背景技术
现有的洗衣机,尤其是波轮洗衣机,使用时依靠搅拌叶搅动水流和衣物进行洗涤,使用该种方式洗衣时,对衣物的损伤较大。同时,为达到水位能浸泡到衣物,也要注满内桶下部和外桶之间的空间,这就导致洗涤小容量的单件衣物时,同样需要较大的用水量,造成水资源浪费。

(1)本发明提供的洗涤方法中,由于所述洗涤物通过悬挂部件悬挂于洗涤空间内,所述悬挂部件能够以第一运动方式运动,在所述洗涤空间中安装有一组喷嘴,利用所述喷嘴喷出的高压水流对洗涤物进行洗涤,所述高压水流能够覆盖洗涤物的至少一侧面积,同时洗涤物能够随着悬挂部件以第一运动方式运动,从喷嘴流出的高压水流能够随洗涤物的以第一运动方式运动而改变所冲洗的部位,使得洗涤物能够洗涤全面、洗涤效果好;并且该洗涤方法通过高压水的冲洗来替代滚筒洗衣机的滚筒翻转和波轮洗衣机的波轮搅拌,减少对洗涤物的磨损和洗涤用水量。
(2)由于所述喷嘴能在喷嘴驱动装置的驱动下在所述洗涤空间内以第二运动方式运动,所述第二运动方式不同于第一运动方式,从喷嘴流出的高压水流能够随喷嘴的运动而改变所冲洗的部位,使得洗涤物的清洗效果更好。

为使本发明解决的技术问题、采用的技术方案和达到的技术效果更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明实施例的技术方案作进一步的详细描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
装置实施例
如图1和图2所示,本申请提供一种洗衣机,包括封闭的洗涤空间2,所述洗涤空间2内设置有能够以第一运动方式运动的悬挂部件4以及至少一组喷嘴8,所述悬挂部件4用于悬挂洗涤物,所述喷嘴8与水泵相连,所述水泵优选为高压水泵,所述水泵将水流进行加压后通过所述喷嘴8将高压水流喷出对悬挂于所述悬挂部件4的洗涤物进行洗涤。通过改变洗涤物和喷嘴的相对位置,所述高压水流能够覆盖洗涤物的至少一侧面积。具体的,洗涤物能够随着悬挂部件4以第一运动方式运动,从喷嘴8流出的高压水流能够随洗涤物以第一运动方式运动而改变所冲洗的部位,使得洗涤物能够洗涤全面、洗涤效果好;并且该洗涤方法通过高压水的冲洗来替代滚筒洗衣机的滚筒翻转和波轮洗衣机的波轮搅拌,减少对洗涤物的磨损和洗涤用水量。
于本实施例中,所述第一运动方式可以是沿着横向的直线运动、曲线运动,也可以是旋转运动、螺旋运动、匀速运动或变速运动等等。
具体的,本申请提供的洗衣机带有门体和壳体1,所述门体和壳体1组成封闭的所述洗涤空间2,所述洗涤空间2内可容纳洗涤物以及其他装置,在该洗涤 空间2内完成洗涤过程。于本实施例中,所述门体与壳体1组成的洗涤空间2密封,以确保洗涤时高压水流不会从洗涤空间2溢出。
所述喷嘴8设置在喷洒总管7上端,并且喷洒总管7上均匀设置有多个小孔径的喷嘴8,所述高压水泵通过供水管9与所述喷洒总管7相连,洗涤用水依靠水阀控制进入洗涤空间2,高压水泵吸取洗涤空间2底部的洗涤水,升压后提供给供水管9到达喷洒总管7,高压水流通过喷洒总管7上的喷嘴8射出。由于高压水流在喷嘴8处喷射出的速度较高,对附着在洗涤物上的污渍有很强的冲击作用,所以水流喷射过的洗涤物表面污渍就会离开洗涤物表面,随水流离开。但如果洗涤物和喷嘴8没有相对运动,能被高压水流洗涤过的洗涤物面积仅是一个个喷嘴所对应的点。本发明将悬挂部件4设计为可横向运动的部件,洗涤时,通过悬挂部件44的横向运动进而带动洗涤物横向运动。从喷嘴8流出的高压水流能够随洗涤物的横向运动而改变所冲洗的部位,使得洗涤物能够洗涤全面、洗涤效果好。
优选的,所述壳体1的上端设置有两个具有一定距离的支撑部件3,所述支撑部件3一端固定在所述壳体1上,一端为圆环。所述悬挂部件4包括挂衣杆42和设置在所述挂衣杆42上的偏心装置41。所述挂衣杆42的两端分别穿入所述支撑部件3的圆环,并可相对于所述圆环移动。所述偏心装置41包括底座411和转动部件413,所述底座411优选为由圆状的底板和设置在所述底板边缘的一圈围板组成,所述底座411的中间部分设置有与所述挂衣杆42相垂直的滑动槽412,所述转动部件413的一端与电机的输出轴相连,另一端为连接轴,所述连接轴穿过所述滑动槽412与挂衣杆42固定相连,所述电机可驱动转动部件413转动,此时,转动部件413的连接轴可沿滑动槽412来回滑动,进而带动所述挂衣杆42水平移动。
