After adopting the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the present invention provides a door lock for a laundry treating apparatus, and designs a door lock control method therefor. Before the working time of the clothes treatment device reaches a set time length and/or the temperature in the clothes treatment device reaches a set temperature, controlling the door lock to be in an unlocking state, and otherwise, controlling the door lock to be in a locking state. The arrangement refines the clothes treatment process of the clothes treatment device, provides more humanized and effective control for the door lock aiming at different treatment stages of the clothes treatment device, and enables the door body to be controlled more accurately.
In the initial stage of the clothes treatment, the internal temperature of the clothes treatment device, particularly a clothes dryer or a washing machine with a heating function is not very high, so that the clothes treatment device is in an unlocked state, and the heat loss can be reduced to the maximum extent. And because the requirement of clothes adjustment at this moment is relatively great, if the clothes treatment device is simply locked and controlled at this moment, the machine door can be opened only after being shut down, so that a user can not adjust the clothes inside in time, and the frequent on-off of the clothes treatment device not only consumes more electric quantity, but also can reduce the service life of the device.
The invention takes the working time and/or the internal temperature as the measuring index for measuring whether the clothes processing device is in the initial stage of clothes processing, is simple and easy to operate, accords with the actual operation of the device, and is accurate and effective for controlling the door lock. The condition of the initial judgment of the clothes treatment can be adjusted according to the actual requirement, and the working time can be independently used as a measurement index, and the temperature in the clothes treatment device can also be independently used as a measurement index. Under the condition that the requirement on safety is high, two measurement indexes are comprehensively and simultaneously used, any one of the two measurement indexes which does not meet the requirement judges that the clothes treatment device is in a locking state, and the clothes treatment device is controlled to be unlocked only when the subsequent unlocking condition is met.
Meanwhile, after the clothes treatment device is in a stable working state, the control method further sets various unlocking conditions, comprehensively judges whether the clothes treatment device meets the requirement of safe door opening or not through various conditions such as temperature and/or rotating speed, and enables the door to be opened more safely and reliably.
In addition, in order to further enhance the safety of the door control of the clothes treatment device, an unlocking instruction is set for the clothes treatment device, when the clothes treatment device is in a stable working state, other operations related to unlocking, such as judgment of the next unlocking condition and the like, can be carried out only after the unlocking instruction is triggered, the occurrence of mistaken unlocking conditions caused by the failure of unlocking condition judgment equipment in the clothes treatment device is avoided, each unlocking operation in a stable state can be carried out only by active triggering of a user, and the safety and the reliability of the operation of the equipment are further improved.
The invention effectively solves the contradiction between the need of opening the door at any time to adjust the clothes in the clothes dryer or the washing machine at the initial operation stage and the need of ensuring the effective and reliable locking of the door after the stable operation. The problem of in the stoving process, dryer machine door receives external force influence, opens at will, leads to the stoving to suspend and makes the drawback of dry clothing time extension is solved.
The door lock control method and the clothes processing device of the invention are used for arranging the door lock and the corresponding door lock control device for clothes processing devices such as clothes dryers and the like, thereby effectively avoiding the risk of jacking the machine door after the clothes dryers dry and expand in volume along with the drying.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present invention discloses a door lock control method of a laundry treating apparatus and a laundry treating apparatus, the laundry treating apparatus is provided with a door lock 2, and a set time length and/or a set temperature are/is set; after the clothes treatment device starts to work, before the working time of the clothes treatment device reaches the set time length and/or before the temperature in the clothes treatment device reaches the set temperature, controlling the door lock 2 to be in an unlocking state, and otherwise, controlling the door lock 2 to be in a locking state. The requirement that a user can conveniently adjust the clothes and the processing environment in the clothes processing device in time at the initial operation stage of the clothes processing device is met; meanwhile, the requirement of keeping the internal environment of the clothes treatment device stable and safe in operation in the stable operation of the clothes treatment device is met.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, an object of the present invention is to provide a door lock control method of a laundry treatment apparatus and a laundry treatment apparatus. In the present embodiment, a door lock control method of a laundry treatment apparatus according to the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1.
