进一步地,所述调节组件包括第一调节柱及第二调节柱,所述第一调节柱和第二调节柱均包括柱体及设置于所述柱体下方的滑块,所述第一端部和所述第二端部上均设有导轨,所述第一调节柱的柱体贴合所述第一边缘部的侧面,且所述第一调节柱的滑块设置于所述第一端部上的导轨中,所述第二调节柱的柱体贴合所述第二边缘部的侧面,且所述第二调节柱的滑块设置于所述第二端部上的导轨中。
进一步地,所述底座还包括由所述第一支撑体的中间部分向一侧延伸形成的第二支撑体,所述曲面显示器还包括位于所述第一边缘部和所述第二边缘部之间的中间部,其中,所述曲面显示器的中间部固定设置于所述第二支撑体上。
进一步地,所述第二支撑体上设有凸块,所述曲面显示器的中间部的底表面设有收容槽,所述凸块对应设置于所述收容槽中。
进一步地,所述柱体与所述滑块的结合处向外延伸形成固定部,其中,当所述第一调节柱的滑块在所述第一端部上的导轨中定位,且所述第二调节柱的滑块在所述第二端部上的导轨中定位时,所述第一调节柱的固定部与所述第一端部固定,所述第二调节柱的固定部与所述第二端部固定。
进一步地,所述曲面显示器还包括第一固定柱和第二固定柱,所述第一调节柱的固定部上设有第一通孔,所述第二调节柱的固定部上设有第二通孔,所述第一端部的上表面设有多个第一凹槽,所述第二端部的上表面设有多个第二凹槽,所述第一固定柱穿过所述第一通孔而设置于所述第一凹槽中,所述第二固定柱穿过所述第二通孔而设置于所述第二凹槽中。
进一步地,所述多个第一凹槽等间距排列设置,所述多个第二凹槽等间距排列设置,所述多个第一凹槽与所述多个第二凹槽一一对应对称设置。
进一步地,所述第一调节柱的滑块上设有第一贯穿孔,所述第二调节柱的滑块上设有第二贯穿孔,所述第一端部的导轨的第一侧壁上设有第三通孔,所述第一端部的导轨的第二侧壁上设有多个第三凹槽,所述第二端部的导轨的第一侧壁上设有第四通孔,所述第二端部的导轨的第二侧壁上设有多个第四凹 槽,其中,所述曲面显示器还包括第三固定柱和第四固定柱,当所述第一调节柱的滑块在所述第一端部上的导轨中定位,且所述第二调节柱的滑块在所述第二端部上的导轨中定位时,所述第三固定柱依次穿过所述第三通孔、第一贯穿孔而设置于所述第三凹槽中,所述第四固定柱依次穿过第四通孔、第二贯穿孔而设置于所述第四凹槽中。
进一步地,所述多个第三通孔等间距排列设置,所述多个第四通孔等间距排列设置,所述多个第三通孔与所述多个第四通孔一一对应对称设置。
本发明在曲面显示器的两侧面分别设置调节柱,通过调节柱相对底座进行滑动,以在预定弯曲曲率范围内调节曲面显示器的弯曲曲率。

具体实施方式
以下,将参照附图来详细描述本发明的实施例。然而,可以以许多不同的形式来实施本发明,并且本发明不应该被解释为限制于这里阐述的具体实施例。相反,提供这些实施例是为了解释本发明的原理及其实际应用,从而使本 领域的其他技术人员能够理解本发明的各种实施例和适合于特定预期应用的各种修改。
在附图中,相同的标号将始终被用于表示相同的元件。将理解的是,尽管在这里可使用术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”、“第四”等来描述各种元件,但是这些元件不应受这些术语的限制。这些术语仅用于将一个元件与另一个元件区分开来。
图1是根据本发明的第一实施例的曲率可调的曲面显示器的立体示意图。图2是根据本发明的第一实施例的调节柱的立体示意图。图3是根据本发明的第一实施例的底座的立体示意图。图4是图1所示的曲率可调的曲面显示器沿剖切线A-A的局部示意图。
参照图1至图4,根据本发明的第一实施例的曲率可调的曲面显示器包括:底座1、曲面显示器2、调节组件。曲面显示器2可例如是曲面液晶显示器或者曲面有机发光二极管(OLED)显示器。曲面显示器2设置在底座1之上。调节组件设置在曲面显示器2与底座1之间,以活动连接曲面显示器2与底座1。调节组件可相对底座1沿着预定方向(例如水平方向)进行滑动,以调节曲面显示器2的弯曲曲率。应当理解的是,在本实施例中,曲面显示器2可被在一定弯曲曲率范围内任意调节。
