本发明实施例的有益效果是:
本发明实施例提供的拨号方法、装置及终端,在检测到拨号终端发起预设类型拨号时,例如发起紧急呼叫拨号等特殊类型的呼叫时,可获取拨号终端当前驻留网络的网络信息;进而根据获取的网络信息自动获取到该网络中与该预设类型拨号对应的呼叫号码;最后根据获取到的呼叫号码发起此次呼叫;因此,即使用户不知道当前所处地的紧急号码等,只要用户发起这些预设类型的拨号,即可为其自动查询到当地的紧急号码完成相应的呼叫。也即,通过本发明实施例提供的方案,当用户发起预设类型的呼叫时,可以自动、快速、准确的获取到相应的号码完成呼叫,避免用户不能快速、准确的获取到相应的号码而造成各种安全隐患,提升用户的体验。

下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例一:
请参见图1所示,本实施例提供的拨号方法包括:
步骤101:检测到拨号终端发起预设类型拨号时,获取该拨号终端当前驻留网络的网络信息;
步骤102:根据获取到的网络信息获取与上述预设类型拨号对应的呼叫号码;此时获取的呼叫号码则是拨号终端当前驻留网络所对应的号码;
步骤103:根据获取到的呼叫号码发起呼叫。
在本实施例中,预设类型拨号包括紧急呼叫拨号和/或查号拨号。应当理解的是,除了上述类型的拨号外,还可以根据实际应用场景选择其他类型的拨号,只要该拨号所用到的被叫号码具有上述两类拨号的被叫号码的相关特征即可,例如:甚至可以是各运用商固定的客户拨号,例如中国移动的10086或者中国电信的10000号等。
本实施例中,获取的网络信息具体也可根据实际应用场景选择,只要能根据获取的网络信息确定到对应的呼叫号码即可。下面以几种具体的应用场景为例进行示例性的说明。
例如,当拨号终端发起紧急呼叫拨号时,获取的网络信息包括拨号终端当前驻留网络的移动国家码值(MCC:Mobile Country Code);
此时,所述根据获取到的网络信息获取与紧急呼叫拨号对应的呼叫号码,包括:
从预设的移动国家码值与紧急呼叫号码对应列表中获取与该移动国家码值对应的紧急呼叫号码作为呼叫号码。
移动国家码(MCC),是根据国际电信组织的分配,每个国家的移动国家码是唯一,因此可以根据移动国家码确定拨号终端当前驻留的网络属于 哪个国家,而各个国家的紧急号码则都有明文公示,例如在中国,报警号码为110,急救号码为120,火警号码为119;而在美国,其针对中国的报警、急救以及火警等紧急呼叫场景,采用统一的紧急号码911。因此可以根据移动国家码确定拨号终端当前所驻留的国家,进而获取到该国家对应的紧急号码作为呼叫号码。对应的,本实施例中的移动国家码值与紧急呼叫号码对应列表中则存储有各国家的移动国家码值与该国家对应的紧急呼叫号码;还可进一步存储有各国家之间的紧急呼叫号码之间的对应关系,例如中国的紧急号码110、120和119则统一对应美国的紧急号码911。当在美国的用户发起110、120或119等紧急呼叫时,则可根据该对应关系自动映射到美国的911并完成911呼叫。
又例如,当拨号终端发起查号拨号时,获取的网络信息包括获取拨号终端当前驻留网络的移动国家码值和移动电话网号码值(MNC:Mobile Network Code);
此时,所述根据获取的网络信息获取与查号拨号对应的呼叫号码,包括:
根据获取到的移动国家码值和移动电话网号码值从预设的运营商与查询号码对应列表中获取对应的查询号码作为呼叫号码。
