Description

The present invention relates to a refrigerator, and more particularly to the structure of a refrigerator door.
Generally, a refrigerator is provided with a storage room, for example, a refrigerator room, a freezer room, etc., inside a casing having heat insulation properties. A door is provided at the opening of the storage room so as to be freely opened and closed.
The door includes a front plate located on the front side of the housing, an inner plate serving as an inner surface of the storage chamber, and a frame that integrally connects the front plate and the inner plate. And a door has the heat insulation similar to a housing | casing by filling and foaming urethane in the space formed by these.
In the refrigerator, the front plate of the door greatly affects the appearance of the entire refrigerator, that is, the design, and the finish of the front plate of the door greatly affects the quality of the entire refrigerator.
Therefore, in order to improve the design of the door, a refrigerator in which the front plate of the door is made of a glass plate is known (for example, see Patent Document 1).
FIG. 21 shows the door 100 proposed in Patent Document 1 above. The front plate 101 includes a colored glass plate 103 in which a colored layer 102 such as a pattern is formed by silk printing. A space formed by the front plate 101, the inner plate 104, and the frame body 105 is filled with urethane 106 and foamed.
According to this, since the transparent layer of the colored glass plate 103 is positioned in front of the colored layer 102, the depth is added to the colored color and the texture is increased. Compared with the pre-painted plate made of metal or resin, the design property is improved. Will improve.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-133777
In the conventional refrigerator, a glass plate insertion portion 107 is provided in the frame 105, and the outer peripheral portion of the front plate 101 is inserted into the glass plate insertion portion 107. For this reason, a part of the glass plate insertion portion 107 protrudes from the front surface of the colored glass plate 103. Accordingly, when the front surface of the colored glass plate 103 is wiped with a cloth or the like, there is a problem that dust or the like accumulates between the front surface of the colored glass plate 103 and the protruding portion of the glass plate insertion portion 107.
In addition, a part of the glass plate insertion portion 107 protrudes from the front surface of the colored glass plate 103, thereby impairing the design of the appearance of a flat and clean impression by using the colored glass plate 103. .
In particular, when the refrigerator is provided with a plurality of doors, the glass plate insertion portion 107 and the handle frame are provided as a whole in the refrigerator, so that the number of places where dust or the like is accumulated increases. Moreover, the quality of the whole refrigerator is greatly impaired because a part of the glass plate insertion part 107 and a part of the handle frame protrude on the front side of the refrigerator.
This invention is made in view of such a point, and it aims at providing the refrigerator which can suppress that dust etc. accumulate on the outer peripheral part of the front surface of a door. Furthermore, it aims at providing the refrigerator which made the design property of the front surface of a door high.
In order to solve the above-described conventional problems, a refrigerator according to an aspect of the present invention includes a housing having a storage chamber therein and heat insulation, and at least a part of an opening of the storage chamber that can be freely opened and closed. A door that is supported by a housing and has a heat insulating property, and the door includes an inner plate that is positioned on the storage chamber side in a state in which the door is closed; an edge frame that forms a side surface of the door; A front plate having translucency, provided at a position facing the inner plate, wherein the edge frame has a protrusion that covers at least a part of an outer peripheral side surface of the front plate, and the front surface of the front plate Is formed on at least a part of the outer periphery of the main surface, and an inclined surface that is inclined with respect to the main surface so that the thickness of the front plate becomes thinner toward the outer periphery of the front plate; And the front end of the protruding portion is located closer to the storage chamber than the main surface with the door closed. .
In the refrigerator of the present invention, the front surface of the front plate has a main surface and an inclined surface formed on at least a part of the outer periphery of the main surface, and the front end of the protruding portion of the edge frame is a storage chamber from the main surface. Inside the refrigerator compartment left door 10a, refrigerator compartment right door 10b, ice making compartment door 11, switching compartment door 12, freezer compartment door 13 and vegetable compartment door 14, hard urethane 29 (described later) is provided in the same manner as the housing 1. 6) is foam-filled, and each door has a heat insulating property. Moreover, the front surface of each door is comprised with the front board 25 (it mentions later) which has translucency, such as a glass plate.
Next, the configuration of each door will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. Although the refrigerator compartment left door 10a has a substantially left-right symmetrical structure of the refrigerator compartment right door 10b, the left and right length of the refrigerator compartment left door 10a is different from the left and right length of the refrigerator compartment right door 10b. Yes.
4 to 6, the refrigerator compartment right door 10b includes an inner plate 23, an edge frame 24, and a front plate 25. The inner plate 23 is positioned on the storage chamber side of the housing 1 with the opening of the refrigerator compartment closed, and is formed of, for example, ABS resin. The edge frame 24 is fixed to the outer peripheral portion of the inner plate 23, and is formed of, for example, ABS resin. The front plate 25 (hereinafter referred to as a glass plate 25) is formed of, for example, a transparent glass plate or the like, and is fixed to the edge frame 24 so as to cover the inner plate 23. The front plate 25 is, for example, a glossy tempered glass plate or a tempered glass plate. Although the front plate 25 is described as a glass plate in the present embodiment, the front plate 25 may be a resin plate having translucency such as acrylic.
