Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
In the related art, the pulsator washing machine can perform safety protection based on the door switch of the door body, but if the pulsator washing machine vibrates in a relatively large amount in the operation process, small displacement is easy to occur under vibration due to the light weight of the door body, and the small displacement of the door body easily causes the door switch to trigger an alarm signal, for example, to trigger the E3 alarm of the pulsator washing machine, and at this time, the user needs to manually press the start button to enable the pulsator washing machine to continue to operate. And frequent false alarms may cause the user to misunderstand that the machine has a hardware failure, causing a quality complaint or unnecessary after-sales service.
Based on this, in various embodiments of the present invention, by timing the duration of the first state in which the door body of the laundry processing apparatus is opened, and based on the timing result, generating the processing instruction for door body safety protection, false alarm caused by vibration during operation can be effectively filtered out, so that false alarm is reduced, interference of the false alarm on the working process of the laundry processing apparatus is effectively avoided, and user experience is improved.
Embodiments of the present invention provide a control method of a laundry treatment apparatus, which may be a washing machine, such as a pulsator washing machine. As shown in fig. 1, the control method includes:
step S101, acquiring a state signal of a door switch of the clothes processing equipment.
Step S102, determining that the state signal is a first signal of a first state indicating that a door body of the clothes processing equipment is opened, and timing the duration of the first state.
Step S103 is to generate a processing instruction for door safety protection based on the timing result of the timing.
For example, the washing machine body of the pulsator washing machine is hinged with the door body, so that a user can put in or take out clothes through the door body conveniently, the door body is provided with a permanent magnet, the door switch can be an electromagnetic switch arranged on the washing machine body, and when the door body is closed, the electromagnetic switch is arranged opposite to the permanent magnet. Based on the electromagnetic induction principle, the electromagnetic switch can generate a first signal indicating a first state when the door body deviates by a set amount compared with the closed state; or when the door body is in the closed state, generating a second signal indicating a second state. Illustratively, the first signal may be a high level signal, and correspondingly, the second signal is a low level signal; or the first signal is a low level signal, and the second signal is a high level signal, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
It can be understood that the controller of the clothes treatment equipment is connected with the door switch, so that a state signal generated by the door switch can be acquired, when the clothes treatment equipment is in a working state, the controller detects the state signal of the door switch every preset time or in real time, and if the controller detects that the state signal is a first signal of a first state indicating that the door body is opened, the controller starts a timer to time, and generates a treatment instruction for safety protection of the door body according to the duration of the first signal.
In the embodiment of the invention, the duration of the first state that the door body of the clothes processing equipment is opened is timed, and the processing instruction for door body safety protection is generated based on the timing result, so that false alarm caused by vibration in the operation process can be effectively filtered, false alarm is reduced, the interference of the false alarm on the working process of the clothes processing equipment is effectively avoided, and the user experience is favorably improved.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of an implementation of generating a processing instruction according to an embodiment of the present application, where step S103 "generating a processing instruction for door safety protection based on a timing result" shown in fig. 1 may be implemented by the steps shown in fig. 2:
and step S1031, judging the relation between the timing result of timing and the first set time length.
After the controller detects the first signal, a timer is started to count time so as to determine the duration of the first state of the door switch. And comparing the time length obtained by timing by the timer with the first set time length, and determining the relationship between the timing result and the time length of the first equipment.
Optionally, the first set time period is an empirical value obtained through a test experiment, such as: the value range of the first set time is 1-2 seconds, so that false alarm can be reasonably filtered, and the safety protection requirement of the door body can be effectively met.
And S1032, determining that the timing result is within the first set time length, switching the state signal into a second signal indicating a second state that the door body is closed, and recovering the operation of the clothes treatment equipment.
When the timing result of the timer is less than the first set time length, the time length of the first state that the door switch is opened is less than the first set time length, namely the door switch is opened only by mistake touch caused by external factors, therefore, in order to ensure the normal operation of the clothes treatment equipment, the state signal of the door switch is switched, namely, the instruction for closing the door switch is generated, so that the state signal of the door switch indicates the second state that the door body is closed, and the normal operation of the clothes treatment equipment is recovered.
Optionally, after the normal operation of the clothes treatment device is resumed, the timing result is cleared, so that the door body is sensed to be opened next time, and the timing is restarted.
And step S1033, if the timing result reaches the first set time, the operation of the clothes treatment equipment is suspended, and an alarm signal for door safety protection is generated.
When the timing result of the timer reaches the first set time length, the time length of the door switch in the first state of being opened reaches the first set time length, namely the door switch is not touched to be opened by mistake, therefore, in order to ensure the safety of the clothes treatment equipment in operation, the operation of the clothes treatment equipment is suspended, and an alarm signal for door body safety protection is generated so as to remind a user that the door of the clothes treatment equipment is opened at the moment.
For example, the laundry treating apparatus may alarm based on an alarm signal, for example, sound an alarm by a buzzer, and output a fault code or the like by a display screen. Therefore, the door body safety protection can be carried out in the operation process, and the user is prompted to carry out related processing. The alarm signal comprises an E3 alarm. Therefore, the intelligent safety protection of the door body can be realized in the operation process of the clothes treatment equipment, and safety accidents in the operation process of the clothes treatment equipment are avoided.