由于不同运营商的移动国家码和移动电话网号码不同,因此根据移动国家码和移动电话网号码可以确定拨号终端当前驻留的网络属于哪个运营商,而一般情况下一个运营商会对应设置有一个对应的查询号码,例如:中国联通对应的查询号码是114116;因此可以维护一个运营商与查询号码对应列表,该列表中包含各个运营商和对应的查询号码的对应关系,此处的运营商可以用移动国家码和移动电话网号码进行表征;同理,该列表中还可进一步包括各运营商之间的查询号码之间的对应关系。应当理解的是,如果有的运营商确实未设置对应的查询号码,则在该列表中针对该项设置 为空以表征该运营商未设置对应的查询号码。
应当理解的是,本实施例中的移动国家码值与紧急呼叫号码对应列表和/或运营商与查询号码对应列表可以设置在拨号终端本地的数据库中,也可以设置在网络侧的数据库中,通过网络通信进行访问;同时,还可设置这些列表可以在有变化时进行动态更新。
本实施例中,用户通过拨号终端发起拨号的方式可以是以下几种方式中的任意一种:
方式一:为了提升号码输入的准确性和号码输入的效率,可以在拨号终端上预设紧急呼叫菜单和查询号码菜单;预设的紧急呼叫菜单和查询号码菜单中包含对应的被叫号码。例如,针对中国的用户,设置第一类紧急呼叫的紧急号码是110;第二类紧急呼叫的紧急号码是120,第三类紧急呼叫的紧急号码是119等;而针对查询号码菜单,则可通过插入拨号终端的SIM卡的ICCID进行自动匹配,例如,当插入中国联通的SIM卡时,对应预置的查询号码就是114116。
在设置好上述菜单后,用户拨号时,可以直接通过相应的菜单进行拨号。
方式二:用户直接手动输入对应的紧急号码或查询号码完成拨号;
方式三:直接在拨号终端上预设用于发起紧急呼叫或查询呼叫的快捷菜单,此时通过该相应的快捷菜单发起的拨号请求中可不包含被叫号码。只要拨号终端能识别该拨号类型属于预设的紧急拨号或查询拨号即可。
针对上述方式一和方式二,检测拨号终端是否发起预设类型拨号时,可通过检测拨号终端发起的拨号请求中所包含的被叫号码是否是预设号码即可;而针对上述方式三,检测拨号终端是否发起预设类型拨号时,可通过检测拨号终端是否以预设的快捷菜单方式发起拨号即可。
在本实施例中,检测拨号终端是否发起预设类型拨号的过程为:通过 检测拨号终端发起的拨号请求中所包含的被叫号码是否是预设号码实现时,所述根据最终匹配到的呼叫号码发起呼叫包括:
直接向呼叫号码发起呼叫,此时则不管与拨号终端发起的拨号请求中的被叫号码是否一致,因为当前匹配出的号码必然是正确的号码;
或者,
判断呼叫号码与拨号终端发起的拨号请求中的被叫号码是否一致,如是,则直接向该拨号请求中的被叫号码发起呼叫;否则,通过上述对应关系进行映射,将匹配出的呼叫号码切换为被叫号码后发起呼叫。
本实施例中,检测拨号终端是否发起预设类型拨号的过程为:通过检测拨号终端是否以预设的快捷菜单方式发起呼叫时,所述根据最终匹配出的呼叫号码发起呼叫包括:直接向呼叫号码发起呼叫。
可见,通过本实施例提供的拨号方法,当用户发起预设类型的拨号时,可以自动为用户查询到当前所在地的对应的呼叫号码,并可在查询到的呼叫号码与用户所拨打的被叫号码不一致时,将被叫号码自动切换为查询到的呼叫号码完成呼叫。因此本实施例针对设定类型的拨号,可以自动快速、准确的匹配到对应自动、快速、准确的获取到相应的号码完成呼叫,避免用户不能快速、准确的获取到相应的号码而造成各种安全隐患,提升用户的体验。
实施例二:
本实施例提供了一种拨号装置,请参见图2所示,包括检测模块201、信息获取模块202、号码获取模块203以及呼叫模块204;
检测模块201,配置为检测拨号终端是否发起预设类型拨号,并在检测结果为是时通知信息获取模块202;
信息获取模块202,配置为收到通知后,获取拨号终端当前驻留网络的网络信息;
号码获取模块203,配置为根据网络信息获取与上述预设类型拨号对应的呼叫号码;
呼叫模块204,配置为根据获取到的呼叫号码发起呼叫。