The glass plate 25 is provided with a colored layer 28 made of a metallic pattern such as a hairline on the back surface side (inner plate 23 side). The colored layer 28 may be a coating method formed by painting on the back surface of the glass plate 25, or may be a resin film method in which a resin film provided with a picture pattern is attached via an adhesive. Further, the front plate 25 may be opaque and only needs to have a light-transmitting property that allows the colored layer 28 to be visually recognized from the front surface.
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the edge frame 24 has an edge frame side surface 24c that forms the side surface of the door, and a flange portion 30a and a flange portion 30b provided on both sides of the edge frame side surface 24c. . One flange portion 30 a protrudes along the back surface of the glass plate 25, and the other flange portion 30 b protrudes along the inner surface of the inner plate 23.
The glass plate 25 is held by the edge frame 24. The outer peripheral portion of the glass plate 25 on the colored layer 28 side and the flange portion 30a of the edge frame 24 are bonded with an adhesive, for example, a double-sided tape 26.
Further, a hard urethane 29 is filled and foamed in the space formed by the glass plate 25, the inner plate 23, and the edge frame 24. The urethane 29 is adhered to the surface of the glass plate 25 on the colored layer 28 side together with the inner plate 23 and the edge frame 24 by foaming, and holds the glass plate 25.
That is, the glass plate 25 is bonded and held by both the double-sided tape 26 and the urethane 29.
The glass plate 25 does not necessarily have to be bonded to the urethane 29, and it is sufficient that at least the glass plate 25 is bonded to the edge frame 24 or the inner plate 23.
As shown in FIG. 7, the edge frame 24 does not have the glass plate insertion portion as described in the background art. That is, the entire front surface 27 of the glass plate 25 is exposed as it is. Moreover, a part of the outer peripheral side surface 25a of the glass plate 25 is exposed as it is.
Specifically, the edge frame 24 has a protruding portion 24 a that protrudes forward from the flange portion 30 a and covers a part of the outer peripheral side surface 25 a of the glass plate 25. The protrusion 24 a is provided over the entire circumference of the edge frame 24.
Of the outer peripheral side surface 25a, a portion located rearward from the front end of the protruding portion 24a is covered with the protruding portion 24a, and a portion positioned forward of the protruding portion 24a is exposed. That is, the front end of the protruding portion 24 a is located behind the surface obtained by virtually extending the inclined surface 27 b (described later) to the outer peripheral portion side of the glass plate 25.
Further, the outer peripheral side surface 25 a of the glass plate 25 is located closer to the center side of the housing 1 than the edge frame side surface 24 c of the edge frame 24.
The front surface 27 of the glass plate 25 includes a main surface 27a that is a main portion and an inclined surface 27b that is formed on at least a part of the outer periphery of the main surface 27a and is inclined with respect to the main surface 27a. The inclined surface 27 b has an inclination that the thickness of the glass plate 25 becomes thinner toward the outer peripheral side of the glass plate 25.
傾斜面27bの幅W1(ガラス板25の板厚方向に垂直な方向であって、傾斜面27bの傾斜が最大となる傾斜方向の長さ)は、ガラス板25の主面27aでの板厚T1よりも大きい。 The width W1 of the inclined surface 27b (the length in the inclined direction that is perpendicular to the thickness direction of the glass plate 25 and maximizes the inclination of the inclined surface 27b) is the thickness of the main surface 27a of the glass plate 25. Greater than T1. In the present embodiment, the plate thickness T1 at the main surface 27a is set to 3.2 mm, and the width W1 of the inclined surface 27b is set to 14 mm.
Further, when the plate thickness at the outer peripheral end of the inclined surface 27b of the glass plate 25 is T2, the plate thickness T2 is more than half of the plate thickness T1 (T2 ≧ T1 / 2). In this embodiment, the plate thickness T2 = 1.7 mm.
The glass plate 25 has a round surface 25b for protecting the corner at the corner where the outer periphery of the inclined surface 27b contacts the outer peripheral side surface 25a.
Further, the edge frame 24 has an edge frame inclined surface 24b at the corner where the front surface of the edge frame 24, more specifically, the front end surface of the protruding portion 24a and the edge frame side surface 24c of the edge frame 24 contact. Yes. The inclination direction of the edge frame inclined surface 24b is substantially the same as the inclination direction of the inclined surface 27b of the glass plate 25, and the inclination angle of the edge frame inclined surface 24b is larger than the inclination angle of the inclined surface 27b of the glass plate 25.
And the corner | angular part which the outer periphery of the inclined surface 27b of the glass plate 25 and the outer peripheral side surface 25a contact | abut does not protrude ahead from the virtual surface which extended the edge frame inclined surface 24b ahead, and is stored in the back (door closed state). It is located on the room side. Alternatively, the corner portion is positioned on the center side without projecting to the outer peripheral side from the virtual surface obtained by extending the edge frame inclined surface 24b forward.
Further, the front end of the flange portion 30a of the edge frame 24 is located closer to the center of the front surface 27 than the boundary line between the main surface 27a and the inclined surface 27b of the glass plate 25. That is, the height W2 of the flange portion 30a (the length protruding from the end of the protruding portion 24a) is larger than the width W1 of the inclined surface 27b.