Illustratively, the first set time period is 1.5 seconds, that is, during the operation of the laundry treatment apparatus, the controller ignores the phenomenon that the duration of the door body being opened is less than 1.5 seconds, and generates the alarm signal for the safety protection of the door body only when the duration of the door body being opened reaches 1.5 seconds.
Optionally, the alarm signal may also be displayed to the user through a mobile terminal bound to the laundry treatment device. Such as: and sending the content of the alarm signal to the mobile terminal in a message pushing mode so as to remind a user of processing in time.
Step S1034, receiving a resume instruction instructing to resume the operation, resuming the operation of the laundry treating apparatus based on the resume instruction.
After the clothes treatment equipment outputs the alarm signal, the clothes treatment equipment waits for the treatment of the alarm signal by the user, when the user confirms that the door body is closed again, the start button on the control panel is pressed, and the controller restores the operation of the clothes treatment equipment based on an externally input restoration instruction for indicating the restoration of the operation.
That is, the laundry treating apparatus is in the suspended operation state until the laundry treating apparatus does not receive the resume instruction input by the user. As a possible implementation manner, when the time length of the clothes treatment device in the suspended operation state reaches the preset time length and the recovery instruction input by the user is not received, the alarm signal is generated again so as to remind the user again.
According to the control method provided by the embodiment of the application, the duration of the first state that the door body of the clothes treatment equipment is opened is timed, and when the timing result reaches the first set duration, an alarm signal for protecting the safety of the door body is generated; and if the timing result is within the first set time length, the operation of the clothes treatment equipment is recovered. Namely, if the controller detects that the door body is restored to the closing state within the first set time length, the action of opening the door body is ignored, and false alarm signals cannot be generated. So, can effectively filter the false alarm that arouses because the vibration of operation in-process to reduce the wrong report and alert, effectively avoided the wrong report alert to the interference of clothing treatment facility's working process, do benefit to and promote user experience.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of a control method of a clothes treatment apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, which includes the following specific steps:
step S301, acquiring a state signal of a door switch of the clothes treatment equipment.
Step S302, determining that the state signal is a first signal of a first state indicating that a door body of the clothes processing equipment is opened, and timing the duration of the first state.
Step S301 and step S302 are the same as step S101 and step S102 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and for details, please refer to the embodiment shown in fig. 1, which is not repeated herein.
Step S303, acquiring the operating state of the laundry treatment apparatus.
The controller may acquire the operation state of the laundry treatment apparatus based on the operation program, for example, the controller determines the current operation state of the laundry treatment apparatus based on the operation time of the operation program.
Optionally, the laundry treating apparatus is in an operating state including: a water intake state, a washing state, a rinsing state, a soaking state, a draining state, and a dehydrating state.
Step S304, determining that the working state is the dehydration state, executing step S305 and step S306.
Step S305, if the timing result of the timing is determined to be within the first set time period, the state signal is switched to a second signal indicating a second state that the door body is closed, and the operation of the clothes treatment equipment is resumed after the clothes treatment equipment is controlled to pause for a second set time period.
If the clothes treatment equipment is in a dehydration stage, when the timing result of the timer is less than a first set time length, the time length of the first state that the door switch is opened is less than the first set time length, namely the door switch is opened only by error touch caused by external factors, therefore, no alarm signal is generated, after the controller controls the clothes treatment equipment to pause for a second set time length, the state signal of the door switch is switched, namely, an instruction for closing the door switch is generated, so that the state signal of the door switch indicates a second signal of a second state that the door body is closed, and the clothes treatment equipment dehydrates again based on a dehydration curve.
Optionally, after the dehydration is performed again, the timing result is cleared, so that the door body is sensed to be opened next time, and then the timing is performed again.
In the dehydration stage, as the dehydration barrel of the clothes treatment equipment is in a high-speed rotation state, the controller determines that the time length for opening the door body is less than the first set time length, does not generate an alarm signal, but needs to wait for the second set time length, so that after the dehydration barrel is completely stopped, the dehydration is carried out again based on the dehydration curve, and therefore the risk of barrel collision caused by eccentricity of clothes and the like in the dehydration process can be reduced.
Alternatively, the second set time period may be reasonably determined by experiment, and is exemplarily 10 seconds.
And S306, if the timing result reaches the first set time length, suspending the dehydration state of the clothes treatment equipment and generating an alarm signal for door safety protection.
As a possible implementation manner, if the laundry treating apparatus is in a non-dehydration stage, for example, the laundry treating apparatus is in a water inlet state, a washing state, a rinsing state, or a water draining state, the control method of the laundry treating apparatus is executed according to the contents of steps S1031 to S1034 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and will not be described herein again.
According to the control method provided by the embodiment of the application, when the clothes treatment equipment is in the dehydration stage, as the dehydration barrel is in a high-speed rotation state, the controller does not generate the alarm signal when the controller determines that the time length for opening the door body is less than the first set time length, but needs to wait for the second set time length, so that after the dehydration barrel is completely stopped, the dehydration is carried out again based on the dehydration curve, and therefore the risk of barrel collision caused by clothes eccentricity and the like in the dehydration process can be reduced.
