目前存在一种确定终端漫游状态的方法,终端首先获取其上的SIM(英文全称:Subscriber Identity Module,中文全称:客户识别模块)卡对应的MCC(英文全称:Mobile Country Code,中文全称:移动国家码)及终端网络对应的MCC,然后判断这两个MCC是否相同,若这两个MCC相同,则确定终端为非跨运营商漫游;若这两个MCC不相同,则进一步判断SIM卡所在国家的MCC集合中,是否包含终端网络对应的MCC,若SIM卡所在国家的MCC集合中包含终端网络的MCC,则确定终端为跨运营商漫游;若SIM卡所在国家的MCC集合中不包含终端网络对应的MCC,则确定终端为国际漫游。
但是,MCC并不能全面反映终端的漫游状态,使用上述方案对终端的漫游状态进行判断的结果可能不准确。

在本发明实施例提供的确定终端漫游状态的方法、装置、终端及服务器中,终端获取其上的SIM卡对应的MCC、MNC,以及当前所在终端网络对应的MCC、MNC,并根据国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者的对应关系确定终端的漫游状态。相比于现有技术中只使用MCC进行漫游状态判断而导致判断结果不够准确,本发明实施例提供的方法等由于综合考虑SIM卡与终 端网络各自对应的MCC、MNC,以及国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者的对应关系等因素,这些因素能够全面地反映不同漫游状态的特征,因此能够提高判断终端漫游状态的准确度。

具体实施方式
在下述实施例中,国际漫游是指终端(及其上的SIM卡)离开归属地范围并通过归属地范围外的运营商接入网络并进行通信。跨运营商漫游是指终端在归属地范围内通过所属运营商之外的其他运营商接入网络并进行通信。 非跨运营商漫游是指终端在归属地范围内通过所属运营商接入网络并进行通信。
发明人对现有技术进行分析后发现,当通过SIM卡对应的MCC及终端网络对应的MCC确定终端漫游状态时,由于不同的运营商可以对应相同的MCC,同一运营商也可以对应多个不同的MCC,即运营商与MCC之间并非一一对应的关系,因此仅通过SIM卡对应的MCC及终端网络对应的MCC,无法确定SIM卡签约的运营商及终端网络归属的运营商,从而导致对终端的漫游状态的判断精准度较低。
例如,当通过SIM卡对应的MCC及终端网络对应的MCC确定终端漫游状态时,由于不同的运营商可以对应相同的MCC,因此当SIM卡对应的MCC与终端网络对应的MCC相同时,存在终端为跨运营商漫游的情况;并且,由于同一运营商可以对应多个不同的MCC,因此当SIM卡对应的MCC与终端网络对应的MCC不相等时,存在终端为非跨运营商漫游的情况。
为解决现有技术的问题,发明人提出了一种确定终端漫游状态的方法,该方法包括:终端获取终端上的客户识别模块SIM卡对应的移动国家码MCC与移动网络码MNC,以及终端当前接入的终端网络对应的MCC与MNC;然后,终端根据所述SIM卡对应的MCC与MNC,所述终端网络对应的MCC与MNC,以及国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者的对应关系,确定终端的漫游状态。相比于现有技术中只使用MCC进行漫游状态判断而导致判断结果不够准确,上述方法中由于综合考虑SIM卡与终端网络各自对应的MCC、MNC,以及国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者的对应关系等因素,这些因素能够全面地反映不同漫游状态的特征,因此能够提高判断终端漫游状态的准确度。
对于终端而言,在确定自身的漫游状态时,可以选择云端计算终端漫游状态的模式或者本地计算终端漫游状态的模式。云端计算终端漫游状态的模式是指,云端的服务器接收终端发送的SIM卡对应的MCC与MNC以及终端 当前接入的终端网络对应的MCC与MNC,并根据服务器自身保存的国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者之间的对应关系,计算该终端的漫游状态并将所计算的漫游状态发送给该终端的模式。与之相对地,本地计算终端漫游状态的模式是指,终端获取到SIM卡对应的MCC与MNC以及终端当前接入的终端网络对应的MCC与MNC后,根据自身保存的国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者之间的对应关系,计算自身的漫游状态的模式。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,区分云端计算终端漫游状态的模式或者本地计算终端漫游状态的模式,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一
实施例一提供一种确定终端漫游状态的方法。该方法可由终端执行,更具体地,可由预置了框架Framework接口模块的终端来执行,Framework接口模块可被应用层上的业务模块(即执行具体业务的模块)调用从而确定终端漫游状态。如图1所示,所述方法包括:
