本发明的发明人在对上述现有技术的研究和实践过程中发现,现有技术中,IP-PBX创建通话至录音服务器接入通话过程涉及诸多SIP信令交互和处理过程,这段时间录音服务器无法获取用户通话混音后的媒体流,无法实现录音,使这段时间的的通话丢失。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种录音的方法,能够解决现有技术中无法在接收到终端的录音指令后实时对通话进行录音,而导致录音不完整的问题。
本发明第一方面提供一种录音的方法,所述方法应用于语音通话系统, 所述语音通话系统包括网络语音交换机IP PBX、镜像交换机及至少一个录音服务器,所述IP PBX与所述镜像交换机相连接,所述方法包括:
当所述IP PBX接收到处于同一通话的多个终端中的任一终端发送的录音指令时,所述IP PBX发送第一录音指示至所述至少一个录音服务器中与所述镜像交换机的镜像端口相连接的工作录音服务器,所述第一录音指示包括所述多个终端中任一终端的终端标识,所述第一录音指示用于指示所述工作录音服务器根据所述终端标识通过所述镜像端口从所述镜像交换机获取所述多个终端通话所产生的媒体流,并将所述多个终端通话所产生的媒体流与所述终端标识对应存储;
所述IP PBX获取所述工作录音服务器的IP地址和传输所述媒体流的端口号;
所述IP PBX通过所述IP地址和端口号向所述工作录音服务器发送所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流,并发送所述终端标识和第二录音指示至所述工作录音服务器,以指示所述工作录音服务器停止从所述镜像交换机获取所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流,并开始将接收自所述IP PBX的所述多个终端通话所产生的媒体流与所述终端标识对应存储。

本发明第二方面提供一种录音的方法,所述方法包括:录音服务器管理设备接收所述IP PBX在接收到处于同一通话的多个终端中的任一终端发送的录音指令时发送的第一录音指示,所述第一录音指示包括所述多个终端中的任一终端的终端标识;
所述录音服务器管理设备根据所述第一录音指示从两个以上录音服务器中选择连接镜像交换机的镜像端口的工作录音服务器;
并将所述第一录音指示转发给所述工作录音服务器,以指示所述工作录音服务器根据所述任一终端的终端标识通过所述镜像端口从所述镜像交换机获取所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流,并将所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流与所述终端标识对应存储;

本发明第三方面提供一种录音的方法,所述方法包括:录音服务器接收IP PBX发送的第一录音指示,根据所述第一录音指示携带的处于同一通话的多个终端中的任一终端的终端标识,从与所述IP PBX连接的镜像交换机获取所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流,并将所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流与所述终端标识对应存储;
所述录音服务器接收所述IP PBX获取到所述录音服务器的IP地址和传输所述媒体流的端口号后通过所述IP地址和所述端口号发送的所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流;
所述录音服务器接收所述IP PBX发送的所述终端标识和第二录音指示,并根据所述第二录音指示,停止从所述镜像交换机获取所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流,并开始将接收自所述IP PBX的所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流与所述终端标识对应存储。

本发明第四方面提供一种网络语音交换机IP PBX,所述网络语音交换机包括:
第一发送单元,用于当接收到处于同一通话的多个终端中的任一终端发送的录音指令时,发送第一录音指示至所述至少一个录音服务器中与所述镜像交换机的镜像端口相连接的工作录音服务器,所述第一录音指示包括所述多个终端中的任一终端的终端标识,所述第一录音指示用于指示所述工作录音服务器根据所述终端标识通过所述镜像端口从所述镜像交换机获取所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流,并将所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流与所述终端标识对应存储;
第一获取单元,用于获取所述工作录音服务器的IP地址和传输所述媒体流的端口号;
第二发送单元,用于向所述工作录音服务器发送所述终端标识;

本发明实施例中,在IP PBX接收到终端发送的录音指令时,向至少一个录音服务器中连接在镜像交换机的镜像端口的工作录音服务器发送第一录音指示,以使得该工作录音服务器在接收到第一录音指示后,根据终端标识从所述镜像交换机获取所述多个终端的通话媒体流,实现发送第二录音指示之前对通话的录音,IP PBX获取到所述工作录音服务器的IP地址和端口号后发送第二录音指示至工作录音服务器,以使工作录音服务器切换到直接从IP PBX获取通话媒体流的录音方式,两种录音方式的结合解决了现有技术中无法实现IP PBX接收到录音指令后立即对通话进行录音,由于延时而导致录音不完整的问题。