具体而言,曲面显示器2包括第一边缘部21、第二边缘部22及位于第一边缘部21与第二边缘部22之间的中间部23,其中,第一边缘部21与第二边缘部22轴对称。底座1包括第一支撑体11。第一边缘部21设置于第一支撑体11的第一端部111上,第二边缘部22设置于第一支撑体11的第二端部112上。调节组件贴合第一边缘部21和第二边缘部22的侧面,且调节组件滑动设置于第一端部111和第二端部112中。如此,调节组件通过在第一端部111和第二端部112中滑动而相对第一支撑体11滑动,从而带动第一边缘部21和第二边缘部22同时朝向第一支撑体11的中间部分运动,或者带动第一边缘部21和第二边缘部22同时远离第一支撑体11的中间部分运动,进而调节曲面显示器2的弯曲曲率。
在本实施例中,为了实现上述目的,调节组件包括第一调节柱31及第二调节柱32,其中,第一调节柱31和第二调节柱32均包括柱体301及设置于柱体301下方的滑块302。第一端部111和第二端部112上均设有导轨101,其 中,第一端部111上的导轨101和第二端部112上的导轨101对称设置。第一调节柱31的柱体301贴合第一边缘部21的侧面,且第一调节柱31的滑块302设置于第一端部111上的导轨101中;第二调节柱32的柱体301贴合第二边缘部22的侧面,且第二调节柱32的滑块302设置于第二端部112上的导轨101中。
为了提高曲面显示器2的稳固程度,在本实施例中,底座1还包括由第一支撑体11的中间部分向一侧延伸形成的第二支撑体12,其中,曲面显示器2的中间部23可固定设置在第二支撑体12上。例如,在第二支撑体12上设置有凸块121,在曲面显示器2的中间部23的底表面对应设有收容槽(未示出),在装配状态下,凸块121设置于该收容槽中,从而将曲面显示器2的中间部23固定设置在第二支撑体12上,以提高曲面显示器2的稳固性。
此外,为了在曲面显示器2的弯曲曲率调节结束后,将调节后的弯曲曲率固定,在本实施例中,第一调节柱31和第二调节柱32的柱体301与滑块302的结合处向外延伸形成固定部303。当第一调节柱31的滑块302在第一端部111上的导轨101中定位(即滑动结束),且第二调节柱32的滑块302在第二端部112上的导轨101中定位时,第一调节柱31的固定部303与第一端部111固定,第二调节柱32的固定部303与第二端部112固定,从而将曲面显示器2经调节后的弯曲曲率固定。
进一步地,为了实现第一调节柱31的固定部303与第一端部111固定,第二调节柱32的固定部303与第二端部112固定,根据本实施例的曲率可调的曲面显示器还包括第一固定柱41和第二固定柱(未示出),其中,第一调节柱31的固定部303上设有第一通孔304,第二调节柱32的固定部303上设有第二通孔305,第一端部111的上表面排列设有多个第一凹槽102,第二端部112的上表面排列设有多个第二凹槽103,第一固定柱41穿过第一通孔304而设置于第一凹槽102中,第二固定柱穿过第二通孔305而设置于第二凹槽103中。在本实施例中,第一固定柱41和第二固定柱可例如为螺钉、销钉等。
在本实施例中,多个第一凹槽102与多个第二凹槽103一一对应对称设置。多个第一凹槽102排列所在方向与第一端部111上的导轨101所在方向一致,相应的,多个第二凹槽103排列所在方向分别与第二端部112上的导轨101所 在方向一致。此外,优选的,多个第一凹槽102等间距排列设置,多个第二凹槽103等间距排列设置,但本发明并不限制于此。例如,多个第一凹槽102可根据实际要求不等间距排列,对应的,多个第二凹槽103也根据实际要求不等间距排列。
图5是根据本发明的第二实施例的曲率可调的曲面显示器的立体示意图。图6是根据本发明的第二实施例的调节柱的立体示意图。图7是根据本发明的第二实施例的底座的立体示意图。图8是图5所示的曲率可调的曲面显示器沿剖切线A-A的局部示意图。
参照图5至图8,根据本发明的第二实施例的曲率可调的曲面显示器包括:底座1、曲面显示器2、调节组件。曲面显示器2可例如是曲面液晶显示器或者曲面有机发光二极管(OLED)显示器。曲面显示器2设置在底座1之上。调节组件设置在曲面显示器2与底座1之间,以活动连接曲面显示器2与底座1。调节组件可相对底座1沿着预定方向(例如水平方向)进行滑动,以调节曲面显示器2的弯曲曲率。应当理解的是,在本实施例中,曲面显示器2可被在一定弯曲曲率范围内任意调节。