Moreover, in order to increase the strength of the edge frame 24, the refrigerator door right door 10b includes a reinforcing member 33 having a U-shaped cross section inside. The edge frame 24 has a first rib 31 and a second rib 32 provided on the inner surface of the edge frame side surface 24c (see FIG. 6). The first rib 31 and the second rib 32 are each provided substantially parallel to the flange portion 30a. The reinforcing member 33 is disposed between the first rib 31 and the second rib 32. And the reinforcement member 33 is provided along each of the inner surface of the 1st rib 31, the 2nd rib 32, and the edge frame side surface 24c.
Next, the external shape of each door will be described. As shown in FIG. 3, the left side door 10a of the refrigerating room is provided with inclined surfaces 27b on the upper and left outer peripheral portions when the front surface 27 is viewed from the front. In the refrigerator compartment right door 10b, the inclined surface 27b is provided in the outer peripheral part of the upper side and the right side. In the ice making chamber door 11, an inclined surface 27b is provided on the left outer peripheral portion. In the switching chamber door 12, an inclined surface 27b is provided on the outer peripheral portion on the right side. In the freezer compartment door 13 and the vegetable compartment door 14, the inclined surface 27b is provided in the outer peripheral part of the left side and the right side.
That is, in a state where the refrigerator is viewed from the front, inclined surfaces 27b are provided across the plurality of doors on three sides of the left side, the right side, and the upper side of the outer peripheral portion of the refrigerator provided with a plurality of doors on the top, bottom, left, and right.
In addition, the structure of the location in which the inclined surface 27b is not provided among the outer peripheral parts of the glass plate 25 of each door is the same as the location in which the inclined surface 27b was provided except for the presence or absence of the inclined surface 27b. That is, even in a portion where the inclined surface 27b is not provided in the outer peripheral portion of the glass plate 25 of each door, a portion of the side surface of the glass plate 25 located behind the front end of the protruding portion 24a is covered with the protruding portion 24a. The portion located in front of the protruding portion 24a is exposed. Further, the outer peripheral side surface of the glass plate 25 is located closer to the center of the housing 1 than the edge frame side surface 24 c of the edge frame 24.
Moreover, the freezer compartment door 13 and the vegetable compartment door 14 which are drawer-type doors are each provided with a handle (not shown) for pulling the door forward at the top of the edge frame 24. The handle portion is a concave portion that is recessed downward from the upper surface of the edge frame 24. For this reason, the upper surface of each edge frame 24 of the freezer compartment door 13 and the vegetable compartment door 14 has a concave portion, a first rising portion provided between the left side surface of the concave portion and the left outer peripheral side surface of the door, and a concave portion. The second rising portion provided between the right side surface of the door and the right outer peripheral side surface of the door. And the width | variety of a 1st rising part and a 2nd rising part is substantially the same as the width W1 of the inclined surface 27b provided in the right and left of the freezer compartment door 13 and the vegetable compartment door 14, respectively.
Further, the ice making room door 11 and the switching room door 12 which are drawer type doors are each provided with a handle (not shown) for pulling the door forward under the edge frame 24. The handle is a recess that is recessed upward from the lower surface of the edge frame 24.
As described above, in the present embodiment, the glass plate 25 of each door is firmly bonded and held to the edge frame 24 by both the double-sided tape 26 and the filled and foamed urethane 29.
Moreover, the edge frame 24 has the protrusion part 24a which covers only a part of outer peripheral side surface 25a, without covering the front surface 27 of the glass plate 25. FIG. For this reason, a part of the outer peripheral side surface 25a of the glass plate 25 is exposed, and is positioned closer to the center of the door than the edge frame side surface 24c of the edge frame 24.
This makes the entire front surface of the refrigerator flat compared to a door with an edge frame having a glass plate insertion portion as in the prior art, and the appearance of the refrigerator is clean and the design is improved. Moreover, it can suppress that dust etc. adhere or accumulate in the clearance gap between a glass plate insertion part and a glass plate. For this reason, when dust etc. accumulate, the clearance gap between a glass plate insertion part and a glass plate does not stand out linearly, and can maintain an initial stage appearance as it is over a long period of time.
Moreover, since the inclined surface 27b is formed in at least one part of the outer peripheral part of the glass plate 25, the glass plate 25 exhibits the decoration property and high-class feeling like a cut glass, and the design property of a door improves. To do. This is because the light reflection angle and the refraction angle are different between the main surface 27a and the inclined surface 27b, so that the surface of the glass plate 25 appears shining or the color of the colored layer 28 differs depending on the angle at which the glass plate 25 is viewed. This is because it can be seen.
Further, since the glass plate 25 includes the inclined surface 27b, the corner where the inclined surface 27b and the outer peripheral side surface 25a are in contact with each other does not protrude forward from the main surface 27a of the glass plate 25. Therefore, for example, when a hard object such as a cooking utensil or a food container is hit against the corner of the refrigerator, the possibility that the corner of the glass plate 25 is partially broken can be reduced.
Furthermore, since the glass plate 25 includes the inclined surface 27b, the front end of the protruding portion 24a of the edge frame 24 does not protrude forward from the main surface 27a of the glass plate 25. For this reason, even if the front surface 27 of the glass plate 25 is wiped with a cloth or the like, it is possible to suppress the accumulation of dust or the like between the corners of the glass plate 25 and the edge frame 24.
