As shown in fig. 1, the drying drum 4, the condensing air duct 5, and the drying air duct 6 form an air circulation loop. It should be noted that the condensed water obtained by cooling the hot air by the condensing device 3 is discharged from a drain port (not shown in fig. 1).
It should be noted that the heating device 1 of the dryer 100 may be disposed in another duct outside the drying air duct 6 and communicating with the drying air duct 6, and is used for delivering hot air to the drying air duct 6, and the hot air is mixed with air in the drying air duct 6, so as to achieve the purpose of delivering hot air to the drying cylinder 4 to dry the articles in the drying cylinder 4. In the process of executing the drying program by the dryer, the heating device, the drying fan and the condensing device are all in working states. In the drying process, the drying fan rotates to drive air to flow, air is heated by the heating device and then enters the drying cylinder to dry articles in the drying cylinder, hot and humid air is discharged from the drying cylinder and enters the condensation air channel, the condensing device cools the hot and humid air, cold air enters the drying air channel again through the drying fan, and condensed water is discharged through the water outlet. During the drying process, the temperature in the drying cylinder is at a higher temperature. In the related art, in the process of executing the drying program by the dryer, if a drying suspension instruction is received, the heating device, the drying fan and the condensing device are turned off, the temperature in the drying drum is waited to be naturally cooled, and then the drum door of the drying drum is unlocked.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a dryer control method according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 2, the dryer control method is used in a terminal, such as a controller for a dryer, and includes the following steps.
In step S11, the heating device is turned off in response to receiving a drying pause instruction during the drying process of the dryer, wherein the drum door of the drying drum is in a locked state during the drying process of the dryer.
In the process of executing the drying program by the dryer, the heating device, the drying fan and the condensing device are all in working states. The temperature inside the drum is at a relatively high temperature during the drying process performed by the dryer, and generally, the temperature inside the drum is higher than 55 degrees during the drying process performed by the dryer. Because the temperature in the drying drum is at a higher temperature in the process of executing the drying program by the dryer, the drum door of the drying drum can be locked in the process of executing the drying program by the dryer in order to avoid the user from being scalded by mistakenly opening the drum door of the drying drum.
In the present disclosure, the heating means is turned off in response to receiving a drying pause instruction during the drying process performed by the dryer. The closed heating device does not heat the air in an air circulation loop formed by the drying air duct, the condensation air duct and the drying cylinder any more.
In step S12, it is determined whether the drum meets the unlocking condition.
Optionally, the dryer further comprises a temperature collecting device for detecting a temperature inside the drying drum, and the method further comprises: and under the condition that the temperature in the drying drum is detected to be greater than or equal to a preset temperature threshold value, determining that the drying drum is not in accordance with the unlocking condition. Correspondingly, under the condition that the temperature in the drying drum is detected to be smaller than the preset temperature threshold value, the drying drum is determined to be in accordance with the unlocking condition.
The preset temperature threshold may be 55 degrees. The temperature acquisition device can be a temperature sensor. The temperature acquisition device can be arranged on the inner wall of the inner cylinder of the drying cylinder or the outer wall of the inner cylinder. The number of the temperature acquisition devices is one or more.
In some embodiments, the method may further comprise: and if the drying drum is detected not to stop rotating, determining that the drying drum is not in accordance with the unlocking condition. Correspondingly, if the drying drum is detected to stop rotating, the drying drum is determined to meet the unlocking condition.
It should be noted that the unlock condition is used to determine whether there is a safety problem after opening the drum door of the drying drum.
In step S13, when the drying drum does not meet the unlocking condition, the drying fan and the condensing device are maintained to operate until the drying drum meets the unlocking condition, and the drum door of the drying drum is controlled to be switched from the locked state to the unlocked state.
Under the condition that a drying cylinder is not accordant with the unlocking condition, if the condition that the temperature in the drying cylinder is greater than or equal to the preset temperature threshold value is detected, the operation of the drying fan and the condensing device can be maintained until the drying cylinder is accordant with the unlocking condition, if the condition that the temperature in the drying cylinder is less than the preset temperature threshold value is detected, a cylinder door of the drying cylinder can be controlled to be switched from a locking state to an unlocking state.