S11、终端获取其上的客户识别模块SIM卡对应的移动国家码MCC与移动网络码MNC,以及终端当前接入的终端网络对应的MCC与MNC。
当获取终端漫游状态的需求被触发时,例如终端在开启漫游状态检测功能的情况下执行某项业务触发请求漫游状态时,为了确定终端的漫游状态,可先获取终端的归属地与所属的运营商信息。例如,为了确定终端开户时所在的国家或地区,终端可获取其上的SIM卡对应的MCC;为了确定为终端开户的通信运营商,可获取终端上的SIM卡对应的MNC。具体地,由于SIM卡对应的MCC与MNC记录于该SIM卡中,因此Framework接口模块可从SIM卡直接读取MCC与MNC。此外,还要获取终端当前接入的网络,即终端网络所在的国家或地区,以及运营该终端网络的运营商的信息,终端获取 该终端网络对应的MCC与MNC。具体地,在通过终端网路接入的过程中,终端可通过移动网络模块与网络侧进行交互从而确定终端网络对应的MCC与MNC,由此,Framework接口模块获取终端网络对应的MCC与MNC。
举例而言,以终端在美国某通信运营商开户,并漫游到中国某运营商运营的终端网络为例,终端获取其上的SIM卡的对应MCC为可能310,MNC可能为066,并获取终端网络对应的MCC可能为460,MNC可能为00。
S12、在云端计算终端漫游状态的模式下,终端向服务器发送终端漫游状态请求信息,所述终端漫游状态请求信息携带有SIM卡对应的MCC与MNC,以及终端网络对应的MCC与MNC。
终端的漫游状态可由云端进行计算,也可由终端在本地进行计算。其中,终端可根据业务需求的不同自行选择云端计算模式或本地计算模式,例如当业务对终端漫游状态的准确度级别要求较高时,例如涉及到通信资费的短信、语音等业务应用场合,终端可选择云端计算模式;当业务对终端漫游状态的准确度级别要求不高时,例如不涉及到通信资费,用户只是单纯想获知漫游状态的场合,终端可选择本地计算模式。或者,根据当前网络的状态进行计算模式的选择,例如终端处于离线状态时选择本地计算模式,当终端处于在线状态时选择云端计算模式。或者,也可预先设定计算模式,例如预先开启或关闭云端计算模式。本实施例用于对云端计算终端漫游状态的模式进行说明。
在终端根据步骤S11分别获取两组MCC与MNC后,为了请求终端自身的漫游状态,终端向服务器发送终端漫游状态请求信息,该终端漫游状态请求信息用于请求服务器根据国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者的对应关系,确定终端的漫游状态,其中,终端漫游状态请求信息为基于Framework接口模块而自定义的底层消息(相对于应用程序所在的应用层),应携带有SIM卡对应的MCC与MNC,以及终端网络对应的MCC与MNC,以使得服务器根据终端漫游状态请求信息计算终端的漫游状态。
在服务器侧,服务器进行逻辑运算时需要使用到国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者之间的对应关系。其中,国家代码(或国家编码)是一组用来代表国家或地区的地理代码。国家代码是由字母或数字组成的短字串,方便用于进行数据处理和通讯,例如中国的国家代码是CN,美国的国家代码是US。一个国家代码可能对应多个MCC,例如,US可对应310、311。运营商即终端网络的通信运营商,中国的运营商包括中国、中国联通、中国电信,美国的运营商包括美国电话电报公司(AT&T Mobility)、美国蜂窝(U.S.Cellular)等。一个运营商也可能对应多个MNC,例如,美国电话电报公司对应090、410。国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者之间的对应关系例如是指CN、460、00与中国移动四者之间的对应关系,或者US、310、090与美国电话电报公司四者之间的对应关系。
服务器可根据国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者的对应关系,以及终端漫游状态请求信息计算该终端的漫游状态,具体的计算方式将在下述实施例中说明。
S13、终端接收服务器发送的终端漫游状态应答信息,所述终端漫游状态应答信息中携带有终端的漫游状态。
服务器根据接收到的终端漫游状态请求信息进行计算,确定终端的漫游状态之后,通过漫游状态应答信息将计算得到的该终端的漫游状态发送给该终端,其中,终端漫游状态应答信息为服务器对终端发送的终端漫游状态请求信息的响应,这样,终端能够确定自身的漫游状态,并根据漫游状态进行相应的处理,例如,终端显示当前的漫游状态,提醒用户注意使用业务有可能会产生漫游资费等。其中,与终端漫游状态请求信息相对应,终端漫游状态应答信息同样属于基于Framework接口模块而自定义的底层消息。