本发明实施例中,本实施例中所公开的录音方法适用于通过会话发起协议建立的通话,也适用于通过H.323协议建立的通话以及其它类似的通话,本实施例均不作限定,且该方法应用于语音通话系统,语音通话系统包括网络语音交换机IP PBX、镜像交换机、录音服务器管理设备及录音服务器,需要说明的是,处于同一通话中的多个终端为两个时,IP PBX可以先单独为这两个终端另外创建一个包括这两个终端的语音会场,再将录音服务器接入语音会场,而当通话为包括三个以上的终端的会议通话时,不需要另外创建一个语音会场,另外本发明实施例中所出现的镜像交换机是指具有镜像端口的交换机,不限于局域网交换机或非局域网交换机,只要具有镜像功能即可,本文中均不作限定。
本发明实施例中对通话进行录音的具体过程是语音会场将通话方媒体进行混音,形成媒体流,录音服务器获取该媒体流并存储从而完成对通话的录制。
请参阅图1,本发明实施例的一种录音的方法的一个实施例,包括:
101、当IP PBX接收到处于同一通话的多个终端中任一终端发送的录音 指令时,IP PBX发送第一录音指示至至少一个录音服务器中与镜像交换机的镜像端口相连接的工作录音服务器;
第一录音指示包括多个终端中任一终端的终端标识,终端标识具体可以是发送录音指令的终端的终端标识,也可以是该多个终端中其它终端的终端标识,第一录音指示用于指示工作录音服务器根据终端标识通过镜像端口从镜像交换机获取该多个终端通话所产生的媒体流,并将该多个终端通话所产生的媒体流与终端标识对应存储。
102、IP PBX获取工作录音服务器的IP地址和传输媒体流的端口号;
103、IP PBX向工作录音服务器发送终端标识;
104、IP PBX通过IP地址和端口号向工作录音服务器发送处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流;

终端标识还可以包括该终端的电话号码,第一录制指示还可以包括该通话的其它终端的电话号码,相应地,工作录音服务器在完成录制该通话的媒体后可以将录制的完整媒体与该通话的终端的电话号码对应存储,便于后续根据电话号码检索对应的通话媒体。
本发明实施例中,在IP PBX接收到终端发送的录音指令时,向连接在镜像交换机的镜像端口的工作录音服务器发送第一录音指示,使得该工作录音服务器在接收到第一录音指示后,根据终端标识从镜像交换机获取通话媒体流,实现发送第二录音指示之前对通话的录音,IP PBX发送第二录音指示至工作录音服务器,以使工作录音服务器切换到直接从IP PBX获取通话媒体流的录音方式,两种录音方式的结合解决了现有技术中无法实现IP PBX接收到录音指令后立即对通话进行录音,由于延时而导致录音不完整的问题。
请参阅图2,下面以录音服务器管理设备为例对本发明实施例进行说明,本发明实施例的一种录音的方法的另一实施例,包括:
201、当IP PBX接收到处于同一通话的多个终端中任一终端发送的录音指令时,IP PBX发送第一录音指示至录音服务器管理设备;
IP PBX发送第一录音指示至录音服务器管理设备,以使录音服务器管理设备根据第一录音指示从两个以上录音服务器中选择连接镜像交换机的镜像端口的工作录音服务器,并向工作录音服务器转发该第一录音指示;
第一录音指示包括任一终端的终端标识,任一终端的终端标识具体可以是发送录音指令的终端的终端标识,也可以是多个终端中其它终端的终端标识。
终端标识可以包括终端IP地址,相应地,在步骤201中,第一录音指示用于指示工作录音服务器通过镜像交换机的与工作录音服务器连接的镜像端口对与终端IP地址对应的数据包进行镜像抓包,来获取处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流,并将处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流与终端IP地址对应存储。
终端标识还可以包括终端端口号,相应地,在步骤201中,所述第一录音指示用于指示工作录音服务器通过所述镜像交换机的与所述工作录音服务器连接的镜像端口对与所述终端IP地址对应的数据包进行镜像抓包,来获取所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流,并将所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流与所述终端IP地址对应存储。所述终端标识对应的终端可能配置有多个电话号码,且该终端同一时间可能利用多个电话号码通话。在利用多个电话号码通话时,一个电话号码对应的通话处于通话状态,其它电话号码对应的通话处于呼叫保持状态,这多个电话号码建立通话的IP地址是相同的,但端口号不同,为了兼容此类场景,终端标识还可以包括端口号,以便于录音服务器在录制媒体时区分不同通话的媒体。
202、IP PBX将邀请消息发送至录音服务器管理设备;