By adopting the method, the dryer comprises the heating device, the drying fan, the condensing device, the drying cylinder, the condensing air channel and the drying air channel, the first end of the drying air channel is communicated with one end of the condensing air channel, the second end of the drying air channel and the other end of the condensing air channel are respectively communicated with the drying cylinder, the drying fan and the heating device are positioned in the drying air channel, the heating device is closer to the second end of the drying air channel than the drying fan, and the condensing device is arranged in the condensing air channel. Therefore, the heating device is closed in response to receiving a drying pause instruction in the process of executing the drying program by the dryer, and the drying fan and the condensing device are maintained to operate under the condition that the drying cylinder is not in accordance with the unlocking condition, so that the aim of quickly reducing the temperature in the drying cylinder in the air circulation loop formed by the drying air duct, the condensing air duct and the drying cylinder due to quickly reducing the temperature of the air in the air circulation loop can be fulfilled, the drying cylinder can be enabled to reach the unlocking condition more quickly, and the cylinder door of the drying cylinder can be controlled to be switched from the locking state to the unlocking state more quickly. Therefore, the time period for a user to wait for the drum door of the drying drum to be switched from the locking state to the unlocking state can be reduced by adopting the mode of the disclosure.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: and under the condition that the drying drum is not in accordance with the unlocking condition, controlling the drying drum to rotate according to a preset beat. Accordingly, before controlling the drum door of the drying drum to switch from the locking state to the unlocking state, the method comprises the following steps: and controlling the drying drum to stop rotating.
Wherein the preset tempo represents a preset rule, which is similar to the meaning of the washing tempo of the washing machine in the related art. Illustratively, the preset tempo is to control the dryer to rotate at a first rotation speed for a first preset time period, then stop rotating for a second preset time period, and then control the dryer to rotate at the second rotation speed for a third preset time period.
Under the condition that drying cylinder is not conform to the unblock condition, if detect under the condition that the temperature in the drying cylinder is greater than or equal to preset temperature threshold value, can control drying cylinder and rotate according to predetermineeing the beat to the even rapid cooling is carried out to drying cylinder inner space to the cold air of condensing equipment refrigerated that cooperation drying fan sent into in the drying cylinder. When the condition that the drying drum accords with the unlocking condition is detected, if the condition that the temperature in the drying drum is smaller than the preset temperature threshold value is detected, the drying drum can be controlled to stop rotating, and after the drying drum stops rotating, the drum door of the drying drum is controlled to be switched from the locking state to the unlocking state.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: and under the condition that the drying drum meets the unlocking condition, the drying fan and the condensing device are closed.
For example, in the case that the temperature in the drying drum is detected to be less than the preset temperature threshold value, the drying fan and the condensing device are turned off.
In some embodiments, the drying pause instruction is generated by any one of:
generating the drying pause instruction in response to receiving an instruction of a user to pause a drying program;

generating the drying pause instruction in response to the detection of preset alarm information;
and generating the drying pause instruction in response to the detection of the clothes adding instruction input by the user.
For example, in case of receiving an instruction of a user to pause the drying program, a drying pause instruction may be generated. The drying pause instruction may also be generated upon receiving an instruction from a user to open a drum door of the drying drum. And when preset alarm information such as dryer failure, electric leakage, water leakage and the like is detected, a drying pause instruction can be generated. When an article adding instruction input by the user is detected, if the user wants to add a new article to be dried into the drying drum in the middle of the drying program, a drying pause instruction can also be generated. And under the condition that a drying pause instruction is detected, executing the step of closing the heating device, and judging whether the drying drum meets the unlocking condition. Under the condition that a drying cylinder is not in accordance with the unlocking condition, the operation of the drying fan and the condensing device is maintained, and until the drying cylinder is in accordance with the unlocking condition, a cylinder door of the drying cylinder is controlled to be switched from the locking state to the unlocking state. When the drum door of the drying drum is in an unlocked state, a user can open the drum door. When the drum door of the drying drum is in a locked state, a user cannot open the drum door.