通过电机驱动偏心装置41使悬挂在挂衣杆42上的洗涤物水平直线移动,从喷嘴8流出的高压水流能够随洗涤物的水平直线运动而改变所冲洗的部位,使得洗涤物能够洗涤全面、洗涤效果好。
于本实施例中,作为优选方案,所述洗衣机还包括用于驱动所述喷嘴8在所述洗涤空间2内以第二运动方式运动的喷嘴驱动装置,所述第二运动方式不 同于第一运动方式。
于本实施例中,所述第二运动方式可以是沿着竖向的直线运动、曲线运动,也可以是旋转运动、螺旋运动、匀速运动或变速运动等等。
于本实施例中,作为优选方案,所述喷嘴驱动装置驱动所述喷嘴8在所述洗涤空间2内做竖向运动。所述喷嘴驱动装置具体结构为:所述洗衣机壳体1的左右两侧壁上活动设置有至少一个呈水平对称的齿轮条5,每个齿轮条5与一个驱动齿轮6配合,由驱动齿轮6驱动。同时喷洒总管7的水平两端分别固定安装在水平两侧的齿轮条5上,所述驱动齿轮6与另一个电机相连,由电机驱动驱动齿轮6做旋转运功,继而带动齿轮条5沿着壳体1内壁上下移动使喷嘴8、喷洒总管7也能够做竖直运动。具体的,当电机驱动驱动齿轮6做逆时针转动时,驱动齿轮6带动齿轮条5沿着壳体1内壁向下移动进而带动喷嘴8、喷洒总管7也能够竖直向下运动,如图1所示;当电机驱动驱动齿轮6做顺时针转动时,驱动齿轮6带动齿轮条5沿着壳体1内壁向上移动进而带动喷嘴8、喷洒总管7也能够竖直向上运动,如图2所示。作为优选,所述供水管9为柔性或可伸缩状的,所述柔性或可伸缩状的供水管9可随喷洒总管7的上下移动而伸缩。
于本实施例中,通过洗涤物和喷嘴8交叉的相对运动,从喷嘴8流出的高压水流能够随喷嘴8的竖向运动而进一步的改变洗涤物所冲洗的部位,实现洗涤物整个表面积能够被高压水流冲洗到,使得洗涤物的清洗效果更好。
于本实施例中,所述供水管9的进水口位于所述洗涤空间2底部的水中,因为高压水泵吸收的水是汇集在洗涤空间2底部的水,水被反复利用。作为优选方案,从所述进水口到喷嘴8之间的供水管9上安装过滤装置,使水在重新喷出前得到净化,起到更好的洗涤效果。
方法实施例
本申请还提供了一种洗涤方法,该洗涤方法应用于以上所述的洗衣机上。所述洗涤物通过悬挂部件悬挂于洗涤空间内,所述洗涤空间优选为封闭的洗涤空间。洗涤时,所述洗涤物在所述洗涤空间内以第一运动方式运动,同时利用以不同于第一运动方式的第二运动方式运动的喷嘴喷出的水流对洗涤物进行洗 涤,通过改变洗涤物和喷嘴的相对位置,使水流至少覆盖衣物的一部分。
作为一种优选方案,所述第一运动方式为所述悬挂部件带动洗涤物沿第一方向做直线或曲线往复运动。
作为进一步的优选,所述第一方向为横向。具体的,所述电机驱动转动部件在底座上做顺时针或逆时针转动,转动部件的连接柱在滑动槽内来回的滑动,进而带动挂衣杆做水平直线运动。
在所述洗涤空间中安装有一组喷嘴,优选的,所述喷嘴设置在喷洒总管上,喷洒总管通过供水管与洗涤空间底部的洗涤水联通,并且洗涤空间底部的洗涤水与喷嘴之间的供水管上连接有水泵。所述水泵优选为高压水泵。洗涤时,通过高压水泵吸取洗涤空间底部的洗涤水,洗涤水升压后通过供水管到达喷洒总管,通过喷嘴将高压水流喷洒出去。利用所述喷嘴喷出的高压水流对洗涤物进行洗涤,所述高压水流能够覆盖洗涤物的至少一侧面积。
由于洗涤物能够随着悬挂部件做水平直线运动,从喷嘴流出的高压水流能够随洗涤物的水平直线运动而改变所冲洗的部位,使得洗涤物能够洗涤全面、洗涤效果好;并且该洗涤方法通过高压水的冲洗来替代滚筒洗衣机的滚筒翻转和波轮洗衣机的波轮搅拌,减少对洗涤物的磨损和洗涤用水量。
于本实施例中,作为优选方案,所述第二运动方式为所述喷嘴沿第二方向做直线或曲线运动。