本发明实施例中,第一发送单元1101在接收到终端发送的录音指令时,向连接在镜像交换机镜像端口的工作录音服务器发送第一录音指示,以使录音服务器根据终端标识获取通话媒体流,实现收到录音指令后立即对通话进行录音,保证录音不缺失,第三发送单元1104发送第二录音指示至录音系统,第四发送单元1105将媒体流发送至录音服务器,解决了由于延时导致录音不 完整的问题。

本发明实施例中,第三发送模块13011在接收到终端发送的录音指令时,向录音系统发送第一录音指示,使得SIP Server选择一个连接在镜像交换机镜像端口的录音服务器,以使录音服务器根据终端标识获取非加密的通话媒体流,实现录音服务器接入语音会场前对通话的录音,保证录音不缺失,在录音服务器成功接入语音会场时,第三发送单元1303发送第二录音指示至SIP Server,第四发送模块13031将加密的媒体流发送给录音服务器,使录音服务 器切换录音方式,也大大的提高了录音的安全性,保证了用户按需录音过程中通话录音的完整性。

本发明实施例中,当第一接收单元1501接收到IP PBX发送的第一录音指示,第一执行单元1502选择一个连接在镜像交换机镜像端口的录音服务器,第一发送单元1503将第一录音指示转发给工作录音服务器,以使得工作录音服务器根据终端标识获取通话媒体流,不因诸多信令交互造成的延时,而导致录音缺失的问题,第四发送单元1507接收到第二录音指示后,控制录音服务器停止从镜像交换机获取通话媒体流,开始接收IP PBX发送的通话媒体流,两种录音方式的结合保证了录音的完整性。

本发明实施例中,网络语音交换机1801接收到处于同一通话的多个终端中任一终端发送的录音指令后,向录音服务器管理设备1802发送第一录音指令和邀请消息,录音服务器管理设备1802从录音服务器组中选择一个录音服务器1803进行录音,使得在录音服务器1803根据邀请消息接入语音会场前,录音服务器1803根据终端标识从镜像交换机1804的镜像端口获取媒体流,在录音服务器1803根据邀请消息接入语音会场后,录音服务器1803根据第二录音指示从语音交换机1801获取媒体流,解决了现有技术中无法实现录音服务器接入会场前对通话进行录音,从而造成录音丢失、不完整的问题。

通过与IP PBX连接的镜像交换机的镜像端口,对与终端IP地址和端口号对应的数据包进行镜像抓包,来获取处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流,并将该媒体流存储在存储器2102中,其中,终端标识包括终端IP地址。

