技术领域
本发明涉及一种凉茶配方，尤指一种清热祛湿凉茶及其制备方法。
背景技术
所谓的“凉茶”，是指将药性寒凉功用利湿和能消解内热的中草药煎水作饮料喝，以消除夏季人体内的暑气、湿气，或冬日干燥引起的疮痈肿毒等疾患。然而，凉茶大多味苦难咽，如非经常饮用，很难适应，加上凉茶口味单一，不适合多数人口味，特别对青少年不具吸引力。随着工业的发展及汽车保有量的迅速增加，大气污染日趋严重，加之许多人尤其是男性有吸烟的习惯，这对人们的身体健康造成很大影响，日积月累，会对人体造成严重的损害。
在岭南一带生活，由于天气偏湿，人们体内很容易患有湿气，尤其在夏天，体内的湿气一般都会加重，此时人们极度需要一种清热祛湿凉茶来预防或诊治，如果有湿气就到医院诊治不仅浪费钱，而且会加重医疗系统的压力，所以急需有一种通过调理的手段来清热祛湿。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种清热祛湿凉茶及其制备方法，本发明制备方法简单，制得的清热祛湿的凉茶选用多种原料，经过烘干、筛选、煎熬等处理精制而成，清爽可口、气味芳香，而且具有清热祛湿、增强人体免疫力的功效。
为了达到上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：
一种清热祛湿凉茶，其特征是：将下列原材料按质量份数比混合，柴胡6-10 克、鸡旦花6-12克、桑叶8-15克、郁金5-10克、野菊花5-15克、通草5-12克、桔梗8-15克、茵陈5-8克、荆芥8-12克、木棉花5-12克、防风6-15克、甘草5-10克、蝉衣6-9克。
一种清热祛湿凉茶的改进方式为：柴胡8克、鸡旦花8克、桑叶8克、郁金5克、野菊花8克、通草8克、桔梗8克、茵陈5克、荆芥8克、木棉花8克、防风6克、甘草5克、蝉衣6克。
所述的清热祛湿凉茶的制备方法，其特征在于包括以下步骤：按组成原料的重量份称取各组成原料：柴胡6-10克、鸡旦花6-12克、桑叶8-15克、郁金5-10克、野菊花5-15克、通草5-12克、桔梗8-15克、茵陈5-8克、荆芥8-12克、木棉花5-12克、防风6-15克、甘草5-10克、蝉衣6-9克，经过烘干、筛选、加入提取瓦罐中，再加入1升纯净水量煎熬、过滤得到提取液后，按组成原料重量份加入3克蜜糖构成。
所述的清热祛湿的凉茶的制备方法，其特征在于：所述的煎熬时间为40-50分钟。
本发明的有益效果：制备方法简单，适用范围较广，制得的清热祛湿凉茶选用多种中药原料，经过烘干、筛选、煎熬等处理精制而成，清爽可口、气味芳香，而且具有增强人体免疫力，可以有效的消除血燥火旺、舌偏黄白、口舌生疮、热气湿气重的功效。

  2. 一种如权利要求1所述的清热祛湿凉茶的制备方法，其特征在于包括以下步骤：按组成原料的重量份称取各组成原料，将柴胡8克、鸡旦花8克、桑叶8克、郁金5克、野菊花8克、通草8克、桔梗8克、茵陈5克、荆芥8克、木棉花8克、防风6克、甘草5克、蝉衣6克，经过烘干、筛选、加入提取瓦罐中，再加入1升纯净水量煎熬、过滤得到提取液后，按组成原料重量份加入3克蜜糖构成。
