颗粒,所述滚筒1和外筒9之间相对的结构均为光滑结构。滚筒1和外筒9之间做成光滑结构,污垢不容易附着,且滚筒1和外筒9之间设置清洁颗粒,清洁颗粒很容易对滚筒外壁和外筒内壁进行清洗,避免有凹凸不同的结构造成污垢的堆积,清洁颗粒还清洗不到,形成污垢死角,滋生细菌,洗衣服时造成对衣物的污染。
实施例一
滚筒1底部设有一法兰盘2,法兰盘2与滚筒1固定连接,所述滚筒1的侧壁外侧为光滑结构,所述法兰盘2的外部为光滑结构。由于法兰盘通常为凹凸不平的结构,更容易沉积污垢,时间一长,法兰盘上沉积的污垢便越来越多,现在在滚筒和滚筒之间增加清洗颗粒,法兰盘一般结构复杂,拐角较多,容易卡住清洁颗粒,棱角还容易对清洁颗粒造成破坏。现在将法兰盘2做成光滑结构,其外表面可为光滑的平面或曲面,污垢不容易附着,且有利于清洁颗粒对法兰盘外壁进行清洗,避免有凹凸不同的结构造成污垢的堆积,清洁颗粒还清洗不到,形成污垢死角,滋生细菌,洗衣服时造成对衣物的污染,避免法兰盘凹凸不平的棱角卡住清洁颗粒或者对清洁颗粒造成破坏。
实施例二
本发明所述一种自清洁洗衣机的滚筒,滚筒1底部设有一法兰盘2,法兰盘2与滚筒1固定连接,所述滚筒1底的外部设有一密闭的空腔,所述法兰盘2设置在空腔内,所述空腔外壁为光滑结构,所述空腔的中心设有一轴孔4,滚筒轴3通过该轴孔4伸入空腔与法兰盘2连接。
滚筒底部的法兰盘多为三角形状,设置在滚筒的底部外侧,用于连接滚筒和滚筒轴,增强滚筒强度,避免滚筒轴和滚筒直接连接由于扭矩过大造成滚筒损坏,法兰盘的靠近中心处与滚筒轴连接,远离中心处与滚筒连接,滚筒和外筒之间洗涤和漂洗时候是有水的,由于法兰盘通常为凹凸不平的结构,更容易沉积污垢,时间一长,法兰盘上沉积的污垢便越来越多,现在在滚筒和滚筒之间增加清洗颗粒,法兰盘一般结构复杂,拐角较多,容易卡住清洁颗粒,棱角还容易对清洁颗粒造成破坏。
本发明在滚筒1底的外部设有一密闭的空腔,法兰盘2设置在空腔内,这样滚筒底部为光滑结构,污垢不容易附着,且有利于清洁颗粒对滚筒外壁的清洗。
滚筒1底部为无孔结构,保证底部空腔的密封,滚筒1底部设有一向滚筒1内部凹陷的凹槽5,所述法兰盘2设置在该凹槽5内,凹槽5的开口处设有密封板6,所述凹 槽5和密封板6之间为密闭空腔,所述密封板6朝向外的一侧为光滑平面或圆滑曲面,这样既可以将凹凸不平的法兰盘封装在凹槽5内,且结构简单,安装方便。
所述密封板6通过螺钉固定在法兰盘2上。密封板6圆周上设有多个螺钉孔61通过螺钉63将密封板6法兰盘2固定连接,其中螺钉62和螺钉孔61之间设置螺钉孔密封圈,避免洗涤水进入密闭空腔内,长时间法兰盘2生锈腐蚀。
法兰盘2和所述密封板6为一体结构,优选所述法兰盘2的一个端面延伸为一平板形成所述的密封板6,这样设置法兰盘2和密封板6不用通过螺钉连接,可彻底避免连接处造成的漏水问题,且安装工序变的更加简单。
轴孔4和滚筒轴3之间设有第一密封圈7,轴孔4和滚筒轴3之间为活动密封,所述密封板6和所述凹槽5的开口之间设有第二密封圈8,密封板6和所述凹槽5的开口之间为静密封,通过密封结构,可保证洗涤水和漂洗水不会进入密闭空腔内,延长滚筒的使用寿命。
凹槽5形状与法兰盘2形状相同,滚筒1底部的内侧有与法兰盘2形状相同且向内的凸起。法兰盘的形状为中间为圆形,外周有多个凸肋呈放射状分布,优选3个,这样滚筒1底部内侧有多个自中心向外放射分布的凸起,滚筒转动时,这些凸起正好能够起到提升衣物的作用,衣物提升到一定高度后由于重力作用落下,形成摔打、摩擦,提高衣物的洗净比。
或者滚筒1底部为无孔结构,滚筒1底部外侧为一平面结构,所述法兰盘2设置在滚筒1底部外侧,法兰盘2外部设有一盆形外壳,外壳的开口与滚筒1底部密封连接,所述外壳和滚筒1底部之间为密闭空腔,所述外壳中心设置滚筒轴3的轴孔4,滚筒轴3通过该轴孔伸入空腔与法兰盘2连接。该种结构滚筒1底部为平面结构,加工简便,加工工艺简单,易于操作。
实施例三
本发明所述一种具有上述滚筒的洗衣机,包括滚筒1,滚筒1外部设有外筒9,所述滚筒1和外筒9之间设有清洁颗粒,洗涤和漂洗的时候,清洁颗粒在水中运动,与滚筒1外壁和外筒9内壁发生摩擦、碰撞,有效的清洗这些表面,防止污渍沉积,所述滚筒外壁和所述外筒内壁均为光滑结构,做成光滑结构可很大程度上降低污渍的附着,即使有附着,光滑的结构也容易清洗,不会造成死角,避免污渍沉淀的死角滋生细菌。
外筒9底部内侧为光滑平面或平滑曲面,优选外筒内部的最低处设有加热管腔室,所述加热管腔室10为沿竖直方向向下凹陷的凹槽,凹槽内设置加热管,凹槽的开口处设有一盖板12,盖板12朝向滚筒一侧为光滑平面或圆滑曲面,滚筒洗衣机为提高洗衣粉酶的活性提高洗净比,在外筒9内设置加热管17,对洗涤水进行加热,加热管17设置在外筒的最低处,但是如果在滚筒1和外筒9之间放置清洁颗粒,清洁颗粒容易被加热管卡住,且加热管温度高,还会对清洁颗粒造成破坏,由于在低处凹槽的拐角处更容易造成污垢的沉淀,在加热管腔室10上设置盖板12,有效阻隔污垢进入加热管腔室10内,还能阻挡清洁颗粒进入加热管腔室10与加热管的接触,避免加热管温度过高对清洁颗粒造成破坏,还能阻挡线屑进入加热管腔室10缠绕在加热管上,避免线屑对加热管造成影响。
所述盖板12为导热性良好的金属板,盖板12和加热管17之间充满水,相比之前的加热管17与水的接触面积,金属板的面积明显增大,相当于金属板间接对滚筒1内的水进行加热,加热面积较大,滚筒1内的水温度更加均匀。