Further, the width W1 of the inclined surface 27b is larger than the plate thickness T1 of the glass plate 25. For this reason, it is possible to make the area of the inclined surface 27b sufficiently large with a design presence while maintaining the balance between the processing quality of the inclined surface 27b and the cost.
That is, the width W1 of the inclined surface 27b has an appropriate size. The inclined surface 27b is formed by mechanically cutting the outer peripheral portion of the flat glass plate 25. For this reason, when the inclined surface 27b having a predetermined dimension or larger is formed, the angle of the cutting portion is loose, and due to processing variations, the boundary between the main surface 27a and the inclined surface 27b of the glass plate 25 is wavy and straight. Sex cannot be secured. On the other hand, when the inclined surface 27b having a predetermined dimension or less is formed, the design presence of the inclined surface 27b is impaired.
From the above, the width W1 is preferably not less than the plate thickness T1 of the glass plate 25 and not more than 8 times the plate thickness T1. More desirably, the width W1 is not less than 4 times the plate thickness T1 and not more than 8 times the plate thickness T1. In addition, the inclination angle of the inclined surface 27b is desirably 5 degrees or more with respect to the main surface 27a.
Further, the plate thickness T2 at the outer peripheral end of the inclined surface 27b is more than half of the plate thickness T1 at the main surface 27a. For this reason, the glass plate 25 has sufficient strength even at the outer peripheral end of the inclined surface 27b, and can suppress problems such as breakage at the outer peripheral end.
Furthermore, since the outer peripheral end of the inclined surface 27b has the R surface 25b, it is possible to further suppress problems such as breakage of the outer peripheral end of the front surface 27.
The edge frame 24 has an edge frame inclined surface 24b. For this reason, the sense of unity between the glass plate 25 having the inclined surface 27b and the edge frame 24 is enhanced, and the design of the door is further improved. Moreover, the edge frame inclined surface 24b is provided in the edge frame 24 by the side of the rotating shaft of a door. For this reason, even when the door is largely opened, the distance between the housing 1 and the edge frame 24 can be kept wide. Therefore, a user does not pinch a hand or a finger between the casing 1 and the edge frame 24, and the safety of the user can be improved.
Further, the outer peripheral end of the inclined surface 27b does not protrude forward or outer peripheral side from a virtual surface obtained by extending the edge frame inclined surface 24b forward. For this reason, for example, even when a hard object such as a cooking utensil or a food container is struck on the corner of the refrigerator, the object first hits the edge frame 24, so the possibility of hitting the outer peripheral edge of the glass plate 25 is reduced. Thereby, malfunctions, such as a failure | damage in the outer peripheral end of the front surface 27, can be suppressed.
Further, the width W2 of the flange portion 30a is larger than the width W1 of the inclined surface 27b. For this reason, the strength at the inclined surface 27b where the plate thickness is reduced can be supplemented by the flange portion 30a.
Furthermore, when filling and foaming the urethane 29, the jig is applied to the front surface 27 of the glass plate 25 to hold the glass plate 25. At this time, if the width W2 of the flange portion 30a is larger than the width W1 of the inclined surface 27b, the front surface 27 and the flange portion 30a can be easily held in parallel. Thereby, the clearance gap between the back surface of the glass plate 25 and the flange part 30a can be made small, and the deformation | transformation of the flange part 30a by the pressure at the time of filling foaming can be suppressed.
Thereby, defects due to deformation of the flange portion 30a, for example, the occurrence of residual stress strain of the glass plate 25, or a decrease in the adhesive strength (difficult to peel) between the glass plate 25 and the urethane 29 due to urethane contraction after urethane filling foaming, Or the fall of the adhesive strength of the glass plate 25 and the double-sided tape 26 can be suppressed.
Further, the door includes a reinforcing member 33 arranged along the inner surface of the edge frame 24. For this reason, deformation of the edge frame 24 can be prevented by increasing the strength of the edge frame 24. This increases the dimensional accuracy of the door after urethane filling and foaming.
In addition, the inclined surface 27b is provided on the left side, the right side, and the upper side of the refrigerator across a plurality of doors. For this reason, the sense of unity between the doors increases, and the total design of the refrigerator is improved.
Moreover, the inclined surface 27b is not provided in the place where the refrigerator compartment left door 10a and the refrigerator compartment right door 10b adjoin. For this reason, the sense of unity of the double doors is improved. Similarly, since the inclined surface 27b is not provided in the place where the ice making room door 11 and the switching room door 12 are adjacent, the sense of unity between the doors adjacent to the left and right is improved.
In addition, in the location where each door adjoins, while the side surface of the glass plate 25 is partly exposed, it is positioned closer to the center of the door than the edge frame side surface 24c of the edge frame 24. It becomes. As a result, the refrigerator can have a clean appearance. In addition, dust or the like adheres to or accumulates in the gap between the glass plate insertion portion and the glass plate, which does not stand out linearly, and can maintain the initial appearance as it is over a long period of time. .
Moreover, in the freezer compartment door 13 and the vegetable compartment door 14, the inclined surface 27b is not provided above the glass plate 25 adjacent to the handle formed in each upper part of the freezer compartment door 13 and the vegetable compartment door 14. For this reason, the strength of the glass plate 25 in the vicinity of the handle portion is not relatively lowered by the inclined surface 27b. Thereby, the safety of the user who puts his hand on the handle portion can be relatively improved.
