Abstract

本发明实施例提供一种通话录音方法、录音服务器、用户级交换机及录音系统。本发明提供的通话录音方法,包括:从镜像交换机获取信令;接收用户级交换机PBX发送的录音指令,所述录音指令中包括通话终端的号码;对所述信令进行解析,并根据所述录音指令中的号码和对所述信令进行解析的结果确定录音方式,所述确定的录音方式具体为镜像录音或会场录音;根据所述确定的录音方式对所述通话终端的媒体流进行录音。本发明实施例解决了现有技术中的录音方式,在录音过程中需要利用PBX的资源做会场,增加了该PBX的资源消耗的问题。

通话录音方法、录音服务器、用户级交换机及录音系统
本申请要求于2014年4月11日提交中国专利局、申请号为201410145226.0、发明名称为“通话录音方法、录音服务器、用户级交换机及录音系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明实施例涉及通信技术,尤其涉及一种通话录音方法、录音服务器、用户级交换机及录音系统。
背景技术
目前,在统一通信(Unified Communications,简称为:UC)或呼叫中心(Call Center,简称为:CC)应用场景中,对通话终端的内部通话和外部通话进行录音时,通常需要通过用户级交换机(Private Branch Exchange,简称为:PBX)创建会场,将通话终端和录音服务器加入会场,并将会场中通话终端的媒体流发送给录音服务器以实现会场录音。
现有技术中的录音方式,在录音过程中需要利用PBX的资源做会场,增加了该PBX的资源消耗。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种通话录音方法、录音服务器、用户级交换机及录音系统,以解决现有技术中的录音方式,在录音过程中需要利用PBX的资源做会场,增加了该PBX的资源消耗的问题。
第一方面,本发明实施例提供一种通话录音方法,包括:
从镜像交换机获取信令;
接收用户级交换机PBX发送的录音指令,所述录音指令中包括通话终端的号码;
对所述信令进行解析,并根据所述录音指令中的号码和对所述信令进行解析的结果确定录音方式,所述确定的录音方式具体为镜像录音或会场录音;
根据所述确定的录音方式对所述通话终端的媒体流进行录音。
在第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式中,所述对所述信令进行解析,并根据所述录音指令中的号码和对所述信令进行解析的结果确定录音方式,包括:
对所述信令进行解析获取所述信令中的号码,以及所述号码对应的网协IP地址和媒体端口,并将解析的结果存储在录音服务器中;
将所述录音指令中的号码与所述录音服务器中存储的所述解析结果进行匹配,在所述解析结果中匹配到所述录音指令中的号码时,根据通过所述号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流确定录音方式。
根据第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式,在第二种可能的实现方式中,所述根据通过所述号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流确定录音方式,包括:
在所述匹配结果中获取所述录音指令中的号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口;
从获取自所述镜像交换机的媒体流中识别出通过所述IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流;
对识别出的媒体流进行分析以判断所述媒体流是否加密,并在判断出所述媒体流未加密时确定所述录音方式为镜像录音;
所述根据所述确定的录音方式对所述通话终端的媒体流进行录音,包括:
对获取自所述镜像交换机的媒体流中通过所述IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流进行录音。
根据第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式,在第三种可能的实现方式中,所述根据通过所述号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流确定录音方式,包括:
在所述匹配结果中获取所述录音指令中的号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口;
如果从获取自所述镜像交换机的媒体流中未识别出通过所述IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流,或者,从获取自所述镜像交换机的媒体流中识别出通过所述IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流,且判断出所述识别出的媒体流已加密,确定所述录音方式为会场录音。
根据第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式,在第四种可能的实现方式中,所述方法还包括:
对所述信令进行解析获取所述信令中的指示信息;
当所述指示信息指示通过所述IP地址和媒体端口的媒体流未加密时,确定所述录音方式为镜像录音;或者,
当所述指示信息指示通过所述IP地址和媒体端口的媒体流已加密时,确定所述录音方式为会场录音。
在第一方面的第五种可能的实现方式中,所述对所述信令进行解析,并根据所述录音指令中的号码和对所述信令进行解析的结果确定录音方式,包括:
对所述信令进行解析获取所述信令中的号码,以及所述号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口,并将解析的结果存储在录音服务器中;
将所述录音指令中的号码与所述录音服务器中存储的所述解析结果进行匹配,在所述解析结果中未匹配到所述录音指令中的号码时,将所述录音方式确定为会场录音。
根据第一方面的第三种到第五种可能的实现方式中任意一种,在第六种可能的实现方式中,所述根据所述确定的录音方式对所述通话终端的媒体流进行录音,包括:
向所述PBX发送会场录音指令,以使所述PBX创建会场并将所述通话终端和所述录音服务器加入所述会场;
对所述会场中的所述通话终端的媒体流进行录音。
第二方面,本发明实施例提供一种通话录音方法,包括:
生成录音指令,所述录音指令包括通话终端的号码;
向录音服务器发送录音指令,以使所述录音服务器根据所述号码和对从镜像交换机获取的信令进行解析的结果确定录音方式,所述确定的录音方式具体为镜像录音或会场录音。
在第二方面的第一种可能的实现方式中,所述通话终端包括主叫通话终端和被叫通话终端,所述向录音服务器发送录音指令之后,还包括:
接收所述录音服务器发送的会场录音指令;
根据所述会场录音指令创建会场,并将所述主叫通话终端、所述被叫通 话终端和所述录音服务器加入所述会场;
对接收自所述主叫通话终端和所述被叫通话终端的媒体流进行混音后发送给所述录音服务器。
根据第二方面或第二方面的第一种可能的实现方式,在第二种可能的实现方式中,所述对接收自所述主叫通话终端和所述被叫通话终端的媒体流进行混音后发送给所述录音服务器,包括:
在确定接收自所述主叫通话终端和所述被叫通话终端的媒体流已加密时,对接收自所述主叫通话终端的媒体流和接收自被叫通话终端的媒体流分别进行解密,并对所述解密后的媒体流进行混音后发送给所述录音服务器。
第三方面,本发明实施例提供一种录音服务器,包括:
获取模块,用于从镜像交换机获取信令;
接收模块,用于接收用户级交换机PBX发送的录音指令,所述录音指令中包括通话终端的号码;
解析模块,用于对所述获取模块获取的信令进行解析,并根据所述接收模块接收的录音指令中的号码和对所述信令进行解析的结果确定录音方式,所述确定的录音方式具体为镜像录音或会场录音;
录音模块,用于根据所述解析模块确定的录音方式对所述通话终端的媒体流进行录音。
在第三方面的第一种可能的实现方式中,所述解析模块,包括:
第一解析单元,用于对所述获取模块获取的信令进行解析获取所述信令中的号码,以及所述号码对应的网协IP地址和媒体端口,并将解析的结果存储在录音服务器中;
第一匹配单元,用于将所述接收模块接收的录音指令中的号码与所述录音服务器中存储的所述解析结果进行匹配,在所述解析结果中匹配到所述录音指令中的号码时,根据通过所述号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流确定录音方式。
根据第三方面的第一种可能的实现方式,在第二种可能的实现方式中,所述第一匹配单元用于根据通过所述号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流确定录音方式,具体包括:在所述匹配结果中获取所述录音指令中的号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口;从获取自所述镜像交换机的媒体流中识别出通 过所述IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流;对识别出的媒体流进行分析以判断所述媒体流是否加密,并在判断出所述媒体流未加密时确定所述录音方式为镜像录音;
则所述录音模块,具体用于对获取自所述镜像交换机的媒体流中通过所述IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流进行录音。
根据第三方面的第一种可能的实现方式,在第三种可能的实现方式中,所述第一匹配单元用于根据通过所述号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流确定录音方式,具体包括:在所述匹配结果中获取所述录音指令中的号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口;如果从获取自所述镜像交换机的媒体流中未识别出通过所述IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流,或者,从获取自所述镜像交换机的媒体流中识别出通过所述IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流,且判断出所述识别出的媒体流已加密,确定所述录音方式为会场录音。
根据第三方面的第一种可能的实现方式,在第四种可能的实现方式中,所述第一解析单元,还用于对所述获取模块获取的信令进行解析获取所述信令中的指示信息;
所述解析模块还包括:确定单元,用于当所述第一解析单元获取的指示信息指示通过所述IP地址和媒体端口的媒体流未加密时,确定所述录音方式为镜像录音;或者,当所述第一解析单元获取的指示信息指示通过所述IP地址和媒体端口的媒体流已加密时,确定所述录音方式为会场录音。
在第三方面的第五种可能的实现方式中,所述解析模块,包括:
第二解析单元,用于对所述获取模块获取的信令进行解析获取所述信令中的号码,以及所述号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口,并将解析的结果存储在录音服务器中;
第二匹配单元,用于将所述接收模块接收的录音指令中的号码与所述录音服务器中存储的所述解析结果进行匹配,在所述解析结果中未匹配到所述录音指令中的号码时,将所述录音方式确定为会场录音。
根据第三方面的第三种到第五种可能的实现方式中任意一种,在第六种可能的实现方式中,所述录音模块,包括:
发送单元,用于向所述PBX发送会场录音指令,以使所述PBX创建会场并将所述通话终端和所述录音服务器加入所述会场;
录音单元,用于对所述会场中的所述通话终端的媒体流进行录音。
第四方面,本发明实施例提供一种用户级交换机,包括:
录音指示模块,用于生成录音指令,所述录音指令包括通话终端的号码;
发送模块,用于向录音服务器发送录音指令,以使所述录音服务器根据所述号码和对从镜像交换机获取的信令进行解析的结果确定录音方式,并根据所述确定的录音方式对所述通话终端的媒体流进行录音,所述确定的录音方式具体为镜像录音或会场录音。
在第四方面的第一种可能的实现方式中,所述通话终端包括主叫通话终端和被叫通话终端,所述用户级交换机PBX还包括:接收模块,用于在所述发送模块向录音服务器发送录音指令之后,接收所述录音服务器发送的会场录音指令;
创建模块,用于根据所述接收模块接收的会场录音指令创建会场,并将所述主叫通话终端、所述被叫通话终端和所述录音服务器加入所述会场;
媒体处理模块,用于对接收自所述主叫通话终端和所述被叫通话终端的媒体流进行混音;
所述发送模块,还用于将所述混音后的媒体流发送给所述录音服务器。
根据第四方面或第四方面的第一种可能的实现方式,在第二种可能的实现方式中,所述媒体处理模块,具体用于在确定接收自所述主叫通话终端和所述被叫通话终端的媒体流已加密时,对接收自所述主叫通话终端的媒体流和接收自所述被叫通话终端的媒体流分别进行解密,并对所述解密后的媒体流进行混音。
第五方面,本发明实施例提供一种录音系统,包括:录音服务器和用户级交换机PBX;
其中,录音服务器,用于从镜像交换机获取信令;
所述PBX,用于生成录音指令,所述录音指令包括通话终端的号码,并向录音服务器发送所述录音指令;
所述录音服务器,还用于接收用户级交换机PBX发送的录音指令,对所述信令进行解析,并根据所述录音指令中的号码和对所述信令进行解析的结果确定录音方式,所述确定的录音方式具体为镜像录音或会场录音;进而根据所述确定的录音方式对所述通话终端的媒体流进行录音。
在第五方面的第一种可能的实现方式中,所述录音服务器还用于对所述信令进行解析,并根据所述录音指令中的号码和对所述信令进行解析的结果确定录音方式,具体包括:

所述录音服务器还用于根据所述确定的录音方式对所述通话终端的媒体流进行录音,具体包括:所述录音服务器,用于对获取自所述镜像交换机的媒体流中通过所述IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流进行录音。
根据第五方面的第一种可能的实现方式,在第三种可能的实现方式中,所述录音服务器用于根据通过所述号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流确定录音方式,具体包括:在所述匹配结果中获取所述录音指令中的号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口;如果从获取自所述镜像交换机的媒体流中未识别出通过所述IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流,或者,从获取自所述镜像交换机的媒体流中识别出通过所述IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流,且判断出所述识别出的媒体流已加密,确定所述录音方式为会场录音。
根据第五方面的第一种可能的实现方式,在第四种可能的实现方式中,所述录音服务器,还用于对所述信令进行解析获取所述信令中的指示信息;当所述指示信息指示通过所述IP地址和媒体端口的媒体流未加密时,确定所述录音方式为镜像录音;或者,当所述指示信息指示通过所述IP地址和媒体端口的媒体流已加密时,确定所述录音方式为会场录音。
在第五方面的第五种可能的实现方式中,所述录音服务器还用于对所述信令进行解析,并根据所述录音指令中的号码和对所述信令进行解析的结果确定录音方式,具体包括:

所述通话终端包括主叫通话终端和被叫通话终端;所述PBX,还用于接收所述录音服务器发送的会场录音指令;根据所述会场录音指令创建所述会场,并将所述主叫通话终端、所述被叫通话终端和所述录音服务器加入所述会场;进而对接收自所述主叫通话终端和所述被叫通话终端的媒体流进行混音后发送给所述录音服务器。
根据第五方面的第六种可能的实现方式,在第七种可能的实现方式中,所述PBX还用于对接收自所述主叫通话终端和所述被叫通话终端的媒体流进行混音后发送给所述录音服务器,具体包括:
所述PBX,用于在确定接收自所述主叫通话终端和所述被叫通话终端的媒体流已加密时,对接收自所述主叫通话终端的媒体流和接收自所述被叫通话终端的媒体流分别进行解密,并对所述解密后的媒体流进行混音后发送给所述录音服务器。
