The present invention discloses a control method for a laundry treatment apparatus 1, where in a running process of a laundry treatment procedure, a control device 10 receives information that a user triggers a pause button 7, detects a security factor of opening a door 4 of a laundry treatment drum 3, and if it is detected that the security factor of opening the door 4 does not satisfy a security condition for opening the door 4, keeps the running of the original laundry treatment procedure; and only after the control device 10 receives further operation information input by the user, the laundry treatment procedure is paused, and an attached progress is run to make the security factor of opening the door 4 satisfy the security condition for opening the door 4, so that the door 4 is unlocked subsequently. The present invention further discloses a laundry treatment apparatus 1 using the control method for control.

Description

CONTROL METHOD OF A LAUNDRY TREATMENT APPARATUS AND RELATED LAUNDRY TREATMENT APPARATUS
The present invention relates to a control method of a laundry treatment apparatus and a related laundry treatment apparatus thereof, wherein such control method is implemented. The present invention relates in particular to a method for pausing a laundry treatment procedure.
In a running process of a laundry treatment apparatus such as a washing machine and a drying machine, if a user needs to pause a procedure, to add laundry to a laundry treatment drum or perform another operation, these operations often may be implemented by pressing a "start/pause" button. Before a pause function is started, if a temperature in the running laundry treatment drum is excessively high, or a water level is higher than a position of a door ring, or a rotational speed of the laundry treatment drum is excessively high, or if a door lock is to be released at this time, the user may be caused to be scalded after opening a door, and the washing water overflows, or being brought harm because the laundry treatment drum still rotates at a high speed. Thus, after the "start/pause" button is triggered, a security factor of the laundry treatment drum may be detected, and if the security factor exceeds a security condition, a corresponding countermeasure is started, for example, a cooling progress is started, water is drained, or the laundry treatment drum is braked. However, in the actual use, a probability of triggering the "start/pause" button by accident may exist. For example, the "start/pause" button is accidentally triggered or is triggered by a child. At this time, if a security factor of opening the door, of the laundry treatment drum satisfies a security condition for opening the door, the laundry treatment procedure that is currently running is directly paused, and the door lock is released. If the security factor of opening the door, of the laundry treatment drum does not satisfy the security condition for opening the door, the procedure may start a corresponding countermeasure of cooling, draining the water, or braking the laundry treatment drum, to exclude an insecure factor. In this way, not only the laundry treatment procedure is paused by accident, thereby annoying the user, but also waste of water resources and power resources is caused, and a procedure treatment time is prolonged. An objective of the present invention is to provide an improved control method for a laundry treatment apparatus, for a pause function, so that when a security factor of opening a door, of a laundry treatment drum does not satisfy a security condition for opening the door, a progress of making the security factor of opening a door, of the laundry treatment drum satisfy the security condition for opening the door is not executed immediately.
Another objective of the present invention is to provide a laundry treatment apparatus, so that when a security factor of opening a door, of the laundry treatment drum does not satisfy a security condition for opening the door, a progress of making the security factor of opening a door, of the laundry treatment drum satisfy the security condition for opening the door is not executed immediately, thereby preventing the procedure from being interrupted and preventing a current running environment of the procedure from being changed because of an erroneous operation.
For the above objective, the technical solutions used by the present invention are: in a control method for a laundry treatment apparatus, in a running process of a laundry treatment procedure, a control device receives information that a user triggers a pause button, detects a security factor of opening a door, of a laundry treatment drum, and if it is detected that the security factor of opening a door, of the laundry treatment drum does not satisfy a security condition for opening the door, keeps the running of the original laundry treatment procedure; and only after the control device receives further operation information input by the user, the laundry treatment procedure is paused, and an attached progress is run to make the security factor of opening a door, of the laundry treatment drum satisfy the security condition for opening the door, so that the door is unlocked subsequently.
The laundry treatment apparatus may be a washing machine, a drying machine, or a washing and drying machine having both a washing function and a drying function.
By using the above control method, only when the user performs a confirmation operation, the attached progress is run to make the security factor of opening a door, of the laundry treatment drum satisfy the security condition for opening the door. Thus, it does not occur that because the laundry treatment apparatus is accidentally touched by the user or is triggered by a child, the attached progress is directly run and the laundry treatment procedure is interrupted.
The further operation information input by the user may include information that the user confirms a pause query proposed by the laundry treatment apparatus.
The pause query proposed by the laundry treatment apparatus may be text information or voice information.
Alternatively, the further operation information input by the user may include that the user holds the pause button.
