具体实施方式
图1是根据本发明一个实施例的洗衣机的示意性原理图。该洗衣机可包括洗涤筒12、排水泵22以及过滤组件。过滤组件包括前置过滤器24和超滤膜组件26。洗涤筒12通常由外筒和可在外筒内转动的内筒构成。洗涤筒12上部设有清水进口,其通过管路11连接自来水口,当打开管路11上的阀门13时,可向洗涤筒12中进入洗涤用清水或漂洗用清水。洗涤筒12的下部设有排水口,排水口与过滤组件之间经由排水泵22通过管路连通。超滤膜组件26的产水口通过进水管路14与洗涤筒12连通。
本发明实施例的洗衣机还可包括气泵32,气泵32的出气口通过气流管路与过滤组件的进气口连通。在气流管路上设置有单向阀34。当需要对过滤组件进行气洗时,开启气泵32和单向阀34,气泵32对过滤组件提供气流进行气洗,以利用气流松落截留或粘附在过滤组件内的杂质。粗过滤器24的浓排口和超滤膜组件26的排污口可分别与一三通阀36的两个入口连通,该三通阀36的出口与洗衣机的外排管路18连通,以便将对粗过滤器24和/或超滤膜组件26进行气洗或水洗的流体直接排出洗衣机。洗衣机的洗涤水可经由排水泵22后,流经粗过滤器24且不被粗过滤器过滤地经由三通阀36的出口与洗衣机的外排管路18流出洗衣机。
本发明实施例的洗衣机的循环水过滤系统可包括排水泵22、过滤组件和进水管道14。洗衣机的净水洗功能可包括对从洗衣机的洗涤筒12排出的洗衣水过滤,并使过滤后的洗衣水流回洗涤筒12内重用。在使用本发明实施例的洗衣机的净水洗功能时,洗涤筒12中的水被泵送出,输送到过滤组件中进行过滤,被过滤后的水通过超滤膜组件26的产水口、进水管道14返回到洗涤筒12中重用。也就是说,该循环水过滤系统配置成:在洗衣机的净水洗功能的至少一个工作阶段中,使得洗衣机的洗涤筒内的水流入循环水过滤系统,并在循环水过滤系统中被过滤后再流回洗涤筒内重用。例如,在洗衣机进行漂洗的循环水漂洗阶段时,可使洗涤筒内的水流入循环水过滤系统,并在循环水过滤系统中被过滤后再流回洗涤筒内,在其他的工作阶段中, 例如洗涤阶段或是脱水阶段,洗涤筒内的水可不流入循环水过滤系统进行过滤,而是直接排出洗衣机。
图2是根据本发明一个实施例的洗衣机的净水洗功能的控制方法的示意性流程图。本发明实施例中的洗衣机的净水洗功能的控制方法,包括:
步骤A:接收洗衣程序的选择指令。用户可根据自己的喜好、衣物的污渍程度等选择洗衣程序,洗衣机可接收到洗衣程序的选择指令,从而从系统中选择相应的洗衣程序。
步骤B:根据选择指令,使能或禁能对洗衣机的净水洗功能进行选择。为了更好地对衣物进行洗涤,保护衣物和保护循环水过滤系统,系统内的一些洗衣程序不具有净水洗功能,因此禁能对洗衣机的净水洗功能进行选择;另外一些洗衣程序使能对洗衣机的净水洗功能进行选择,以使洗衣机根据选择的洗衣程序的选择指令,允许或者禁止用户选择洗衣机的净水洗功能。
在本发明的一些优选的实施例中,可根据衣物的类型,确定相应的洗衣程序,以更好地保护衣物,和对衣物进行有效地洗涤,同时便于用户操作洗衣机。具体地,选择指令可对应衣物类型信息。即,可以是选择指令里包含衣物类型信息或在用户操作洗衣机的操作界面的按键时,洗衣机对应调取预先存储的与此按键对应的衣物类型信息。例如,当衣物类型为棉麻、化纤、混合或内衣时,选择待执行的洗衣程序使能对净水洗功能进行选择。当衣物类型为窗帘时,选择待执行的洗衣程序禁能对净水洗功能进行选择。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图3所示,本发明实施例中的洗衣机的净水洗功能的控制方法还包括:
步骤C:根据洗衣机的净水洗功能是否被选择来确定洗衣子程序。
步骤D:接收执行操作指令,以按照确定的洗衣子程序执行洗衣。
具体地,步骤C(根据洗衣机的净水洗功能是否被选择来确定洗衣子程序)可包括:
判断是否使能对净水洗功能进行选择,若禁能对净水洗功能进行选择,或使能对净水洗功能进行选择且未接收到净水洗功能被选择指令,确定洗衣子程序为默认执行的第一洗衣子程序;
若使能对净水洗功能进行选择且接收到净水洗功能被选择指令,确定洗衣子程序为具有净水洗功能的第二洗衣子程序。
如图4所示,步骤C的具体工作过程可为:判断是否使能对净水洗功 能进行选择,若禁能对净水洗功能进行选择,则确定洗衣子程序为默认执行的第一洗衣子程序。若使能对净水洗功能进行选择,则判断是否接收到净水洗功能被选择指令,若未接收到净水洗功能被选择指令,确定洗衣子程序为默认执行的第一洗衣子程序,否则确定洗衣子程序为第二洗衣子程序。
在本发明的一些实施例中,第二洗衣子程序包括循环水漂洗阶段,在循环水漂洗阶段中,洗涤筒内的漂洗水流入洗衣机的循环水过滤系统,并在循环水过滤系统中过滤后流回洗涤筒内,以充分利用漂洗水,节约水资源。
第二洗衣子程序还包括:在循环水漂洗阶段之前执行的洗涤阶段,以及在循环水漂洗阶段之后执行的脱水阶段。洗涤阶段可包括:洗涤注水步骤,用于从洗衣机的进水管进水从而为洗涤阶段提供洗涤水;洗涤步骤,用于利用洗涤剂和洗涤水对洗涤筒内的衣物进行洗涤;和洗涤脱水步骤,用于将洗涤筒内的衣物脱水。循环水漂洗阶段可包括:漂洗注水步骤,用于从进水管进水从而为循环水漂洗阶段提供漂洗水;循环水漂洗步骤;和漂洗脱水步骤,用于将洗涤筒内的衣物脱水。脱水阶段用于将洗涤筒内的衣物甩干。洗涤脱水步骤和漂洗脱水步骤中衣物脱水时洗涤筒的转速低于脱水阶段脱水时洗涤筒的转速,洗涤脱水步骤和漂洗脱水步骤中衣物脱水的时间低于脱水阶段脱水的时间,其原因在于洗涤脱水步骤和漂洗脱水步骤中衣物脱水只是尽量把衣物中的水分去除,而脱水阶段衣物脱水是要尽可能地把衣物中的水分去除,以便于晾晒。在本发明的一些可替代的实施例中,循环水漂洗阶段无漂洗脱水步骤。
在本发明的又一些实施例中,第一洗衣子程序可包括连续执行的至少一次普通漂洗阶段,每次普通漂洗阶段用于利用漂洗水对洗衣机的洗涤筒内的衣物进行漂洗,在每次普通漂洗阶段的普通漂洗步骤中,洗衣机的循环水过滤系统处于关停状态,以使洗涤筒内的漂洗水保持在洗涤筒内(这里的关停状态可指停用状态或关闭状态,即在该关停状态下,过滤水循环系统中的过滤器不工作)。
第一洗衣子程序还可包括:在至少一次普通漂洗阶段之前执行的洗涤阶段,以及在至少一次普通漂洗阶段之后执行的脱水阶段。洗涤阶段包括:洗涤注水步骤,用于从洗衣机的进水管进水从而为洗涤阶段提供洗涤水;洗涤步骤,用于利用洗涤剂和洗涤水对洗涤筒内的衣物进行洗涤;和洗涤脱水步骤,用于将洗涤筒内的衣物脱水。每次普通漂洗阶段包括:漂洗注水步骤, 用于从进水管进水从而为循环水漂洗阶段提供漂洗水;普通漂洗步骤;和漂洗脱水步骤,用于将洗涤筒内的衣物脱水。脱水阶段用于将洗涤筒内的衣物甩干。在本发明的一些可替代的实施例中,最后一次普通漂洗阶段无漂洗脱水步骤。