Moreover, in the freezer compartment door 13 and the vegetable compartment door 14, the inclined surface 27b is not provided under the glass plate 25. FIG. For this reason, the intensity | strength of the glass plate of the lower surface vicinity of the edge frame 24 which receives the load of the glass plate 25 does not fall relatively by the inclined surface 27b. Thereby, the reliability of the freezer compartment door 13 and the vegetable compartment door 14 increases relatively.
In addition, in this Embodiment, although what formed the inclined surface 27b in a part of outer periphery of each door was demonstrated, you may form the inclined surface 27b over the perimeter of each door. In this case, the decorativeness and luxury like cut glass are enhanced in all doors.
Moreover, the inclined surface 27b may be provided over a plurality of doors only on the left side and the right side of the refrigerator main body without providing the inclined surface 27b on the upper outer peripheral portion of the refrigerator compartment left door 10a and the refrigerator compartment right door 10b. . In this case, on both sides of the front surface of the refrigerator, the decorativeness and luxury like cut glass can be emphasized, and the design is improved.

(Embodiment 2)
FIG. 8 is a front view of the refrigerator in the second embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 9 is a perspective view of the right door of the refrigerator compartment of the refrigerator in the same embodiment. 10 is a cross-sectional view taken along line XX of FIG. FIG. 11 is an enlarged view of a main part on the hinge part side of the right door of the refrigerator compartment. FIG. 12 is an enlarged view of a main part on the side opposite to the hinge of the refrigerator door. In the present embodiment, the same components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, detailed description thereof will be omitted, and different portions will be described.
As shown in FIG. 8, with the refrigerator viewed from the front, the left and right sides, the upper side and the lower side of the outer periphery of the refrigerator provided with a plurality of doors on the upper, lower, left and right sides are inclined across the plurality of doors. A surface 27b is provided. For this reason, the total designability of the outer peripheral part of a refrigerator improves.
That is, the inclined surface 27b is not provided at a location where the refrigerator compartment left door 10a and the refrigerator compartment right door 10b are adjacent to each other. For this reason, the sense of unity of the double doors is improved. Similarly, since the inclined surface 27b is not provided in the place where the ice making room door 11 and the switching room door 12 are adjacent, the sense of unity between the doors adjacent to the left and right is improved.
Moreover, in the freezer compartment door 13 and the vegetable compartment door 14, the inclined surface 27b is provided in the outer peripheral part of the left side and the right side, and the inclined surface 27b is not provided in the outer peripheral part adjacent to the upper handle part. For this reason, the strength of the glass plate 25 in the vicinity of the handle portion is not relatively lowered by the inclined surface 27b. Thereby, the relative safety of the user who puts his hand on the handle portion can be improved.
Next, the configuration of the left and right end portions of each door will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.
The right door 10b of the refrigerator compartment is provided with a hinge part 50 for pivotally supporting the casing 1 on one end side in the left-right direction.
As shown in FIG. 10, the edge frame 24 has an edge frame side surface 24c that forms the side surface of the door, and a flange portion 30a and a flange portion 30b provided on both sides of the edge frame side surface 24c. One flange portion 30 a protrudes along the back surface of the glass plate 25, and the other flange portion 30 b protrudes along the inner surface of the inner plate 23.
A third rib 241 parallel to the longitudinal direction of the edge frame 24 is provided on the edge frame 24 on the hinge part 50 side. The third rib 241 is provided closer to the flange portion 30a than the flange portion 30b.
A fourth rib 242 parallel to the longitudinal direction of the edge frame 24 is provided on the edge frame 24 on the anti-hinge portion 50 side. The fourth rib 242 is provided closer to the flange portion 30b than the flange portion 30a.
The side where the hinge part 50 of the refrigerator compartment right door 10b is provided will be described with reference to FIG. The glass plate 25 is provided with an inclined surface 27b on the outer peripheral portion on the hinge portion 50 side. The edge frame 24 is provided with a protruding portion 24 d that protrudes forward from the flange portion 30 a and covers a part of the outer peripheral side surface 25 a of the glass plate 25. The protruding portion 24d is provided over the entire length of the surface of the edge frame 24 that is located on the hinge portion 50 side.
The outer peripheral side surface 25 a connected to the inclined surface 27 b is completely covered with the protruding portion 24 d of the edge frame 24. That is, the front end of the protruding portion 24d is located in front of the front end of the outer peripheral side surface 25a.
Therefore, even when a hard object such as a cooking utensil or a food container comes into contact with the vicinity of the outer peripheral end of the inclined surface 27b, the possibility that the cooking appliance or the like directly hits the outer peripheral end of the inclined surface 27b is reduced. Thereby, malfunctions, such as a failure | damage in the outer peripheral end of the front surface 27, can be suppressed.
Further, the protruding portion 24d of the edge frame 24 is located behind the surface K obtained by virtually extending the main surface 27a of the glass plate 25 toward the hinge portion 50 side. For this reason, the presence of the protrusion 24d can be suppressed. As a result, problems such as breakage at the outer peripheral edge of the glass plate 25 can be suppressed, and the inclined surface 27b can give the glass plate 25 a decorative property and a high-class feeling like a cut glass.
