Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs. The terminology used herein in the description of the present application is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the application.
The embodiment of the application provides a control method of a clothes treatment device, and the clothes treatment device can be a washing machine, a clothes dryer or a washing and drying all-in-one machine. Exemplarily, the laundry treating apparatus includes: the device comprises a barrel, a driving mechanism for driving the barrel to rotate and a brake mechanism for preventing the barrel from rotating; wherein, actuating mechanism can be the motor, and brake mechanism can be the brake disc that the pivot of restriction barrel rotated.
In the related art, a clothes treating apparatus (e.g., a pulsator washing machine) often has no door lock function, and a user can open a door body at any time during the operation of the clothes treating apparatus, although the clothes treating apparatus can take a braking measure after detecting that the door body is opened, for example, a brake mechanism is started to brake, however, when there are a lot of clothes or the brake mechanism fails, the clothes treating apparatus cannot be stopped completely immediately, and at this time, if the user unconsciously operates (especially, a child plays a fun), a safety accident is very easily caused.
Based on this, an embodiment of the present application provides a control method of a laundry treatment apparatus, as shown in fig. 1, the control method including:
step 101, when the door body is monitored to be opened in the running state, a braking instruction is generated.
Here, the laundry treating apparatus enters an operation state after being started, and at this time, the motor drives the drum to rotate. And if the clothes processing equipment monitors that the door body is opened in the running state, generating a braking instruction.
It is understood that the laundry processing apparatus may be provided with a detection element, such as a photoelectric detection element or a contact detection element, on the cabinet for detecting whether the door body is opened, and may determine whether the door body is opened based on a detection signal generated by the detection element, and generate a braking instruction if it is determined that the door body is opened in the operating state.
And 102, responding to the braking instruction, closing the driving mechanism and starting the braking mechanism.
Here, the laundry treating apparatus may turn off the driving mechanism and turn on the braking mechanism, for example, turn off the power of the motor, control the brake disc to be switched to the braking state, in response to the braking command. It is understood that the brake disc has a braking state for braking and a free state for non-braking, and the laundry treating apparatus may drive the brake disc to switch states based on an electric, pneumatic or hydraulic mechanism, thereby implementing switching control of the operating state of the brake disc.
For example, the laundry treating apparatus may further turn off a load such as a retractor, a drain pump, etc. in response to the braking command, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application. In one example, if the laundry treating apparatus generates a brake command during the dehydration process, the retractor may be turned off and the drain pump may be turned off in response to the brake command.
Step 103, acquiring a rotating speed value of the clothes treatment equipment in the braking process.
Here, the laundry treating apparatus may be provided with a rotation speed sensor detecting a rotation speed of the drum, and the laundry treating apparatus may periodically acquire a rotation speed value of the drum during braking based on the rotation speed sensor.
And 104, generating early warning information indicating that danger exists based on the rotating speed value.
It can be understood that, clothing treatment facility is based on the rotational speed value of braking in-process, and the early warning information that there is danger in the generation instruction for the early warning information who generates can reflect the change of rotational speed value, so, can let the relevant personnel who is close to clothing treatment facility can improve vigilance, avoids stretching into the barrel with the health when the barrel does not stall completely in, and then effectively stops latent potential safety hazard, promotes clothing treatment facility's operation security.
Illustratively, the generating of the warning information indicating the existence of the danger based on the rotation speed value includes:
determining an output volume and/or an output frequency of a buzzer of the laundry treating apparatus based on the rotation speed value;
outputting the beep based on the output volume and/or the output frequency.
In the embodiment of the present application, the output volume is positively correlated with the rotation speed value, and/or the output frequency is positively correlated with the rotation speed value.
In an application example, the laundry treating apparatus acquires a current rotation speed value every 2 seconds, and determines a corresponding output volume and/or output frequency based on the current rotation speed value, so that the output volume and/or output frequency of the output buzzer sound may be adjusted every 2 seconds.
For example, the corresponding relationship of the output volume and/or the output frequency corresponding to each rotation speed value may be preset, a mapping table of the rotation speed and the output volume and/or the output frequency may be formed, and the laundry treatment apparatus may determine the output volume and/or the output frequency based on the current rotation speed value and the mapping table.
It can be understood that the larger the rotation speed value of the cylinder is, the larger the corresponding output volume and/or output frequency is, so that the danger can be prompted based on the high-decibel buzzing sound and/or the high-frequency buzzing sound; the smaller the rotation speed value of the cylinder, the smaller the corresponding output volume and/or output frequency, so that the danger reduction can be prompted by reducing the decibel of the buzzer and/or reducing the output frequency of the buzzer. Therefore, the user can intuitively judge the rotating speed of the cylinder in the braking process based on the buzzing sound output by the clothes processing equipment, and potential safety risks are avoided.
Exemplarily, the control method of the embodiment of the present application further includes:
and determining that the drum of the clothes processing equipment stops rotating based on the rotating speed value, and ending the output of the buzzing sound.
It can be understood that if the clothes processing equipment determines that the rotating speed value of the drum body is zero or close to zero, the drum body stops rotating, and the buzzer is output, so that the buzzer can be output after the drum body stops completely, and the safety of user operation is guaranteed.
