Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present application will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present application are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present application may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the application to those skilled in the art.
It is noted that unless otherwise indicated, technical or scientific terms used herein should be given the ordinary meaning as understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs.
A child lock control method, apparatus, laundry treating device, and storage medium according to embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment of the application provides a child lock control method, which provides a preset intelligent child lock function, and clothes processing equipment with the child lock function can receive an intelligent child lock opening instruction in an electrified state to open the preset intelligent child lock function. As long as the preset intelligent child lock function is started, the clothes processing equipment monitors user operation information generated by the operation of a user on the clothes processing equipment in real time, and judges whether the current user operation information meets preset abnormal operation conditions corresponding to the current equipment state. And when the user operation information is determined to meet the preset abnormal operation condition corresponding to the current equipment state, the child lock is automatically opened immediately. So the user only needs to open the intelligent child lock function for the first time, the clothes processing equipment can automatically detect whether abnormal user operation occurs or not, and the child lock is automatically opened after the abnormal user operation is determined. The problem that a user forgets to unlock the child lock in the process of using the clothes treatment equipment is effectively solved. And even in the shutdown state, the child lock can be controlled by the method as long as the clothes treatment equipment is electrified, so that the safety accidents caused by the fact that children randomly operate the clothes treatment equipment in the shutdown state are avoided, and the safety of using the clothes treatment equipment is ensured to the greatest extent.
Referring to fig. 1, the method specifically includes the steps of:
step 101: and receiving an intelligent child lock opening instruction when the clothes treatment equipment is in an electrified state, and opening a preset intelligent child lock function.
The execution main body of the embodiment of the application is a clothes processing device, a child lock is arranged on the clothes processing device, and the clothes processing device can be a washing machine, a dry cleaning integrated machine, a dryer and other devices.
In the embodiment of the application, the preset intelligent child lock function can be started as long as the clothes treatment equipment is in the power-on state, and the preset intelligent child lock function is used for automatically judging whether abnormal user operation occurs in any equipment states such as standby, pause, running, shutdown (shutdown in the power-on state) and the like of the clothes treatment equipment, and automatically starting the child lock when the user operation information is determined to meet the preset abnormal operation condition corresponding to the current equipment state.
The power-on state of the laundry treating apparatus may include a power-off state and a power-on state, and the power-on state may include a standby state, a pause state, an operation state, and the like. The following describes a process of opening the preset intelligent child lock function in the off state and the on state, respectively.
When a user uses the clothes treatment equipment for the first time, communication connection between a user terminal such as a mobile phone and a computer of the user and the clothes treatment equipment can be established through a distribution network, a client corresponding to the clothes treatment equipment is installed on the user terminal, and an interface for opening or closing a preset intelligent child lock function is arranged in the client.
When the clothes treatment equipment is in a power-on and power-off state, if a user needs to start a preset intelligent child lock function, an opening instruction can be submitted in the client on the user terminal through an interface for starting the preset intelligent child lock function. After detecting an opening instruction submitted by a user through the interface, the client sends an intelligent child lock opening instruction to the clothes treatment equipment. The clothes processing equipment receives an intelligent child lock opening instruction sent by a user terminal, opens a preset intelligent child lock function and stores opening identification information corresponding to the preset intelligent child lock function. Specifically, a flag bit for identifying that the preset intelligent child lock function is started may be stored in the memory of the clothes processing device, for example, a flag bit 1 is stored in the memory to identify that the preset intelligent child lock function is started.
When the clothes processing equipment is in a starting state such as standby, pause or running, if a user needs to start a preset intelligent child lock function, an intelligent child lock starting instruction can be sent to the clothes processing equipment through the user terminal according to the mode, the clothes processing equipment receives the intelligent child lock starting instruction sent by the user terminal, the preset intelligent child lock function is started, and starting identification information corresponding to the preset intelligent child lock function is stored.