Since the front end of the protruding portion 24d of the edge frame 24 does not protrude forward from the main surface 27a of the glass plate 25, the glass plate 25 and the edge frame 24 are not affected by wiping the front surface 27 of the glass plate 25 with a cloth or the like. It is possible to suppress the accumulation of dust and the like between the corners.
Next, the anti-hinge part 50 side of the refrigerator compartment right door 10b, that is, the side where the hinge part 50 of the refrigerator compartment left door 10a is not provided will be described with reference to FIG. The glass plate 25 is provided with a C-face (chamfer) 27c on the outer peripheral portion on the anti-hinge portion 50 side. The C surface 27c is an inclined surface having a width that is smaller than the thickness of the glass plate 25 (the length in the inclination direction that is perpendicular to the thickness direction of the glass plate 25 and maximizes the inclination of the C surface 27c). . It is desirable that the width of the C surface 27c is substantially equal to a length T3 described later.
The edge frame 24 is provided with a protruding portion 24 f that protrudes forward from the flange portion 30 a and covers a part of the central side surface 25 c of the glass plate 25. The front end of the protrusion 24f is provided over the entire length of the surface of the edge frame 24 located on the side opposite to the hinge 50.
As described above, the refrigerator compartment left door 10a and the refrigerator compartment right door 10b are provided with only the C surface 27c and the inclined surface 27b at locations adjacent to the refrigerator compartment right door 10b or the refrigerator compartment left door 10a, respectively. Absent. As a result, the sense of unity between the left side door 10a and the right side door 10b opposite to the hinge 50 is improved.
Further, in the central side surface 25c, a portion located behind the projecting portion 24f is covered with the projecting portion 24f, and a portion located ahead of the projecting portion 24f is exposed. That is, the protrusion 24f is substantially the same as the position where the C surface 27c and the central side surface 25c are in contact with each other, or is located behind the position.
Thus, it is possible to improve the design at the ends of the counter-hinge part 50 side of the refrigerator compartment left door 10a and the refrigerator compartment right door 10b adjacent in the left-right direction. Further, since the front end of the protruding portion 24f of the edge frame 24 does not protrude forward from the main surface 27a of the glass plate 25, even if the front surface 27 of the glass plate 25 is wiped with a cloth or the like, the glass plate 25 and the edge frame It is possible to suppress the accumulation of dust or the like between the corners of the main body 24.
In addition, the length T3 of the perpendicular line extending from the front end of the projecting portion 24f to the surface obtained by virtually extending the front surface 27 of the glass plate 25 is less than half of the plate thickness T1 on the main surface 27a of the glass plate 25 (T3). <T1 / 2). Thereby, also on the anti-hinge part 50 side, the protection of an edge part and designability can be made compatible.
The configuration of the vertical end of each door will be described with reference to FIGS. 13 is a schematic sectional view taken along line XIII-XIII in FIG. FIG. 14 is an enlarged view of a portion D in FIG. FIG. 15 is an enlarged view of a portion E in FIG. FIG. 16 is an enlarged view of a portion F in FIG. FIG. 17 is an enlarged view of a portion G in FIG. 18 is an enlarged view of a portion H in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 14, the inclined surface 27b is provided in the upper end part of the glass plate 25 of the refrigerator compartment left door 10a and the refrigerator compartment right door 10b. The outer peripheral side surface 25 a connected to the inclined surface 27 b is completely covered with the protruding portion 24 d of the edge frame 24. Moreover, the front end of the protrusion 24d is located in front of the front end of the outer peripheral side surface 25a.
As shown in FIG. 15, only the C surface 27c is provided at the lower end of the glass plate 25 of the refrigerator compartment left door 10a and the refrigerator compartment right door 10b, and a part of the outer peripheral side surface 25a of the glass plate 25 is exposed. Yes.
On the lower surface of the edge frame 24 of the refrigerator compartment left door 10a and the refrigerator compartment right door 10b, a handle 40a for rotating the door is provided. The handle 40 a is a recess that is recessed upward from the lower surface of the edge frame 24.
Moreover, only the C surface 27c is provided in the upper end part of the glass plate 25 of the ice-making chamber door 11 which adjoins the refrigerator compartment left door 10a to an up-down direction, and a part of outer peripheral side surface 25a of the glass plate 25 is exposed. . The same applies to the upper end portion of the glass plate 25 of the switching chamber door 12 adjacent to the refrigerator door right door 10b in the vertical direction.
As a result, the sense of unity at the lower end of the refrigerator compartment left door 10a, the ice making door 11 and the upper end, and the lower end of the refrigerator right door 10b and the upper end of the switching chamber door 12 is improved. . Thereby, the designability improves. Moreover, the cleaning property is improved.
In addition, the upper surfaces of the edge frame 24 of the ice making room door 11 and the switching room door 12 are inclined forward. For this reason, the user can easily insert his / her hand into the handle 40a of the refrigeration room left door 10a and the refrigeration room right door 10b adjacent above the ice making room door 11 and the switching room door 12.
