The working parameter settings of the clothes treatment program are different when the door is locked and when the door is not locked; the working parameters at least comprise: the rotation time, rotation speed and forward and reverse conversion rates of the rotating structure of the clothes treating apparatus. Namely, the possibility of the winding phenomenon at the time of high content of the laundry is improved by adjusting the rotation time, the rotation speed and the forward and reverse conversion rates.
As shown in fig. 3, the present embodiment provides a control method of a laundry treating apparatus including adjusting a rotation time of a rotation structure of the laundry treating apparatus to improve a laundry tangling phenomenon in the laundry treating apparatus. Specifically, when the door of the laundry treating apparatus is locked, setting the rotation time of the laundry treating apparatus to a third set value; when the machine door of the clothes treatment equipment is unlocked, setting the rotation time of the clothes treatment equipment as a fourth set value; the third set value is less than the fourth set value; preferably, the third set point is half of the fourth set point. When the door of the clothes treatment equipment is locked, the content of clothes in the clothes treatment equipment is proved to be large, and the clothes treatment equipment is controlled to rotate for a short time so as to prevent more clothes from winding in the rotating process and further prevent a large amount of wound clothes from colliding the door to knock the door open. When the door of the clothes processing equipment is unlocked, the content of clothes in the clothes processing equipment is proved to be small, and the clothes are not easy to be wound in the rotating process, so that the rotating time can be prolonged. I.e. the laundry treating apparatus is controlled to rotate for the shorter third set value when the door is locked, but the laundry treating apparatus is controlled to rotate for the longer fourth set value when the door is not locked.
As shown in fig. 3, in particular, the present embodiment provides a control method of a laundry treatment apparatus, comprising the steps of:
step S1, detecting whether the door of the clothes processing equipment is closed; when the door of the laundry treating apparatus is not closed, performing step S2; otherwise, executing step S3;
step S2, the clothes processing equipment sends out an error-reporting prompt that the machine door is not closed and controls the machine door to stop working;
step S3, detecting the clothes content in the clothes processing equipment, executing step S4 when the clothes content is larger than or equal to a first set value, otherwise executing step S5;
step S4, controlling the door of the clothes processing device to lock, and executing step S6 after locking;
step S5, controlling the door of the laundry treating apparatus to be unlocked, and then performing step S7;
step S6, controlling the clothes processing device to execute the clothes processing program when locking the door, setting the time length of the rotation as the third set value in the working process, and then executing step S8;
step S7, controlling the laundry treating apparatus to execute the laundry treating process when the door is unlocked, and setting the time length of rotation to a fourth set value during the operation, and then executing step S8;
step S8, detecting whether the operation of the clothes processing equipment is finished, executing step S9 when the operation is finished, otherwise, executing step S3 repeatedly;
step S9, controlling the door of the clothes processing equipment to unlock and stop working;
wherein the third set value is less than the fourth set value.

As shown in fig. 4, the present embodiment provides a control method of a laundry treating apparatus on the basis of the above-described embodiments. The clothes processing operation of the clothes processing equipment provided by the embodiment comprises the adjustment of the rotating speed. Setting the rotation speed of the clothes treatment device to be a fifth set value when the machine door of the clothes treatment device is locked; when the machine door of the clothes treatment equipment is unlocked, setting the rotation speed of the clothes treatment equipment as a sixth set value; the fifth set value is less than the sixth set value. The invention provides a clothes treatment equipment control method, which controls clothes treatment rotation process according to the door lock state of the clothes treatment equipment. When the door of the clothes treatment equipment is locked, the content of the clothes in the clothes treatment equipment is high, so that the clothes treatment equipment is controlled to reduce the rotating speed, the possibility of the clothes winding phenomenon is reduced, and the wound clothes are prevented from impacting the door. When the door of the laundry treating apparatus is unlocked, the content of the laundry inside is small, so that there is less possibility of laundry tangling, and the rotation speed can be appropriately increased.

The present embodiment differs from the above embodiments in that: the present embodiment provides a laundry treatment apparatus, wherein the laundry treatment operation includes adjusting the switching frequency of forward and reverse rotation. When the machine door of the clothes treatment equipment is locked, the forward and reverse rotation conversion frequency of the clothes treatment equipment is a seventh set value; when the door of the clothes treatment equipment is unlocked, the forward and reverse rotation conversion frequency of the clothes treatment equipment is an eighth set value; the seventh set value > the eighth set value. When the door of the clothes treatment equipment is locked, the content of the clothes in the clothes treatment equipment is high, so that the clothes treatment equipment is controlled to improve the forward and reverse conversion frequency, namely, the clothes treatment equipment is controlled to frequently convert the forward and reverse directions in the running process, the possibility of the winding phenomenon of the clothes is reduced, and the wound clothes are prevented from impacting the door. When the door of the clothes processing equipment is unlocked, the content of the clothes in the clothes processing equipment is small, so that the possibility of clothes winding is small, and the switching frequency of forward rotation and reverse rotation can be properly reduced. The method for adjusting the forward and reverse rotation conversion frequency of the clothes treatment equipment comprises the following steps: when the time for stopping rotation between the forward rotation and the reverse rotation of the clothes treatment equipment is a fixed value, the forward rotation time and the reverse rotation time of the clothes treatment equipment are adjusted. When the door lock is locked, the clothes processing equipment is controlled to rotate forwards for 1 minute, then stopped for 5 seconds and rotated backwards for 1 minute; when the door lock is unlocked, the clothes treatment equipment is controlled to rotate forwards for 2 minutes, then stopped for 5 seconds and rotates backwards for 2 minutes. Obviously, the stopping time of the interval between the forward rotation and the reverse rotation is the same, and the forward rotation time and the reverse rotation time are shorter during locking, so that the forward rotation and the reverse rotation frequency during locking of the door lock is higher, and further, the possibility of clothes winding is reduced by frequent forward rotation and reverse rotation.