Or, in the embodiment of the present application, a preset man-machine interaction device for opening a preset intelligent child lock function is provided on the clothes processing apparatus, where the preset man-machine interaction device may be a key for controlling the opening or closing of the preset intelligent child lock function, or the preset man-machine interaction device may also be a touch interface displayed on a touch screen of the clothes processing apparatus for controlling the opening or closing of the preset intelligent child lock function, and so on. The embodiment of the application does not specifically limit the preset man-machine interaction device, and any device which is arranged on the clothes treatment equipment and can be used for controlling the opening or closing of the preset intelligent child lock function can be used. When the clothes processing equipment is in a starting state, if a user needs to start a preset intelligent child lock function, the user can manually operate a preset man-machine interaction device, an intelligent child lock starting instruction is submitted to the clothes processing equipment through the preset man-machine interaction device, after the clothes processing equipment receives the intelligent child lock starting instruction triggered by the preset man-machine interaction device, the preset intelligent child lock function is started, and starting identification information corresponding to the preset intelligent child lock function is stored.
As an example, the above-mentioned preset man-machine interaction device may be one or more keys disposed on the clothes processing apparatus, and the user may click the keys according to a key combination manner of opening a preset smart child lock function, and when the clothes processing apparatus detects that the keys are clicked in a key combination manner corresponding to the preset smart child lock function, it is determined that the smart child lock opening instruction is received. For example, assuming that the laundry treatment apparatus is a washing machine, two keys K1 and K2 for controlling opening or closing of a preset intelligent child lock function are provided on a control panel of the washing machine, and a key combination mode corresponding to the preset intelligent child lock function is K1K 2, a user may sequentially click the keys K1 and K2 twice to trigger an intelligent child lock opening instruction. After the washing machine detects that the keys K1 and K2 are clicked in sequence in a key combination mode K1K 2K 1K 2, a preset intelligent child lock function is started.
As another example, the above-mentioned preset human-computer interaction device may be a touch screen, and the touch screen displays an interface for controlling the preset smart child lock function to be turned on or off when the laundry processing apparatus is in the on state, and the interface may be a button for controlling the preset smart child lock function to be turned on or off. And when the clothes processing equipment detects that the interface displayed on the touch screen is triggered, determining that an intelligent child lock opening instruction is received. For example, assuming that the laundry treating apparatus is a washing machine, a button "unlock smart child lock" for controlling the unlocking of a preset smart child lock function is displayed on a touch screen of the washing machine, and a user may click the button "unlock smart child lock". When the washing machine detects that the button 'open intelligent child lock' is clicked, the preset intelligent child lock function is opened.
Step 102: user operation information of the laundry treating apparatus in a current apparatus state is monitored.
The current device state may be any one of a shutdown state (shutdown in an on state), a standby state, a suspended state, an operating state, and the like. The clothes processing equipment monitors all the keys, the touch screen, the door cover and other parts on the control panel in real time, and obtains user operation information generated by operating the parts by a user. The user operation information may include an identification of the operated component and an operation time, or the user operation information may further include the number of times the user operates the component within a duration that may be counted from a time when the user is currently first detected to operate a certain component, and a count of expiration times when the user is not detected to be operated again for a certain period of time.
Step 103: determining that the user operation information reaches a preset abnormal operation condition corresponding to the current equipment state, and controlling the child lock to be opened.
After the laundry processing apparatus obtains the user operation information through step 102, it is determined whether the current user operation information reaches a preset abnormal operation condition corresponding to the current apparatus state. The following describes control procedures for the current device state to be the off state (off in the on state), standby state, suspended state, and running state, respectively.
For the current device state being the off state (off in the on state), when it is detected that the key of the laundry treating device is first activated, the timer is started, and the number of times the key is activated is increased by one. When the time length of the timing is smaller than or equal to the first preset time length, judging whether the recorded number of times that the key is triggered reaches the first preset number of times or not every time the key is detected to be triggered, if so, determining that the preset abnormal operation condition corresponding to the shutdown state is met, and controlling the unlocking of the child lock. The method comprises the steps of indicating that the number of times of triggering a key of clothes treatment equipment in a first preset duration reaches a first preset number of times according to user operation information, and determining that the user operation information meets preset abnormal operation conditions corresponding to a shutdown state. The keys triggered each time in the first preset time period may be the same keys or different keys. The keys in the embodiment of the application can be mechanical keys arranged on the clothes treatment equipment, and can also be touch keys displayed in a touch screen of the clothes treatment equipment.