本发明实施例所提供的通话录音方法、录音服务器、用户级交换机及录音系统,通过录音服务器对从镜像交换机获取的信令进行解析,并根据从PBX接收的录音指令中的号码和对信令解析的结果将录音方式确定为镜像录音或会场录音,实现了录音服务器根据确定的录音方式对通话终端的媒体流进行录音,而不是统一通过会场录音的方式进行录音,从而在一定程度上降低了 PBX的资源消耗。

实施例一
图1为本发明实施例一所提供的一种通话录音方法的流程图。本实施例提供的方法适用于对电话网络中的通话终端进行录音的情况,该方法可以由 录音服务器执行,该录音服务器通常以硬件和/或软件的方法来实现,如图1所示,本实施例的方法可以包括:
S110,从镜像交换机获取信令。
目前的PBX是公司内部使用的电话网络系统,在通过PBX建立的系统中,一个PBX通常有多个端口,可以连接相应数量的用户电话;以目前通常使用的基于网协IP(Internet Protocol)的PBX(IP Private Branch exchange,简称为:IP-PBX)为例,对本发明实施例提供的通话录音方法进行说明,IP-PBX分别与镜像交换机(Switch)和录音服务器通过物理连接,录音服务器与Switch的镜像端口连接,具体地,录音服务器从Switch的镜像端口获取通话终端的信令,需要说明的是,在本实施例中,在电话网络系统的通话过程中,录音服务器从Switch的镜像端口实时获取的信令可能为加密信令或未加密信令。
S120,接收PBX发送的录音指令,该录音指令中包括该通话终端的号码。
在本实施例中,录音服务器在电话网络系统的通话过程中,还可以接收IP-PBX发送的录音指令,录音服务器接收到的录音指令中包括通过所述PBX进行通信的通话终端的号码。PBX发送的该录音指令,用于指示该录音服务器录制该通话终端的媒体流。需要说明的是,PBX可以将通话双方的号码都通过该录音指令发送给录音服务器,指示录音服务器录制通话双方之间的媒体流;也可以仅将通话双方中的一方的号码发送给录音服务器,指示录音服务器录制该号码对应的通话终端接收和发送的媒体流。
需要说明的是,本实施例中IP-PBX可以通过对通话终端的选择实现录音功能的启动,从而发送的录音指令,通常可以对通话终端上的特定功能按键进行选择启动录音功能,也可以由电话网络系统根据对通话终端的录音权限进行判定,对具有录音权限的用户在进行通话时自动启动录音功能。
S130,对该信令进行解析,并根据该录音指令中的号码和对该信令进行解析的结果确定录音方式,该确定的录音方式具体为镜像录音或会场录音。
在本实施例中,录音服务器对获取自Switch的信令进行解析可以得到解析结果,如上所述,该信令可以为加密信令或未加密信令;具体地,若该信令未加密,则录音服务器对该信令进行解析可以获取该信令中的号码,以及该号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口,该号码为信令中的主叫号码和/或被叫号 码;若该信令为加密信令,则录音服务器不能对该信令进行解析,即不能获取到信令中的号码,以及该号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口;如上所述对不同类型的信令解析后获取的结果不同,进一步地,对不同类型的信令进行解析后获取的结果通常用于与录音指令中的号码进行匹配,录音服务器根据匹配的结果确定执行录音的方式,该录音方式具体为镜像录音或会场录音。
本实施例在具体实现中,录音服务器确定录音方式后还可以向IP-PBX发送通知消息,用于向IP-PBX通知已确定的录音方式,IP-PBX接收到通知消息后还可以向录音服务器返回相应的确认消息,在实际使用中,IP-PBX与录音服务器的指令和消息交互是通过直连端口收发的,录音服务器获取信令和媒体流的则是通过Switch镜像端口传输的。
可选地,本实施例的S130可以包括:对信令进行解析获取信令中的号码,以及该号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口,并将解析的结果存储在录音服务器中;将录音指令中的号码与录音服务器中存储的解析结果进行匹配,在解析结果中匹配到录音指令中的号码时,根据通过该号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流确定录音方式。
在本实施例中,对信令进行解析,在该解析结果中可以匹配到录音指令中的号码时,录音服务器则判断出从Switch获取的信令未加密,因此,可以从Switch镜像端口获取通过与该号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流,但是对通过该号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流的录音方式的确定,还需要进一步根据媒体流的具体情况进行确定,通常地可以根据通过该号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流的传输方式是通过Switch传输,还是在通话终端之间点对点的传输,以及通过Switch传输的媒体流是否加密来确定录音方式。
本实施例在具体实现中,由于可以在信令的解析结果中匹配到录音指令中的号码,因此,该录音服务器具体可以在匹配结果中获取到录音指令中号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口,从而可以根据通过该号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流确定录音方式;举例来说,图2为本发明实施例中所提供的一种通话录音场景的示意图,在该场景中,录音服务器可以从获取自Switch的媒体流中识别出通过该IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流,并对识别出的媒体流进行分析以判断该媒体流是否加密,图2所示场景中具体判断出 该媒体流未加密,则录音服务器将录音方式确定为镜像录音,在图2所示的录音场景中,信令和媒体流信息均可以经过IP-PBX,即本实施例的通话录音场景为局内局外通话,并且通话中的信令例如可以为会话发起协议(Session Initiation Protocol,简称为:SIP)信令,媒体流例如可以为实时传输协议(Real-time Transport Protocol,简称为:RTP)媒体流,因此,录音服务器对通话终端的媒体流进行录音的方式,具体为对获取自Switch的媒体流中通过该IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流进行录音。需要说明的是,本实施例中对通过该IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流是否加密的判断,还可以通过对SIP信令进行解析获取该信令中的指示信息,当该指示信息指示通过该IP地址和媒体端口的媒体流未加密时,录音服务器则将录音方式确定为镜像录音。
再举例来说,图3为本发明实施例中所提供的另一种通话录音场景的示意图,图3所示的场景,分别对应从获取自Switch的媒体流中未识别出通过该IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流,以及从获取自Switch的媒体流中识别出通过该IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流,且判断出该识别出的媒体流已加密时的录音场景,在这两种场景下,录音服务器均将录音方式确定为会场录音。
