滤网堵塞报警装置和空调装置、除湿机、空气清净器、加热装置 技术领域
本发明属于滤网堵塞报警技术领域,尤其涉及一种滤网堵塞报警装置和空调装置、除湿机、空气清净器、加热装置。
背景技术
带有滤网的送风系统由于长期使用的状况下,滤网的洁净度会因为环境的污染物而导致堵塞,进而影响送风系统的初始设计风量。风量会因为滤网洁净度的恶化而下降,因此原本针对初始风量设计的应用功能将会因此受到影响。此应用功能包含了但不仅限于除湿系统,空调制冷系统,空气净化系统,加热系统和加湿系统。
现有技术中,一般采用倒计时的方法提示用户清洗或更换滤网,但由于应用环境的不同,倒计时的方法并不准确可靠。
现有技术中,也有采用压差法的方式,但是这种方式应用成本高,不便于普及使用。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种滤网堵塞报警装置和空调装置、除湿机、空气清净器、加热装置,其可准确可选地判定断滤网是否堵塞,且应用成本低。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种滤网堵塞报警装置,包括设置于滤网前侧或/和后侧的辅助温度传感器,还包括用于监测环境温度的环境温度传感器和用于对所述辅助温度传感器所监测的温度值与环境温度传感器所监测的温度值进行比较的处理模块,所述辅助温度传感器和环境温度传感器均电连接于所述处理模块,所述滤网堵塞报警装置还包括由所述处理模块控制的通报部件,所述通报部件电连接于所述处理模块。
可选地,所述通报部件为指示灯或电子屏幕。
可选地,所述通报部件为发声装置或振动装置。
可选地,所述滤网的一侧具有风扇。

有益效果
本发明所提供的滤网堵塞报警装置和空调装置、除湿机、空气清净器、加热装置,其通过设置辅助温度传感器和用于监测环境温度的环境温度传感器及用于对所述辅助温度传感器所监测的温度值与环境温度传感器所监测的温度值进行比较的处理模块,可以有效的透过辅助温度传感器和室温的变化来评估送风系统风量的变化,进而做到能够判断滤网的洁净度,可准确可选地判定断滤网是否堵塞,且应用成本低。

如图1~图12所示,本发明实施例提供的一种滤网堵塞报警装置,包括设置于滤网1前侧或/和后侧的辅助温度传感器2,还包括用于监测环境温度的环境温度传感器和用于对所述辅助温度传感器2所监测的温度值与环境温度传感器所监测的温度值进行比较的处理模块,所述辅助温度传感器2和环境温度传感器均电连接于所述处理模块,所述滤网堵塞报警装置还包括由所述处理模块控制的通报部件,所述通报部件电连接于所述处理模块。辅助温度传感器2可安装在送风系统的滤网1前侧或滤网1后侧,来进行风量改变的侦测。具体应用中,可以在滤网1为全新时侦测不同的送风系统的风量并记录辅助温度传感器上的温度,当风量越大时,经过辅助温度传感器的风由于风速提升,进而增加辅助温度传感器上微型发热体本体的散热。当微型发热体散热越快,温度越低,透过此原理,在环境温度相同的情况下,风量越大,微型发热体的温度与环境温度差异越小,反之,当风量越小时,微型发热体的温度越高,与环境的温度差异越大,可以根据不同的风量所侦测出来的辅助温度传感器与环境温度差别来判断滤网1的堵塞程度。当滤网1堵塞严重时,风量由于有效进风缩小而减少,此时辅助温度传感器2的温度与环境温度差异变大。由此原理,能够有效判断滤网1的堵塞状况,还能够计算不可洗式滤网1的寿命。这样,便可以准确、可靠地判定滤网1是否堵塞,若堵塞,则通过通报部件报警,以提示用户清洗或更换滤网1,而且应用成本低,利于普及应用。
具体地,所述通报部件为指示灯或电子屏幕。
当然,所述通报部件也可为发声装置或振动装置。振动装置也为偏心电机等。发声装置可为喇叭等。
具体地,所述滤网1的一侧具有风扇3,风扇3的一侧可具有冷凝器、散热器等部件。
具体应用中,所述风扇3可为涡轮风扇(如图1至4所示)或轴流风扇(如图5至8所示)或贯流风扇(如图9至12所示),可根据实际情况选用。
具体地,图13所示,所述辅助温度传感器2可包括微型发热器件22和用于感测所述微型发热器件22温度的温度感测器23,所述温度感测器23与所述微型发热器件22相邻设置,且所述温度感测器23与所述微型发热器件22均连接于基座21,环境温度传感器24也可以连接于基座21。具体应用中,温度感测器23可以与环境温度传感器24合并为一个感测器,或者是独立于环境温度传感器24。也就是说,环境温度传感器24可以装于辅助感测器上面合并一起成为一个能够侦测室温温度,也可以同时侦测风量变化的一个感测器。辅助感测器的另外一个做法为:用正压或者是负压的压敏电阻替代微型发热器件22,根据压敏电阻的特性和分压理论,也可透过电压变化来侦测风量变化。正压压敏电阻的特性为:温度越高,电阻越大,根据 U=IR 原理,U 为电压,I为电流,R为电阻阻值,则 R 越大,U不变的状况下,I 越小。利用分压理论设计,R1 为固定电阻, R2为压敏电阻会因为温度变化而变化本身电阻阻值,则在R2本身电阻值变化下,R2电阻两端的分压值(V)也会因此而改变,可以透过侦测R2两端的V来判断风量变化。