The clothes treating apparatus of the present embodiment is a clothes dryer, and the design of the present invention can be applied to other clothes treating apparatuses such as a washing machine in other embodiments. The door lock is arranged on the clothes dryer, so that the risk of jacking the door of the clothes dryer due to load drying and volume expansion along with the drying of the clothes dryer can be prevented. However, the clothes dryer cannot be simply set to be kept in a locking state in the whole operation process according to the operation characteristics of the clothes dryer. Therefore, the set time is set according to the working characteristics of the clothes dryer.
After the clothes processing device starts to work, in the initial stage of the clothes drying program, because the temperature rise in the clothes drying machine is not obvious, the heat loss caused by opening and closing the door is little, and the time of the clothes drying operation is not prolonged obviously. In addition, at the beginning of drying clothes, the user often needs to adjust the position, quantity and the like of the clothes in the clothes dryer, so that the user also has a need to open the door frequently. Therefore, as shown in fig. 1, the present invention sets the set time period for the dryer. When the door opening operation of the clothes dryer is to be performed after the laundry treating apparatus (the clothes dryer in this embodiment) is started, the clothes dryer first determines whether the time that the current clothes dryer has been operated has reached the set time period. If the working time does not reach the set time, the clothes dryer is in the initial operation stage at the moment, the user can conveniently and freely open the door, and therefore the door lock is controlled to be in the unlocking state at the moment.
Until the set time period, the dryer is always kept in the unlocked state, so that the user can freely open and close the door at this stage. The set time can be adjusted according to the heating speed of the clothes dryer or the actual use habit of a user. Generally, the length of the set time period is not more than half of the total time period required for the laundry treatment device to complete the laundry treatment process. In the present embodiment, the set time period is 10 minutes. That is, the laundry treating apparatus is always kept in the unlocked state for the first 10 minutes of the operation of the dryer, and the user can turn on the dryer at any time according to his own actual situation.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, when the dryer is operated for more than the set time period, it means that the dryer has entered a stable operation state. Generally, the temperature in the dryer has already risen to a relatively high temperature, and if the door is opened by trade, heat loss is large, and the danger of steam scald and the like can be caused. Therefore, after the working time exceeds the set time length, the door lock is controlled to be in a locking state. At this time, if the door needs to be opened, a subsequent series of judgment control operations are required to be completed. That is, the present invention divides the door lock control of the laundry treating apparatus into two stages: a free unlocking phase and a conditional unlocking phase. In the free unlocking stage, the clothes treatment device is in the initial stage of clothes treatment, the door lock is in the unlocking state, and a user can freely open the machine door to adjust the clothes inside; and entering a conditional unlocking phase after the clothes treatment device completes the free unlocking phase, wherein the unlocking condition is only required if the machine door of the clothes treatment device is unlocked.
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment sets an unlock instruction. After the clothes treatment device starts to work and the working time of the clothes treatment device reaches or exceeds the set time length, the clothes treatment device executes the unlocking instruction to carry out the subsequent further unlocking judgment process. The purpose of setting the unlocking instruction is to add an operation of active authorization of the user when the clothes treatment device is in a stable working state. The unlocking instruction is triggered to judge the next unlocking condition and other unlocking-related operations, so that the phenomenon of mistaken unlocking caused by the fact that the unlocking condition judgment equipment in the clothes processing device breaks down is avoided, each unlocking operation in a stable state can be triggered by a user actively, and the safety and the reliability of equipment operation are further improved.
In this embodiment: the unlocking instruction comprises the instruction for stopping/suspending the operation of the clothes treatment device; the judgment of whether the laundry treating apparatus satisfies the unlocking condition is performed after the laundry treating apparatus stops/suspends the operation. That is, after the operation time exceeds the set time, the user must stop or suspend the operation of the dryer if the door is opened.