集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上对本发明所提供的一种录音的的方法、装置及系统进行了详细介绍,本文中应用了具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想;同时,对于本领域的一般技术人员,依据本发明的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处,综上,本说明书内容不应理解为对本发明的限制。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种录音的方法,所述方法应用于语音通话系统,所述语音通话系统包括网络语音交换机IP PBX、镜像交换机及至少一个录音服务器,所述IP PBX与所述镜像交换机相连接,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    当所述IP PBX接收到处于同一通话的多个终端中的任一终端发送的录音指令时,所述IP PBX发送第一录音指示至所述至少一个录音服务器中与所述镜像交换机的镜像端口相连接的工作录音服务器,所述第一录音指示包括所述多个终端中的任一终端的终端标识,所述第一录音指示用于指示所述工作录音服务器根据所述终端标识通过所述镜像端口从所述镜像交换机获取所述多个终端通话所产生的媒体流,并将所述多个终端通话所产生的媒体流与所述终端标识对应存储;
    所述IP PBX获取所述工作录音服务器的IP地址和传输所述媒体流的端口号;
    所述IP PBX通过所述IP地址和端口号向所述工作录音服务器发送所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流,并发送所述终端标识和第二录音指示至所述工作录音服务器,以指示所述工作录音服务器停止从所述镜像交换机获取所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流,并开始将接收自所述IP PBX的所述多个终端通话所产生的媒体流与所述终端标识对应存储。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端标识包括终端IP地址,所述所述IP PBX将所述第一录音指示发送至所述工作录音服务器具体包括:
    所述IP PBX将所述第一录音指示发送至所述工作录音服务器,以使所述工作录音服务器通过所述镜像交换机的与所述工作录音服务器连接的镜像端口对与所述终端IP地址对应的数据包进行镜像抓包,来获取所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流,并将所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流与所述终端IP地址对应存储。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述语音通话系统包括多个录音服务器及录音服务器管理设备,所述所述IP PBX发送所述第一录 音指示至所述工作录音服务器具体包括:
    所述IP PBX向所述录音服务器管理设备发送所述第一录音指示,以使所述录音服务器管理设备根据所述第一录音指示从所述两个以上录音服务器中选择连接所述镜像交换机的镜像端口的所述工作录音服务器,并向所述工作录音服务器转发所述第一录音指示;
    所述所述IP PBX获取所述工作录音服务器的IP地址和传输所述媒体流的端口号,并向所述工作录音服务器发送所述终端标识具体包括:
    所述IP PBX将邀请消息发送至所述录音服务器管理设备,并接收所述录音服务器管理设备返回的包含所述工作录音服务器的IP地址和所述端口号的邀请响应;
    所述将所述终端标识发送给所述工作录音服务器,具体包括:
    将所述终端标识携带在所述邀请消息中发送给所述录音服务器管理设备,以便于所述录音服务器根据所述终端标识确定所述工作录音服务器,并将所述终端标识发送给所述工作录音服务器;
    所述发送所述第二录音指示至所述工作录音服务器,具体包括:
    通过所述录音服务器管理设备发送所述第二录音指示至所述工作录音服务器。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述IP PBX接收到所述任一终端发送的录音指令后,所述方法还包括:
    当所述IP PBX确定所述处于同一通话中的每个终端通话的媒体为加密的媒体时,所述IP PBX控制所述处于同一通话中的每个终端将通话的媒体协商成非加密的媒体;
    所述IP PBX通过所述IP地址和所述端口号向所述工作录音服务器发送所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流之前,还包括:
    所述IP PBX控制所述处于同一通话的多个终端将通话的媒体重协商成加密的媒体;
    进一步,所述通过所述IP地址和所述端口号向所述工作录音服务器发送所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流,具体包括:
    对接收自所述处于同一通话的多个终端发送的媒体流分别进行解密,以得到解密后的媒体流,并对所述解密后的媒体流进行混音后通过所述IP地址和所述端口号发送给所述工作录音服务器。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述IP PBX获取所述工作录音服务器的IP地址和传输媒体流的端口号之后还包括:
    所述IP PBX根据所述工作录音服务器的IP地址将所述工作录音服务器接入包含所述处于同一通话的多个终端的语音会场中。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述处于同一通话中的终端为两个时,所述方法还包括:
    当所述IP PBX接收到所述录音指令后,所述IP PBX根据所述终端标识创建包含所述处于同一通话中的终端的语音会场。
  7. 一种录音的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    录音服务器管理设备接收所述IP PBX在接收到处于同一通话的多个终端中的任一终端发送的录音指令时发送的第一录音指示,所述第一录音指示包括所述多个终端中的任一终端的终端标识;
    所述录音服务器管理设备根据所述第一录音指示从两个以上录音服务器中选择连接镜像交换机的镜像端口的工作录音服务器;