当衣物类型为棉麻、化纤、混合或内衣时,选择待执行的洗衣程序使能对净水洗功能进行选择,其中多种类型的衣物同时放入洗涤筒内确定衣物类型为混合,或采用多种材质的衣物确定衣物类型为混合。例如,在本发明的一个实施例中,开机,进入洗衣程序选择界面,用户点击需要洗涤的衣物类型,即洗衣机接收洗衣程序的选择指令,该选择指令包括衣物类型信息,当用户选择洗涤的衣物类型为棉麻时,洗衣机接收到的包括衣物类型信息的选择指令为棉麻,且确定待执行的洗衣程序为棉麻洗衣程序,该洗衣程序使能对净水洗功能进行选择,进入功能选择界面。
用户可根据衣物的污渍程度决定是否选择净水洗功能,若衣物比较脏,则用户可点击启动按键,洗衣机接收执行操作指令,并按照第一棉麻洗衣子程序执行洗衣。若衣物不是很脏,则用户可选择净水洗功能,以进入净水洗功能界面,用户可点击净水洗功能界面的启动按键,洗衣机接收执行操作指令,并按照确定的第二棉麻洗衣子程序执行洗衣,以对衣物进行清洗。第一棉麻洗衣子程序和第二棉麻洗衣子程序中对应设置的洗涤参数也不相同,例如第一棉麻洗衣子程序包括连续进行三次普通漂洗阶段,第二棉麻洗衣子程序仅包括进行一次的循环水漂洗阶段。
当衣物类型为窗帘时,选择待执行的洗衣程序禁能对净水洗功能进行选择。例如,当用户选择洗涤的衣物类型为窗帘时,洗衣机接收到的包括衣物类型信息的选择指令为窗帘,且选择待执行的洗衣程序为窗帘洗衣程序,该洗衣程序禁能对净水洗功能进行选择。由于窗帘在一年中可能就洗涤一次或者两次,其上面肯定有大量的污渍,若选用净水洗,则往往会洗不干净,且大量污渍可能为不宜清理的污渍,会对循环水过滤系统造成影响,因此,此类衣物禁能对净水洗功能进行选择。在其功能选择界面上的净水洗功能按键处于不可被选择状态。用户直接点击启动按键,洗衣机接收执行操作指令,并按照确定的默认执行的第一窗帘洗衣子程序执行洗衣。针对不同的衣物类型,第一棉麻洗衣子程序和第一窗帘洗衣子程序中对应设置的洗涤参数也不相同,如第一棉麻洗衣子程序中对棉麻衣物洗涤15分钟,第一窗帘洗衣子 程序对窗帘洗涤20分钟。
在本发明的一些可选的实施例中,洗衣机的净水洗功能的控制方法中,在步骤C和步骤D之间还包括步骤E:接收对确定的洗衣子程序的部分或全部洗涤参数的更改信息。例如,用户在功能选择界面可对第一洗衣子程序的部分或全部洗涤参数进行更改,以使第一洗衣子程序的洗衣过程满足自己的洗衣习惯,这种更改可以是对洗涤时间、漂洗时间的更改。对于第二洗衣子程序中的循环水漂洗阶段的次数不可更改,但是对于第一洗衣子程序中的普通漂洗阶段的次数可以进行更改。
在本发明的一些其它的实施例中,步骤B还包括:根据选择指令,使能或禁能对洗衣机的特渍功能的选择。步骤C还包括:根据洗衣机的特渍功能是否被选择来确定洗衣子程序,以对衣物上的特渍(血渍、油渍等)进行有效地洗涤。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种洗衣机的净水洗功能的控制方法,包括:
    步骤A:接收洗衣程序的选择指令;和
    步骤B:根据所述选择指令,使能或禁能对所述洗衣机的净水洗功能进行选择。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的控制方法,其中所述选择指令对应衣物类型信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的控制方法,还包括:
    步骤C:根据所述洗衣机的净水洗功能是否被选择来确定洗衣子程序;和