As shown in fig. 1, when the user stops/suspends the operation of the laundry treating apparatus, the door body cannot be unlocked immediately, and further judgment of the unlocking condition is required. In this embodiment, an unlocking condition is set, and when the working time of the laundry treatment apparatus reaches or exceeds the set time period, it is further required to determine whether the laundry treatment apparatus satisfies the unlocking condition: if the judgment result is yes, controlling the door lock to be in an unlocking state; otherwise, the door lock is controlled to keep a locking state.
The unlocking condition is set mainly to ensure the safety of the user. These unlock conditions include, but are not limited to, temperature conditions. The temperature condition comprises setting the maximum unlocking temperature for the clothes dryer, and judging that the unlocking condition is met when the temperature does not exceed the maximum unlocking temperature; otherwise, the unlocking condition is judged not to be met.
In this embodiment, the maximum unlocking temperature set for the dryer is 40 degrees celsius. That is to say, when the temperature in the dryer reaches or exceeds 40 ℃, the dryer still keeps the locked state, and at this moment, the user can not open the machine door of the dryer, and only when the internal temperature is reduced to below 40 ℃, the door lock of the dryer can be in the unlocked state, and the machine door of the dryer can be opened. Otherwise, the door lock of the clothes dryer is still in a locking state, and the user cannot open the machine door.
Similar to the temperature condition, the unlocking condition may further include a rotation speed condition, the rotation speed condition includes an unlocking maximum rotation speed set for the laundry treatment apparatus, and when the rotation speed at which the laundry treatment apparatus operates does not exceed the unlocking maximum rotation speed, it is determined that the unlocking condition is satisfied; otherwise, the unlocking condition is judged not to be met.
In other embodiments, other unlocking conditions related to user safety may be set for the clothes dryer or the clothes treatment apparatus. The unlocking conditions are used for further judging the current running state of the clothes dryer through the unlocking conditions after the working time of a user exceeds the set time length and an unlocking instruction is executed, and the door lock is controlled to be in the unlocking state after the unlocking conditions are met, so that the design requirement of the clothes dryer for safety is met.
Example 2
This embodiment is a supplement to embodiment 1. The present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that the laundry treating apparatus of the present embodiment is a washing machine. The same problem of the pair of clothes adjustment similar to embodiment 1 is also faced. The washing process of the washing machine in this embodiment is also divided into two stages: a free unlocking phase and a conditional unlocking phase.
Therefore, after the washing machine of the embodiment starts to execute the washing and/or rinsing program, whether the duration of the washing and/or rinsing program reaches the set duration is judged, if not, the washing machine at the moment is in a free unlocking stage, and therefore, the door lock is controlled to be kept in an unlocking state at the moment; if yes, the washing machine is in a condition unlocking stage at the moment, the door lock is controlled to be in a locked state, and if the machine door of the washing machine needs to be unlocked, the unlocking condition as described in embodiment 1 needs to be met.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 2, this embodiment is a supplement to the above-described embodiment. The present embodiment is different from the above-described embodiments in that, in order to distinguish whether the dryer is in the initial stage or the stationary stage of the drying process operation, that is, the free unlocking stage or the conditional unlocking stage, the present embodiment does not use the length of operation time for the judgment, but uses the temperature condition for the judgment. Thus, as shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment sets a set temperature for the dryer. When the door opening operation of the dryer is to be performed after the laundry treating apparatus (the dryer in this embodiment) is started, the dryer first determines whether the current temperature inside the dryer reaches the set temperature. If the temperature in the clothes dryer does not reach the set temperature, the clothes dryer is in the initial operation stage, the user can conveniently and freely open the door, and therefore the door lock is controlled to be in the unlocking state.