The first preset duration may be 2 minutes or 3 minutes, etc. The first preset number of times may be 8 times or 10 times, etc. The embodiment of the application does not limit the specific value of the first preset time length and the first preset times, and can be set according to the requirements in practical application.
For example, if it is detected that the button of the laundry treating apparatus is pressed 10 times by the user within 2 minutes in the off state, it is determined that the preset abnormal operation condition is satisfied, and the child lock is opened.
In the process of recording that the key of the clothes processing equipment is triggered by the user, if the triggering of the starting key is detected, judging whether the number of times of triggering the key recorded before the triggering of the starting key reaches a second preset number of times, if so, determining that the preset abnormal operation condition corresponding to the shutdown state is met, controlling the unlocking of the child lock, and starting. The method comprises the steps of indicating that the number of times of triggering a key of the clothes treatment device before starting up reaches a second preset number of times according to user operation information, and determining that the user operation information meets preset abnormal operation conditions corresponding to a shutdown state. If the number of times of the key being triggered before the start key is triggered does not reach the second preset number of times, determining that the preset abnormal operation condition corresponding to the shutdown state is not met, and controlling the clothes processing equipment to start.
The second preset times may be 5 times or 6 times, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application, and may be set according to the actual application.
For example, in the off state, if the user presses the key 5 times before the start key is pressed, it is determined that the preset abnormal operation condition is satisfied, and the child lock is opened.
If the starting key is not triggered in the shutdown state and the number of times that the key is randomly triggered in the first preset time period does not reach the first preset times, determining that the preset abnormal operation condition corresponding to the shutdown state is not met, deleting the recorded user operation information, and judging whether the user operation information meets the preset abnormal operation condition corresponding to the shutdown state according to the mode when the user operation is detected again.
In other embodiments of the present application, the laundry treating apparatus further monitors the door cover in real time in the off state. If the times of opening and closing the door cover are monitored to reach the fifth preset times within the fourth preset time, determining that the preset abnormal operation conditions corresponding to the shutdown state are met, and opening the child lock. And indicating that the door cover opening and closing times of the clothes treatment equipment in the fourth preset time period reach the fifth preset times according to the user operation information, and determining that the user operation information reaches the preset abnormal operation condition corresponding to the shutdown state.
Specifically, in the shutdown state, timing is started when the opening and closing of the door cover is monitored for the first time, and the opening and closing times of the door cover are increased by one. And when the time length of the timing is smaller than or equal to the fourth preset time length, comparing the recorded door cover opening and closing times with the fifth preset times, and if the door cover opening and closing times reach the fifth preset times, determining that the preset abnormal operation condition corresponding to the shutdown state is met. If the door cover opening and closing times are smaller than the fifth preset times, determining that the preset abnormal operation conditions are not met, deleting the currently recorded user operation information, and judging whether the preset abnormal operation conditions corresponding to the shutdown state are met or not according to the mode when the door cover opening and closing is detected again.
The fourth preset duration may be 2 minutes or 3 minutes, and the fifth preset times may be 5 times or 6 times, and the like. The embodiment of the application does not limit the specific value of the fourth preset time length and the fifth preset times, and can be set according to the requirements in practical application.
For example, when the door cover is detected to be opened and closed for 5 times within 2 minutes in the shutdown state, the preset abnormal operation condition is determined to be met, and the child lock is opened.
In other embodiments of the present application, the laundry treatment apparatus further monitors the power key in real time in the power-off state, and if it is monitored that the number of times the power key is triggered reaches the sixth preset number of times within the fourth preset duration, it is determined that a preset abnormal operation condition corresponding to the power-off state is satisfied, and the child lock is opened. And determining that the user operation information reaches the preset abnormal operation condition corresponding to the current equipment state according to the fact that the number of times that the power key of the clothes treatment equipment is triggered in the fourth preset time length reaches the sixth preset number of times.
