Definitions
- the present invention relates to a non-oriented electrical steel sheet mainly used as an iron core material for electrical equipment, and more particularly to a non-oriented electrical steel sheet excellent in recyclability that eliminates an obstacle to recycling and a method for manufacturing the same.
- Patent Document 1 describes that if the Al content is 0.017% or less, preferably 0.005% or less, the magnetic flux density is improved by improving the texture. ing. On the other hand, it is also described that such an extremely low Al material deteriorates iron loss and makes magnetic characteristics unstable.
- non-oriented electrical steel sheets can be recycled as non-oriented electrical steel sheets when the Al content is lowered with the intention of reusing non-oriented electrical steel sheets as iron scrap. It was a challenge.
- This invention solves this subject and provides the non-oriented electrical steel sheet excellent in recyclability, and its manufacturing method.
- the hot-rolled sheet was pickled, cold-rolled to a sheet thickness of 0.5 mm, and subjected to finish annealing at 1000 ° C. for 10 seconds in a 20% H 2 -80% N 2 atmosphere.
- the results of investigating the magnetic properties of these finish-annealed plates are shown in FIG. 1 (very low Al + Ca not added) and FIG. 2 (Al added + Ca not added). 1 and 2, (a) shows the measurement result of the iron loss and (b) shows the measurement result of the magnetic flux density.
- the Al additive shown in FIG. 2 the deterioration of the magnetic characteristics due to the increase in Cu was relatively small.
- C 0.0050% or less Since C deteriorates iron loss, the smaller the better, the better. When C exceeds 0.0050%, the iron loss increase becomes particularly remarkable, so C is limited to 0.0050% or less. Since C is preferably as small as possible, the lower limit is not particularly limited. However, in order to reduce it to less than 0.0003% in production on an industrial scale, it requires a great deal of cost, so the lower limit is preferably 0.0003%. .
- Al Less than 0.0050% From the viewpoint of scrap utilization by consumers, Al is recommended to be less than 0.05% to ensure castability from scrap raw materials. In the present invention, Al is further reduced. In order to improve the texture and increase the magnetic flux density, it is necessary to make it less than 0.0050%. Therefore, Al is less than 0.0050%. Preferably, it is 0.0020% or less.
- P More than 0.01% and 0.20% or less P is an element useful for improving the hardness by adding a small amount. Since the optimum hardness varies depending on the customer, P is appropriately contained in a range exceeding 0.01%. On the other hand, excessive addition of P causes a decrease in rolling properties, so the P content is limited to 0.20% or less. Preferably, it is 0.03 to 0.10% of range.
- N 0.0050% or less N is limited to 0.0050% or less because N deteriorates the magnetic characteristics as in C described above. Since the smaller N is, the lower limit is not particularly limited.
- Ca 0.0005% or more and 0.0100% or less
- Ca is added in order to stabilize magnetic properties because it is a material having a high Cu content and a very low Al content. If it is less than 0.0005%, the effect is not sufficient. On the other hand, if it exceeds 0.0100%, Ca oxide increases and iron loss deteriorates, so 0.0005% or more and 0.0100% or less. Preferably, it is 0.001% or more and 0.005% or less.
- Cu 0.02% or more and less than 0.1%
- the scrap ratio in order to promote the recycling of resources, it is intended to increase the scrap ratio of the steelmaking raw material as much as possible.
- this scrap ratio is increased, 0.02% or more of Cu is contained in the material of the non-oriented electrical steel sheet. This is because, for example, electrical appliances such as washing machines and air conditioners are used as scrap sources, so that Cu in the conductive wires is inevitably included in the scrap.
- the upper limit was made less than 0.1%.
- the rest of the above components are iron and unavoidable impurities.
- the unavoidable impurities V ⁇ 0.004%, Nb ⁇ 0.004%, B ⁇ 0.0005%, Ni ⁇ 0.05%, Cr ⁇ 0.05%, Ti ⁇ 0.002% etc.
- the coil winding temperature after hot rolling is set to 650 ° C. or higher. If the steel sheet before cold rolling is not sufficiently recrystallized, the generation of ridging and magnetic properties will deteriorate, so if hot-rolled sheet annealing is omitted, the rewinding is promoted by setting the coiling temperature to 650 ° C or higher. There is a need. Preferably, it is 670 ° C or higher. In addition, when performing hot-rolled sheet annealing, the winding temperature does not need to be 650 degreeC or more.
- the composition is adjusted to the composition shown in Table 1, the slab is cast using a continuous casting machine, the slab is heated at 1120 ° C for 1 hour, Hot rolling up to 2.8 mm was performed.
- the finish rolling temperature in the hot rolling was 900 ° C., and winding was performed at 680 ° C.
- pickling without hot-rolled sheet annealing was performed, and after cold rolling to a sheet thickness of 0.50 mm, finish annealing was performed at 980 ° C. for 10 seconds.
- the coiling temperature after hot rolling is 550 ° C
- hot rolling sheet annealing at a soaking temperature of 1000 ° C and a soaking time of 30 seconds is performed by continuous annealing after hot rolling. did.
- the steel type H was cracked during hot rolling, the steps after hot rolling were not performed.
- the steel type M and the steel type G were ruptured, and the steel type F was ridging. Therefore, the steps after the cold rolling were not performed.
- the magnetic properties of the product plates obtained were investigated.
- the magnetic properties were measured by the Epstein method described in JIS C2550 by cutting out Epstein test pieces in the rolling direction (L) and the direction perpendicular to the rolling direction (C), and B 50 (magnetizing force: magnetic flux density at 5000 A / m) and W 10 / Evaluation was performed at 400 (magnetic loss: 1.0 T, frequency: iron loss when excited at 400 Hz).
- the obtained results are also shown in Table 1.