And the unlocking conditions include temperature conditions and/or rotational speed conditions: the clothes processing device sets the maximum unlocking temperature, and when the temperature does not exceed the maximum unlocking temperature, the clothes processing device judges that the temperature condition is met; otherwise, determining that the temperature condition is not met; the rotating speed condition comprises an unlocking highest rotating speed set for the clothes treatment device, and when the rotating speed of the clothes treatment device does not exceed the unlocking highest rotating speed, the rotating speed condition is judged to be met; otherwise, the rotation speed condition is judged not to be satisfied.
In other embodiments, it may be a washing machine, since many current washing machines also have a heating device and will raise the temperature inside to a higher temperature during the washing process. Therefore, there is also a requirement for performing segmented control in the washing stage by using the temperature, and when the control method for performing the unlocking condition by using the temperature condition in the embodiment is applied to the washing machine, the control method is similar to the clothes dryer, and is not repeated here.
Example 4
This embodiment is a supplement to the above-described embodiment. In this embodiment, two methods of embodiment 1 and embodiment 3 are used together in order to distinguish whether the dryer is in the initial or stationary phase of the drying process operation. The operating time and temperature conditions of the dryer are used simultaneously for judgment. After the clothes treatment device is controlled to work, before the working time of the clothes treatment device reaches the set duration and the temperature in the clothes treatment device reaches the set temperature, the door lock is controlled to be kept in an unlocking state, and otherwise, the door lock is controlled to be in a locking state.
Example 5
This embodiment is a further addition to the above embodiment. In the present embodiment, similarly to embodiment 1, the operating time period is used to determine whether the dryer is in the initial or stationary phase of the drying process operation. The maximum unlocking temperature in the unlocking conditions set in this embodiment is equal to the set temperature described in embodiment 3.
Example 6
As shown in fig. 3, the present embodiment discloses a laundry treating apparatus. The laundry treating apparatus in the present embodiment includes: the system comprises a door lock 2, a clock unit 3 and a door lock control device 1 respectively in circuit connection with the clock unit 3 and the door lock 2, wherein the door lock control device comprises a single chip microcomputer or other storage control devices, and the set time length is set in the door lock control device 1 according to any one of the embodiments.
The clock unit 3 in this embodiment may be an electronic clock or other timing device for measuring the operation time of the laundry treatment apparatus. The door lock 2 is used to lock/unlock a door of the laundry treating apparatus. Similar to the above embodiment, the door lock control device 1 of the present embodiment is used for controlling the door lock 2 of the laundry treating apparatus to be kept in the unlocked state after the laundry treating apparatus starts to operate and before the operating time of the laundry treating apparatus reaches the set time period, and otherwise controlling the door lock 2 to be in the locked state.
When the working time of the clothes treatment device reaches or exceeds the set time length and the clothes treatment device is in a stable working state, the door lock control method of any one of the embodiments is adopted to control the door lock to safely and effectively lock and unlock.
Example 7
As shown in fig. 4, the present embodiment discloses a laundry treating apparatus, which is different from embodiment 6. The laundry treating apparatus in the present embodiment includes: the temperature control device comprises a door lock 2, a temperature detection device 4 and a door lock control device 1 respectively connected with a clock unit 3 and the door lock 2 through circuits, wherein the door lock control device comprises a single chip microcomputer or other storage control devices, and the set temperature of any embodiment is set in the door lock control device 1.
The temperature detection device 4 in this embodiment is used for measuring the operating temperature in the laundry treatment apparatus. The door lock 2 is used to lock/unlock a door of the laundry treating apparatus. Similar to the above embodiments, the door lock control device 1 of the present embodiment is used for controlling the door lock 2 of the laundry treating apparatus to remain in the unlocked state before the temperature in the laundry treating apparatus reaches the set temperature after the laundry treating apparatus starts to operate, and otherwise controlling the door lock 2 to remain in the locked state.
When the temperature in the clothes treatment device reaches the set temperature and the clothes treatment device is in a stable working state, the door lock control method of any one of the embodiments is adopted to control the door lock to safely and effectively lock and unlock.
The above embodiments may be implemented individually or in combination. Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