Specifically, in the power-off state, timing is started when the power key is triggered for the first time, and the number of times the power key is triggered is increased by one. And when the time length of the timing is smaller than or equal to the fourth preset time length, comparing the recorded number of times the power key is triggered with the sixth preset number of times, and if the number of times the power key is triggered reaches the sixth preset number of times, determining that the preset abnormal operation condition corresponding to the shutdown state is met. If the number of times the power key is triggered is smaller than the sixth preset number of times, determining that the preset abnormal operation condition is not met, deleting the currently recorded user operation information, and judging whether the preset abnormal operation condition corresponding to the shutdown state is met or not according to the mode when the power key is triggered again.
The sixth preset number of times may be 5 times or 6 times, etc. The embodiment of the application does not limit the specific value of the sixth preset times, and can be set according to the requirement in practical application.
For example, when the power key is detected to be pressed for 5 times within 2 minutes in the power-off state, it is determined that the preset abnormal operation condition is satisfied, and the child lock is opened.
By the method, the user operation information generated when the user operates the clothes treatment equipment is monitored in real time in the shutdown state, and when the user operation information is determined to meet the preset abnormal operation condition corresponding to the shutdown state, the user who operates the clothes treatment equipment is likely to be children, so that the child lock is automatically opened, and the situation that the child randomly operates the clothes treatment equipment to generate safety problems in the shutdown state is avoided.
For the current equipment state being the standby state or the pause state, the user is likely to set program parameters by operating keys of the laundry treatment apparatus in the standby state or the pause state, such as program parameters of water level, temperature, washing time period, etc. of the washing program of the apparatus by clicking the keys. Since some program parameters may be preset in the laundry treatment program when the laundry treatment apparatus performs some laundry treatment programs, the user is not allowed to modify. In this case, if the user modifies the preset program parameters by clicking the keys, the laundry treatment apparatus may ignore the user's operations on the keys. In the embodiment of the application, an effective key which can be used for setting the program parameters at present is called a first preset key, and an ineffective key which cannot be used for setting the program parameters at present is called a second preset key.
And in the standby state or the pause state, recording the triggered times of the first preset key, starting to count when the triggered times of the first preset key reach the third preset times, and judging whether a starting instruction or a shutdown instruction is received in the process that the counted time is less than or equal to the second preset time. If so, determining that the operation of the current user is normal operation, and if a starting instruction is received, executing a clothes treatment program according to program parameters set by the operation of the user on the first preset key. And if the shutdown instruction is received, controlling the clothes treatment equipment to shutdown. If the starting instruction or the shutdown instruction is not received until the time length of the timing is longer than the second preset time length, determining that the operation of the current user is abnormal operation, and controlling the child lock to be opened, wherein the preset abnormal operation condition corresponding to the standby state or the pause state is met.
The method comprises the steps that according to user operation information, the number of times that a first preset key of the clothes treatment equipment is triggered reaches a third preset number of times, and a starting instruction or a shutdown instruction is not received within a second preset duration, and it is determined that the user operation information reaches a preset abnormal operation condition corresponding to the current equipment state. The starting instruction or the shutdown instruction can be sent to the clothes treatment equipment by a user through a user terminal, or can be triggered by clicking a starting key on the clothes treatment equipment by the user, or can be triggered by clicking a shutdown key on the clothes treatment equipment by the user.
The third preset time may be 8 times or 10 times, and the second preset time period may be 2 minutes or 3 minutes. The embodiment of the application does not limit the specific value of the third preset times and the second preset time, and can be set according to the requirements in practical application.
For example, in the standby state or the pause state, if the number of times that the first preset key is triggered is detected to be 10 times and the start instruction or the shutdown instruction is not received within 3 minutes, it is determined that the preset abnormal operation condition is met, and the child lock is unlocked.
In other embodiments of the present application, the laundry treating apparatus may determine whether the preset abnormal operation condition is satisfied according to the number of times the door is opened or closed or the number of times the power key is activated in the standby state or the suspended state. The specific control process is the same as the corresponding control process in the shutdown state, and will not be described here again.
