由于当前国内许多行业的业务特点,电话会议的使用越来越普遍,成为常用的交流手段。电话会议作为一种国际流行的办公方式,具有节省费用、节省时间、实时性强、不受地域限制的优点,是现代商务、办公、管理的重要手段。在相关的电话会议应用中,一般为多人同时沟通,任一成员的语音数据将被传递至每个其他成员那里,实现会议效果。相关的电话会议模式,一般只能实现所有成员都参与在内的整体的会议讨论,但实际应用中,用户在电话会议中的需求是多种多样的,除了进行与所有会议成员的通话之外,在别的场景下也需要有其他的通话应用模式,相关的电话会议模式使得电话会议通话模式单一,不能满足其他的应用场景,不能满足多样的电话会议需求。

本发明实施例中公开了一种电话会议中的通话方法,结合图1所示,所述方法包括:
步骤101:接收电话会议进程中的私聊请求消息;
具体地,该私聊请求消息为在电话会议进程中的私聊请求,该私聊请求为电话会议中会议成员终端向媒体服务器发来的请求消息。
步骤102:基于所述私聊请求消息,确定私聊请求终端及私聊目标终端;
在本实施例中,该私聊请求终端可以为电话会议中发送该私聊请求消息的一个会议成员终端;该私聊目标终端为私聊请求消息中所要求的待进行私聊的目标对象终端。
可选地,基于该私聊请求消息,确定私聊请求终端的过程包括:解析私聊请求消息,获取私聊请求消息中包含的私聊请求终端的标识信息,根据该标识信息,从电话会议的会议成员终端中确定出该私聊请求终端。
该私聊目标终端可以是一个或者多个。在私聊目标终端为一个时,建立起私聊请求终端与私聊目标终端间一对一的关联关系;在私聊目标终端为多个时,建立起私聊请求终端与多个私聊目标终端间多方之间的关联关系,在获取到其中一方发送的语音数据时,媒体播放器将该语音数据发送至该关联关系中对应的其他终端。

在本实施例中,该私聊关系为所述私聊请求终端与所述私聊目标终端间进行私聊的对应关系。在基于私聊请求消息,确定私聊请求终端及私聊目标终端之后,媒体服务器建立起两者之间的私聊关系,以锁定私聊中的私聊双方,在私聊请求终端及私聊目标终端间建立起对应关系及关联关系,形成私聊消息单独发送的前提条件。
其中,该私聊关系可以为在私聊请求消息中指定的会议成员终端间语音数据进行对应传输的特定关系,该私聊关系下进行的私聊,意指为会议成员 中特定会议成员终端间进行的语音数据传递过程,该过程中,特定关系中关联的会议成员终端形成了数据传输过程中的源端与目的端,媒体服务器将源端的语音数据识别出来,只将该源端的语音数据发送至对应目的端,形成源端与目的端间语音数据的单独发送过程。
步骤104:在获取到所述私聊请求终端或私聊目标终端的语音数据时,将所述语音数据发送至所述私聊关系中的对应终端以进行通话。
在本实施例中,在电话会议的参与方为多个终端情况下,当多终端进行会议交谈时,一个终端的语音数据会被传递给全部的会议参与方。如图4所示,建立一个由三个用户终端组成的电话会议,在电话会议进程中,三个用户终端互相都能听到彼此的声音。该步骤104中,在建立起私聊双方的私聊关系后,在音频数据处理过程中可以对电话会议的混音过程进行一些特殊处理,即将进行私聊的两个终端的上行数据不混入发送给其他终端的下行数据里,私聊前后音频数据流对比,分别如图5和图6。
在获取到私聊双方的语音数据时,需要将双方的语音数据只发送至对应终端,不发送给会议中的其他用户终端,以实现私聊过程。在电话会议进程中,可能会在同时段内获取来自多个会议终端的语音数据,可以从这些语音数据中选取出私聊请求终端或私聊目标终端标示为用于私聊的语音数据,发送这些用于私聊的语音数据至私聊关系中的对应终端;如果是私聊请求终端发送的语音数据则发送至私聊目标终端,如果是私聊目标终端发送的语音数据则发送至私聊请求终端。
本发明实施例中提供的在电话会议中进行私聊的方法,接收电话会议进程中的私聊请求消息,基于私聊请求消息,确定私聊请求终端及私聊目标终端,建立私聊请求终端及私聊目标终端间的私聊关系,在获取到私聊请求终端或私聊目标终端的语音数据时,将该语音数据发送至私聊关系中的对应终端以进行通话。上述技术方案可以在电话会议应用中建立私聊对应关系,并按照该对应关系,完成会议终端之间的私聊会话过程,保证私聊双方会话的私密性,满足电话会议中的用户需求。
可选地,其中,该建立所述私聊请求终端与私聊目标终端间的私聊关系的步骤包括:

在本实施例中,媒体服务器可以根据电话会议所处的网络类型,使用与该网络类型对应的信令通路向私聊请求终端或私聊目标终端发送私聊关系建立成功的指示信息。电话会议所处的网络类型可以通过电话会议接入的是CS域(Circuit Switched Domain,电路交换域)或者是PS域(Packet Switch Domain,分组交换域)来获知,根据不同的网络类型,媒体服务器使用不同信令通路向私聊双方终端发送应答消息。