盖板12上设有连通外筒9内部和加热管腔室10的开口13,外筒9内的水可通过开口13进入加热管腔室10,对内部水进行加热,盖板12在开口13处圆滑过渡向下延伸至距加热管腔室10底部一定距离,水可通过该距离形成的空隙中进入加热管腔室10,该距离小于清洁颗粒23的最小直径,可阻挡清洁颗粒23进入加热管腔室10。
加热管腔室10的最低处设置排水口24,盖板12位于排水口24的上方,盖板12上的开口13与排水口24位置对应,排水时,外筒9内的水可直接进入排水口,可避免管道拐弯较多造成阻力增大,盖板12在开口13处圆滑过渡向下延伸至距排水口24一定距离,该距离小于清洁颗粒的最小直径。可阻挡清洁颗粒23进入加热管腔室10。
排水口24处设置清洁颗粒收集腔11,收集腔11通过排水软管14与排水泵15相连通,排水,15连接洗衣机的排水管22,收集腔11与排水软管14之间安装有用于阻挡清洁颗粒滑入排水软管的条形挡板16,条形挡板16之间的空隙小于清洁颗粒的最小直径,可阻挡清洁颗粒23进入排水泵,打碎清洁颗粒23,或者造成排水泵的损坏。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明原理前提下,还可以做出多种变形和改进,这也应该视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种自清洁滚筒洗衣机,至少包括同轴设置的滚筒和外筒,其特征在于:滚筒和外筒之间设置清洁颗粒,所述滚筒和外筒之间相对的结构均为光滑结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自清洁滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述滚筒底部设有一法兰盘,法兰盘与滚筒固定连接,所述滚筒的侧壁外侧为光滑结构,所述法兰盘的外部为光滑结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自清洁滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述滚筒底部设有一法兰盘,法兰盘与滚筒固定连接,所述滚筒底的外部设有一密闭的空腔,所述法兰盘设置在空腔内,所述空腔外壁为光滑结构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种自清洁滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述滚筒底部为无孔结构,滚筒底部设有一向滚筒内部凹陷的凹槽,所述法兰盘设置在该凹槽内,凹槽的开口处设有密封板,所述凹槽和密封板之间为密闭空腔,所述密封板朝向外的一侧为光滑平面或圆滑曲面,优选所述凹槽形状与法兰盘形状相同,滚筒底部的内侧有与法兰盘形状相同且向内的凸起。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种自清洁滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述密封板通过螺钉固定在法兰盘上,或者所述法兰盘和所述密封板为一体结构,优选所述法兰盘的一个端面延伸为一平板形成所述的密封板,优选所述密封板中心设置滚筒轴的轴孔,滚筒轴通过该轴孔伸入空腔与法兰盘连接。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种自清洁滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述滚筒底部为无孔结构,滚筒底部外侧为一平面结构,所述法兰盘设置在滚筒底部外侧,法兰盘外部设有一盆形外壳,外壳的开口与滚筒底部密封连接,所述外壳和滚筒底部之间为密闭空腔,所述外壳中心设置滚筒轴的轴孔,滚筒轴通过该轴孔伸入空腔与法兰盘连接。
  7. 根据权利要求4-6任一所述的一种自清洁滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述轴孔和滚筒轴之间设有第一密封圈,所述密封板或外壳和滚筒底部之间设有第二密封圈。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一所述的一种自清洁滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述外筒底部内侧为光滑平面或平滑曲面,优选外筒内部的最低处设有加热管腔室,所述加热管腔室为沿竖直方向向下凹陷的凹槽,凹槽内设置加热管,凹槽的开口处设有一盖板,盖 板朝向滚筒一侧为光滑平面或圆滑曲面,优选所述盖板为导热性良好的金属板。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种自清洁滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述盖板上设有连通外筒内部和加热管腔室的开口,盖板在开口处圆滑过渡向下延伸至距加热管腔室底部一定距离,该距离小于清洁颗粒的最小直径。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种自清洁滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述加热管腔室的最低处设置排水口,盖板位于排水口的上方,盖板上的开口与排水口位置对应,盖板在开口处圆滑过渡向下延伸至距排水口一定距离,该距离小于清洁颗粒的最小直径。