具体地,所述辅助温度传感器2设置有一个,或者,所述辅助温度传感器2设置有至少两个,各所述辅助温度传感器2可设于所述滤网1的同一侧或分设于所述滤网1的两侧。如图中虚线所示即为辅助温度传感器2可能设置的位置,辅助温度传感器2的数量及排布可以根据实际情况而定。
本发明实施例还提供了一种空调装置,所述空调装置包括上述的滤网堵塞报警装置。上述的滤网堵塞报警装置能够应用在一体式、分离式,或者是中央式的空调装置上。由于现有空调装置无法有效的告知消费者其滤网1的堵塞状况,导致长期累积尘埃在滤网1上而减少风量进入空调制冷系统内。当无足够风量进入空调制冷系统时,制冷能力以及其制冷效率会因此而下降。上述的滤网堵塞报警装置能够帮助空调系统判断出滤网1堵塞状况,并可以用上述之通报部件来通知使用者清洗,更换或请专业人员进行滤网1清洁来恢复空调系统的原本能力和效率。
本发明实施例还提供了一种除湿机,所述除湿机包括上述的滤网堵塞报警装置。当滤网1堵塞时,除湿机的进风量减少,此时除湿机的除湿能力以及除湿效率会因此而下降。透过上述的滤网堵塞报警装置,除湿机能够使用通报部件来知会使用者清洗或更换滤网1,并还能够通过自动调节风量来弥补滤网1堵塞时风量减少的问题。
本发明实施例还提供了一种空气清净器,所述空气清净器包括上述的滤网堵塞报警装置。现有的空气清净器,其无法有效的判断滤网1堵塞程度,一般会使用倒数计时方法,但是滤网1本身会因为使用者的使用环境不同有不同的寿命。上述的滤网堵塞报警装置能够帮助空气清净器实现真实滤网1寿命的判断,并也能够透过通报部件来显示滤网1寿命或者是知会使用者清洗或更换滤网1。
本发明实施例还提供了一种加热装置,所述加热装置包括上述的滤网堵塞报警装置。加热装置在滤网1堵塞时会因为风量的不足导致送风减少,因此会影响发热系统的效果。当滤网1堵塞严重时,发热系统的内部温度过高,导致内部保护装置启动而机器停止或无法使用。通过上述的滤网堵塞报警装置能实现即时提醒使用者清洗或更换滤网1,并还能够启动保护(即在滤网1堵塞时使加热器断电)来避免内部器件损坏,可靠性高。
本发明所提供的滤网堵塞报警装置和空调装置、除湿机、空气清净器、加热装置,其通过设置辅助温度传感器和用于监测环境温度的环境温度传感器及用于对所述辅助温度传感器所监测的温度值与环境温度传感器所监测的温度值进行比较的处理模块,可以有效的透过辅助温度传感器和室温的变化来评估送风系统风量的变化,进而做到能够判断滤网的洁净度,可准确可选地判定断滤网是否堵塞,且应用成本低。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换或改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种滤网堵塞报警装置,其特征在于,包括设置于滤网前侧或/和后侧的辅助温度传感器,还包括用于监测环境温度的环境温度传感器和用于对所述辅助温度传感器所监测的温度值与环境温度传感器所监测的温度值进行比较的处理模块,所述辅助温度传感器和环境温度传感器均电连接于所述处理模块,所述滤网堵塞报警装置还包括由所述处理模块控制的通报部件,所述通报部件电连接于所述处理模块。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的滤网堵塞报警装置,其特征在于,所述通报部件为指示灯或电子屏幕。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的滤网堵塞报警装置,其特征在于,所述通报部件为发声装置或振动装置。
  4. 如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的滤网堵塞报警装置,其特征在于,所述滤网的一侧具有风扇。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的滤网堵塞报警装置,其特征在于,所述辅助温度传感器包括微型发热器件和用于感测所述微型发热器件温度的温度感测器,所述温度感测器与所述微型发热器件相邻设置,且所述温度感测器与所述微型发热器件均连接于基座。
  6. 如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的滤网堵塞报警装置,其特征在于,所述辅助温度传感器设置有一个,或者,所述辅助温度传感器设置有至少两个,各所述辅助温度传感器可设于所述滤网的同一侧或分设于所述滤网的两侧。
  7. 一种空调装置,其特征在于,所述空调装置包括如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的滤网堵塞报警装置。
  8. 一种除湿机,其特征在于,所述除湿机包括如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的滤网堵塞报警装置。
  9. 一种空气清净器,其特征在于,所述空气清净器包括如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的滤网堵塞报警装置。
  10. 一种加热装置,其特征在于,所述加热装置包括如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的滤网堵塞报警装置。
