请参阅图 5至图 7, 为本发明显示装置的第二实施例, 包括底座 1及安 装于底座 1上的曲率可调节的显示屏 3。 所述底座 1 包括两支脚 11及设置 于两支脚 11之间的连接部 15', 每一支脚 11包括一放置部 111及从放置部 111 向上延伸的安装部 113, 所述安装部 113分别连接于显示屏 3的两侧, 所述连接部 15'设置于两放置部 111之间, 使两放置部 111 能随着显示屏 3 的曲率变化而彼此相对转动。 所述显示屏 3通过螺钉 20固定连接在安装部 113上。
所述每一放置部 111呈孤形。
所述连接部 15'为设于两放置部 111相对两端的一弹性件 15', 所述弹 性件 15,分别与所述两放置部 111的相对两端相互配合、 连接。
具体的, 如图 6所示, 所述弹性件 15,与每一放置部 111配合的两端分 别设有卡孔 155,所述每一放置部 111与弹性件 15,连接的一端设有卡头 115, 通过卡头 115卡入卡孔 155将放置部 111与弹性件 15'进行连接。进一步的, 所述卡孔 155具有开口 156及连通开口 156的内孔 158,所述开口 156的尺 寸小于内孔 158的尺寸; 所述卡头 115具有头部 116、 与连接头部 116的颈 部 118, 该头部 116的尺寸大于颈部 118的尺寸; 该头部 116位于卡孔 155 的内孔 158内, 而颈部 118位于卡孔 155的开口 156内。
所述弹性件 15,随着显示屏 3的曲率变化而发生相应的变形。如图 5所 示, 当显示屏 3处于曲率最小的平面状态时, 所述卡头 115对所述卡孔 155 的拉伸作用最小或为 0, 所述弹性件 15,的拉伸变形最小或为 0。 如图 7所 示, 当显示屏 3 处于曲面状态时, 所述每一放置部 111 分别带动所述卡头 115拉伸所述卡孔 155,且随着显示屏 3的弯曲曲率发生变化,所述卡头 115 对所述卡孔 155的拉伸作用相应变化, 所述弹性件 15'的拉伸变形亦相应发 生变化。 当所述显示屏 3 处于曲率最大的弯曲状态时, 所述卡头 115对所 述卡孔 155的拉伸作用最大, 所述弹性件 15, 的拉伸变形最大。
所述弹性件 15'即连接部 15'使得底座 1 能够随显示屏 3 曲率的变化而 变化, 从而实现显示屏 3的曲率能够依据用户的观看需求进行方便的调节。
综上所述, 本发明提供的显示装置, 其底座具有两放置部及位于两放 置部之间的连接部, 所述连接部能够使两放置部随着显示屏的曲率变化而 彼此相对转动, 以适应显示屏的曲率变化, 即底座能够随显示屏曲率的变 化而变化, 从而实现显示屏的曲率能够依据用户的观看需求进行方便的调 节, 提高产品使用的便利性, 且结构较简单, 易于实现。
以上所述, 对于本领域的普通技术人员来说, 可以根据本发明的技术 方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形, 而所有这些改变和变形 都应属于本发明后附的权利要求的保护范围。

权 利 要 求
所述底座包括两支脚及设置于两支脚之间的连接部, 每一支脚包括一放置 部及从放置部向上延伸的安装部, 所述安装部分别连接于显示屏的两侧, 所述连接部设置于两放置部之间, 使两放置部能随着显示屏的曲率变化而 彼此相对转动。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的显示装置, 其中, 所述放置部呈孤形。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的显示屏曲率可调节的显示装置, 其中, 所述连 接部为分别设于两放置部相对两端的凸柱与 W孔, W孔的尺寸大于凸柱的 尺寸。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的显示装置, 其中, 所述凹孔呈圆柱形, 所述凸 柱呈圆柱形。
5、 如权利要求 3所述的显示装置, 其中, 所述凸柱从一个放置部的一 端一体向外延伸设置, 所述凹孔从另一个放置部的一端向内凹陷设置。
6、 如权利要求 3所述的显示装置, 其中, 所述凸柱与凹孔的配合情况 随着显示屏的曲率变化而变化, 在所述显示屏处于曲率最大的弯曲状态时, 所述凸柱部分插入所述 W孔内, 在所述显示屏处于曲率最小的平面状态时, 所述凸柱完全插入所述凹孔内。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的显示装置, 其中, 所述连接部为设于两放置部 相对两端的一弹性件。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的显示装置, 其中, 所述弹性件随着显示屏的曲 率变化而发生相应的变形, 在所述显示屏处于曲率最大的弯曲状态时, 所 述弹性件的拉伸变形最大, 在所述显示屏处于曲率最小的平面状态时, 所 述弹性件的拉伸变形最小或为 0。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的显示装置, 其中, 所述弹性件与每一放置部配 合的两端分别设有卡孔, 所述每一放置部与弹性件连接的一端设有卡头, 通过卡头卡入卡孔将放置部与弹性件进行连接, 所述卡孔具有开口及连通 开口的内孔, 所述开口的尺寸小于内孔的尺寸, 所述卡头具有头部与连接 头部的颈部, 该头部的尺寸大于颈部的尺寸, 该头部位于卡孔的内孔内, 而颈部位于卡孔的开口内。
10、 如权利要求 1 所述的显示装置, 其中, 所述显示屏通过螺钉固定 连接在安装部上。 所述底座包括两支脚及设置于两支脚之间的连接部, 每一支脚包括一放置 部及从放置部向上延伸的安装部, 所述安装部分别连接于显示屏的两侧, 所述连接部设置于两放置部之间, 使两放置部能随着显示屏的曲率变化而 彼此相对转动;
其中, 所述放置部呈孤形;
其中, 所述连接部为分别设于两放置部相对两端的凸柱与 W孔, W孔 的尺寸大于凸柱的尺寸;
其中, 所述 W孔呈圆柱形, 所述凸柱呈圆柱形;
其中, 所述凸柱从一个放置部的一端一体向外延伸设置, 所述凹孔从 另一个放置部的一端向内 W陷设置;
其中, 所述凸柱与 W孔的配合情况随着显示屏的曲率变化而变化, 在 所述显示屏处于曲率最大的弯曲状态时, 所述凸柱部分插入所述凹孔内, 在所述显示屏处于曲率最小的平面状态时, 所述凸柱完全插入所述凹孔内; 其中, 所述显示屏通过螺钉固定连接在安装部上。