具体而言,曲面显示器2包括第一边缘部21、第二边缘部22及位于第一边缘部21与第二边缘部22之间的中间部23,其中,第一边缘部21与第二边缘部22轴对称。底座1包括第一支撑体11。第一边缘部21设置于第一支撑体11的第一端部111上,第二边缘部22设置于第一支撑体11的第二端部112上。调节组件贴合第一边缘部21和第二边缘部22的侧面,且调节组件滑动设置于第一端部111和第二端部112中。如此,调节组件通过在第一端部111和第二端部112中滑动而相对第一支撑体11滑动,从而带动第一边缘部21和第二边缘部22同时朝向第一支撑体11的中间部分运动,或者带动第一边缘部21和第二边缘部22同时远离第一支撑体11的中间部分运动,进而调节曲面显示器2的弯曲曲率。
在本实施例中,为了实现上述目的,调节组件包括第一调节柱31及第二调节柱32,其中,第一调节柱31和第二调节柱32均包括柱体301及设置于柱体301下方的滑块302。第一端部111和第二端部112上均设有导轨101,其中,第一端部111上的导轨101和第二端部112上的导轨101对称设置。第一调节柱31的柱体301贴合第一边缘部21的侧面,且第一调节柱31的滑块302 设置于第一端部111上的导轨101中;第二调节柱32的柱体301贴合第二边缘部22的侧面,且第二调节柱32的滑块302设置于第二端部112上的导轨101中。
为了提高曲面显示器2的稳固程度,在本实施例中,底座1还包括由第一支撑体11的中间部分向一侧延伸形成的第二支撑体12,其中,曲面显示器2的中间部23可固定设置在第二支撑体12上。例如,在第二支撑体12上设置有凸块121,在曲面显示器2的中间部23的底表面对应设有收容槽(未示出),在装配状态下,凸块121设置于该收容槽中,从而将曲面显示器2的中间部23固定设置在第二支撑体12上,以提高曲面显示器2的稳固性。
此外,为了在曲面显示器2的弯曲曲率调节结束后,将调节后的弯曲曲率固定,在本实施例中,第一调节柱31的滑块302上设有第一贯穿孔306,第二调节柱32的滑块302上设有第二贯穿孔307,第一端部111的导轨101的第一侧壁103上设有第三通孔104,第一端部111的导轨101的第二侧壁105上设有多个第三凹槽106,第二端部112的导轨101的第一侧壁107上设有第四通孔108,第二端部112的导轨101的第二侧壁109上设有多个第四凹槽110。此外,根据本发明的第二实施例的曲率可调的曲面显示器还包括第三固定柱51和第四固定柱52,其中,当第一调节柱31的滑块302在第一端部111上的导轨101中定位(即滑动结束),且第二调节柱32的滑块302在第二端部112上的导轨101中定位时,第三固定柱51依次穿过第三通孔104、第一贯穿孔306而设置于第三凹槽106中,第四固定柱52依次穿过第四通孔108、第二贯穿孔307而设置于第四凹槽110中,从而将曲面显示器2经调节后的弯曲曲率固定。在本实施例中,第三固定柱51和第四固定柱52可例如为螺钉、销钉等。
在本实施例中,多个第三通孔104与多个第三凹槽106一一对应,多个第四通孔108与多个第四凹槽110一一对应。多个第三通孔104与多个第四通孔108一一对应对称设置。多个第三通孔104排列所在方向与第一端部111上的导轨101所在方向一致,相应的,多个第四通孔108排列所在方向分别与第二端部112上的导轨101所在方向一致。此外,优选的,多个第三通孔104等间距排列设置,多个第四通孔108等间距排列设置,但本发明并不限制于此。例如,多个第三通孔104可根据实际要求不等间距排列,对应的,多个第四通孔108也根据实际要求不等间距排列。
综上所述,根据本发明的实施例,在曲面显示器的两侧面分别设置调节柱,通过调节柱相对底座进行滑动,以在预定弯曲曲率范围内调节曲面显示器的弯曲曲率。
虽然已经参照特定实施例示出并描述了本发明,但是本领域的技术人员将理解:在不脱离由权利要求及其等同物限定的本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可在此进行形式和细节上的各种变化。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种曲率可调的曲面显示器,其中,包括:底座、曲面显示器、调节组件,其中,所述曲面显示器设置在所述底座之上,所述调节组件设置在所述曲面显示器与所述底座之间,以连接所述曲面显示器与所述底座,所述调节组件相对所述底座进行滑动,以调节所述曲面显示器的弯曲曲率。