在实际应用时,所述检测模块201、信息获取模块202、号码获取模块203以及呼叫模块204可由中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)或可编程逻辑阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)实现。
在本实施例中,预设类型拨号包括:紧急呼叫拨号和/或查号拨号。应当理解的是,除了上述类型的拨号外,还可以根据实际应用场景选择其他类型的拨号,只要该拨号所用到的被叫号码具有上述两类拨号的被叫号码的相关特征即可。
本实施例中,获取的网络信息具体也可根据实际应用场景选择,只要能根据获取的网络信息确定到对应的呼叫号码即可。下面以几种具体的应用场景为例进行示例性的说明。
例如,本实施例中的信息获取模块202包括第一信息获取子模块,号码获取模块203包括第一号码获取子模块;
第一信息获取子模块,配置为在拨号终端发起紧急呼叫拨号时,获取网络的移动国家码值;
第一号码获取子模块,配置为从预设的国家码值与紧急呼叫号码对应列表中获取与该移动国家码值对应的紧急呼叫号码作为呼叫号码。
移动国家码(MCC),是根据国际电信组织的分配,每个国家的移动国家码是唯一,因此可以根据移动国家码确定拨号终端当前驻留的网络属于哪个国家,而各个国家的紧急号码则都有明文公示,例如在中国,报警号码为110,急救号码为120,火警号码为119;而在美国,其针对中国的报警、急救以及火警等紧急呼叫场景,采用统一的紧急号码911。因此可以根 据移动国家码确定拨号终端当前所驻留的国家,进而获取到该国家对应的紧急号码作为呼叫号码。对应的,本实施例中的移动国家码值与紧急呼叫号码对应列表中则存储有各国家的移动国家码值与该国家对应的紧急呼叫号码;还可进一步存储有各国家之间的紧急呼叫号码之间的对应关系,例如中国的紧急号码110、120和119则统一对应美国的紧急号码911。当在美国的用户发起110、120或119等紧急呼叫时,则可根据该对应关系自动映射到美国的911并完成911呼叫。
又例如,本实施例中的信息获取模块202包括第二信息获取子模块,号码获取模块203包括第二号码获取子模块;
第二信息获取子模块,配置为在拨号终端发起查号拨号时,获取网络的移动国家码值和移动电话网号码值;
第二号码获取子模块,配置为根据移动国家码值和移动电话网号码值从预设的运营商与查询号码对应列表中获取对应的查询号码作为呼叫号码。

应当理解的是,本实施例中的移动国家码值与紧急呼叫号码对应列表和/或运营商与查询号码对应列表可以设置在拨号终端本地的数据库中,也 可以设置在网络侧的数据库中,通过网络通信进行访问;同时,还可设置这些列表可以在有变化时进行动态更新。对应的,请参见图3所示,本实施例中的拨号装置还可包括列表维护模块205,以用户对移动国家码值与紧急呼叫号码对应列表和/或运营商与查询号码对应列表进行相应的维护。
本实施例中,用户通过拨号终端发起拨号的方式可以是以下几种方式中的任意一种:
方式一:为了提升号码输入的准确性和号码输入的效率,可以在拨号终端上预设紧急呼叫菜单和查询号码菜单;预设的紧急呼叫菜单和查询号码菜单中包含对应的被叫号码。例如,针对中国的用户,设置第一类紧急呼叫的紧急号码是110;第二类紧急呼叫的紧急号码是120,第三类紧急呼叫的紧急号码是119等;而针对查询号码菜单,则可通过插入拨号终端的SIM卡的ICCID进行自动匹配,例如当插入中国联通的SIM卡时,对应预置的查询号码就是114116。
在设置好上述菜单后,用户拨号时,可以直接通过相应的菜单进行拨号。
方式二:用户直接手动输入对应的紧急号码或查询号码完成拨号;