可选地,在建立所述私聊请求终端与私聊目标终端间的私聊关系的步骤之前,所述方法还包括:
判断所述私聊请求终端是否具有所述电话会议中私聊功能的应用权限;
在判断结果为是时,进入所述建立所述私聊请求终端及私聊目标终端间的私聊关系的步骤。
在建立私聊关系之前,媒体服务器需要进行检查判断,看私聊请求终端是否具有私聊权限,对具有私聊权限的用户终端发来的私聊请求消息进行响应,建立私聊关系。在本实施例中,媒体服务器收到私聊请求消息后,可以 对消息内容进行解析,对消息内容中的参数的正确性、完整性、合法性等进行检查,如请求方是否开通私聊业务等。还可以解析获取私聊请求消息中,私聊目标终端的标识信息,根据该标识信息,判断私聊目标终端是否为电话会议中的成员终端,在私聊目标终端为电话会议中的成员终端时,进入建立所述私聊请求终端及私聊目标终端间的私聊关系的步骤。
可选地,该基于私聊请求消息,确定私聊目标终端的步骤,包括:
解析所述私聊请求消息,获取所述私聊请求消息中包含的目标终端的标识信息;根据所述标识信息,从所述电话会议的成员终端中,将获取的与所述标识信息匹配的终端作为所述私聊目标终端。

可以通过解析获取私聊请求消息中的目标终端的标识信息,识别电话会议的成员终端中的私聊目标终端,获取到私聊对象。该目标终端的标识信息可以是终端的具有唯一识别性的电话号码、或者是电话会议中的终端编号等能够唯一识别私聊目标终端的标识信息,保证识别私聊双方过程中的准确性。
第二实施例
本发明实施例中提供了一种电话会议中的通话方法,结合图2所示,所述方法包括:
步骤201:在电话会议进程中,发送私聊请求消息至媒体服务器;
在本实施例中,该私聊请求消息为在电话会议进程中的私聊请求,该私聊请求为电话会议中会议成员终端向媒体服务器发送的请求消息。
步骤202:在通过所述媒体服务器建立与私聊目标终端间的私聊关系后,发送第一语音数据至所述媒体服务器。
在本实施例中,该私聊目标终端为私聊请求消息中所要求的待进行私聊 的目标对象终端。
通过媒体服务器建立起终端与私聊目标终端两者之间的私聊关系,锁定私聊中的私聊双方,在私聊请求终端及私聊目标终端间建立起对应关系及关联关系,形成私聊消息单独发送的前提条件,在私聊关系建立后,向媒体服务器发送需要传输至私聊目标终端的私聊语音数据。
在本实施例中,该私聊关系可以为在私聊请求消息中指定的会议成员终端间语音数据进行对应传输的特定关系,该私聊关系下进行的私聊,可以为会议成员中特定会议成员终端间进行的语音数据传递过程,该过程中,特定关系中关联的会议成员终端形成了数据传输过程中的源端与目的端,媒体服务器将源端的语音数据识别出来,只将该源端的语音数据发送至对应目的端,形成源端与目的端间语音数据的单独发送过程。
或者,该在电话会议中进行私聊的方法,结合图3所示,所述方法包括以下步骤:
步骤301:在电话会议进程中,发送私聊请求消息至媒体服务器;
在本实施例中,该私聊请求消息为在电话会议进程中的私聊请求,该私聊请求为电话会议中会议成员终端向媒体服务器发送的请求消息。
步骤302:在通过所述媒体服务器建立与私聊目标终端间的私聊关系后,获取所述媒体服务器发来的第二语音数据。
在本实施例中,所述第二语音数据可以为所述私聊关系中的对应终端发送的语音数据。
通过媒体服务器建立起终端与私聊目标终端两者之间的私聊关系,锁定私聊中的私聊双方,在私聊请求终端及私聊目标终端间建立起对应关系及关联关系,形成私聊消息单独发送的前提条件,在私聊关系建立后,通过媒体服务器获取得到私聊关系中的对应终端,即私聊目标终端发来的私聊语音数据。
在本实施例中,私聊目标终端可以是一个或者多个。在私聊目标终端为一个时,建立起私聊请求终端与私聊目标终端间一对一的关联关系;在私聊目标终端为多个时,建立起私聊请求终端及多个私聊目标终端多方之间的关 联关系,在获取到其中一方发送的语音数据时,媒体播放器将该语音数据发送至该关联关系中对应的其他终端。
在本实施例中,如图7所示的终端上电话会议的主界面,发送私聊请求消息至媒体服务器的过程中,针对会议中的每一个终端成员,提供有一个私聊按钮,在需要进行私聊时,可以通过点击该按钮,来触发发送私聊请求消息至媒体服务器的操作。比如,本机需要和成员1进行私聊,用户可以点击成员1一行最右侧的私聊按钮,来请求与成员1进行私聊。该发送私聊请求消息至媒体服务器,可以是在电话会议的原有功能参数中,添加一种新属性来实现私聊功能,比如,PS域的IMS(IP Multimedia Subsystem,IP多媒体系统)电话,可通过扩展一条请求消息(INVITE),通过添加一种新属性,a=private chat,将包含该些参数的私聊请求消息发送至媒体服务器,以进行私聊请求。当然,也需将私聊的私聊目标终端的标示信息加入至私聊请求消息中发送至媒体服务器,以使媒体服务器找到私聊对端。