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 16, only the C surface 27c is provided in the lower end part of the glass plate 25 of the ice making chamber door 11 and the switching chamber door 12, and a part of the outer peripheral side surface 25a of the glass plate 25 is exposed. Yes. Moreover, only the C surface 27c is provided in the upper end part of the glass plate 25 of the freezer compartment door 13 adjacent to the ice-making chamber door 11 and the switching chamber door 12 in the up-down direction, and a part of the outer peripheral side surface 25a of the glass plate 25 is Exposed.
This improves the design by improving the sense of unity between the lower ends of the ice making door 11 and the switching chamber door 12 adjacent to each other in the vertical direction and the upper end of the freezer door 13. Moreover, the cleaning property is improved.
Note that a handle 40 a for allowing the user to pull out the ice making room door 11 or the switching room door 12 forward is provided on the lower surface of the edge frame 24 of the ice making room door 11 and the switching room door 12. On the upper surface of the edge frame 24 of the freezer compartment door 13, a handle 40b is provided for the user to pull the freezer compartment door 13 forward.
The handle portion 40 b is a recess that is recessed downward from the upper surface of the edge frame 24. A notch is provided in front of the recess. For this reason, since a user can insert a hand into a recessed part via a notch part, a hand does not interfere with the lower end of an upper door.
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 17, only the C surface 27c is provided in the lower end part of the glass plate 25 of the freezer compartment door 13, and a part of the outer peripheral side surface 25a of the glass plate 25 is exposed. Moreover, only the C surface 27c is provided in the upper end part of the glass plate 25 of the vegetable compartment door 14 adjacent to the freezer compartment door 13 in the up-down direction, and a part of the outer peripheral side surface 25a of the glass plate 25 is exposed.
This improves the design and improves the cleanability by improving the sense of unity at the lower end of the freezer compartment door 13 and the upper end of the vegetable compartment door 14 that are adjacent in the vertical direction.
It should be noted that a handle 40b is provided on the upper surface of the edge frame 24 of the vegetable compartment door 14 so that the user can pull out the vegetable compartment door 14 forward.
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 18, the inclined surface 27b is provided in the lower end part of the glass plate 25 of the vegetable compartment door 14. As shown in FIG. The outer peripheral side surface 25 a connected to the inclined surface 27 b is completely covered with the protruding portion 24 d of the edge frame 24. Moreover, the front end of the protrusion 24d is located in front of the front end of the outer peripheral side surface 25a.
In addition, below the vegetable compartment door 14, the leg part which protrudes ahead from the lower part of the housing | casing 1 and the adjuster 41 which is provided in a leg part and a user stabilizes installation of a refrigerator are arrange | positioned.
As described above, in the present embodiment, the inclined surface 27b is provided across the plurality of doors on the left side, the right side, the upper side, and the lower side of the refrigerator. For this reason, the sense of unity between the doors increases, and the total design of the refrigerator is improved.
Each of the plurality of doors adjacent to the top, bottom, left, and right includes only the C surface 27c on the outer peripheral portion adjacent to the other doors. Thereby, presence of the inclined surface 27b of the outer peripheral part of the front surface of the refrigerator is emphasized, and the glass plate 25 exhibits decorativeness and a high-class feeling like cut glass, thereby improving the design of the entire refrigerator.
Furthermore, the outer peripheral side surface 25a connected to the inclined surface 27b is covered with the protruding portion 24d, and the front end of the outer peripheral side surface 25a is located behind the front end of the protruding portion 24d. Thereby, even when the user brings a hard object such as a cooking utensil or a food container in the vicinity of the outer peripheral end of the inclined surface 27b, the cooking utensil or the like directly contacts the outer peripheral side surface 25a connected to the inclined surface 27b. The possibility can be reduced. For this reason, malfunctions, such as a failure | damage of the front end of the outer peripheral side surface 25a, can be suppressed.
Further, since the front end of the protruding portion 24d of the edge frame 24 does not protrude forward from the main surface 27a of the glass plate 25, even if the front surface 27 of the glass plate 25 is wiped with a cloth or the like, the glass plate 25 and the edge frame It is possible to suppress the accumulation of dust or the like between the corners of the main body 24.
In the present embodiment, from above, the refrigerator compartment 5, the switching chamber 6 located below the refrigerator compartment 5, the ice making chamber 7 juxtaposed to the switching chamber 6, the switching chamber 6, and the ice making chamber 7 are located below. Although the refrigerator provided with the freezer compartment 8 and the vegetable compartment 9 located under the freezer compartment 8 was demonstrated, it is not limited to this layout. In a refrigerator having a plurality of storage rooms and doors provided on the front surface of each storage room, the same effect can be obtained by providing inclined surfaces 27b across the plurality of doors on the left side, right side, upper side, and lower side of the front side. There is an effect.
Next, the reinforcing member 33 that increases the strength of each of the refrigerator compartment left door 10a and the refrigerator compartment right door 10b will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 19A is a perspective view of the resin member forming the edge frame 24 on the anti-hinge portion 50 side as viewed from the inner surface side. FIG. 19B is a perspective view of the resin member forming the edge frame 24 on the hinge portion 50 side as viewed from the inner surface side.
As shown in FIG. 10 or FIG. 19, a reinforcing member 33a is provided along the inner surface of the resin member forming the edge frame 24 on the anti-hinge portion 50 side. A reinforcing member 33b is provided along the inner surface of the resin member that forms the edge frame 24 on the hinge portion 50 side.
