现有的跳绳在更换绳体时有多种方式,具体为打结固定、外置螺丝锁紧、缠绕方式等;采用以上方式拆卸绳子慢,且在组装时也更加繁琐。
为此,我们提出了卡扣自锁金属跳绳以良好的解决上述弊端。

本实用新型的目的在于提供卡扣自锁金属跳绳,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

参阅图3和图4,锁紧装置30包括内部件31,内部件31为顶部呈开口的U型槽结构,内部件31的两侧设置有卡扣32;内部件31的正面开设有两个第一销孔311,且第一销孔311通向内部件31的背面,卡扣32的中部朝内部件31内延伸有凸出部321,且凸出部321对应第一销孔311的位置开设有第二通孔322,内部件31与卡扣32通过贯穿第一销孔311和第二通孔322的销钉312铰接连接;内部件31的内部中间设置有隔板图中未标出,卡扣32的内侧靠底端设置有导向杆324,且导向杆324上套设有弹簧325,弹簧325的两端分别与卡扣32和隔板相抵接;卡扣32的顶部靠内侧延伸有弯曲部323,跳绳线10的末端设置有连接头33,且连接头33的两侧设置有与弯曲部323卡合锁紧的凸起331;在连接时,按压卡扣32的外侧底部,弹簧325受力收缩,利用杠杆原理使弯曲部323向外移动,将连接头33伸入内部件31内,撤去外力,卡扣32在弹簧325的反弹力作用下回转,弯曲部323与凸起331锁紧固定;
转动装置40包括与手柄20连接的盖帽41,盖帽41为两端呈开口的圆筒状结构,盖帽41的外壁开设有对称的第二销孔411,手柄20的顶端伸入盖帽41内,且手柄20与盖帽41通过贯穿第二销孔411的销钉312固定连接;盖帽41的顶端设置有轴承42,且轴承42的中心固定连接有转轴43,转轴43的顶部设置有绳头44;内部件31的底部开设有第一通孔313,绳头44的侧壁开设有圆孔,绳头44与内部件31通过贯穿圆孔与第一通孔313的圆环45固定连接。
工作原理:在组装跳绳线10与手柄20时,按压卡扣32的外侧底部,弹簧325受力收缩,利用杠杆原理使弯曲部323向外移动,将连接头33伸入内部件31内,撤去外力,卡扣32在弹簧325的反弹力作用下回转,弯曲部323与凸起331锁紧固定,跳绳线10与20组装完成;在跳绳时,跳绳线10转动,从而带动锁紧装置30一起转动,圆环45则带动绳头44和转轴43一起转动,轴承43的设置使跳绳线10转动更加灵活。
