本发明公开了一种治疗外感咳嗽的中药配方，按重量份数是包括以下中药成分：半夏10g，陈皮10g，茯苓12g，杏仁10g，桔梗12g，紫苑10g，枇杷叶12g，浙贝母15g，前胡10g，炙甘草6g。本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：将原料混合入砂锅内，加水适量泡60分钟；先武火煎沸，再以文火煎30分钟，滤出药液，药渣内加热水适量再煎30分钟，再滤出药液，2次药液混合。每日1剂，早晚温服。

一种治疗外感咳嗽的中药配方及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于中药组合物，具体地说，是涉及一种治疗外感咳嗽的中药配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
咳嗽是指肺失宣降,肺气上逆,发出咳声,或咳吐痰液的一种肺系病证。中医认为,咳嗽是由外邪侵犯肺脏或者脏腑功能失调导致的肺失宣降,肺气上逆所致，且明代医家张景岳在《景岳全书》中，首次把咳嗽归纳为外感、内伤两大类。从现代医学理论上讲，咳嗽是机体的一中防御机制，有利于清除呼吸道分泌物和有害物质，阻止呼吸道感染的扩散，现代医学研究中证实在咳嗽的证候类型中又以外感咳嗽最为常见。
随着社会城市化、科技化、人性化的发展，医疗保健行业得到了蓬勃的发展，越来越多的消费者注重自身的健康，咳嗽形成的主要病理特点是肺失宣降。风热型咳嗽是由机体感受风热之邪，肺失清肃所致的咳嗽。临床可见咳嗽，干咳无痰或痰黄稠，或发热，汗出恶风，口干咽痛，鼻流黄涕，舌红苔薄黄，脉浮数等，以夏秋较多见。治宜疏风清热，宣肺止咳。中药治疗历史已经很久，由于中药独有的用药安全性和治疗效果好而受到患者的欢迎，随之而来的是中药使用量的增加，而随着人性化理念的普及，研究一种治疗咳嗽的中药及其制备方法是非常必要的。
目前治疗咳嗽的药物，主要采用西药，如：可待因、咳美芬、咳必清等，长期应用可能引起成瘾、头晕恶心、便秘等副作用，而以中药材为原料的药可以很好的避免这些毒副作用。
本发明用于治疗外感咳嗽的中药配方，针对外感咳嗽病因病机，健脾祛湿、宣肺平喘、止咳化痰。外感咳嗽多因气候突变，冷热无常，外邪内侵，首先犯肺，导致肺气壅遏，清肃失常。治疗外感咳嗽首先宣肺、清肃，使邪有出路，使客邪易散，肺气安宁，则咳止。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有治疗咳嗽的西药有副作用、容易产生药物依赖性和耐受性以及治标不治本的问题，提供一种治疗外感咳嗽的中药配方及其制备方法。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明制成该药物有效成分的原料组成及其重量配比为：半夏10g，陈皮10g，茯苓12g，杏仁10g，桔梗12g，紫苑10g，枇杷叶12g，浙贝母15g，前胡10g，炙甘草6g。
本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：将原料混合入砂锅内，加水适量泡60分钟；先武火煎沸，再以文火煎30分钟，滤出药液，药渣内加热水适量再煎30分钟，再滤出药液，2次药液混合。每日1剂，早晚温服。
发明用于治疗外感咳嗽的中药配方，选择天然药物，针对外感咳嗽病因病机，各味药材各具其效，互相协调，杏仁降气祛痰，宣肺平喘，润肠通便；浙贝母清润化痰止咳；桔梗宣开肺气，祛痰利气；前胡宣肺散风清热，降气化痰；紫苑润肺下气，开肺郁，化痰而止咳；陈皮健脾燥湿，导滞化痰，止咳平喘；半夏燥湿化痰，降逆止呕；茯苓健脾渗湿；炙枇杷叶清肺润燥，化痰止咳，下气平喘；炙甘草调和诸药，润肺祛痰止咳。诸药配伍，宣降相辅，共畅气机，从而达到宣肺化痰、降逆止咳之目的。
