本实施例中,本体上设置有两组前述第一打草绳连接结构,且在本体上呈180度对称分布。
本实施例中的第一打草绳连接结构可用于连接固定弯折后的双股打草绳,具体安装或更换打草绳的过程与原理为:
将一根需要长度的单股打草绳3对折,并保证对折后的两端打草绳的长度相同,将对折后打草绳3中间弯曲的弯折部31从上盖第一打草绳穿线孔22入口穿入,此时弯折部31会挤压连接杆4的第二端42,连接杆4的第二端42受到打草绳3弯折部31的挤压后,绕第一转轴5在上盖的条状穿孔24内朝向上盖中心转动,同时也接杆4的第二端42也在凸台21的活动槽25内转动,此时,连接杆4的第一端始终会挤压压缩弹簧6;
当连接杆4的第二端42转动到一定程度后,压缩弹簧6也被压缩到一定程度后,压缩弹簧6会回弹,而在压缩弹簧6的回弹力作用下,连接杆4会复位;
此时,连接杆4的第二端42又朝向上盖外周转动,此时,打草绳3中间弯曲的弯折部31会刚好套在连接杆4的第二端42上,为了保证套设的可靠性,操作者可以稍稍用力将双股打草绳向外拉,此时,打草绳3就被牢牢连接固定在第一打草绳连接结构上。
而更换打草绳3则更简单,只需要手握双股打草绳的两个自由端,将双股打草绳朝上盖中心挤压,当打草绳3中间弯曲的弯折部31从第一打草绳穿线孔22及活动槽25露出以后,再用双手拿住打草绳3中间弯曲的弯折部31,将其从活动槽25的出口位置拉出,然后再换上新的打草绳即可。
实施例二
如图6~8所示,为本发明的第二个实施例,本实施例的割草机用除草盘与实施例一不同的是,所述本体上还设置有用于连接并固定单股打草绳的第二打草绳连接结构,该第二打草绳连接结构包括:
设置在圆形底座1上的第二打草绳穿线孔13;
摇摆件7,所述摇摆件7顶部设置有凸起部71,所述上盖2上设置有通孔26,所 述凸起部71穿过上盖的通孔26设置且外露于上盖,摇摆件的底部设置呈弧型,且摇摆件的弧型底部设置有多个压齿72;
第二转轴8,设置在圆形底座内部,第二转轴8穿设于摇摆件7的中部,所述摇摆件能7在其底部受外力作用下绕第二转轴8转动;而所述圆形底座内设置有用于设置第二转轴8的第二凹形转台14,第二转轴8的两端设置在第二凹形转台14内后由前述上盖2压制固定,本实施例中,上盖2上制有向外凸起的压盖27,压盖27,刚好盖在第二凹形转台14外;
扭簧9,该扭簧穿设在第二转轴8上,扭簧9的第一自由端与第二凹形转台14相抵,扭簧9的第二自由端穿设于摇摆件7上,从而使扭簧9能抑制摇摆件7沿第二转轴8转动。
所述本体上设置有两组前述第二打草绳连接结构,且在本体上呈180度对称分布,且第二打草绳连接结构与第一打草绳连接结构之间间隔90度。
本实施例中的第二打草绳连接结构可用于连接固定单股打草绳,具体安装或更换打草绳的过程与原理为:
将一根需要长度的单股打草绳3的一个端部从圆形底座1上的第二打草绳穿线孔13入口穿入,此时单股打草绳3的端部会挤压摇摆件7的底部,摇摆件7底部受到打草绳3端部的挤压后,绕第二转轴8转动;
此时,穿设在第二转轴8上的扭簧9受到扭力挤压,产生反向作用力,而在扭簧9的反向回弹力作用下,摇摆件7的底部压齿72会紧紧咬合住打草绳3的端部;
为了使打草绳3的连接更加牢靠,可以在打草绳穿入第二打草绳穿线孔13的过程中,用外力施加在摇摆件7顶部的凸起部71上,使打草绳端部能顺利穿入第二打草绳穿线孔13,当外力从摇摆件7顶部的凸起部71上放开以后,在上盖及扭簧9作用下,摇摆件7的底部压齿72会牢牢咬合住打草绳3的端部,从而将单股打草绳固定在本体上。
更换打草绳3时,只需要用外力施加在摇摆件7顶部的凸起部71上,使摇摆件转动,并打草绳3的端部不再受到摇摆件7的底部压齿72的咬合,将打草绳3从第二打草绳穿线孔13中抽出,然后再换上新的打草绳即可。
本实施例中,圆形底座1上上可以连接固定两根单股打草绳,上盖上可以连接固定两根弯折后的双股打草绳,使得整个除草盘的除草效果更佳。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种割草机用除草盘,包括本体、连接在本体上的打草绳(3)和设置在本体上的用于连接并固定打草绳(3)的第一打草绳连接结构,其特征在于:
    所述第一打草绳连接结构包括:
    设置在本体外壁上的第一打草绳穿线孔(22),该第一打草绳穿线孔(22)能允许弯折后的双股打草绳穿过;