The security factor of opening a door may include at least one of a temperature, a water level, and a rotational speed of the laundry treatment drum.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the laundry treatment procedure is a drying procedure, and the attached progress is a cooling progress.
The cooling process may include closing an air heating device, and keeping the running of a fan and a heat exchange device.
As a further improvement of the present invention, during a process in which the laundry treatment procedure is paused, if the control device detects that the pause button is triggered again, the laundry treatment procedure detects again a parameter required for procedure control and recalculates a control condition.
As a further improvement of the present invention, during the process in which the laundry treatment procedure is paused, if the control device detects that the pause button is triggered again, the laundry treatment procedure starts running from the beginning.
For the foregoing objective, the present invention also provides a laundry treatment apparatus, including a control device, where the control device is set to control the running of the laundry treatment apparatus according to the foregoing control method. The following further describes preferred embodiments of the present invention with reference to the Figures of the accompanying drawing. In the drawing,

As shown in FIG. 1 , a laundry treatment apparatus 1 has a laundry treatment drum 3 located within a case body 2. The case body 2 includes a front panel 21. A rotatable door 4 is installed on the front panel 21. After the door 4 is opened, the laundry treatment drum 3 may be in communication with the outside, so that a user puts in or takes out laundry. A control panel 5 is further disposed on the case body 2, and there is a display 6 and a "start/pause" button 7 on the display panel 5. In some other specific implementation manners, the "start/pause" button may be designed into a touchable area on the control panel 21 , or be designed in a manner that the "start/pause" button is displayed in the display 6 and may be controlled by being touched with a finger. A control device 10 controlling the running of electrical modules in the laundry treatment apparatus 1 is installed within the control panel 5.
As shown in FIG. 2, in a first implementation manner of the present invention, in a running process of a laundry treatment procedure, for example, in a process when the laundry treatment apparatus 1 executes a drying procedure, the user wants to add laundry to be dried, and the "start/pause" button is pressed. The control device 10 detects whether a security factor of opening the door, of the laundry treatment drum 3 satisfies a security condition for opening the door. If the drying procedure is currently running, the security factor of opening the door, which needs to be detected, is an internal temperature of the drum. If a washing procedure is currently running, the security factor of opening the door, which needs to be detected, includes the internal temperature of the drum, a water level, and a rotational speed of the drum. If the security factor of opening the door, of the laundry treatment drum 3 satisfies the security condition for opening the door, the control device 10 pauses the laundry treatment procedure that is currently running, and releases an electronic control door lock. At this time, the user may open the door 4 to add the laundry needing to be dried.
In another aspect, if it is detected that the security factor of opening the door, of the laundry treatment drum 3 does not satisfy the security condition for opening the door, the control device 10 keeps the normal running of the laundry treatment procedure, and does not adjust the procedure. As a preferred solution, at this time, a buzzer device makes a buzz, or an indicator disposed on the control panel 5 flashes, or prompt text or pattern information is displayed on the display 6, to prompt the user of an insecure state of opening the door currently, or prompt the user to confirm the pause again in another manner. For example, in this embodiment, the user holds the "start/pause" button for 3 seconds, so that the control device 10 pauses the current procedure, and runs an attached process to make the security factor of opening the door, in the laundry treatment drum 3 satisfy the security condition for opening the door, and the electronic control door lock is released subsequently.
For the pause of the washing procedure, the attached process is generally a cooling process. The cooling process includes closing an air heating device, and keeping the running of a fan and a heat exchange device. When it is detected that the internal temperature of the drum reaches or is lower than a security threshold, the cooling process is ended, and the electronic control door lock is released, that is, the door is unlocked.
The pause of the washing procedure corresponds to an excessively high internal temperature of the drum, an excessively high water level, or an excessively fast rotational speed of the drum, and the attached process corresponds to the cooling process reducing the internal temperature of the drum, where a drain valve is turned on to drain off some washing water, or a motor is braked to reduce or stop rotation of the drum. When the internal temperature of the drum, the water level, and the rotational speed of the drum satisfy the security condition for opening the door, the foregoing process is ended to release the electronic control door lock. After the user adds the laundry to the laundry treatment drum 3, the user closes the door 4, and presses the "start/pause" button again. The laundry treatment procedure starts running from the beginning, which includes detecting again a parameter required for procedure control and recalculating a control condition. The parameter required for procedure control includes, but is not limited to laundry weight, a water level, a water temperature, a laundry material, and the like. The control condition includes, but is not limited to a procedure running time, a water temperature, a water level, a quantity of detergent, an air temperature, air humidity, and the like. In this way, the laundry added in the middle may also be washed and/or dried sufficiently, thereby ensuring reliability of a laundry treatment result.