    将所述第一录音指示转发给所述工作录音服务器,以指示所述工作录音服务器根据所述任一终端的终端标识通过所述镜像端口从所述镜像交换机获取所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流,并将所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流与所述终端标识对应存储;
    所述录音服务器管理设备接收所述IP PBX发送的邀请消息,所述邀请消息包括所述终端标识;
    所述录音服务器管理设备根据所述终端标识确定所述工作录音服务器,将所述终端标识转发给所述工作录音服务器;
    并向所述IP PBX返回包含所述工作录音服务器的IP地址的邀请响应,以便于所述IP PBX通过所述IP地址和端口号向所述工作录音服务器发送所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流;
    所述录音服务器管理设备在接收到所述IP PBX发送的第二录音指示时,将所述第二录音指示转发给所述工作录音服务器,以指示所述工作录音服务器,停止从所述镜像交换机获取所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流,开始接收所述IP PBX发送的所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流,并将所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流与所述终端标识对应存储。
  8. 一种录音的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    录音服务器接收IP PBX发送的第一录音指示,根据所述第一录音指示携带的处于同一通话的多个终端中的任一终端的终端标识,从与所述IP PBX连接的镜像交换机获取所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流,并将所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流与所述终端标识对应存储;
    所述录音服务器接收所述IP PBX获取到所述录音服务器的IP地址和传输所述媒体流的端口号后通过所述IP地址和所述端口号发送的所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流;
    所述录音服务器接收所述IP PBX发送的所述终端标识和第二录音指示,并根据所述第二录音指示,停止从所述镜像交换机获取所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流,并开始将接收自所述IP PBX的所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流与所述终端标识对应存储。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端标识包括终端IP地址,所述所述从与所述IP PBX连接的镜像交换机获取所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流,具体包括:
    通过与所述IP PBX连接的镜像交换机的镜像端口,对与所述终端IP地址对应的数据包进行镜像抓包,来获取所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流。
  10. 一种网络语音交换机IP PBX,其特征在于,所述网络语音交换机包括:
    第一发送单元,用于当接收到处于同一通话的多个终端中的任一终端发 送的录音指令时,发送第一录音指示至所述至少一个录音服务器中与所述镜像交换机的镜像端口相连接的工作录音服务器,所述第一录音指示包括所述多个终端中的任一终端的终端标识,所述第一录音指示用于指示所述工作录音服务器根据所述终端标识通过所述镜像端口从所述镜像交换机获取所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流,并将所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流与所述终端标识对应存储;
    第一获取单元,用于获取所述工作录音服务器的IP地址和传输所述媒体流的端口号;
    第二发送单元,用于向所述工作录音服务器发送所述终端标识;
    第三发送单元,用于通过所述IP地址和所述端口号向所述工作录音服务器发送所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流,并发送第二录音指示至所述工作录音服务器,以指示所述工作录音服务器停止从所述镜像交换机获取所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流;
    第四发送单元,用于将所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流发送至所述工作录音服务器,以使所述工作录音服务器将所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流与所述终端标识对应存储。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的IP PBX,其特征在于,所述终端标识包括终端IP地址,所述第一发送单元包括:
    第一发送模块,用于将所述第一录音指示发送至所述工作录音服务器,以使所述工作录音服务器通过所述镜像交换机的与所述工作录音服务器连接的镜像端口对与所述终端IP地址对应的数据包进行镜像抓包,来获取所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的IP PBX,其特征在于,所述第一发送单元包括:
    第二发送模块,用于向所述录音服务器管理设备发送所述第一录音指示,以使所述录音服务器管理设备根据所述第一录音指示从所述两个以上录音服务器中选择连接所述镜像交换机的镜像端口的所述工作录音服务器,并向所述工作录音服务器转发所述第一录音指示;
    进一步,所述第二发送单元包括:
    第三发送模块,用于将所述终端标识携带在所述邀请消息中发送给所述录音服务器管理设备,以便于所述录音服务器根据所述终端标识确定所述工作录音服务器,并将所述终端标识发送给所述工作录音服务器;