方式三:直接在拨号终端上预设用于发起紧急呼叫或查询呼叫的快捷菜单,此时通过该相应的快捷菜单发起的拨号请求中可不包含被叫号码。只要拨号终端能识别该拨号类型属于预设的紧急拨号或查询拨号即可。
针对上述方式一和方式二,检测拨号终端是否发起预设类型拨号时,可通过检测拨号终端发起的拨号请求中所包含的被叫号码是否是预设号码即可;而针对上述方式三,检测拨号终端是否发起预设类型拨号时,可通过检测拨号终端是否以预设的快捷菜单方式发起拨号即可。
对应的,本实施例中的检测模块包括:第一检测子模块或第二检测子模块;其中,
所述第一检测子模块,配置为检测拨号终端发起的拨号请求中所包含的被叫号码是否是预设号码以判断拨号终端是否发起预设类型拨号;
所述第二检测子模块,配置为检测拨号终端是否以预设的快捷菜单方式发起拨号以判断拨号终端是否发起预设类型拨号,此时的拨号请求中不包含被叫号码。
相应的,本实施例中的呼叫模块204包括第一呼叫子模块,或包括判断子模块、第二呼叫子模块和切换子模块,或包括第三呼叫子模块;
第一呼叫子模块,配置为在通过第一检测子模块判断拨号终端发起预设类型拨号时,直接向呼叫号码发起呼叫,此时则不管与拨号终端发起的拨号请求中的被叫号码是否一致,因为当前匹配出的号码必然是正确的号码;
判断子模块,配置为在通过第一检测子模块判断拨号终端发起预设类型拨号时,判断最终匹配出的呼叫号码与拨号请求中的被叫号码是否一致,如是,向第二呼叫子模块发送第一呼叫通知;否则,向切换子模块发送号码切换通知;切换子模块,配置为收到号码切换通知后,通过上述映射关系将呼叫号码切换为被叫号码后,向第二呼叫子模块发送第二呼叫通知;第二呼叫子模块,配置为在收到第一呼叫通知后,直接向被叫号码发起呼叫,以及配置为在收到第二呼叫通知后,向切换后的被叫号码发起呼叫;
第三呼叫子模块,配置为在通过第二检测子模块判断拨号终端发起预设类型拨号时,直接向呼叫号码发起呼叫。
实施例三:
本实施例提供了一种拨号终端,该拨号终端可以是各种通话终端(例如手机、具有通话功能的PAD等等),请参见图4所示,其包括存储器401和处理器402,存储器401,配置为存储至少一个程序模块,该程序模块可以包含实施例二中的拨号装置所包括的各功能模块;处理器402,配置为调 用存储器中的至少一个程序模块执行以下步骤:
检测到拨号终端发起预设类型拨号时,获取拨号终端当前驻留网络的网络信息;
根据获取到的网络信息获取与上述预设类型拨号对应的呼叫号码;
根据获取到的呼叫号码发起呼叫。
为了更好的理解本发明,下面以拨号终端为手机、以通过在手机中运行的软件模块实现上述实施例二提中提供的拨号装置为例,对本发明做进一步说明;请参见图5所示,该过程包括:
步骤501:检测到手机通过呼叫菜单或用户直接手动输入号码发起紧急呼叫拨号或查号拨号时,在手机后台自动启动相应的程序模块,例如启动信息获取模块、号码获取模块等;
步骤502:信息获取模块具体可通过读取拨号过程中相应的信令消息获取到手机当前驻留网络的MCC值和MNC值;对于所述MNC值,可在手机发起查号拨号时才获取;否则不获取;
步骤503:根据获取到的MCC值和MNC值到数据库中查询对应的呼叫号码;
该步骤具体为,当手机发起紧急呼叫拨号时,则根据MCC值到移动国家码值与紧急呼叫号码对应列表中匹配出对应的紧急呼叫号码;当手机发起查号拨号时,则根据MCC值和MNC值到运营商与查询号码对应列表中匹配出对应的查询号码作为呼叫号码;本实施例中当从运营商与查询号码对应列表中匹配不到对应的查询号码时,可以提示用户“您当前驻留网络的网络运营商并未提供查询号码”,并结束此次通话。
步骤504:判定匹配出的呼叫号码与手机当前拨打的被叫号码是否一致,如是,转至步骤505;否则,转至步骤506;