本发明实施例中提供的在电话会议中进行私聊的方法,在电话会议进程中,发送私聊请求消息至媒体服务器,在通过所述媒体服务器建立与私聊目标终端间的私聊关系后,发送第一语音数据至所述媒体服务器,或者获取所述媒体服务器发来的第二语音数据。上述技术方案可以实现在电话会议应用中,通过媒体服务器在电话会议进程中建立私聊对应关系,并按照该对应关系,完成会议终端之间的私聊会话过程,保证私聊双方会话的私密性,满足电话会议中的用户需求。
可选地,该在电话会议进程中,发送私聊请求消息至媒体服务器的步骤之后,该方法还包括:
获取所述媒体服务器发来的私聊关系建立成功的指示信息;
根据所述指示信息,确定已通过所述媒体服务器建立与私聊目标终端间的私聊关系。

终端可以根据收到的私聊关系建立成功的指示信息,对显示界面进行相应的更新。若收到私聊关系建立成功的指示信息,可以在显示界面中,将对应的私聊按钮高亮显示,或弹出提示框通知用户可以开始和目标成员进行私聊。若获取到媒体服务器发来的私聊关系建立失败的指示信息,则可通过弹出提示框等方式对用户进行提示。

获取所述电话会议所处的网络类型;基于所述网络类型,使用与所述网络类型对应的信令通路向所述媒体服务器发送所述私聊请求消息。
在本实施例中,终端,例如为手机,可以根据CS域还是PS域的电话会议,使用不同信令通路向网络侧的媒体服务器发送私聊请求消息。实现通过媒体服务器,在电话会议进程中建立私聊对应关系,并按照该对应关系,完成会议终端之间的私聊会话过程,保证私聊双方会话的私密性,满足电话会议中的用户需求。其中,当电话会议为在CS域创建的电话会议,则可以得到接入的网络类型为电路交换数据网,此时可使用电路交换数据网对应的直传通路进行信令的传输,实现私聊请求消息的发送过程,进而通过MSC(Mobile Switching Center,移动交换中心)实现会话连接控制;当电话会议为在PS域创建的电话会议,则可以得到接入的网络类型为分组交换数据网,此时通过与分组交换数据网对应的存储转发模式下的信令传输通路,进行信令传输,通过CSCF(Call Session Control Function,呼叫会话控制功能)设备实现会话控制,实现私聊请求消息的发送过程。在此之后,根据CS域还是PS域的电话会议所处的网络类型,继续按照与该网络类型对应的信令通路,向媒体服务器发送语音数据即可,实现私聊语音数据的传输过程。而电话会议中除私聊以外的其他语音数据也为按照与电话会议所处网络类型对应的信令通路,进行彼此间的语音数据传递过程。
第三实施例
本实施例中提供一种媒体服务器,结合图8所示,所述服务器包括:接收模块401、第一确定模块402、建立模块403和第一发送模块404。

可选地,所述建立模块403包括:第一发送子模块、建立子模块和第二发送子模块。
第一发送子模块,设置为发送建立私聊关系的请求信息至所述私聊目标终端。
关联子模块,设置为在接收到所述私聊目标终端的同意应答时,标记所述私聊请求终端及私聊目标终端为所述私聊关系中的对应终端。
第二发送子模块,设置为发送私聊关系建立成功的指示信息至所述私聊请求终端及所述私聊目标终端。
可选地,所述媒体服务器还包括:判断模块和步骤进入模块。
判断模块,设置为判断所述私聊请求终端是否具有所述电话会议中私聊功能的应用权限。
步骤进入模块,用于在判断结果为是时,进入所述建立所述私聊请求终端及私聊目标终端间的私聊关系的步骤。
可选地,所述第一确定模块402包括:解析子模块、匹配子模块和确定子模块。
解析子模块,设置为解析所述私聊请求消息,获取所述私聊请求消息中包含的目标终端的标识信息。
匹配子模块,设置为根据所述标识信息,从所述电话会议的成员终端中,将获取的与所述标识信息匹配的终端作为所述私聊目标终端。
本发明实施例中提供的媒体服务器,接收电话会议进程中的私聊请求消息,基于私聊请求消息,确定私聊请求终端及私聊目标终端,建立私聊请求终端及私聊目标终端间的私聊关系,在获取到私聊请求终端或私聊目标终端的语音数据时,将该语音数据发送至私聊关系中的对应终端以进行通话。上述技术方案可以实现在电话会议进程中建立私聊对应关系,并按照该对应关系,完成会议终端之间的私聊会话过程,保证私聊双方会话的私密性,满足电话会议中的用户需求。
第三实施例
本实施例中提供一种终端,结合图9所示,所述终端包括:第二发送模块501和第三发送模块502。
第二发送模块501,设置为在电话会议进程中,发送私聊请求消息至媒体服务器;
第三发送模块502,设置为在通过所述媒体服务器建立与私聊目标终端间的私聊关系后,发送第一语音数据至所述媒体服务器。