由以上可见,在实施例一提供的确定终端漫游状态的方法中,终端获取其上的SIM卡对应的MCC、MNC,以及当前所在终端网络对应的MCC、MNC,并通过终端漫游状态请求信息将上述信息发送给服务器,由于服务器存储有 完整、全面、最新的国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者的对应关系,因此,服务器能够据此计算出准确的漫游状态。相比于现有技术中只使用MCC进行漫游状态判断而导致判断结果不够准确,本发明实施一提供的方法由于综合考虑SIM卡与终端网络各自对应的MCC、MNC,以及国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者的对应关系等因素,这些因素能够全面地反映不同漫游状态的特征,因此能够提高判断终端漫游状态的准确度。
此外,在现有技术中,例如安卓Android系统手机等终端的标准API(英文全称:Application Programming Interface,中文全称:应用程序编程接口)并没有提供标准接口可供业务模块来调用从而直接判断终端的漫游状态。而且,SIM卡的MCC,终端网络的MCC属于底层配置信息,在以往的技术中,开发者在开发某一具体的应用时,需要设计该应用为能够从终端管理模块获取这些MCC信息,以及这些MCC信息与终端的漫游行为之间的关系。这对于应用层上的开发者而言是较为复杂的。然而,本发明涉及的Framework接口模块是在操作系统底层进行的改进,Framework接口模块作为业务模块获取终端漫游状态的标准接口模块,即使是不了解操作系统底层的应用层开发者也能通过调用该标准接口模块来获取终端的漫游状态,因此能够化简应用层开发者的开发工作,使得获取终端漫游状态这一业务变得容易嵌入其他业务。
实施例二
实施例二用于说明云端计算模式下由服务器或本地计算模式下由终端对终端的漫游状态进行计算的具体方式。由于进行计算的具体方式相同,在此以本地计算模式为例进行说明。
在本地计算终端漫游状态的模式下,在上述终端获取其上的SIM卡对应的MCC与MNC,以及终端当前接入的终端网络对应的MCC与MNC的步骤S11后,终端可具体根据国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者之间的对应关系,SIM卡对应的MCC与MNC,以及终端网络对应的MCC与MNC,确定自身的漫游状态。例如,终端从数据存储中读取最新的上述对应关系,部分 对应关系的格式如下表所示:

然后,终端可根据其上的SIM卡对应的MCC与MNC,以及终端网络对应的MCC与MNC,按照国家代码不同则属于国际漫游,国家代码相同但运营商不同则属于跨运营商漫游,以及国家代码相同且运营商相同则属于非跨运营商漫游这三个判断条件,在上述对应关系上进行对比,从而确定终端自身的漫游状态。
更具体地,提供如下的判断方法,在该方法中,设定终端在美国通信运营商美国蜂窝(英文:U.S.Cellular)开户注册,终端其上的SIM卡对应的MCC为310,MNC为066。如图2所示,该方法具体包括:
S21、终端根据国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者之间的对应关系,以及SIM卡对应的MCC,确定SIM卡对应的归属地国家代码,并确定该归属地国家代码对应的MCC集合。
在此步骤中,终端获取其上的SIM卡的MCC为310。通过查询表一(第6-8行)可知,MCC为310的SIM卡对应的归属地国家代码为US,即可确定终端开户时所在的国家或地区为美国US。根据SIM卡对应的的归属地国家代 码US,可确定一个包含第6-9行(序号为6-9)的集合,其中,归属地国家代码US与MCC 310、311对应,该集合即为归属地国家代码US对应的MCC集合。除了该集合外,也可以确定一个国家代码不为US的集合,即包含第1-5行的集合。虽然表中只示出了归属地国家代码为US的对应关系为4行,但是归属地国家代码US对应的MCC集合还包括归属地国家代码为US所对应的其他对应关系。虽然表中只示出了US与CN两个国家代码,但是对应关系中可包括其他的国家代码,例如JP(日本)、KR(韩国)等。
S22、当终端网络对应的MCC不属于归属地国家代码对应的MCC集合时,确定终端自身处于国际漫游状态。
在此步骤中,假设终端从美国漫游至中国并接入到中国某运营商运营的终端网络,终端当前接入的终端网络对应的MCC为460,由于MCC 460不属于根据步骤S21中确定的归属地国家代码US对应的MCC集合(表一中的第6-9行),因此,判断终端自身处于国际漫游状态。当然,还可以先根据MCC 460确定国家代码为CN,由于国家代码为CN而不为US,从而判断终端自身处于国际漫游状态。
S23、终端根据国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者之间的对应关系,以及SIM卡对应的MNC,确定SIM卡所属的归属地运营商,并确定该归属地运营商对应的MNC集合。