    连接杆(4),该连接杆(4)的第一端(41)位于所述本体内部,所述连接杆(4)的第二端(42)为自由端,所述本体上开设有条状穿孔(24),所述连接杆(4)的第二端(42)活动穿设于所述条状穿孔(24)内并部分外露于本体之外,第一打草绳穿线孔(22)与所述条状穿孔(24)相连通,弯折后的双股打草绳在穿过所述第一打草绳穿线孔(22)后,打草绳的弯折部(31)能套设在所述连接杆(4)的第二端(42);
    第一转轴(5),设置在所述本体内部,第一转轴(5)与连接杆(4)的中部连接,所述连接杆(4)能在其自由端受外力作用下绕第一转轴(5)转动;
    弹性件,设置在所述本体内部,该弹性件的第一端(41)与所述本体内部相抵,该弹性件的第二端(42)与连接杆(4)的第一端(41)相抵。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的割草机用除草盘,其特征在于:所述本体外壁上设置有向外凸起的凸台(21),所述第一打草绳穿线孔(22)设置在该凸台(21)上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的割草机用除草盘,其特征在于:所述第一打草绳穿线孔(22)的内壁设置有与打草绳(3)配合的轨道槽(23)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的割草机用除草盘,其特征在于:所述凸台(21)上设置有与所述条状穿孔(24)相对应的、能允许所述连接杆(4)的第二端(42)在其内自由转动的活动槽(25),所述第一打草绳穿线孔(22)的入口位置朝向本体外周设置,所述凸台(21)上活动槽(25)的出口位置朝向本体中心设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的割草机用除草盘,其特征在于:所述本体包括圆形底座(1),及固定在圆形底座(1)上的上盖(2),所述条状穿孔(24)及凸台(21)均设置在上盖(2)上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的割草机用除草盘,其特征在于:所述圆形底座(1)内部空心,且圆形底座(1)内设置有用于设置第一转轴(5)的第一凹形转台(11),第一凹形转台(11)下方设置有用于容置弹性件的容纳槽(12)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的割草机用除草盘,其特征在于:所述弹性件为压缩弹簧(6),所述连接杆(4)的第一端(41)设置有一连接柱(43),所述压缩弹簧(6)的第一端(41)与容纳槽(12)内壁相抵,所述压缩弹簧(6)的第二端(42)穿设在连接杆(4)第一端(41)的连接柱(43)上从而与连接杆(4)第一端(41)相抵。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的割草机用除草盘,其特征在于:所述连接杆(4)的第二端 (42)呈圆弧形。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的割草机用除草盘,其特征在于:所述本体上设置有两组前述第一打草绳连接结构,且在本体上呈180度对称分布。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的割草机用除草盘,其特征在于:所述本体包括内部为空心的圆形底座(1),及固定在圆形底座(1)上的上盖(2),所述本体上还设置有用于连接并固定打草绳的第二打草绳连接结构,该第二打草绳连接结构包括:
    设置在圆形底座(1)上的第二打草绳穿线孔(13);
    摇摆件(7),所述摇摆件(7)顶部设置有凸起部(71),所述上盖(2)上设置有通孔(26),所述凸起部(71)穿过上盖(2)的通孔(26)设置且外露于上盖(2),摇摆件(7)的底部设置呈弧型,且摇摆件(7)的弧型底部设置有多个压齿(72);
    第二转轴(8),设置在圆形底座(1)内部,第二转轴与摇摆件(7)的中部连接,所述摇摆件(7)能在其底部受外力作用下绕第二转轴转动;而所述圆形底座(1)内设置有用于设置第二转轴的第二凹形转台(14),所述第二转轴设置在第二凹形转台(14)内后由前述上盖(2)压制固定;
    扭簧(9),该扭簧(9)穿设在第二转轴上,扭簧(9)的第一自由端与第二凹形转台(14)相抵,扭簧(9)的第二自由端穿设于摇摆件(7)上,从而使扭簧(9)能抑制前述摇摆件(7)沿第二转轴转动。