步骤505:直接呼叫手机当前拨打的被叫号码;
步骤506:启动号码切换功能完成号码切换后发起呼叫;
具体为:根据上述列表中的对应关系,将匹配出的呼叫号码切换为被叫号码后发起呼叫。
在本实施例中,完成呼叫后,手机后台运行的上述功能模块可自动关闭。
下面以两个具体的应用场景为示例对上述过程进行进一步的解释说明:
当用户在国内呼叫110时,拨号装置判定用户在国内,以110发起呼叫,本次通话接入到国内110服务台;当用户在美国呼叫110时,拨号装置判定用户在美国,则切换至911发起呼叫,本次通话接入到美国911服务台。
当用户插入中国联通卡,在中国通过查询号码呼叫菜单进行呼叫时,拨号装置判定用户在国内,以114116发起呼叫;当用户在美国通过查询号码呼叫菜单进行呼叫时,拨号装置判定用户在美国,则切换至驻留网络运营商提供的查询号码发起呼叫。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种拨号方法,该方法包括:
    检测到拨号终端发起预设类型拨号时,获取所述拨号终端当前所驻留网络的网络信息;
    根据所述网络信息获取与所述预设类型拨号对应的呼叫号码;
    根据所述呼叫号码发起呼叫。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的拨号方法,其中,所述预设类型拨号包括:紧急呼叫拨号和/或查号拨号。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的拨号方法,其中,所述拨号终端发起紧急呼叫拨号时,所述获取网络信息包括:获取所述网络的移动国家码值;
    所述根据所述网络信息获取与所述预设类型拨号对应的呼叫号码包括:
    从预设的移动国家码值与紧急呼叫号码对应列表中获取所述移动国家码值对应的紧急呼叫号码作为呼叫号码。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的拨号方法,其中,所述拨号终端发起查号拨号时,所述获取网络信息包括获取所述网络的移动国家码值和移动电话网号码值;
    所述根据所述网络信息获取与所述预设类型拨号对应的呼叫号码包括:
    根据所述移动国家码值和所述移动电话网号码值,从预设的运营商与查询号码对应列表中获取对应的查询号码作为呼叫号码。
  5. 如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的拨号方法,其中,所述检测所述拨号终端是否发起预设类型拨号,包括:
    检测所述拨号终端发起的拨号请求中所包含的被叫号码是否是预设号码;或者,
    检测所述拨号终端是否以预设的快捷菜单方式发起拨号,此时的拨号请求中不包含被叫号码。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的拨号方法,其中,所述检测所述拨号终端是否发起预设类型拨号包括:检测所述拨号终端发起的拨号请求中所包含的被叫号码是否是预设号码时,所述根据所述呼叫号码发起呼叫,包括:
    直接向所述呼叫号码发起呼叫;或者,
    判断所述呼叫号码与所述被叫号码是否一致,如是,则直接向所述被叫号码发起呼叫;否则,将所述呼叫号码切换为被叫号码发起呼叫;
    或者,
    所述检测所述拨号终端是否发起预设类型拨号包括:检测所述拨号终端是否以预设的快捷菜单方式发起呼叫时,所述根据所述呼叫号码发起呼叫,包括:
    直接向所述呼叫号码发起呼叫。
  7. 一种拨号装置,该装置包括:检测模块、信息获取模块、号码获取模块以及呼叫模块;其中,