或者,结合图10所示,所述终端包括:第二发送模块501和第一获取模块503。
第二发送模块501,设置为在电话会议进程中,发送私聊请求消息至媒体服务器;
第一获取模块503,设置为获取所述媒体服务器发来的第二语音数据,所述第二语音数据为所述私聊关系中的对应终端发送的语音数据。
可选地,所述终端还包括:第二获取模块和第二确定模块。
第二获取模块,设置为获取所述媒体服务器发来的私聊关系建立成功的指示信息;
第二确定模块,设置为根据所述指示信息,确定已通过所述媒体服务器建立与私聊目标终端间的私聊关系。
可选地,所述第二发送模块501包括:获取子模块和发送子模块。
获取子模块,设置为获取所述电话会议所处的网络类型;
发送子模块,设置为基于所述网络类型,使用与所述网络类型对应的信令通路向所述媒体服务器发送所述私聊请求消息。
本发明实施例中提供的终端,在电话会议进程中,发送私聊请求消息至媒体服务器,在通过所述媒体服务器建立与私聊目标终端间的私聊关系后,发送第一语音数据至所述媒体服务器,或者获取所述媒体服务器发来的第二语音数据。上述技术方案可以实现通过媒体服务器,在电话会议进程中建立私聊对应关系,并按照该对应关系,完成会议终端之间的私聊会话过程,保证私聊双方会话的私密性,满足电话会议中的用户需求。
以上所述的是本发明的可选实施方式,应当指出对于本技术领域的普通人员来说,在不脱离本申请所述的原理前提下还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也在本申请的保护范围内。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被执行时实现媒体服务器侧的电话会议中的通话方法。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被执行时实现终端侧的电话会议中的通话方法。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序来指令相关硬件(例如处理器)完成,所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中,如只读存储器、磁盘或光盘等。可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用一个或多个集成电路来实现。相应地,上述实施例中的各模块/单元可以采用硬件的形式实现,例如通过集成电路来实现其相应功能,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现,例如通过处理器执行存储于存储器中的程序/指令来实现其相应功能。本申请不限制于任何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本申请的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本申请技术方案的精神和范围,均应涵盖在本申请的权利要求范围当中。

上述技术方案可以完成会议终端之间的私聊会话过程,保证私聊双方会话的私密性,满足电话会议中的用户需求。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种电话会议中的通话方法,所述电话会议中的通话方法包括:
    接收电话会议进程中的私聊请求消息;
    基于所述私聊请求消息,确定私聊请求终端及私聊目标终端;
    建立所述私聊请求终端与私聊目标终端间的私聊关系,所述私聊关系为所述私聊请求终端与所述私聊目标终端间进行私聊的对应关系;
    在获取到所述私聊请求终端或私聊目标终端的语音数据时,将所述语音数据发送至所述私聊关系中的对应终端以进行通话。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述建立所述私聊请求终端与私聊目标终端间的私聊关系的步骤,包括:
    发送建立私聊关系的请求信息至所述私聊目标终端;
    在接收到所述私聊目标终端的同意应答时,标记所述私聊请求终端及私聊目标终端为所述私聊关系中的对应终端;
    发送私聊关系建立成功的指示信息至所述私聊请求终端及所述私聊目标终端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述建立所述私聊请求终端与私聊目标终端间的私聊关系的步骤之前,所述方法还包括:
    判断所述私聊请求终端是否具有所述电话会议中私聊功能的应用权限;
