- 曲面形状を有する表面側透明保護部材と、前記表面側透明保護部材の曲面形状に対応した曲面形状を有する裏面側保護部材と、前記表面側透明保護部材と前記裏面側保護部材との間に配置され、太陽電池セルをその内部に封止する充填剤層とを含む太陽電池モジュールの製造方法であって、
前記曲面形状を有する前記表面側透明保護部材及び前記曲面形状を有する裏面側保護部材を準備する工程と、
前記表面側透明保護部材と前記裏面側保護部材との間に、前記太陽電池セル及び前記充填剤層を配置し、プレス加工することによって太陽電池モジュールを製造する工程とを含む、太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記裏面側保護部材が、可撓性を有するシート材から形成されている、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記プレス加工の際に、前記太陽電池モジュールの面方向の周辺部を中央部より高い温度となるように加熱する、請求項1または2に記載の太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記曲面形状が、3次元の曲面形状である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。