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的曲面显示器,其中,所述曲面显示器包括第一边缘部和第二边缘部,所述底座包括第一支撑体,其中,所述第一边缘部设置于所述第一支撑体的第一端部上,所述第二边缘部设置于所述第一支撑体的第二端部上,所述调节组件贴合所述第一边缘部和所述第二边缘部的侧面,且所述调节组件滑动设置于所述第一端部和所述第二端部中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的曲面显示器,其中,所述调节组件包括第一调节柱及第二调节柱,所述第一调节柱和第二调节柱均包括柱体及设置于所述柱体下方的滑块,所述第一端部和所述第二端部上均设有导轨,所述第一调节柱的柱体贴合所述第一边缘部的侧面,且所述第一调节柱的滑块设置于所述第一端部上的导轨中,所述第二调节柱的柱体贴合所述第二边缘部的侧面,且所述第二调节柱的滑块设置于所述第二端部上的导轨中。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的曲面显示器,其中,所述底座还包括由所述第一支撑体的中间部分向一侧延伸形成的第二支撑体,所述曲面显示器还包括位于所述第一边缘部和所述第二边缘部之间的中间部,其中,所述曲面显示器的中间部固定设置于所述第二支撑体上。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的曲面显示器,其中,所述底座还包括由所述第一支撑体的中间部分向一侧延伸形成的第二支撑体,所述曲面显示器还包括位于所述第一边缘部和所述第二边缘部之间的中间部,其中,所述曲面显示器的中间部固定设置于所述第二支撑体上。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的曲面显示器,其中,所述第二支撑体上设有凸块,所述曲面显示器的中间部的底表面设有收容槽,所述凸块对应设置于所述收容槽中。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的曲面显示器,其中,所述第二支撑体上设有凸块,所述曲面显示器的中间部的底表面设有收容槽,所述凸块对应设置于所述收容槽中。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的曲面显示器,其中,所述柱体与所述滑块的结合处向外延伸形成固定部,其中,当所述第一调节柱的滑块在所述第一端部上的导轨中定位,且所述第二调节柱的滑块在所述第二端部上的导轨中定位时,所述第一调节柱的固定部与所述第一端部固定,所述第二调节柱的固定部与所述第二端部固定。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的曲面显示器,其中,所述曲面显示器还包括第一固定柱和第二固定柱,所述第一调节柱的固定部上设有第一通孔,所述第二调节柱的固定部上设有第二通孔,所述第一端部的上表面设有多个第一凹槽,所述第二端部的上表面设有多个第二凹槽,所述第一固定柱穿过所述第一通孔而设置于所述第一凹槽中,所述第二固定柱穿过所述第二通孔而设置于所述第二凹槽中。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的曲面显示器,其中,所述多个第一凹槽等间距排列设置,所述多个第二凹槽等间距排列设置,所述多个第一凹槽与所述多个第二凹槽一一对应对称设置。
  11. 根据权利要求3所述的曲面显示器,其中,所述第一调节柱的滑块上设有第一贯穿孔,所述第二调节柱的滑块上设有第二贯穿孔,所述第一端部的导轨的第一侧壁上设有多个第三通孔,所述第一端部的导轨的第二侧壁上设有多个第三凹槽,所述第二端部的导轨的第一侧壁上设有多个第四通孔,所述第二端部的导轨的第二侧壁上设有多个第四凹槽,其中,所述曲面显示器还包括第三固定柱和第四固定柱,当所述第一调节柱的滑块在所述第一端部上的导轨中定位,且所述第二调节柱的滑块在所述第二端部上的导轨中定位时,所述第三固定柱依次穿过所述第三通孔、第一贯穿孔而设置于所述第三凹槽中,所述第四固定柱依次穿过第四通孔、第二贯穿孔而设置于所述第四凹槽中。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的曲面显示器,其中,所述多个第三通孔等间距排列设置,所述多个第四通孔等间距排列设置,所述多个第三通孔与所述多个第四通孔一一对应对称设置。