需要说明的是,在图3所示场景中,一方面,录音服务器获知通过该IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流已加密,可以是对SIP信令进行解析获取该信令中的指示信息,该指示信息指示通过该IP地址和媒体端口的媒体流为加密模式,也可以是录音服务器根据从Switch中获取到噪声信号判断出该媒体流为加密模式,在该通话场景中,媒体流例如可以为安全实时传输协议(Secure Real-time Transport Protocol,简称为:SRTP)媒体流,录音服务器虽然可以从Switch的镜像端口获取通过该IP地址和媒体端口传输的该SRTP媒体流,但是无法对获取的该SRTP媒体流进行解密,因此将录音方式确定为会场录音;另一方面,对于录音指令中号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口,录音服务器从获取自Switch的媒体流中未能识别出通过该IP地址和媒体端口的媒体流,说明通话终端的媒体流不经过Switch,也就是说通话终端之间点对点的互通不经过IP-PBX,即该通话场景为内部通话,在该通话场景中,信令同样可以为SIP信令,但不限制媒体流是否加密,媒体流例如可以为RTP媒体流或SRTP媒体流,为了实现对内部通话的录音,录音服务器同样可以将录音方式确定为会场录音。
S140,根据确定的录音方式对通话终端的媒体流进行录音。
在本实施例中,录音服务器在对获取的信令进行解析,并将接收的录音指令中的号码与对信令的解析结果进行匹配,判断出该信令类型后,确定出适合通话场景的录音方式,具体根据已确定的录音方式,即镜像录音或会场录音对通话终端的媒体流进行录音。
在本实施例中,同样以上述录音服务器在对信令的解析结果中可以匹配到录音指令中的号码为例予以说明,在该匹配结果下,录音服务器判断出信令未加密,在具体实现中,录音服务器对未加密的媒体流进行镜像录音,在上述其它通话场景中录音服务器无法采用镜像录音时,才将录音方式确认为会场录音,即本实施例提供的通话录音方法,在录音服务器判断出条件适合的场景中保证尽可能的采用镜像录音,当镜像录音不能适用于当前通话场景时选择会场录音,因此,本实施例的方法,尽可能减少使用会场录音的次数,在一定程度上降低了IP-PBX的资源消耗,相应地减少了对录音系统的资源浪费。
本实施例所提供的通话录音方法,通过录音服务器对从Switch获取的信令进行解析,并根据从PBX接收的录音指令中的号码和对信令解析的结果将录音方式确定为镜像录音或会场录音,实现了录音服务器根据已确定的录音方式对通话终端的媒体流进行录音,本实施例具体根据对信令类型的判断,以及根据媒体流的具体情况选择适用于当前通话场景的录音方式,保证了在录音方式的选择过程中,尽可能的采用镜像录音,即尽可能的减少会场录音的使用次数,解决了现有技术中录音方式,在录音过程中需要利用PBX的资源做会场的问题;在一定程度上降低了PBX的资源消耗,相应地降低了录音系统中的资源消耗。
进一步地,在本实施例的另一种可能实现方式中,S130可以包括:对信令进行解析获取该信令中的号码,以及该号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口,并将解析的结果存储在录音服务器中;将录音指令中的号码与录音服务器中存储的解析结果进行匹配,在解析结果中未匹配到录音指令中的号码时,将录音方式确定为会场录音。
图4为本发明实施例中所提供的又一种通话录音场景的示意图,在本实施例的通话场景中,对信令进行解析,在该解析结果中不能匹配到录音指令 中的号码时,录音服务器则判断出从Switch获取的信令为加密信令,例如可以为加密的SIP信令,即,录音服务器在接收到IP-PBX发送的录音指令后,无法根据该录音指令中的号码从录音服务器存储的解析结果中匹配到该号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口,因此,录音服务器只能通过会场录音获取通话终端的媒体流。
在具体实现时,图3和图4所示通话录音场景中,均采用会场录音对通话终端的媒体流进行录音,在图1所示实施例的基础上,S140可以包括:向IP-PBX发送会场录音指令,以使该IP-PBX创建会场并将通话终端和该录音服务器加入该会场;进而对该会场中的通话终端的媒体流进行录音。需要说明的是,本实施例可以是局外局内的通话,也可以是电话网络的内部通话,并且不限制从Switch获取的媒体流是否被加密;通常地,通话终端可以包括主叫通话终端和被叫通话终端,在IP-PBX创建通话会场后,还可以分别对接收自该主叫通话终端和被叫通话终端的加密媒体流信息进行解密,并在混音后发给录音服务器,从而该录音服务器从该会场中获取解密媒体流信息,如图3和图4所示,建立会场后的录音服务器不需要通过Switch的镜像端口获取通过该IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流,而是在该会场中直接从IP-PBX的媒体端口获取媒体流。
实施例二
图5为本发明实施例二所提供的一种通话录音方法的流程图。本实施例提供的方法适用于对电话网络中的通话终端进行录音的情况,该方法可以由PBX执行,该PBX通常以硬件和/或软件的方法来实现,如图5所示,本实施例的方法可以包括:
S210,生成录音指令,该录音指令包括通话终端的号码;
S220,向录音服务器发送录音指令,以使录音服务器根据该号码和对从镜像交换机获取的信令进行解析的结果确定录音方式,并根据确定的录音方式对通话终端的媒体流进行录音,该确定的录音方式具体为镜像录音或会场录音。
在本实施例中,同样以目前通常使用的IP-PBX为例,对本发明实施例提供的通话录音方法予以说明,IP-PBX分别与Switch和录音服务器通过物理连接,录音服务器与Switch的镜像端口连接,具体地,IP-PBX与录音服务器的 指令和消息交互是通过连接端口收发的,录音服务器获取信令和媒体流则是通过Switch镜像端口传输的。录音服务器可以从Switch中实时获取信令并对该信令进行解析,需要说明的是,在本实施例提供的电话网络系统的通话过程中,录音服务器从Switch的镜像端口实时获取的信令可能为加密信令或未加密信令。在IP-PBX向该录音服务器发送包括通话终端号码的录音指令后,可以使得录音服务器根据对该信令的解析结果和该录音指令中的号码进行匹配,并根据匹配的结果确定录音方式,进而采用确定的录音方式,具体可以为镜像录音或会场录音,实现对网络的监听、即对通话终端的录音。PBX发送的该录音指令,用于指示该录音服务器录制该通话终端的媒体流。需要说明的是,PBX可以将通话双方的号码都通过该录音指令发送给录音服务器,指示录音服务器录制通话双方之间的媒体流;也可以仅将通话双方中的一方的号码发送给录音服务器,指示录音服务器录制该号码对应的通话终端接收和发送的媒体流。
需要说明的是,本实施例中IP-PBX可以通过对通话终端的选择实现录音功能的启动,从而发送的录音指令,通常可以对通话终端上的特定功能按键进行选择启动录音功能,也可以由电话网络系统根据对通话终端的录音权限进行判定,对具有录音权限的用户在进行通话时自动启动录音功能。
在本实施例中,录音服务器对获取自Switch的信令进行解析可以得到解析结果,如上所述,该信令可以为加密信令或未加密信令;具体地,若该信令未加密,则录音服务器对该信令进行解析可以获取该信令中的号码,以及该号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口,该号码为信令中的主叫号码和/或被叫号码;若该信令为加密信令,则录音服务器不能对该信令进行解析,即不能获取到信令中的号码,以及该号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口;如上所述对不同类型的信令解析后获取的结果不同,进一步地,对不同类型的信令进行解析后获取的结果通常用于与录音指令中的号码进行匹配,录音服务器根据匹配的结果确定执行录音的方式,该录音方式具体为镜像录音或会场录音。
本实施例在具体实现中,录音服务器确定录音方式后还可以向IP-PBX发送通知消息,用于向IP-PBX通知已确定的录音方式,IP-PBX接收到通知消息后还可以向录音服务器返回相应的确认消息,在实际使用中,IP-PBX与录音服务器的指令和消息交互是通过直连端口收发的,录音服务器获取信令和 媒体流的则是通过Switch镜像端口传输的。