Exemplarily, the control method of the embodiment of the present application further includes:
and responding to the braking instruction, sending an early warning instruction to terminal equipment outside the clothes treatment equipment, so that the terminal equipment sends out a set light signal and/or plays set voice prompt information.
It can be understood that, although the buzzer that the output volume and/or the output frequency are in positive correlation with the rotating speed value of the drum body can play a good early warning role in the braking process, the buzzer may be ignored by children, and the children still have certain potential safety hazards and continue to put the body into the clothes treatment equipment. According to the embodiment of the application, the clothes treatment device responds to the brake instruction, and sends the early warning instruction to a terminal device other than the clothes treatment device, for example, a voice assistant in an intelligent home system or other intelligent electronic devices with acousto-optic output and/or voice playing functions, and the terminal device can send out a set light signal and/or play set voice prompt information based on the received early warning instruction. It should be noted that, if the terminal device outside the clothes treatment device sends out the set light signal and/or plays the set voice prompt information based on the early warning instruction, at this time, the child is easily attracted by the light and/or sound outside the clothes treatment device, and often actively abandons the dangerous motions of extending hands into the cylinder of the clothes treatment device, and the like, but observes a new stimulus source after being attracted by the external light and/or sound, so that the time of applying the dangerous motions by the child can be at least delayed, the rotating speed of the cylinder in the clothes treatment device can be reduced below a reasonable safety level, and potential safety hazards are reduced; in addition, adults in the home environment can also know the situation of safety risk in time based on the light signal sent by the terminal equipment in the intelligent home system and/or the voice prompt information played, so that the adults can quickly step to the clothes treatment equipment to check whether children are playing and alarming and other situations, and therefore the potential safety hazard in the operation process of the clothes treatment equipment can be further reduced.
In some embodiments, the generating the braking instruction further comprises at least one of:
when the clothes processing equipment monitors a human body in an operating state, a braking instruction is generated;
the clothes treatment equipment receives indication information which is sent by external terminal equipment and indicates that a human body is close to the clothes treatment equipment, and generates a braking instruction based on the indication information.
It can be understood that the clothes treating apparatus may generate a braking instruction when monitoring the human body in the operating state, in addition to the aforementioned braking instruction when monitoring that the door body is opened in the operating state; and/or receiving indication information which is sent by an external terminal device and indicates that a human body is close to the clothes treatment device, and generating a braking instruction based on the indication information, so that potential safety hazards caused by the fact that the human body is close to the clothes treatment device can be pre-judged, and the running safety of the clothes treatment device is improved.
For example, the laundry treating apparatus may be provided with an infrared sensing sensor for monitoring whether a human body exists in the surroundings, and determine whether the human body is monitored based on a signal generated by the infrared sensing sensor.
For example, the external terminal device may be an image monitoring device in an intelligent home system, which is not limited in this application embodiment.
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following application examples.
In this application embodiment, the laundry processing apparatus is a washing machine, and as shown in fig. 2, the control method of the washing machine includes:
in step 201, the washing machine is started.
Here, the user may start the washing machine in a default course or a selected course after putting laundry into the washing machine.
Step 202, the washing machine works normally, and the motor runs normally.
Here, the washing machine is normally operated after being started, and the motor is normally operated. For example, in the dehydration stage, the motor drives the drum to rotate at high speed.
Step 203, judging whether the door body is opened or not, if not, returning to the step 202; if yes, go to step 204.
Here, the washing machine may periodically acquire a detection signal of a detection element for detecting whether the door body is opened, and if it is determined that the door body is opened based on the detection signal, step 204 is performed, otherwise, step 202 is returned to continue normal operation.
And step 204, generating a braking instruction.
Here, the washing machine generates a brake command in response to the door body being opened.
Step 205, turn off the motor, start the brake mechanism, and turn off the load.
Here, the washing machine turns off the motor in response to a braking command, switches the braking mechanism to a braking state, and turns off the traction device and the drain pump and the like to enter a braking process.
And step 206, acquiring the rotating Speed value Speed of the washing machine in the braking process.
Here, the washing machine may periodically acquire a Speed value Speed during braking based on a Speed sensor detecting a rotational Speed of the drum.
And step 207, outputting a buzzer sound based on the Speed value Speed, wherein the output volume and the output frequency of the buzzer sound are positively correlated with the Speed value Speed.
Here, the washing machine may match the acquired Speed value Speed with a preset mapping table, determine an output volume and an output frequency of the buzzer, and output the buzzer based on the determined output volume and output frequency. The mapping relation table stores the corresponding relation between the rotating speed value and the output volume and the output frequency. The larger the rotation Speed value Speed, the larger the output buzzer sound, and the more rapid, whereas the smaller the rotation Speed value Speed, the smaller the output buzzer sound, and the gentler.
Step 208, judging whether the Speed value Speed is greater than 0, if so, returning to step 206; if not, go to step 209.
It is understood that if the Speed value Speed is greater than 0, the process returns to step 206 and continues to output the buzzer sound during braking until it is determined that the Speed value Speed is equal to 0, and step 209 is performed.
In step 209, the output of the beep is stopped.
It can be understood that, the washing machine finishes outputting the buzzing sound when judging that the drum stops rotating, thereby ensuring that the buzzing sound is output after the drum stops completely, and being beneficial to ensuring the safety of user operation.