step S5, controlling the door of the laundry treating apparatus not to be locked, and then executing step S7;
step S6, controlling the laundry treating apparatus to execute the laundry treating program when locking the door, setting the time length of the rotation as the third set value, the rotation speed as the fifth set value and the conversion rate of the forward and reverse rotations as the seventh set value, and then executing step S8;
step S7, controlling the laundry treating apparatus to execute the laundry treating process when the door is unlocked, setting the rotation time period as the fourth set value, the rotation speed as the sixth set value, and the forward and reverse rotation conversion rate as the eighth set value, and then executing step S8;
step S8, detecting whether the operation of the clothes processing equipment is finished, executing step S9 when the operation is finished, otherwise, executing step S3 repeatedly;
step S9, controlling the door lock of the clothes processing equipment to unlock and stop working;
wherein the third set value is less than the fourth set value, the fifth set value is less than the sixth set value, and the seventh set value is greater than the eighth set value.

step S3, detecting the clothes content in the clothes processing equipment, executing step S4 when the clothes content is larger than or equal to a first set value, otherwise executing step S5;
step S4, controlling the door of the clothes processing device to lock, and executing step S9 after locking;
step S5, controlling the door of the laundry treating apparatus to be unlocked, and then performing step S6;
step S6, controlling the water inlet inside the clothes processing equipment, detecting the weight inside the clothes processing equipment, executing step S7 when the weight is larger than or equal to a second set value, otherwise executing step S8;
step S7, controlling the door of the clothes processing device to lock, and executing step S9 after locking;
step S8, controlling the door of the laundry treating apparatus to be unlocked, and then performing step S10;
step S9, controlling the clothes processing program when the clothes processing executing the door locking, setting the time length of the rotation as the third set value, the rotation speed as the fifth set value and the conversion rate of the positive rotation and the reverse rotation as the seventh set value, and then executing step S11;
step S10, controlling the laundry treating apparatus to execute the laundry treating process when the door is unlocked, setting the rotation time period as the fourth set value, the rotation speed as the sixth set value, and the forward and reverse rotation conversion rate as the eighth set value, and then executing step S11;
step S11, detecting whether the operation of the clothes processing equipment is finished, executing step S12 when the operation is finished, otherwise, executing step S3 repeatedly;
step S12, controlling the door of the clothes processing equipment to unlock and stop working;
wherein the third set value is less than the fourth set value, the fifth set value is less than the sixth set value, and the seventh set value is greater than the eighth set value. Claims (10)

1. The control method of the clothes treatment equipment is characterized in that the clothes treatment equipment detects whether the content of clothes in the clothes treatment equipment reaches a first set value or not before confirming that a machine door is closed and running is started, and if the content of the clothes reaches the first set value, the machine door of the clothes treatment equipment is locked; otherwise, the locking operation is not performed.

The clothes treating apparatus control method according to claim 1, wherein when detecting that the door of the clothes treating apparatus is in a locked state, controlling and executing the clothes treating program when the door is locked; when detecting that the machine door of the clothes processing equipment is in an unlocked state, controlling and executing the clothes processing program when the machine door is unlocked.
3. The laundry processing apparatus control method according to claim 2, wherein the laundry processing program when the door is locked and the laundry processing program when the door is unlocked are different in operation parameter setting;
the working parameters at least comprise: the rotation time, the rotation speed and the conversion rate of the forward and reverse rotations of the rotating structure of the laundry treating apparatus.

The laundry processing apparatus control method according to claim 3, wherein when the laundry processing apparatus performs the laundry processing procedure at the time of door locking, the rotation time of the laundry processing apparatus is set to a third set value, the rotation speed is set to a fifth set value, and the forward and reverse switching frequency is set to a seventh set value;
when the clothes processing equipment executes the clothes processing program without locking the door, setting the rotation time of the clothes processing equipment as a fourth set value, setting the rotation speed as a sixth set value and setting the forward and reverse conversion frequency as an eighth set value;
wherein the third set value is less than the fourth set value, and/or the fifth set value is less than the sixth set value, and/or the seventh set value is greater than the eighth set value.

The laundry processing apparatus control method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein confirming that the door is closed includes detecting whether the door of the laundry processing apparatus is closed, and alerting the customer when the door of the laundry processing apparatus is not closed.

The method of claim 2, wherein when the laundry treatment apparatus is running a laundry treatment process without door locking, after water is introduced into the laundry treatment apparatus, the weight of the laundry treatment apparatus is detected, and when the weight reaches a second set value, the door of the laundry treatment apparatus is locked, otherwise, the locking operation is not performed.
7. A laundry treating apparatus controlling method according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein water needs to be supplied to the inside during the laundry treating process, the controlling method comprising the steps of:
step S1, detecting whether the door of the clothes processing equipment is closed; when the door of the laundry treating apparatus is not closed, performing step S2; otherwise, executing step S3;
step S2, the clothes processing equipment sends out an error-reporting prompt that the machine door is not closed and controls the machine door to stop working;
step S3, detecting the clothes content in the clothes processing equipment, when the clothes content is more than or equal to the first set value, executing

step S11, detecting whether the operation of the clothes processing equipment is finished, executing step S12 when the operation is finished, otherwise, executing step S3 repeatedly;
step S12, controlling the door of the clothes processing equipment to unlock and stop working;
wherein the third set value is less than the fourth set value, the fifth set value is less than the sixth set value, and the seventh set value is greater than the eighth set value.