    进一步,所述第一获取单元包括:
    第一获取模块,用于获取所述录音服务器管理设备返回的包含所述IP地址和所述端口号的邀请响应;
    第二获取模块,用于从所述邀请响应中获取所述IP地址和所述端口号;
    进一步,所述第三发送单元包括:
    第四发送模块,用于通过所述录音服务器管理设备发送所述第二录音指示至所述工作录音服务器。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的IP PBX,其特征在于,所述IP PBX还包括:
    第一控制单元,用于当确定所述处于同一通话中的终端通话的媒体为加密的媒体时,控制所述处于同一通话中的终端将通话的媒体协商成非加密的媒体;
    第二控制单元,用于控制所述处于同一通话中的终端将通话的媒体重协商成加密的媒体;
    进一步,所述第四发送单元包括:
    第一执行模块,用于对接收自所述处于同一通话的多个终端发送的媒体流分别进行解密,以得到解密后的媒体流;
    第四发送模块,用于对所述解密后的媒体流进行混音后通过所述IP地址和端口号发送给所述工作录音服务器。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的IP PBX,其特征在于,所述IP PBX还包括:
    第三控制单元,用于根据所述工作录音服务器的IP地址将所述工作录音服务器接入包含所述处于同一通话的多个终端的语音会场中。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的IP PBX,其特征在于,所述IP PBX还包括:
    第二执行单元,用于当接收到所述录音指令后,根据所述终端标识创建包含所述处于同一通话中的终端的语音会场。
  16. 一种录音服务器管理设备,其特征在于,所述录音服务器管理设备包括:
    第一接收单元,用于接收IP PBX在接收到处于同一通话的多个终端中的任一终端发送的录音指令时发送的第一录音指示,所述第一录音指示包括所述多个终端中的任一终端的终端标识;
    第一执行单元,用于根据所述第一录音指示从两个以上录音服务器中选择连接镜像交换机的镜像端口的工作录音服务器;
    第一发送单元,用于将所述第一录音指示转发给所述工作录音服务器,以指示所述工作录音服务器根据所述任一终端的终端标识从所述镜像交换机获取所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流,并将所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流与所述终端标识对应存储;
    第二接收单元,用于接收所述IP PBX发送的邀请消息,所述邀请消息包括所述终端标识;
    第二发送单元,用于根据所述终端标识确定所述工作录音服务器,将所述终端标识转发给所述工作录音服务器;
    第三发送单元,用于向所述IP PBX返回包含所述工作录音服务器的IP地址的邀请响应,以便于所述IP PBX通过所述IP地址和端口号向所述工作录音服务器发送所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流;
    第四发送单元,用于在接收到所述IP PBX发送的第二录音指示时,将所述第二录音指示转发给所述工作录音服务器,以指示所述工作录音服务器,停止从所述镜像交换机获取所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流,开始接收所述IP PBX发送的所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流,并将所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流与所述终端标识对应存储。
  17. 一种录音服务器,其特征在于,所述录音服务器包括:
    第一接收单元,用于接收IP PBX发送的第一录音指示;
    第一执行单元,用于根据所述第一录音指示携带的处于同一通话的多个终端中的任一终端的终端标识,从与所述IP PBX连接的镜像交换机获取所述 处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流,并将所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流与所述终端标识对应存储;
    第二接收单元,用于接收所述IP PBX获取到所述录音服务器的IP地址和传输所述媒体流的端口号后通过所述IP地址和所述端口号发送的所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流;
    第三接收单元,用于接收所述IP PBX发送的所述IP PBX发送的所述终端标识和第二录音指示,所述第二录音指示用于指示所述第一执行单元停止根据所述终端标识获取所述多个终端通话所产生的媒体流;
    第二执行单元,用于根据所述第三接收单元接收到的所述第二录音指示,停止从所述镜像交换机获取所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流,并开始将接收自所述IP PBX的所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流与所述终端标识对应存储。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的录音服务器,其特征在于,所述终端标识包括所述终端IP地址和所述端口号,所述第一执行单元包括:
    第一执行模块,用于通过与所述IP PBX连接的镜像交换机的镜像端口,对与所述终端IP地址和所述端口号对应的数据包进行镜像抓包,来获取所述处于同一通话的多个终端通话所产生的媒体流。
  19. 一种录音的系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:
    权利要求10至15中任一项所述的网络语音交换机IP PBX;
    权利要求17至18中任一项所述的录音服务器。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括权利要求16所述的录音服务器管理设备。
  21. 根据权利要求19或20所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括与所述录音服务器连接的镜像交换机。