作为进一步的优选,所述第二方向为竖向,所述喷嘴在喷嘴驱动装置的驱动下做竖向直线或曲线运动。
通过洗涤物和喷嘴交叉的相对运动,从喷嘴流出的高压水流能够随喷嘴的竖直运动而改变所冲洗的部位,实现洗涤物整个表面积能够被高压水流冲洗到,使得清洗效果更好。
于本实施例中,作为优选方案,所述喷嘴在喷嘴驱动装置的驱动下做竖向直线运动,其过程是通过以下方式实现的:所述电机驱动水平两侧的齿轮转动,两侧的齿轮分别带动与其啮合的齿轮条做上下运动,两侧的齿轮条做上下运动的同时进而带动喷洒总管以及设置在喷洒总管上的喷嘴做竖向直线运动。
当然,所述第一方向和第二方向并不局限于以上所述,还可以为其它方向。 并且所述第一运动方式也不局限于以上所述,可以是旋转运动、螺旋运动、匀速运动或变速运动等等。所述第二运动方式也不局限于以上所述,可以是旋转运动、螺旋运动、匀速运动或变速运动等等。
注意,上述仅为本发明的较佳实施例及所运用技术原理。本领域技术人员会理解,本发明不限于这里所述的特定实施例,对本领域技术人员来说能够进行各种明显的变化、重新调整和替代而不会脱离本发明的保护范围。因此,虽然通过以上实施例对本发明进行了较为详细的说明,但是本发明不仅仅限于以上实施例,在不脱离本发明构思的情况下,还可以包括更多其他等效实施例,而本发明的范围由所附的权利要求范围决定。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括洗涤空间,所述洗涤空间内包括能够以第一运动方式运动的悬挂部件,所述悬挂部件用于悬挂洗涤物;还包括至少一组喷嘴,所述喷嘴与水泵相连,所述水泵将水流进行加压后通过所述喷嘴将水流喷出对悬挂于所述悬挂部件的洗涤物进行洗涤,通过改变洗涤物和喷嘴的相对位置,所述水流能够覆盖洗涤物的至少一侧面积。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,还包括用于驱动所述喷嘴在所述洗涤空间内以第二运动方式运动的喷嘴驱动装置,所述第二运动方式不同于第一运动方式。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述喷嘴设置在喷洒总管上端,所述喷嘴驱动装置具体包括:所述洗衣机壳体的侧壁处设置有至少一个齿轮条,齿轮条由驱动齿轮驱动,喷洒总管固定安装在所述齿轮条上,所述驱动齿轮由电机驱动,所述驱动齿轮可带动齿轮条上下移动进而带动喷洒总管运动。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述悬挂部件包括挂衣杆和设置在所述挂衣杆上的偏心装置,所述偏心装置包括底座和转动部件,所述底座的中间部分设置有与所述挂衣杆相垂直的滑动槽,所述转动部件的一端与电机相连,另一端穿过所述滑动槽与挂衣杆相连,所述电机可驱动转动部件转动进而带动所述挂衣杆水平移动。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述水泵通过柔性或可伸缩的供水管与所述喷洒总管相连。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述供水管的进水口位于所述洗涤空间底部的水中,从所述进水口到喷嘴之间的供水管上安装有过滤装置。
  7. 一种洗涤方法,将洗涤物通过悬挂部件悬挂于洗涤空间内,其特征在于,并使所述洗涤物在所述洗涤空间内以第一运动方式运动,同时利用以不同于第一运动方式的第二运动方式运动的喷嘴喷出的水流对洗涤物进行洗涤,通过改变洗涤物和喷嘴的相对位置,使水流至少覆盖衣物的一部分。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的洗涤方法,其特征在于,所述洗涤物沿第一方向做直线或曲线往复运动。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的洗涤方法,其特征在于,所述喷嘴沿第二方向做直 线或曲线运动。