具体实施方式
实施例1：一种治疗外感咳嗽的中药配方，按重量份数包括以下中药成分：半夏10g，陈皮10g，茯苓12g，杏仁10g，桔梗12g，紫苑10g，枇杷叶12g，浙贝母15g，前胡10g，炙甘草6g。
实施例2：如果患者咳白色泡沫样痰，容易咳出，在上述组分中加细辛12g，干姜12g，白芥子10g。
实施例3：如果患者痰黏难咳，不易咳出，在上述组分中加天竺黄10g，海浮石12g。
实施例4：如果患者腹胀便溏，在上述组分中加党参12g，白术12g。
实施例5：如果患者痰多胸痞、食欲不振，在上述组分中加苏梗15g，白豆蔻15g，砂仁10g，炒莱菔子12g。
实施例6：如果患者咳甚，不能平卧，在上述组分中加款冬花12g，降香12g。
将原料混合入砂锅内，加水适量泡60分钟；先武火煎沸，再以文火煎30分钟，滤出药液，药渣内加热水适量再煎30分钟，再滤出药液，2次药液混合。每日1剂，早晚温服。
以下通过实用例来阐明本发明所述用于外感咳嗽的中药配方的临床治疗效果。
1、临床资料
临床观察300例病人均有明显临床症状，并经临床医师确诊，其中年龄最大72岁，最小8岁，病程最长3年，最短7天。
2、疗效标准
治愈：咳嗽基本消失，功能恢复正常；
显效：症状明显好转，咳嗽明显减少；
好转：症状减轻，咳嗽减少；
无效：用药前后症状无改变。
3、治疗结果
300例患者中，283例治愈，好转13例，未愈4例，总有效率为98.7％。
典型案例：
王某，女，56岁。以“间断咳嗽、咳痰1年余，加重半月”为主诉就诊。一年期受风寒致咳嗽、咳痰，经治疗好转，此后每遇风寒即咳，时轻时重。半月前受寒咳嗽，咳痰不爽，色白黏腻，时闷喘，咳甚时，夜不能平卧，食少纳呆，舌质淡，舌苔白，脉濡滑。以健脾祛湿，宣肺平喘，止咳化痰为治疗基本，服用本发明配方3剂，每日1剂。二诊：咳嗽、咳痰、闷喘稍轻，脉滑，舌苔薄白，继服6剂。三诊：闷喘止，咳嗽基本消失，时吐白痰，食增，脉舌同上，继服6剂。四诊：咳嗽闷喘、吐痰均已止，阴天渐寒，怕反复，巩固疗效，继服6剂。随访1年后，诉咳嗽再未复发。

1.一种治疗外感咳嗽的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方按重量份数包括以下中药成分：半夏10g，陈皮10g，茯苓12g，杏仁10g，桔梗12g，紫苑10g，枇杷叶12g，浙贝母15g，前胡10g，炙甘草6g。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗外感咳嗽的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括细辛12g，干姜12g，白芥子10g。
3.如权利要求1所述的治疗外感咳嗽的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括天竺黄10g，海浮石12g。
4.如权利要求1所述的治疗外感咳嗽的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括党参12g，白术12g。
5.如权利要求1所述的治疗外感咳嗽的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括苏梗15g，白豆蔻15g，砂仁10g，炒莱菔子12g。
6.如权利要求1所述的治疗外感咳嗽的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括款冬花12g，降香12g。
7.如权利要求1所述的治疗外感咳嗽的中药配方的制备方法，其特征在于：将原料混合入砂锅内，加水适量泡60分钟；先武火煎沸，再以文火煎30分钟，滤出药液，药渣内加热水适量再煎30分钟，再滤出药液，2次药液混合，每日1剂，早晚温服。