    步骤D:接收执行操作指令,以按照确定的所述洗衣子程序执行洗衣。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的控制方法,其中所述步骤C包括:
    判断是否使能对所述净水洗功能进行选择,若禁能对所述净水洗功能进行选择,或使能对所述净水洗功能进行选择且未接收到所述净水洗功能被选择指令,确定所述洗衣子程序为默认执行的第一洗衣子程序;
    若使能对所述净水洗功能进行选择且接收到所述净水洗功能被选择指令,确定所述洗衣子程序为具有所述净水洗功能的第二洗衣子程序。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的控制方法,其中
    所述第二洗衣子程序包括循环水漂洗阶段,所述循环水漂洗阶段用于利用漂洗水对所述洗衣机的洗涤筒内的衣物进行漂洗,在所述循环水漂洗阶段的循环水漂洗步骤中,所述洗涤筒内的漂洗水流入所述洗衣机的循环水过滤系统,并在所述循环水过滤系统中过滤后流回所述洗涤筒内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的控制方法,其中所述第二洗衣子程序还包括:
    在所述循环水漂洗阶段之前执行的洗涤阶段,以及在所述循环水漂洗阶段之后执行的脱水阶段;其中
    所述洗涤阶段包括:
    洗涤注水步骤,用于从所述洗衣机的进水管进水从而为所述洗涤阶段提供洗涤水;
    洗涤步骤,用于利用洗涤剂和洗涤水对所述洗涤筒内的衣物进行洗涤;和
    洗涤脱水步骤,用于将所述洗涤筒内的衣物脱水,
    所述循环水漂洗阶段包括:
    漂洗注水步骤,用于从所述进水管进水从而为所述循环水漂洗阶段提供漂洗水;
    所述循环水漂洗步骤;和
    漂洗脱水步骤,用于将所述洗涤筒内的衣物脱水,
    所述脱水阶段用于将所述洗涤筒内的衣物甩干。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的控制方法,其中
    所述第一洗衣子程序包括连续执行的至少一次普通漂洗阶段,每次所述普通漂洗阶段用于利用漂洗水对所述洗衣机的洗涤筒内的衣物进行漂洗,在每次所述普通漂洗阶段的普通漂洗步骤中,所述洗衣机的循环水过滤系统处于关停状态。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的控制方法,其中
    当所述衣物类型为棉麻、化纤、混合或内衣时,使能对所述净水洗功能进行选择,其中多种类型的衣物同时放入洗涤筒内确定衣物类型为混合,或采用多种材质的衣物确定衣物类型为混合。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的控制方法,其中
    当所述衣物类型为窗帘时,禁能对所述净水洗功能进行选择。
  10. 根据权利要求3所述的控制方法,其中
    所述步骤B还包括:根据所述选择指令,使能或禁能对所述洗衣机的特渍功能的选择;
    所述步骤C还包括:根据所述洗衣机的特渍功能是否被选择来确定洗衣子程序。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的控制方法,其中所述净水洗功能包括对从所述洗衣机的洗涤筒排出的洗衣水过滤,并使过滤后的洗衣水流回所述洗涤筒内重用。