可选地,当录音服务器获取自Switch的信令未加密时,与上述实施例类似地,录音服务器还可以进一步根据通过该号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流的具体情况确定录音方式,具体实现方式与上述图2和图3所示实施例相同,当录音服务器获取自Switch的信令为加密信令时,具体实现方式与上述图4所示实施例相同,故在此不再赘述。需要说明的是,图2所示实施例录音服务器将录音方式确定为镜像录音,图3和图4所示实施例录音服务器将录音方式确定为会场录音,本发明实施例提供的方法,录音服务器根据从IP-PBX接收到的录音指令和对信令的解析结果的匹配,以及根据通过该IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流的具体情况,在录音服务器判断出条件适合的场景中保证尽可能的采用镜像录音,当镜像录音不能适用于当前通话场景时选择会场录音,因此,本实施例的方法,尽可能减少使用会场录音的次数,在一定程度上降低了IP-PBX的资源消耗,相应地减少了对录音系统的资源浪费。
本实施例所提供的通话录音方法,通过PBX向录音服务器发送包括通话终端号码的录音指令,使得录音服务器根据该号码和对从Switch获取的信令的解析结果将录音方式确定为镜像录音或会场录音,实现了录音服务器根据已确定的录音方式对通话终端的媒体流进行录音,本实施例具体根据对信令类型的判断,以及根据媒体流的具体情况选择适用于当前通话场景的录音方式,保证了在录音方式的选择过程中,尽可能的采用镜像录音,即尽可能的减少会场录音的使用次数,解决了现有技术中录音方式,在录音过程中需要利用PBX的资源做会场的问题;在一定程度上降低了PBX的资源消耗,相应地降低了录音系统中的资源消耗。
进一步地,在上述图3和图4所示实施例中,录音服务器均将录音方式确定为会场录音,通话终端通常包括主叫通话终端和被叫通话终端,相应地,本实施例的方法在S220之后还可以包括:S230,接收录音服务器发送的会场录音指令;S240,根据该会场录音指令创建会场,并将主叫通话终端、被叫通话终端和录音服务器加入该会场;S250,对接收自该主叫通话终端和被叫通话终端的媒体流进行混音后发送给该录音服务器。
需要说明的是,本实施例可以是局外局内的通话,也可以是电话网络的 内部通话,并且不限制从Switch获取的媒体流是否被加密;在具体实现中,当会场中的媒体流为加密媒体流时,S250可以替换为:IP-PBX在确定接收自该主叫通话终端和被叫通话终端的媒体流已加密时,对接收自该主叫通话终端的媒体流和接收自该被叫通话终端的媒体流分别进行解密,并对解密后的媒体流进行混音后发送给所述录音服务器,使得录音服务器从该会场中获取解密媒体流信息。如图3和图4所示,建立会场后的录音服务器不需要通过Switch的镜像端口获取媒体流,而是在该会场中直接从IP-PBX的媒体端口获取媒体流。
实施例三
图6为本发明实施例三所提供的一种通话录音方法的信令流程图,如图6所示,本实施例提供的通话录音方法包括:
S301,录音服务器从Switch获取信令。
S302,PBX生成录音指令,并向录音服务器发送该录音指令,该录音指令中包括通话终端的号码。
在本实施例中,同样以目前通常常用的IP-PBX为例,对本发明实施例提供的通话录音方法进行说明,IP-PBX发送的该录音指令,用于指示该录音服务器录制该通话终端的媒体流,该通话终端的号码为通话终端的主叫号码和/或被叫号码。
需要说明的是,本实施例中S301和S302没有明确的先后顺序,本实施例以S301在S302之前执行为例予以示出。
S303,录音服务器对该信令进行解析获取该信令中的号码,以及该号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口,并将解析结果存储在录音服务器中。
S304,录音服务器将录音指令中的号码与录音服务器中存储的解析结果进行匹配,若在该解析结果中匹配到录音指令中的号码,则执行S305;若在该解析结果中未匹配到录音指令中的号码,则执行S308。
本实施例的S303中:具体将录音指令中号码与对信令进行解析的结果进行匹配,根据匹配的结果确定录音方式,该确定的录音方式具体为镜像录音或会场录音;若在该信令的解析结果中可以匹配到录音指令中的号码,则说明该信令未加密;若在该信令的解析结果中不能匹配到录音指令中的号码,说明该信令为加密信令。
在具体实现中,在录音服务器判断出信令未加密时,还需要根据通过该号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流确定录音方式。相应地,本实施例的方法还包括:
S305,录音服务器在匹配结果中获取录音指令中的号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口。
S306,录音服务器从获取自Switch的媒体流中识别出通过该IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流,若判断出该媒体流未加密,则执行S307;若判断出该媒体流已加密,或者若从获取自Switch的媒体流中未识别出通过该IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流,则执行S308。
需要说明的是,本实施例中对获取自Switch的媒体流中识别出通过该IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流是否加密的判断,还可以通过对信令的解析获取该信令中的指示消息,当该指示信息指示通过该IP地址和媒体端口的媒体流未加密时,执行S307;当该指示信息指示通过该IP地址和媒体端口的媒体流已加密时,执行S308。另外,录音服务器还可以根据从Switch中获取到噪声信号判断出该媒体流已加密。
S307,录音服务器将录音方式确定为镜像录音;
在本实施例中,录音服务器确定录音方式为镜像录音后,对通话终端的媒体流进行录音的方式,具体为对获取自Switch的媒体流中通过该IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流进行录音,如图2所示,也为本实施例提供的通话录音场景示意图。
S308,录音服务器将录音方式确定为会场录音。
在本实施例中,当录音服务器判断出信令为加密信令,或者判断出该信令未加密,但是媒体流加密,或者从获取自Switch的媒体流中未识别出通过该IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流时,录音服务器将录音方式确定为会场录音;如图3和图4所示,也为本实施例提供的通话录音场景示意图。

其中,获取模块11,用于从镜像交换机获取信令。
接收模块12,用于接收PBX发送的录音指令,该录音指令中包括通话终端的号码。
解析模块13,用于对获取模块11获取的信令进行解析,并根据接收模块12接收的录音指令中的号码和对该信令进行解析的结果确定录音方式,该 确定的录音方式具体为镜像录音或会场录音。

在本实施例中,同样以目前通常使用的IP-PBX为例,对本发明实施例提供的PBX予以说明。图10为本发明实施例所提供的另一种PBX的结构示意图。如图10所示,本实施例提供的PBX在上述图9的基础上,具体地,该通话终端通常包括主叫通话终端和被叫通话终端;本实施例提供的PBX还包括:接收模块23,用于在发送模块22向录音服务器发送录音指令之后,接收录音服务器发送的会场录音指令;创建模块24,用于根据接收模块23接收的会场录音指令创建会场,并将该主叫通话终端、该被叫通话终端和该录音服务器加入该会场;媒体处理模块25,用于对接收自该主叫通话终端和被 叫通话终端的媒体流进行混音;相应地,该发送模块22,还用于将该混音后的媒体流发送给该录音服务器。

本发明实施例提供的录音服务器用于执行图1所示步骤以及图1所示实施例的各种可能实现方法,具备相应的实体装置,其实现原理和技术效果类似,此处不再赘述。
实施例七
图12为本发明实施例七所提供的一种PBX的结构示意图。如图12所示,本实施例提供的PBX,具体包括:处理器41、发送器42和接收器43。
其中,处理器41,用于生成录音指令,该录音指令包括通话终端的号码。
发送器42,用于向录音服务器发送录音指令,以使录音服务器根据该号码和对从镜像交换机获取的信令进行解析的结果确定录音方式,并根据该确定的录音方式对通话终端的媒体流进行录音,该确定的录音方式具体为镜像录音或会场录音。