The reinforcing member 33a and the reinforcing member 33b are a pair of reinforcing members 33, which are metal members having the same shape. The reinforcing member 33 is a U-shaped member in cross section. The reinforcing member 33 includes a base portion 331 that is a rectangular flat plate, and a front rib 332 and a rear rib 333 that are provided on both sides of the base portion 331 in the short direction and rise perpendicularly to the base portion 331. The height of the front rib 332 is higher than the height of the rear rib 333.
As shown in FIG. 10, the front rib 332 of the reinforcing member 33 a is provided in contact with the third rib 241 of the edge frame 24 on the hinge portion 50 side of the door. The rear rib 333 of the reinforcing member 33 a is provided in contact with the flange portion 30 b of the edge frame 24.
The front rib 332 of the reinforcing member 33b is provided in contact with the flange portion 30a of the edge frame 24 on the side opposite to the hinge 50 of the door. The rear rib 333 of the reinforcing member 33 a is provided in contact with the fourth rib 242 of the edge frame 24.
In addition, in both the reinforcing members 33a and 33b, the base 331 and the front rib 332 are provided with a plurality of flow holes 334 for flowing urethane at the time of urethane filling and foaming.
Thus, even if the position of the reinforcing member 33 is different between the hinge part 50 side and the anti-hinge part 50 side of the door, the same shape can be obtained by inverting the left and right and left and right sides of the reinforcing member 33 having the same shape. The specification reinforcing member 33 can also be used, and the door can be reinforced at low cost.
Moreover, since the front rib 332 is located in the vicinity of the hinge part 50 on the hinge part 50 side of the door, the strength in the vicinity of the hinge part 50 due to the rotational moment when the door is opened can be efficiently increased. For this reason, the reliability of a hinged door can be improved.
In addition, in order to further increase the strength of the refrigerator compartment left door 10a and the refrigerator compartment right door 10b, an iron plate or the like other than the reinforcing member 33 may be placed inside the door.
(Embodiment 3)
FIG. 20 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a main part of the right door of the refrigerator compartment of the refrigerator according to Embodiment 3 of the present invention. In the present embodiment, the same components as those in the first and second embodiments are denoted by the same reference numerals, detailed description thereof will be omitted, and different portions will be described.
As shown in FIG. 20, an inclined surface 27 b is formed on the outer peripheral portion of the glass plate 25. The edge frame 24 is provided with a protruding portion 24 f that protrudes forward from the flange portion 30 a and covers a part of the outer peripheral side surface 25 a of the glass plate 25. The protrusion 24f is provided over the entire length of the portion where the inclined surface 27b is formed.
The extended part 24g extended toward the center side of a door is provided in the front end of the protrusion part 24f. The extending part 24g is provided over the entire length of the protruding part 24f. The front end surface of the extending portion 24g is substantially parallel to the main surface 27a of the glass plate 25. The thickness of the extended portion 24g gradually decreases toward the glass plate 25.
The edge frame 24 includes an insertion portion 43. The insertion portion 43 is a groove formed by the flange portion 30a of the edge frame 24 and the extending portion 24g. The groove width of the insertion portion 43 (the distance between the flange portion 30a of the edge frame 24 and the extended portion 24g) is substantially constant regardless of the depth of the groove.
And the end of the inclined surface 27 b is inserted into the insertion portion 43.
The front end face M of the extended portion 24g is located behind a face L virtually extending the main surface 27a of the glass plate 25 to the outer peripheral side of the door. Further, the front end face M is located in front of a virtual plane N parallel to the main surface 27a passing through the front end of the outer peripheral side face 25a of the glass plate 25.
Further, the groove width of the insertion portion 43 is larger than the plate thickness T2 at the outer peripheral end of the inclined surface 27b of the glass plate 25, but is smaller than the plate thickness at the inclined surface 27b. For this reason, when the end portion of the inclined surface 27b of the glass plate 25 is inserted into the insertion portion 43, the inclined surface 27b is inserted while spreading the tip of the extending portion 24g. Thereby, the inclined surface 27 b and the extending portion 24 g are in close contact, and the end portion of the inclined surface 27 b is held by the insertion portion 43.
For this reason, the extending part 24g and the inclined surface 27b are arranged with almost no gap, and dust and the like can be reduced from entering the gap.
Furthermore, the end of the inclined surface 27b can be covered with the protruding portion 24f. For this reason, malfunctions, such as a failure | damage of the outer peripheral part of the glass plate 25 by a cooking utensil, foodstuffs, etc. contacting, can be reduced.
Note that the groove width of the insertion portion 43 is desirably equal to or less than the plate thickness T1 on the main surface 27a of the glass plate 25. Thereby, the designability and reliability of a door can be improved, without impairing the decorativeness and high-quality feeling like the cut glass of the glass plate 25 produced by the inclined surface 27b.
As described above, the refrigerator according to the present invention forms an inclined surface on at least a part of the outer peripheral portion of the translucent front plate, and the front end of the protruding portion of the edge frame is located closer to the storage chamber than the main surface. By doing so, it is possible to provide a door with a high cleaning property and a high design property, and therefore, it can be applied to any cooling and heating equipment provided with a door provided with a translucent front plate.