    所述检测模块,配置为检测拨号终端是否发起预设类型拨号,并在检测结果为是时,通知所述信息获取模块;
    所述信息获取模块,配置为收到所述通知后,获取所述拨号终端当前所驻留网络的网络信息;
    所述号码获取模块,配置为根据所述网络信息获取与所述预设类型拨号对应的呼叫号码;
    所述呼叫模块,配置为根据所述呼叫号码发起呼叫。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的拨号装置,其中,所述预设类型拨号包括:紧急呼叫拨号和/或查号拨号。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的拨号装置,其中,所述信息获取模块包括第一 信息获取子模块,所述号码获取模块包括第一号码获取子模块;其中,
    所述第一信息获取子模块,配置为在所述拨号终端发起紧急呼叫拨号时,获取所述网络的移动国家码值;
    所述第一号码获取子模块,配置为从预设的移动国家码值与紧急呼叫号码对应列表中获取所述移动国家码值对应的紧急呼叫号码作为呼叫号码。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的拨号装置,其中,所述信息获取模块包括第二信息获取子模块,所述号码获取模块包括第二号码获取子模块;
    所述第二信息获取子模块,配置为在所述拨号终端发起查号拨号时,获取所述网络的移动国家码值和移动电话网号码值;
    所述第二号码获取子模块,配置为根据所述移动国家码值和所述移动电话网号码值,从预设的运营商与查询号码对应列表中获取对应的查询号码作为呼叫号码。
  11. 如权利要求7-10中任一项所述的拨号装置,其中,所述检测模块包括:第一检测子模块或第二检测子模块;
    所述第一检测子模块,配置为检测所述拨号终端发起的拨号请求中所包含的被叫号码是否是预设号码;
    或者,
    所述第二检测子模块,配置为检测所述拨号终端是否以预设的快捷菜单方式发起拨号,此时的拨号请求中不包含被叫号码。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的拨号装置,其中,所述呼叫模块包括第一呼叫子模块,或包括判断子模块、第二呼叫子模块和切换子模块,或包括第三呼叫子模块;
    所述第一呼叫子模块,配置为在通过所述第一检测子模块判断所述拨号终端发起预设类型拨号时,直接向所述呼叫号码发起呼叫;
    或者,
    所述判断子模块,配置为在通过所述第一检测子模块判断所述拨号终端发起预设类型拨号时,判断所述呼叫号码与所述被叫号码是否一致,如是,向所述第二呼叫子模块发送第一呼叫通知;否则,向所述切换子模块发送号码切换通知;
    所述切换子模块,配置为收到所述号码切换通知后,将所述呼叫号码切换为被叫号码后,向所述第二呼叫子模块发送第二呼叫通知;所述第二呼叫子模块,配置为在收到所述第一呼叫通知后,直接向所述被叫号码发起呼叫,以及配置为在收到所述第二呼叫通知后,向切换后的被叫号码发起呼叫;
    或者,
    所述第三呼叫子模块,配置为在通过所述第二检测子模块判断所述拨号终端发起预设类型拨号时,直接向所述呼叫号码发起呼叫。
  13. 一种拨号终端,该终端包括:存储器和处理器,其中,
    所述存储器,配置为存储至少一个程序模块;所述处理器,配置为调用所述存储器中的至少一个程序模块执行以下步骤:
    检测到拨号终端发起预设类型拨号时,获取所述拨号终端当前驻留网络的网络信息;
    根据所述网络信息获取与所述预设类型拨号对应的呼叫号码;
    根据所述呼叫号码发起呼叫。