在本实施例中,同样以目前通常使用的IP-PBX为例,对本发明实施例提供的PBX予以说明。具体地,该通话终端通常包括主叫通话终端和被叫通话终端;相应地,接收器43,用于在发送器42向录音服务器发送录音指令之后,接收录音服务器发送的会场录音指令;处理器41,还用于根据接接收器43接收的会场录音指令创建会场,并将该主叫通话终端、该被叫通话终端和该录音服务器加入该会场;进一步地,处理器41,还用于对接收自该主叫通话终端和被叫通话终端的媒体流进行混音;相应地,该发送器42,还用于将混音后的媒体流发送给该录音服务器。
需要说明的是,本实施例在具体实现中,当会场中的媒体流为加密媒体流时,处理器41还用于对接收自该主叫通话终端和该被叫通话终端的媒体流进行混音,具体包括:处理器41,用于在确定接收自该主叫通话终端和该被叫通话终端的媒体流已加密时,对接收自该主叫通话终端的媒体流和接收自该被叫通话终端的媒体流分别进行解密,并对该解密后的媒体流进行混音。
本发明实施例提供的PBX用于执行本图5所示步骤以及图5所示实施例的各种可能实现方法,具备相应的实体装置,其实现原理和技术效果类似,此处不再赘述。
图13为本发明实施例所提供的一种录音系统的结构示意图。如图13所示,本实施例所提供的录音系统,具体包括:录音服务器51和PBX52。
其中,录音服务器51,用于从镜像交换机获取信令。
PBX52,用于生成录音指令,并向录音服务器发送该录音指令,该录音指令包括通话终端的号码。
该录音服务器51,还用于接收用户级交换机PBX发送的录音指令,对信 令进行解析,并根据该录音指令中的号码和对该信令进行解析的结果确定录音方式,该确定的录音方式具体为镜像录音或会场录音;进而根据确定的录音方式对通话终端的媒体流进行录音。
本实施例在具体实现中,录音服务器51还用于对信令进行解析,并根据该录音指令中的号码和对该信令进行解析的结果确定录音方式,具体包括:录音服务器51,用于对信令进行解析获取该信令中的号码,以及该号码对应的网协IP地址和媒体端口,并将解析的结果存储在录音服务器中;进而将录音指令中的号码与录音服务器51中存储的解析结果进行匹配,在该解析结果中匹配到该录音指令中的号码时,根据通过该号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流确定录音方式。
在本实施例中,可选地,录音服务器51用于根据通过该号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流确定录音方式,具体包括:在匹配结果中获取录音指令中的号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口;从获取自镜像交换机的媒体流中识别出通过该IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流;对识别出的媒体流进行分析以判断该媒体流是否加密,并在判断出该媒体流未加密时确定该录音方式为镜像录音;相应地,录音服务器51还用于根据该确定的录音方式对通话终端的媒体流进行录音,具体包括:录音服务器51,用于对获取自该镜像交换机的媒体流中通过该IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流进行录音。
类似地,录音服务器51用于根据通过该号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流确定录音方式,具体还包括:在匹配结果中获取录音指令中的号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口;如果从获取自镜像交换机的媒体流中未识别出通过该IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流,或者,从获取自该镜像交换机的媒体流中识别出通过该IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流,且判断出该识别出的媒体流已加密,确定该录音方式为会场录音。
进一步地,本发明实施例提供的录音服务器51,还用于对信令进行解析获取该信令中的指示信息;当该指示信息指示通过该IP地址和媒体端口的媒体流未加密时,确定录音方式为镜像录音;或者,当该指示信息指示通过该IP地址和媒体端口的媒体流已加密时,确定录音方式为会场录音。
本发明实施例提供的录音系统为与本发明实施例一所提供的录音服务器和实施例二所提供的PBX对应的录音系统,其实现原理和技术效果类似,此 处不再赘述。
在本实施例的另一种实现方式中,录音服务器51还用于对信令进行解析,并根据该录音指令中的号码和对该信令进行解析的结果确定录音方式,具体包括:录音服务器51,用于对信令进行解析获取该信令中的号码,以及该号码对应的网协IP地址和媒体端口,并将解析的结果存储在录音服务器中;进而将录音指令中的号码与录音服务器51中存储的解析结果进行匹配,在该解析结果中未匹配到该录音指令中的号码时,将录音方式确定为会场录音。
更进一步地,本实施例在具体实现中,当录音方式确定为会场录音时,录音服务器51还用于根据该确定的录音方式对通话终端的媒体流进行录音,具体包括:录音服务器51,用于向PBX52发送会场录音指令;并在PBX52创建会场后对该会场中的该通话终端的媒体流进行录音;通常地,通话终端包括主叫通话终端和被叫通话终端;相应地,PBX52,还用于接收录音服务器51发送的会场录音指令;根据该会场录音指令创建会场,并将该主叫通话终端、该被叫通话终端和录音服务器51加入该会场;进而对接收自该主叫通话终端和该被叫通话终端的媒体流进行混音后发送给该录音服务器。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,当会场中的媒体流为加密媒体流时,PBX52还用于对接收自该主叫通话终端和该被叫通话终端的媒体流进行混音后发送给该录音服务器,具体包括:在确定接收自该主叫通话终端和该被叫通话终端的媒体流已加密时,对接收自该主叫通话终端的媒体流和接收自该被叫通话终端的媒体流分别进行解密,并对该解密后的媒体流进行混音后发送给该录音服务器。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述各方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成。前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中。该程序在执行时,执行包括上述各方法实施例的步骤;而前述的存储介质包括:ROM、RAM、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。

Claims (28)

  1. 一种通话录音方法,其特征在于,包括:
    从镜像交换机获取信令;
    接收用户级交换机PBX发送的录音指令,所述录音指令中包括通话终端的号码;
    对所述信令进行解析,并根据所述录音指令中的号码和对所述信令进行解析的结果确定录音方式,所述确定的录音方式具体为镜像录音或会场录音;
    根据所述确定的录音方式对所述通话终端的媒体流进行录音。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对所述信令进行解析,并根据所述录音指令中的号码和对所述信令进行解析的结果确定录音方式,包括:
    对所述信令进行解析获取所述信令中的号码,以及所述号码对应的网协IP地址和媒体端口,并将解析的结果存储在录音服务器中;
    将所述录音指令中的号码与所述录音服务器中存储的所述解析结果进行匹配,在所述解析结果中匹配到所述录音指令中的号码时,根据通过所述号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流确定录音方式。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据通过所述号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流确定录音方式,包括:
    在所述匹配结果中获取所述录音指令中的号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口;
    从获取自所述镜像交换机的媒体流中识别出通过所述IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流;
    对识别出的媒体流进行分析以判断所述媒体流是否加密,并在判断出所述媒体流未加密时确定所述录音方式为镜像录音;
    所述根据所述确定的录音方式对所述通话终端的媒体流进行录音,包括:
    对获取自所述镜像交换机的媒体流中通过所述IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流进行录音。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据通过所述号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流确定录音方式,包括:
    在所述匹配结果中获取所述录音指令中的号码对应的IP地址和媒体端 口;
    如果从获取自所述镜像交换机的媒体流中未识别出通过所述IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流,或者,从获取自所述镜像交换机的媒体流中识别出通过所述IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流,且判断出所述识别出的媒体流已加密,确定所述录音方式为会场录音。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    对所述信令进行解析获取所述信令中的指示信息;
    当所述指示信息指示通过所述IP地址和媒体端口的媒体流未加密时,确定所述录音方式为镜像录音;或者,
    当所述指示信息指示通过所述IP地址和媒体端口的媒体流已加密时,确定所述录音方式为会场录音。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对所述信令进行解析,并根据所述录音指令中的号码和对所述信令进行解析的结果确定录音方式,包括:
    对所述信令进行解析获取所述信令中的号码,以及所述号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口,并将解析的结果存储在录音服务器中;
    将所述录音指令中的号码与所述录音服务器中存储的所述解析结果进行匹配,在所述解析结果中未匹配到所述录音指令中的号码时,将所述录音方式确定为会场录音。
  7. 根据权利要求4~6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述确定的录音方式对所述通话终端的媒体流进行录音,包括:
    向所述PBX发送会场录音指令,以使所述PBX创建会场并将所述通话终端和所述录音服务器加入所述会场;
    对所述会场中的所述通话终端的媒体流进行录音。
  8. 一种通话录音方法,其特征在于,包括:
    生成录音指令,所述录音指令包括通话终端的号码;
    向录音服务器发送录音指令,以使所述录音服务器根据所述号码和对从镜像交换机获取的信令进行解析的结果确定录音方式,并根据所述确定的录音方式对所述通话终端的媒体流进行录音,所述确定的录音方式具体为镜像录音或会场录音。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通话终端包括主叫通话终端和被叫通话终端,所述向录音服务器发送录音指令之后,还包括:
    接收所述录音服务器发送的会场录音指令;
    根据所述会场录音指令创建会场,并将所述主叫通话终端、所述被叫通话终端和所述录音服务器加入所述会场;
    对接收自所述主叫通话终端和所述被叫通话终端的媒体流进行混音后发送给所述录音服务器。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对接收自所述主叫通话终端和所述被叫通话终端的媒体流进行混音后发送给所述录音服务器,包括:
    在确定接收自所述主叫通话终端和所述被叫通话终端的媒体流已加密时,对接收自所述主叫通话终端的媒体流和接收自被叫通话终端的媒体流分别进行解密,并对所述解密后的媒体流进行混音后发送给所述录音服务器。
  11. 一种录音服务器,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于从镜像交换机获取信令;
    接收模块,用于接收用户级交换机PBX发送的录音指令,所述录音指令中包括通话终端的号码;
    解析模块,用于对所述获取模块获取的信令进行解析,并根据所述接收模块接收的录音指令中的号码和对所述信令进行解析的结果确定录音方式,所述确定的录音方式具体为镜像录音或会场录音;
    录音模块,用于根据所述解析模块确定的录音方式对所述通话终端的媒体流进行录音。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的录音服务器,其特征在于,所述解析模块,包括:
    第一解析单元,用于对所述获取模块获取的信令进行解析获取所述信令中的号码,以及所述号码对应的网协IP地址和媒体端口,并将解析的结果存储在录音服务器中;
    第一匹配单元,用于将所述接收模块接收的录音指令中的号码与所述录音服务器中存储的所述解析结果进行匹配,在所述解析结果中匹配到所述录音指令中的号码时,根据通过所述号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体 流确定录音方式。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的录音服务器,其特征在于,所述第一匹配单元用于根据通过所述号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流确定录音方式,具体包括:在所述匹配结果中获取所述录音指令中的号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口;从获取自所述镜像交换机的媒体流中识别出通过所述IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流;对识别出的媒体流进行分析以判断所述媒体流是否加密,并在判断出所述媒体流未加密时确定所述录音方式为镜像录音;
    则所述录音模块,具体用于对获取自所述镜像交换机的媒体流中通过所述IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流进行录音。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的录音服务器,其特征在于,所述第一匹配单元用于根据通过所述号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流确定录音方式,具体包括:在所述匹配结果中获取所述录音指令中的号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口;如果从获取自所述镜像交换机的媒体流中未识别出通过所述IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流,或者,从获取自所述镜像交换机的媒体流中识别出通过所述IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流,且判断出所述识别出的媒体流已加密,确定所述录音方式为会场录音。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的录音服务器,其特征在于,所述第一解析单元,还用于对所述获取模块获取的信令进行解析获取所述信令中的指示信息;