在此步骤中,终端获取其上的SIM卡对应的MNC为066。通过查询表一(第8行)可知,MNC为066的SIM卡所属的归属地运营商为美国蜂窝,即可确定为终端的SIM卡开户注册的运营商为美国蜂窝。根据SIM卡所属的归属地运营商美国蜂窝,可确定一个包含第8-9行的集合,其中,归属地运营商美国蜂窝与MNC 066、220对应,该集合即为归属地运营商美国蜂窝对应的MNC集合。
S24、当终端网络对应的MCC属于上述归属地国家代码对应的MCC集合,且该终端网络对应的MNC不属于该归属地运营商对应的MNC集合时, 确定终端自身处于跨运营商漫游状态。
在此步骤中,假设终端还在美国范围内,终端当前接入的终端网络对应的MCC为310,并假设终端进行跨运营商漫游,终端当前接入的终端网络对应的MNC为090。由于MCC 310属于根据步骤S21中确定的归属地国家代码US对应的MCC集合(表一中的第6-9行),且MNC 090不属于根据步骤S23中确定的归属地运营商美国蜂窝对应的MNC集合(表一中的第8-9行),因此,判断终端自身处于跨运营商漫游状态。当然,在判断终端并不处于国际漫游状态后,还可以根据MNC 090确定运营商为美国电话电报公司(英文名称:AT&T Mobility),由于运营商为美国电话电报公司而不为美国蜂窝,从而判断终端自身处于跨运营商漫游状态。
S25、当终端网络对应的MCC属于该归属地国家代码对应的MCC集合,且终端网络对应的MNC属于该归属地运营商对应的MNC集合时,确定该终端自身处于非跨运营商漫游状态。
在此步骤中,假设终端还在美国范围内,终端当前接入的终端网络对应的MCC为310或311。此外,终端当前接入的终端网络对应的MNC为066或220。由于MCC 310或MCC 311属于根据步骤S21中确定的归属地国家代码US对应的MCC集合(表一中的第6-9行),且MNC 066或MNC 220属于根据步骤S23中确定的归属地运营商美国蜂窝对应的MNC集合(表一中的第8-9行),因此,判断终端自身处于非跨运营商漫游状态。当然,在判断终端并不处于国际漫游状态后,还可以根据MNC 066或MNC 220确定运营商为美国蜂窝,由于为运营商开户注册的运营商正是美国蜂窝,因此判断终端自身处于非跨运营商漫游状态。
在实施例二中,由于在云端计算模式下,服务器存储有完整、全面、最新的国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者之间的对应关系,或者在本地计算模式下,终端也存储有完整、全面、相对较新的上述对应关系,而且,在进行漫游状态计算时,综合考虑了SIM卡与终端网络各自对应的MCC、MNC, 以及上述对应关系等因素,这些因素能够全面地反映不同漫游状态的特征,并且,该实施例采用了根据集合确定终端漫游状态的方式,集合之间不存在交集,因此能够提高判断终端漫游状态的准确度。此外,由于集合能够通过简单的算法确定,因此判断终端漫游状态变得容易。
如图2B所示,除了上述的计算方式之外,在实施例二的一变形实施例中,还可以根据终端上的SIM卡对应的MCC与MNC,以及国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者之间的对应关系,先计算出三个用于判断终端的漫游状态的集合:国际漫游集合、跨运营商漫游集合、非跨运营商漫游集合。然后再判断终端网络的MCC、MNC属于上述三个集合中的哪一个,在终端网络的MCC、MNC属于上述三个集合中的某一个时,确定终端的漫游状态为该集合对应的漫游状态。
在该实施例中,仍设定终端在美国通信运营商美国蜂窝(英文:U.S.Cellular)开户注册,终端其上的SIM卡对应的MCC为310,MNC为066。以下参照表一进行说明。
具体地,根据SIM卡对应的MCC为310,确定SIM卡对应的归属地国家代码为US,并将国家代码不为US的对应关系(表一中的第1-5行)作为国际漫游集合。若终端网络对应的MCC、MNC属于该集合,例如MCC为460,MNC为00,则判断终端的漫游状态为国际漫游状态。
根据SIM卡对应的MNC为066,确定SIM卡对应的归属地运营商为美国蜂窝,并将国家代码不为US且运营商不为美国蜂窝的对应关系(表一中的第6-7行)作为跨运营商漫游集合。若终端网络对应的MCC、MNC属于该集合,例如MCC为310,MNC为090,则判断终端的漫游状态为跨运营商漫游状态。
根据SIM卡对应的MNC为066,确定SIM卡对应的归属地运营商为美国蜂窝,并将国家代码不为US且运营商为美国蜂窝的对应关系(表一中的第8-9行)作为非跨运营商漫游集合。若终端网络对应的MCC、MNC属于该集 合,例如MCC为311,MNC为220,则判断终端的漫游状态为非跨运营商漫游状态。
需要说明的是,在实施例二及其变形实施例中,三个集合的确定顺序及其对应的漫游状态的判断顺序并不是一定的,是否需要计算全部三个集合也不是一定的,实施者可以根据实际需求自由选择。
实施例三
