本申请要求2014年9月15日提交的中国专利申请201410468875.4号的优先权利益,在此通过引用将该优先权文件的全部内容合并至本文中。
本发明涉及一种凉茶配方,尤指一种清热祛湿凉茶及其制备方法。
所谓的“凉茶”,是指将药性寒凉功用利湿和能消解内热的中草药煎水作饮料喝,以消除夏季人体内的暑气、湿气,或冬日干燥引起的疮痈肿毒等疾患。然而,凉茶大多味苦难咽,如非经常饮用,很难适应,加上凉茶口味单一,不适合多数人口味,特别对青少年不具吸引力。随着工业的发展及汽车保有量的迅速增加,大气污染日趋严重,加之许多人尤其是男性有吸烟的习惯,这对人们的身体健康造成很大影响,日积月累,会对人体造成严重的损害。
在岭南一带生活,由于天气偏湿,人们体内很容易患有湿气,尤其在夏天,体内的湿气一般都会加重,此时人们极度需要一种清热祛湿凉茶来预防或诊治,如果有湿气就到医院诊治不仅浪费钱,而且会加重医疗系统的压力,所以急需有一种通过调理的手段来清热祛湿。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种清热祛湿凉茶及其制备方法,本发明制备方法简单,制得的清热祛湿的凉茶选用多种原料,经过烘干、筛选、煎熬等处理精制而成,清爽可口、气味芳香,而且具有清热祛湿、增强人体免疫力的功效。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种清热祛湿凉茶,其特征是:将下列原材料按质量份数比混合,柴胡6-10
克、鸡旦花6-12克、桑叶8-15克、郁金5-10克、野菊花5-15克、通草5-12克、桔梗8-15克、茵陈5-8克、荆芥8-12克、木棉花5-12克、防风6-15克、甘草5-10克、蝉衣6-9克。
一种清热祛湿凉茶的改进方式为:柴胡8克、鸡旦花8克、桑叶8克、郁金5克、野菊花8克、通草8克、桔梗8克、茵陈5克、荆芥8克、木棉花8克、防风6克、甘草5克、蝉衣6克。
所述的清热祛湿凉茶的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:按组成原料的重量份称取各组成原料:柴胡6-10克、鸡旦花6-12克、桑叶8-15克、郁金5-10克、野菊花5-15克、通草5-12克、桔梗8-15克、茵陈5-8克、荆芥8-12克、木棉花5-12克、防风6-15克、甘草5-10克、蝉衣6-9克,经过烘干、筛选、加入提取瓦罐中,再加入1升纯净水量煎熬、过滤得到提取液后,按组成原料重量份加入3克蜜糖构成。
所述的清热祛湿的凉茶的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的煎熬时间为40-50分钟。
本发明的有益效果:制备方法简单,适用范围较广,制得的清热祛湿凉茶选用多种中药原料,经过烘干、筛选、煎熬等处理精制而成,清爽可口、气味芳香,而且具有增强人体免疫力,可以有效的消除血燥火旺、舌偏黄白、口舌生疮、热气湿气重的功效。
为了更好地理解和实施本发明,下面结合具体实施例进一步说明本发明。
实施例一:
一种清热祛湿凉茶:将下列原材料按质量份数比混合,柴胡8克、鸡旦花8克、桑叶8克、郁金5克、野菊花8克、通草8克、桔梗8克、茵陈5克、荆
芥8克、木棉花8克、防风6克、甘草5克、蝉衣6克。
一种清热祛湿凉茶的制作方法,其特征是:按照上述质量份数准备原材料,加入提取瓦罐中,经加入1升纯净水量煎熬时间为40分钟、过滤得到提取液后,按组成原料重量份加入3克蜜糖构成。

一种清热祛湿凉茶的制作方法,其特征是:按照上述质量份数准备原材料,加入提取瓦罐中,经加入1.4升纯净水量煎熬时间为50分钟、过滤得到提取液后,按组成原料重量份加入5克蜜糖构成。

一种清热祛湿凉茶:将下列原材料按质量份数比混合,柴胡9克、鸡旦花11克、桑叶10克、郁金8克、野菊花9克、通草10克、桔梗12克、茵陈6克、荆芥10克、木棉花9克、防风8克、甘草7克、蝉衣8克。
一种清热祛湿凉茶的制作方法,其特征是:按照上述质量份数准备原材料,加入提取瓦罐中,经加入1.2升纯净水量煎熬时间为45分钟、过滤得到提取液后,按组成原料重量份加入4克蜜糖构成。

- 一种如权利要求1所述的清热祛湿凉茶的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:按组成原料的重量份称取各组成原料,将柴胡8克、鸡旦花8克、桑叶8克、郁金5克、野菊花8克、通草8克、桔梗8克、茵陈5克、荆芥8克、木棉花8克、防风6克、甘草5克、蝉衣6克,经过烘干、筛选、加入提取瓦罐中,再加入1升纯净水量煎熬、过滤得到提取液后,按组成原料重量份加入3克蜜糖构成。