    所述解析模块还包括:确定单元,用于当所述第一解析单元获取的指示信息指示通过所述IP地址和媒体端口的媒体流未加密时,确定所述录音方式为镜像录音;或者,当所述第一解析单元获取的指示信息指示通过所述IP地址和媒体端口的媒体流已加密时,确定所述录音方式为会场录音。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的录音服务器,其特征在于,所述解析模块,包括:
    第二解析单元,用于对所述获取模块获取的信令进行解析获取所述信令中的号码,以及所述号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口,并将解析的结果存储在录音服务器中;
    第二匹配单元,用于将所述接收模块接收的录音指令中的号码与所述录音服务器中存储的所述解析结果进行匹配,在所述解析结果中未匹配到所述录音指令中的号码时,将所述录音方式确定为会场录音。
  17. 根据权利要求14~16中任一项所述的录音服务器,其特征在于,所述录音模块,包括:
    发送单元,用于向所述PBX发送会场录音指令,以使所述PBX创建会场并将所述通话终端和所述录音服务器加入所述会场;
    录音单元,用于对所述会场中的所述通话终端的媒体流进行录音。
  18. 一种用户级交换机,其特征在于,包括:
    录音指示模块,用于生成录音指令,所述录音指令包括通话终端的号码;
    发送模块,用于向录音服务器发送录音指令,以使所述录音服务器根据所述号码和对从镜像交换机获取的信令进行解析的结果确定录音方式,并根据所述确定的录音方式对所述通话终端的媒体流进行录音,所述确定的录音方式具体为镜像录音或会场录音。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的交换机,其特征在于,所述通话终端包括主叫通话终端和被叫通话终端,所述用户级交换机PBX还包括:接收模块,用于在所述发送模块向录音服务器发送录音指令之后,接收所述录音服务器发送的会场录音指令;
    创建模块,用于根据所述接收模块接收的会场录音指令创建会场,并将所述主叫通话终端、所述被叫通话终端和所述录音服务器加入所述会场;
    媒体处理模块,用于对接收自所述主叫通话终端和所述被叫通话终端的媒体流进行混音;
    所述发送模块,还用于将所述混音后的媒体流发送给所述录音服务器。
  20. 根据权利要求18或19所述的交换机,其特征在于,所述媒体处理模块,具体用于在确定接收自所述主叫通话终端和所述被叫通话终端的媒体流已加密时,对接收自所述主叫通话终端的媒体流和接收自所述被叫通话终端的媒体流分别进行解密,并对所述解密后的媒体流进行混音。
  21. 一种录音系统,其特征在于,包括:录音服务器和用户级交换机PBX;
    其中,录音服务器,用于从镜像交换机获取信令;
    所述PBX,用于生成录音指令,所述录音指令包括通话终端的号码,并向录音服务器发送所述录音指令;
    所述录音服务器,还用于接收用户级交换机PBX发送的录音指令,对所述信令进行解析,并根据所述录音指令中的号码和对所述信令进行解析的结 果确定录音方式,所述确定的录音方式具体为镜像录音或会场录音;进而根据所述确定的录音方式对所述通话终端的媒体流进行录音。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的系统,其特征在于,所述录音服务器还用于对所述信令进行解析,并根据所述录音指令中的号码和对所述信令进行解析的结果确定录音方式,具体包括:
    所述录音服务器,用于对所述信令进行解析获取所述信令中的号码,以及所述号码对应的网协IP地址和媒体端口,并将解析的结果存储在录音服务器中;进而将所述录音指令中的号码与所述录音服务器中存储的所述解析结果进行匹配,在所述解析结果中匹配到所述录音指令中的号码时,根据通过所述号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流确定录音方式。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的系统,其特征在于,所述录音服务器用于根据通过所述号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流确定录音方式,具体包括:在所述匹配结果中获取所述录音指令中的号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口;从获取自所述镜像交换机的媒体流中识别出通过所述IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流;对识别出的媒体流进行分析以判断所述媒体流是否加密,并在判断出所述媒体流未加密时确定所述录音方式为镜像录音;
    所述录音服务器还用于根据所述确定的录音方式对所述通话终端的媒体流进行录音,具体包括:所述录音服务器,用于对获取自所述镜像交换机的媒体流中通过所述IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流进行录音。
  24. 根据权利要求22所述的系统,其特征在于,所述录音服务器用于根据通过所述号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流确定录音方式,具体包括:在所述匹配结果中获取所述录音指令中的号码对应的IP地址和媒体端口;如果从获取自所述镜像交换机的媒体流中未识别出通过所述IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流,或者,从获取自所述镜像交换机的媒体流中识别出通过所述IP地址和媒体端口传输的媒体流,且判断出所述识别出的媒体流已加密,确定所述录音方式为会场录音。
  25. 根据权利要求22所述的系统,其特征在于,所述录音服务器,还用于对所述信令进行解析获取所述信令中的指示信息;当所述指示信息指示通过所述IP地址和媒体端口的媒体流未加密时,确定所述录音方式为镜像录音;或者,当所述指示信息指示通过所述IP地址和媒体端口的媒体流已加密时, 确定所述录音方式为会场录音。
  26. 根据权利要求21所述的系统,其特征在于,所述录音服务器还用于对所述信令进行解析,并根据所述录音指令中的号码和对所述信令进行解析的结果确定录音方式,具体包括:
    所述录音服务器,用于对所述信令进行解析获取所述信令中的号码,以及所述号码对应的网协IP地址和媒体端口,并将解析的结果存储在录音服务器中;进而将所述录音指令中的号码与所述录音服务器中存储的所述解析结果进行匹配,在所述解析结果中未匹配到所述录音指令中的号码时,将所述录音方式确定为会场录音。
  27. 根据权利要求24~26中任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述录音服务器还用于根据所述确定的录音方式对所述通话终端的媒体流进行录音,具体包括:所述录音服务器,用于向所述PBX发送会场录音指令;在所述PBX创建会场后对所述会场中的所述通话终端的媒体流进行录音;
    所述通话终端包括主叫通话终端和被叫通话终端;所述PBX,还用于接收所述录音服务器发送的会场录音指令;根据所述会场录音指令创建所述会场,并将所述主叫通话终端、所述被叫通话终端和所述录音服务器加入所述会场;进而对接收自所述主叫通话终端和所述被叫通话终端的媒体流进行混音后发送给所述录音服务器。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的系统,其特征在于,所述PBX还用于对接收自所述主叫通话终端和所述被叫通话终端的媒体流进行混音后发送给所述录音服务器,具体包括:
    所述PBX,用于在确定接收自所述主叫通话终端和所述被叫通话终端的媒体流已加密时,对接收自所述主叫通话终端的媒体流和接收自所述被叫通话终端的媒体流分别进行解密,并对所述解密后的媒体流进行混音后发送给所述录音服务器。