本实施例用于说明在本地计算终端漫游状态的模式下,为了保证终端离线判断漫游状态的准确度所做的进一步改进。相对于云端计算终端漫游状态的模式,本地计算终端漫游状态的模式主要应用于对终端的漫游状态判断准确度要求相对不高的业务应用场合,例如用户只是单纯地想获知漫游状态这样的不涉及到通信资费的业务。虽然判断结果不如云端计算终端漫游状态的模式高,但是由于离线判断,终端判断漫游状态更加快捷,在业务应用对终端的漫游状态判断准确度要求相对不高的场合,既能满足用户的需求又能节省流量。由于终端在进行离线判断时使用自身保存的国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者之间的对应关系,为了保证该对应关系相对完整、全面、足够新,本实施例提供了更新国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者之间的对应关系的流程。在本实施例涉及的确定终端漫游状态的系统中,除了终端与服务器,还包括推送PUSH服务器,其中,PUSH服务器也可通过设置在终端上的功能模块实现。如实施例一所述,本实施例中终端所执行的动作更具体地是由其上的Framework接口模块执行。如图3所示,确定终端漫游状态的方法还包括:
S31、Framework接口模块接收服务器经由PUSH服务器发送的数据刷新指令。
其中,该数据刷新指令由服务器在自身保存的国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者之间的对应关系发生变更时发送。具体地,服务器可周期性地监视自身保存的所述对应关系,以确定所述对应关系是否发生变更,例如是否 存在国家代码、MCC、MNC、运营商的增加、减少或替换等,在确定所述对应关系发生变更时,向PUSH服务器发送数据刷新指令。(在所述对应关系未发生变更时,服务器也向PUSH服务器发送相应的指令,以告知PUSH服务器当前对应关系未发生变更)PUSH服务器利用PUSH机制(即,只有在接收到的指令为服务器发送的数据刷新指令,才向终端推送该数据刷新指令,若为其他指令则不推送),向终端推送该数据请求指令,终端上的Framework接口模块从而接收该数据请求指令。
S32、Framework接口模块根据数据刷新指令向服务器发送数据请求指令。
在接收到PUSH服务器推送的数据刷新指令之后,Framework接口模块确定服务器保存的对应关系发生了变更,自身保存的对应关系也应随之变更,因此,Framework接口模块向服务器发送数据请求指令。
S33、Framework接口模块接收服务器根据数据请求指令发送的变更后的对应关系,并更新终端保存的对应关系。
在接收到Framework接口模块发送的数据请求指令之后,服务器读取自身保存的变更后的对应关系,并将该对应关系发送给Framework接口模块,这样,Framework接口模块接收到该对应关系后,并终端保存的对应关系更新为该变更后的对应关系。
根据实施三提供的方法,由于增加了对应关系的变更机制,使得进行离线判断的终端能够依据相对较新的对应关系,因此能够提高离线计算漫游状态的准确度。而且,相比于终端自发请求的方式,本实施例采用的服务器下发指令、PUSH服务器推送指令、终端响应指令的方式,由于只在确定服务器存储的对应关系发生改变时终端才进行下载、更新,因此能够避免终端重复下载(前后两次下载的对应关系之间并未没有变更)所造成的资源浪费。
实施例四
本实施例用于说明终端的Framework接口模块,Framework接口模块属于底层的功能模块,处于应用层上的业务模块能够调用Framework接口模块 来获取终端的漫游状态。
业务模块执行某项业务调用Framework接口模块提供的接口函数,该接口函数可包含的请求参数有业务所选择的处理模式,即云端计算终端漫游状态的模式或本地计算终端漫游状态的模式。此外,接口函数还可包含:SIM卡对应的MCC、MNC,终端网络对应的MCC、MNC。业务模块将接口函数传递给Framework接口模块,Framework接口模块接收该接口函数,对该接口函数进行逻辑处理。具体的逻辑处理流程如下:
S41、Framework接口模块判断请求参数是否包含SIM卡对应的MCC、MNC,终端网络对应的MCC、MNC。若未包含则进入S42,若包含则进入S43。
S42、Framework接口模块自动采集SIM卡对应的MCC、MNC,终端网络对应的MCC、MNC。具体的采集方式请参照上述实施例一。
S43、Framework接口模块采集终端时间戳,并根据SIM卡对应的MCC、MNC,终端网络对应的MCC、MNC及终端时间戳,来进行摘要计算。
在S43,进行摘要计算的作用是防止MCC、MNC等数据传输过程中被恶意篡改,从而保证数据传输安全。例如:

  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定单元具体用于:
    根据所述终端国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者之间的对应关系,以及所述SIM卡对应的MCC,确定所述SIM卡对应的归属地国家代码,并确定所述归属地国家代码对应的MCC集合;