In the standby state or the pause state, the door cover opening and closing times of the clothes treatment equipment in the fourth preset time period can be indicated to reach the fifth preset times according to the user operation information, or the times of triggering the power key of the clothes treatment equipment in the fourth preset time period can be indicated to reach the sixth preset times according to the user operation information, the fact that the user operation information reaches the preset abnormal operation condition corresponding to the current equipment state is determined, and the child lock is controlled to be opened.
By the method, the user operation information generated when the user operates the clothes treatment equipment is monitored in real time in the standby state or the pause state, and when the user operation information is determined to meet the preset abnormal operation condition corresponding to the standby state or the pause state, the user who operates the clothes treatment equipment at present is likely to be a child, so that the child lock is automatically opened, and the situation that the child randomly operates the clothes treatment equipment in the standby state or the pause state to generate a safety problem is avoided.
For the current device state being an operating state in which the program parameters of the laundry treatment program cannot be modified in the operating state because the laundry treatment device is running the current laundry treatment program, in which case the key for modifying the program parameters is an inactive key, the embodiment of the present application refers to the inactive key as a second preset key. And detecting that a certain second preset key is triggered in the running state, starting timing, and adding one to the number of times that the second preset key is triggered. And in the process that the time length of the timing is smaller than or equal to the third preset time length, if the number of times that the second preset key is triggered reaches the fourth preset number of times, determining that the operation of the current user is abnormal operation, meeting the preset abnormal operation condition corresponding to the running state, and controlling the unlocking of the child lock.
The method comprises the steps of indicating that the number of times that a second preset key of the clothes treatment equipment is triggered in a third preset time period reaches a fourth preset number of times according to user operation information, and determining that the user operation information reaches a preset abnormal operation condition corresponding to the current equipment state.
If the number of times that the second preset key is triggered is detected to be not up to the fourth preset number of times within the third preset duration, determining that the preset abnormal operation condition corresponding to the running state is not met, deleting the currently recorded user operation information, so that when the second preset key is detected to be triggered again in the running state, judging whether the preset abnormal operation condition is met or not through the mode.
The third preset time period may be 2 minutes or 3 minutes, and the fourth preset time period may be 8 times or 10 times, etc. The embodiment of the application does not limit the specific value of the third preset time length and the fourth preset times, and can be set according to the requirements in practical application.
For example, if the user presses the second preset key that is invalid for 10 times in 2 minutes in the running state, it is determined that the preset abnormal operation condition is satisfied, and the child lock is opened.
In other embodiments of the present application, the laundry treating apparatus may determine whether the preset abnormal operation condition is satisfied according to the number of times the door is opened or closed or the number of times the power key is activated in the operation state. The specific control process is the same as the corresponding control process in the shutdown state, and will not be described here again.
In the running state, the door cover opening and closing times of the clothes treatment equipment in the fourth preset time period can be indicated to reach the fifth preset times according to the user operation information, or the times of triggering the power key of the clothes treatment equipment in the fourth preset time period can be indicated to reach the sixth preset times according to the user operation information, so that the user operation information is determined to reach the preset abnormal operation condition corresponding to the running state, and the child lock is controlled to be opened.
By the method, the user operation information generated when the user operates the clothes treatment equipment is monitored in real time in the running state, and when the user operation information is determined to meet the preset abnormal operation condition corresponding to the running state, the user who operates the clothes treatment equipment at present is likely to be a child, so that the child lock is automatically opened, and the situation that the child operates the clothes treatment equipment randomly in the running state to generate a safety problem is avoided.
The first preset time period, the second preset time period, the third preset time period, the fourth preset time period, the first preset times, the second preset times, the third preset times, the fourth preset times, the fifth preset times and the sixth preset times may be preconfigured in the clothes treating apparatus. The user may also perform the custom setting through a client terminal corresponding to the laundry treatment apparatus on the user terminal or through a control panel of the laundry treatment apparatus.