    在判断结果为是时,进入所述建立所述私聊请求终端及私聊目标终端间的私聊关系的步骤。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述基于所述私聊请求消息,确定私聊目标终端的步骤,包括:
    解析所述私聊请求消息,获取所述私聊请求消息中包含的目标终端的标识信息;
    根据所述标识信息,从所述电话会议的成员终端中,将获取的与所述标识信息匹配的终端作为所述私聊目标终端。
  5. 一种电话会议中的通话方法,所述电话会议中的通话方法包括:
    在电话会议进程中,发送私聊请求消息至媒体服务器;
    在通过所述媒体服务器建立与私聊目标终端间的私聊关系后,发送第一语音数据至所述媒体服务器,或者,获取所述媒体服务器发来的第二语音数据,其中,所述第二语音数据为所述私聊关系中的对应终端发送的语音数据。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,所述在电话会议进程中,发送私聊请求消息至媒体服务器的步骤之后,所述方法还包括:
    获取所述媒体服务器发来的私聊关系建立成功的指示信息;
    根据所述指示信息,确定已通过所述媒体服务器建立与私聊目标终端间的私聊关系。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述在电话会议进程中,发送私聊请求消息至媒体服务器的步骤,包括:
    获取所述电话会议所处的网络类型;
    基于所述网络类型,使用与所述网络类型对应的信令通路向所述媒体服务器发送所述私聊请求消息。
  8. 一种媒体服务器,所述媒体服务器包括:
    接收模块,设置为接收电话会议进程中的私聊请求消息;
    第一确定模块,设置为基于所述私聊请求消息,确定私聊请求终端及私聊目标终端;
    建立模块,设置为建立所述私聊请求终端与私聊目标终端间的私聊关系,所述私聊关系为所述私聊请求终端与所述私聊目标终端间进行私聊的对应关系;
    第一发送模块,设置为在获取到所述私聊请求终端或私聊目标终端的语音数据时,将所述语音数据发送至所述私聊关系中的对应终端以进行通话。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的媒体服务器,其中,所述建立模块包括:
    第一发送子模块,设置为发送建立私聊关系的请求信息至所述私聊目标终端;
    关联子模块,设置为在接收到所述私聊目标终端的同意应答时,标记所 述私聊请求终端及私聊目标终端为所述私聊关系中的对应终端;
    第二发送子模块,设置为发送私聊关系建立成功的指示信息至所述私聊请求终端及所述私聊目标终端。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的媒体服务器,所述媒体服务器还包括:
    判断模块,设置为判断所述私聊请求终端是否具有所述电话会议中私聊功能的应用权限;
    步骤进入模块,设置为在判断结果为是时,进入所述建立所述私聊请求终端及私聊目标终端间的私聊关系的步骤。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的媒体服务器,其中,所述第一确定模块包括:
    解析子模块,设置为解析所述私聊请求消息,获取所述私聊请求消息中包含的目标终端的标识信息;
    匹配子模块,设置为根据所述标识信息,从所述电话会议的成员终端中,将获取的与所述标识信息匹配的终端作为所述私聊目标终端。
  12. 一种终端,所述终端包括:
    第二发送模块,设置为在电话会议进程中,发送私聊请求消息至媒体服务器;
    第三发送模块,设置为在通过所述媒体服务器建立与私聊目标终端间的私聊关系后,发送第一语音数据至所述媒体服务器;或者,
    第一获取模块,设置为获取所述媒体服务器发来的第二语音数据,所述第二语音数据为所述私聊关系中的对应终端发送的语音数据。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的终端,所述终端还包括:
    第二获取模块,设置为获取所述媒体服务器发来的私聊关系建立成功的指示信息;
    第二确定模块,设置为根据所述指示信息,确定已通过所述媒体服务器建立与私聊目标终端间的私聊关系。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的终端,其中,所述第二发送模块包括:
    获取子模块,设置为获取所述电话会议所处的网络类型;
    发送子模块,设置为基于所述网络类型,使用与所述网络类型对应的信令通路向所述媒体服务器发送所述私聊请求消息。