    当所述终端网络对应的MCC不属于所述归属地国家代码对应的MCC集合时,确定所述终端处于国际漫游状态;
    根据所述终端国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者之间的对应关系,以及所述SIM卡对应的MNC,确定所述SIM卡所属的归属地运营商,并确定所述归属地运营商对应的MNC集合;
    当所述终端网络对应的MCC属于所述归属地国家代码对应的MCC集合,且所述终端网络对应的MNC不属于所述归属地运营商对应的MNC集合时,确定所述终端处于跨运营商漫游状态;
    当所述终端网络对应的MCC属于所述归属地国家代码对应的MCC集合,且所述终端网络对应的MNC属于所述归属地运营商对应的MNC集合时,确定所述终端处于非跨运营商漫游状态。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述获取单元还用于:在服务器保存的国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者之间的对应关系发生变更时,接收所述服务器经由推送PUSH服务器发送的数据刷新指令,所述数据刷新指令是触发所述终端刷新自身保存的国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者之间的对应关系的触发指令;
    所述装置还包括发送单元,用于:根据所述数据刷新指令向所述服务器发送数据请求指令;
    所述获取单元还用于:接收所述服务器根据所述数据请求指令发送的变更后的所述对应关系;
    所述装置还包括更新单元,用于更新所述终端保存的所述对应关系。
  11. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器,用于获取所述终端的客户识别模块SIM卡对应的移动国家码MCC与移动网络码MNC,以及所述终端当前接入的终端网络对应的MCC与MNC;
    所述处理器还用于根据获取的所述SIM卡对应的MCC与MNC,所述终端网络对应的MCC与MNC,以及国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者的对应关系,确定所述终端的漫游状态。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的终端,其特征在于,
    在云端计算终端漫游状态的模式下,所述终端还包括:
    发送器,用于向服务器发送终端漫游状态请求信息,所述终端漫游状态请求信息携带有所述处理器获取的所述SIM卡对应的MCC与MNC,以及所述终端网络对应的MCC与MNC;所述终端漫游状态请求信息用于请求所述服务器根据国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者的对应关系,确定所述终端的漫游状态;
    接收器,用于接收所述服务器发送的终端漫游状态应答信息,所述终端漫游状态应答信息中携带有所述终端的漫游状态;所述终端漫游状态应答信息为所述服务器对所述终端发送的终端漫游状态请求信息的响应。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的终端,其特征在于,
    在本地计算终端漫游状态的模式下,所述处理器具体用于:根据所述终端国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者之间的对应关系,所述SIM卡对应的MCC与MNC,以及所述终端网络对应的MCC与MNC,确定所述终端的漫游状态。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器具体用于:
    根据所述终端国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者之间的对应关系,以及所述SIM卡对应的MCC,确定所述SIM卡对应的归属地国家代码,并确定所述归属地国家代码对应的MCC集合;
    当所述终端网络对应的MCC不属于所述归属地国家代码对应的MCC集合时,确定所述终端处于国际漫游状态;
    根据所述终端国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者之间的对应关系,以及所述SIM卡对应的MNC,确定所述SIM卡所属的归属地运营商,并确定所述归属地运营商对应的MNC集合;
    当所述终端网络对应的MCC属于所述归属地国家代码对应的MCC集合,且所述终端网络对应的MNC不属于所述归属地运营商对应的MNC集合时,确定所述终端处于跨运营商漫游状态;
    当所述终端网络对应的MCC属于所述归属地国家代码对应的MCC集合, 且所述终端网络对应的MNC属于所述归属地运营商对应的MNC集合时,确定所述终端处于非跨运营商漫游状态。