A second implementation manner shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 is especially suited for a laundry treatment apparatus installed with a liquid crystal display or a voice module. In the implementation manner, in a running process of a laundry treatment procedure, for example, in a process when a laundry treatment apparatus 1 executes a drying procedure, and a user wants to add laundry to be dried, a "start/pause" button is pressed. A control device 10 first confirms, by using a display 6 or the voice module, with the user whether to pause the procedure, to avoid an erroneous operation. If the user denies, or performs no confirmation operation, the control device continues to run the current procedure, and makes no another adjustment or change. If the user confirms that the user hopes to pause the procedure, the control device 10 detects whether a security factor of opening a door, of the laundry treatment drum 3 satisfies the security condition for opening the door. If the drying procedure is currently running, the security factor of opening a door, which needs to be detected, is an internal temperature of a drum. If a washing procedure is currently running, the security factor of opening a door, which needs to be detected, includes the internal temperature of the drum, a water level, and a rotational speed of the drum.
If the security factor of opening a door, of the laundry treatment drum 3 satisfies the security condition for opening the door, the control device 10 pauses the laundry treatment procedure that is currently running, and releases an electronic control door lock. At this time, the user may open a door 4 to add the laundry needing to be dried. In another aspect, if it is detected that the security factor of opening a door, of the laundry treatment drum 3 does not satisfy the security condition for opening the door, the control device 10 prompts, by using the display 6 or the voice module, the user of an insecure state of opening the door currently, and queries whether to run an attached progress to make the security factor of opening a door, of the laundry treatment drum 3 satisfy the security condition for opening the door. Only after the user confirms to run the attached progress, the control device 10 pauses the current procedure, runs the attached progress to make the security factor of opening a door, of the laundry treatment drum 3 satisfy the security condition for opening the door, and releases the electronic control door lock subsequently.
The control method after the user adds the laundry and presses the "start/pause" button again is the same as that of the first implementation manner.
Various specific implementation manners described in the foregoing and shown in the accompanying drawings are only used for illustrating the present invention, and are not considered as the entirety of the present invention. Within the scope of the basic technical thought of the present invention, any type of modifications for the present invention made by persons of ordinarily skills in the related technical field shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

A control method for a laundry treatment apparatus (1), characterized in that: in a running process of a laundry treatment procedure, a control device (10) receives information that a user triggers a pause button (7), detects a security factor of opening a door (4) of a laundry treatment drum (3), and if it is detected that the security factor of opening the door (4) does not satisfy a security condition for opening the door (4), keeps the running of the original laundry treatment procedure; and only after the control device (10) receives further operation information input by the user, the laundry treatment procedure is paused, and an attached progress is run to make the security factor of opening the door (4) satisfy the security condition for opening the door (4), so that the door (4) is unlocked subsequently.
2. The control method according to claim 1 , characterized in that: the further operation information input by the user comprises information that the user confirms a pause query proposed by the laundry treatment apparatus (1).
3. The control method according to claim 2, characterized in that: the pause query proposed by the laundry treatment apparatus (1) is text information or voice information.
4. The control method according to claim 1 , characterized in that: the further operation information input by the user comprises that the user holds the pause button (7).
5. The control method according to any preceding claim, characterized in that: the security factor of opening the door (4) comprises at least one of a temperature, a water level, and a rotational speed of the laundry treatment drum (3).
6. The control method according to any preceding claim, characterized in that: the laundry treatment procedure is a drying procedure, and the attached progress is a cooling progress.
7. The control method according to claim 6, characterized in that: the cooling progress comprises closing an air heating device, and keeping the running of a fan and a heat exchange device.
8. The control method according to any preceding claim, characterized in that: during a process in which the laundry treatment procedure is paused, if the control device (10) detects that the pause button (7) is triggered again, the laundry treatment procedure detects again a parameter required for procedure control and recalculates a control condition.
9. The control method according to claim 8, characterized in that: during the process in which the laundry treatment procedure is paused, if the control device (10) detects that the pause button (7) is triggered again, the laundry treatment procedure starts running from the beginning.
10. A laundry treatment apparatus (1), comprising a control device, characterized in that: the control device (10) is set to control the running of the laundry treatment apparatus (1) according to the control method according to any one of the preceding claims.
