Definitions
- the present invention relates to an inner supporter that restricts the varus of the ankle joint.
- ankle varus sprain occurs when the ankle is twisted inward, the anterior ligament ligament, tibialis ligament, and posterior ligament ligament, which are the outer ligaments of the ankle, are stretched or damaged, and ankle varus sprain occurs.
- This initial treatment for ankle varus sprain is performed without resting the affected area, cooling the affected area and slowing blood flow to prevent swelling and internal bleeding, applying moderate pressure to the affected area to control swelling and inflammation, and turning the patient on its back Then, the RICE treatment is performed in which the affected part is positioned higher than the heart to suppress the inflow of blood flow to the affected part and suppress inflammation.
- ankle supporters are often used to limit the varus of the ankle caused by the extension or damage of the outer ligament and to fix the ankle in a normal position.
- This ankle joint supporter includes a supporter body mounted above and below the ankle joint including the ankle of the foot, a twist-preventing stay fixed to the outside of the supporter body, and a winding fixing belt.
- Conventional ankle supporters tend to limit ankle varus and at the same time limit the plantar dorsiflexion.
- an object of the present invention is to provide an ankle joint supporter that restricts the varus dorsiflexion movement while restricting the varus of the ankle joint.
- the inner column supporter of the present invention includes a fixed portion that comes into contact with the inner side of the ankle joint of the endophysis from the inner side of the rib, and a varusal blocker that is formed integrally with the fixed portion and extends above the inner capsule. It has a plate-shaped support
- the fixed portion of the column is fixed to the lower part of the ankle of the foot with a fixing member and integrated with the lower part of the ankle joint.
- the varus prevention part of the support is located above the lower part of the ankle and inside the upper part of the ankle of the ankle. For this reason, the varus of the ankle where the upper part of the ankle is inclined inward is blocked by the varus of the column.
- the upper part of the ankle joint can swing back and forth via the lower part of the ankle joint and the ankle. Neither the upper part of the ankle joint nor the varus prevention part of the support is fixed by a fixing member. Therefore, the upper part of the ankle joint can swing in the front-rear direction, that is, the bottom dorsiflexion movement without being constrained by the varus prevention portion of the column.
- the inner supporter of the present invention comprises a plate-like supporter and a fixing member that fixes the supporter below the ankle joint.
- the column is plate-shaped, and is fixed to the inside of the lower part of the ankle joint, that is, from the inside of the rib to the inside of the ankle joint of the causal and fixed to the fixed part. It consists of the varusus block part which extends upwards, ie, the upper part of the inner fruit.
- This plate-like support may be the same as the support (stay) of a conventional ankle joint supporter.
- the lower part of the conventional support column is the fixed part of the present invention, and the upper part is the varus prevention part of the present invention.
- the part to be fixed follows the shape of the inner side of the ankle joint and preferably has a sufficient contact area.
- the varus prevention part of the upper part of the column has a sufficient height to prevent the varus, and has a sufficient width so that the upper part of the ankle can not protrude from the varus prevention part even when the upper part of the ankle is rocked. It needs to be a thing.
- the fixing member of the present invention is to fix the fixed part of the column to the lower part of the ankle joint. Those that also fix the upper part of the ankle joint cannot be used. As long as only the lower part of the ankle joint is fixed to fix the fixed part of the column to the lower part of the ankle joint, it can be used as the fixing member of the present invention. In addition, it is preferable that the fixing member and the column are fixed integrally at least during use. By being fixed, the fixed portion of the column is more reliably fixed inside the lower portion of the ankle joint.
- a bag-shaped, tabi-shaped or belt-shaped fixing means for fixing only the lower part of the ankle joint can be employed as the fixing member of the present invention.
- a belt-like vantage is preferable as the belt-like fixing means. It is preferable that one end of the band-like vantage and the support are detachable or fixed integrally.
- the band-like vantage is a fastening means for fastening the belt-like main body portion wound around the ankle joint and the rear end portion of the wound main body portion to the front side of the main body portion on the front end side from the rear end portion. Are preferred.
- the main body portion is connected to the central belt portion having a slit extending in the longitudinal direction and having a slit into which the heel is fitted, and the central belt portion extending from the central belt portion to the distal end side and at least one ankle around the heel. It consists of a front end band having a sufficient length and a rear end band extending from the central band to the rear end side and extending from the central band having at least heels and having a length that goes around the ankle. Is preferred.
- the ankle joint is more reliably fixed by the vantage, and the fixing of the column to the lower part of the ankle joint is ensured.
- the upper part of the ankle joint can swing in the front-rear direction, that is, the bottom dorsiflexion movement without being constrained by the varus prevention portion of the support column.
- the varus prevention part of the strut has a sufficiently wide width, so that the varus support part can block the varus of the ankle regardless of the position of the dorsiflexion movement of the ankle.