  15. 根据权利要求13或14所述的终端,其特征在于,所述终端还包括:
    接收器,用于在服务器保存的国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者之间的对应关系发生变更时,接收所述服务器经由推送PUSH服务器发送的数据刷新指令,所述数据刷新指令是触发所述终端刷新自身保存的国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者之间的对应关系的触发指令;
    发送器,用于根据所述数据刷新指令向所述服务器发送数据请求指令;
    所述接收器还用于:接收所述服务器根据所述数据请求指令发送的变更后的所述对应关系;
    所述处理器还用于:更新所述终端保存的所述对应关系。
  16. 一种确定终端漫游状态的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    服务器接收终端发送的终端漫游状态请求信息,所述终端漫游状态请求信息携带有所述终端上的客户识别模块SIM卡对应的移动国家码MCC与移动网络码MNC,以及所述终端当前接入的终端网络的MCC与MNC;
    所述服务器根据国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者的对应关系,以及所述终端漫游状态请求信息,确定所述终端的漫游状态;
    所述服务器将携带有所述终端的漫游状态的终端漫游状态应答信息发送给所述终端;所述终端漫游状态应答信息为所述服务器对所述终端发送的终端漫游状态请求信息的响应。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务器根据国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者的对应关系,以及所述终端漫游状态请求信息,确定所述终端的漫游状态的步骤具体包括:
    所述服务器根据国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者之间的对应关系,以及所述终端漫游状态请求信息携带的所述SIM卡对应的MCC,确定所述SIM卡对应的归属地国家代码,并确定所述归属地国家代码对应的MCC集合;
    当所述终端网络对应的MCC不属于所述归属地国家代码对应的MCC集合时,所述服务器确定所述终端处于国际漫游状态;
    所述服务器根据国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者之间的对应关系,以及所述SIM卡对应的MNC,确定所述SIM卡所属的归属地运营商,并确定所述归属地运营商对应的MNC集合;
    当所述终端网络对应的MCC属于所述归属地国家代码对应的MCC集合,且所述终端网络对应的MNC不属于所述归属地运营商对应的MNC集合时,所述服务器确定所述终端处于跨运营商漫游状态;
    当所述终端网络对应的MCC属于所述归属地国家代码对应的MCC集合,且所述终端网络对应的MNC属于所述归属地运营商对应的MNC集合时,所述服务器确定所述终端处于非跨运营商漫游状态。
  18. 根据权利要求16或17所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述终端处于本地计算终端漫游状态的模式下,所述方法还包括:
    在所述服务器保存的国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者之间的对应关系发生变更时,所述服务器经由推送PUSH服务器向所述终端发送数据刷新指令,所述数据刷新指令是触发所述终端刷新自身保存的国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者之间的对应关系的触发指令;
    所述服务器接收所述终端根据所述数据刷新指令发送的数据请求指令;
    所述服务器根据所述数据请求指令向所述终端发送变更后的所述对应关系,以使所述终端更新终端自身保存的所述对应关系。
  19. 一种确定终端漫游状态的装置,其特征在于,所述装置应用于服务器中,包括:
    接收单元,用于接收终端发送的终端漫游状态请求信息,所述终端漫游状态请求信息携带有所述终端上的客户识别模块SIM卡对应的移动国家码MCC与移动网络码MNC,以及所述终端当前接入的终端网络的MCC与MNC;
    确定单元,用于根据国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者的对应关系,以 及所述接收单元接收的所述终端漫游状态请求信息,确定所述终端的漫游状态;
    发送单元,用于将携带有所述确定单元确定的所述终端的漫游状态的终端漫游状态应答信息发送给所述终端;所述终端漫游状态应答信息为所述装置对所述终端发送的终端漫游状态请求信息的响应。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定单元具体用于:
    根据国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者之间的对应关系,以及所述终端漫游状态请求信息携带的所述SIM卡对应的MCC,确定所述SIM卡对应的归属地国家代码,并确定所述归属地国家代码对应的MCC集合;
    当所述终端网络对应的MCC不属于所述归属地国家代码对应的MCC集合时,确定所述终端处于国际漫游状态;
    根据国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者之间的对应关系,以及所述SIM卡对应的MNC,确定所述SIM卡所属的归属地运营商,并确定所述归属地运营商对应的MNC集合;
    当所述终端网络对应的MCC属于所述归属地国家代码对应的MCC集合,且所述终端网络对应的MNC不属于所述归属地运营商对应的MNC集合时,确定所述终端处于跨运营商漫游状态;
    当所述终端网络对应的MCC属于所述归属地国家代码对应的MCC集合,且所述终端网络对应的MNC属于所述归属地运营商对应的MNC集合时,确定所述终端处于非跨运营商漫游状态。
  21. 根据权利要求19或20所述的装置,其特征在于,在所述终端处于本地计算终端漫游状态的模式下,
    所述发送单元还用于:在所述服务器保存的国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者之间的对应关系发生变更时,经由推送PUSH服务器向所述终端发送数据刷新指令,所述数据刷新指令是触发所述终端刷新自身保存的国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者之间的对应关系的触发指令;
    所述接收单元还用于:接收所述终端根据所述数据刷新指令发送的数据请 求指令;
    所述发送单元还用于:根据所述数据请求指令向所述终端发送变更后的所述对应关系,以使所述终端更新终端自身保存的所述对应关系。
  22. 一种服务器,其特征在于,包括:
    接收器,用于接收终端发送的终端漫游状态请求信息,所述终端漫游状态请求信息携带有所述终端上的客户识别模块SIM卡对应的移动国家码MCC与移动网络码MNC,以及所述终端当前接入的终端网络的MCC与MNC;
    处理器,用于根据国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者的对应关系,以及所述接收器接收的所述终端漫游状态请求信息,确定所述终端的漫游状态;
    发送器,用于将携带有所述处理器确定的所述终端的漫游状态的终端漫游状态应答信息发送给所述终端;所述终端漫游状态应答信息为所述服务器对所述终端发送的终端漫游状态请求信息的响应。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述处理器具体用于:
    根据国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者之间的对应关系,以及所述终端漫游状态请求信息携带的所述SIM卡对应的MCC,确定所述SIM卡对应的归属地国家代码,并确定所述归属地国家代码对应的MCC集合;
    当所述终端网络对应的MCC不属于所述归属地国家代码对应的MCC集合时,确定所述终端处于国际漫游状态;
    根据国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者之间的对应关系,以及所述SIM卡对应的MNC,确定所述SIM卡所属的归属地运营商,并确定所述归属地运营商对应的MNC集合;
    当所述终端网络对应的MCC属于所述归属地国家代码对应的MCC集合,且所述终端网络对应的MNC不属于所述归属地运营商对应的MNC集合时,确定所述终端处于跨运营商漫游状态;
    当所述终端网络对应的MCC属于所述归属地国家代码对应的MCC集合,且所述终端网络对应的MNC属于所述归属地运营商对应的MNC集合时,确定 所述终端处于非跨运营商漫游状态。
  24. 根据权利要求22或23所述的服务器,其特征在于,在所述终端处于本地计算终端漫游状态的模式下,
    所述发送器还用于:在所述服务器保存的国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者之间的对应关系发生变更时,经由推送PUSH服务器向所述终端发送数据刷新指令,所述数据刷新指令是触发所述终端刷新自身保存的国家代码、MCC、MNC与运营商四者之间的对应关系的触发指令;
    所述接收器还用于:接收所述终端根据所述数据刷新指令发送的数据请求指令;
    所述发送器还用于:根据所述数据请求指令向所述终端发送变更后的所述对应关系,以使所述终端更新终端自身保存的所述对应关系。
