可收纳垃圾袋的垃圾桶 技术领域
本发明涉及日常生活用品领域,尤其涉及一种可收纳垃圾袋的垃圾桶 。
背景技术
垃圾桶是人们日常生活中不可缺少的用品之一。垃圾桶无处不见,方便人们随时随地将手上垃圾扔掉,保持环境的清洁。为了方便清理垃圾桶内的垃圾,通常垃圾桶内都放有垃圾袋以容纳垃圾,当垃圾装满时,将垃圾袋扎起取出,放入新的垃圾袋即可。
现有的垃圾桶和垃圾袋大多是分开放置的,人们更换垃圾袋时需要到存放垃圾袋的位置取垃圾袋;或者,人们经常会忘记垃圾袋的存放位置,导致需要花时间去寻找垃圾袋,使用麻烦。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种使用方便的可收纳垃圾袋的垃圾桶。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种可收纳垃圾袋的垃圾桶, 包括桶体,还包括设置在所述桶体侧壁上的垃圾袋容纳装置,所述垃圾袋容纳装置包括具有容纳仓和开口的壳体,所述壳体的开口位于所述壳体的侧壁和/或两端;垃圾袋经所述开口取放于所述容纳仓。
优选地,所述壳体的侧壁开设有与所述容纳仓连通的条缝。
优选地,所述垃圾袋容纳装置还包括可开合设置在所述壳体开口处的活动门。
优选地,该垃圾桶还包括设置在所述桶体侧壁上的安装座,所述壳体设置在所述安装座上。
优选地,所述安装座背向所述桶体侧壁的一侧上设有内凹腔,所述壳体通过与所述开口相邻或相对的一侧铰接在所述内凹腔一侧,并可转动开合到所述内凹腔内;所述开口随所述壳体闭合在所述内凹腔内而被所述内凹腔的侧面和/或底面遮盖。
优选地,所述壳体与所述内凹腔之间还设有定位结构;
所述定位结构包括设置在所述内凹腔边缘的定位凸起,以及设置在所述壳体与其铰接侧相对的另一侧的与所述定位凸起配合的卡位;或者,所述定位结构包括设置所述内凹腔边缘的卡位,以及设置在所述壳体与其铰接侧相对的另一侧的与所述卡位配合的定位凸起。
优选地,所述安装座包括设置在所述桶体侧壁上的基座、以及垂直连接在所述基座上端的顶壁,所述基座背向所述桶体侧壁的一侧形成有安装空间,所述壳体位于所述安装空间内并通过转轴与所述基座连接,所述壳体的开口通过所述壳体在所述安装空间内旋转而位于所述顶壁下方或远离所述顶壁。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1、2所示,本发明第一实施例的可收纳垃圾袋的垃圾桶, 包括桶体100以及设置在桶体100侧壁上的垃圾袋容纳装置10,该垃圾袋容纳装置10包括具有容纳仓111和开口112的壳体11,壳体11的开口112位于壳体11的侧壁,垃圾袋500经开口112取放于容纳仓111,从而将垃圾袋500与垃圾桶放置在一起,方便垃圾袋500的更换,使用方便。
如图2所示,壳体11以开口112背对桶体100侧壁而设置在其上,垃圾袋500可以平行桶体100的姿态通过开口112放进壳体11的容纳仓111内。且为了防止垃圾袋500自行掉出壳体11,垃圾袋容纳装置还包括可开合设置在壳体11开口112处的活动门12,活动门12可将容纳仓111遮盖。活动门12可以以铰接的方式连接在壳体11上,在活动门12盖合在开口112处时将该开口112封闭,也将垃圾袋500封闭在容纳仓111内。取放垃圾袋500时,打开活动门12即可。
在本实施例中,活动门12以一侧铰接在壳体11的开口112一侧。 为了令活动门12合上后不会自动打开, 活动门12的与其铰接侧相对的另一侧或上下相对两侧的至少一侧可设有定位凸起13,对应的开口112一侧或上下相对两侧的至少一侧设有卡位14,在活动门12盖合在开口112上后,通过定位凸起13配合在卡位14上,将活动门12定位在开口112处。另外,开口112的卡位14所在侧或相邻侧可设有凹位15,方便将活动门12从开口112处抠出打开。
如图1所示,壳体11的侧壁还开设有与容纳仓111连通的条缝113。当卷状的垃圾袋500放置在容纳仓111内,可通过该条缝113将最外圈的一垃圾袋500抽出进行使用,从而在更换桶体100内垃圾袋500时不需每次都打开活动门12取垃圾袋500,活动门12只需在垃圾袋500用完时更换新的卷状垃圾袋500时再打开。条缝113可设置在壳体11侧壁上任何位置,远离活动门12或者位于开口112处边缘,只要不影响活动门12闭合在壳体11的开口112上。可以理解地,条缝113的至少一侧壁还可设有凸出的锯齿,锯齿在条缝113上形成锯齿状边,方便抽出一垃圾袋500后撕下该垃圾袋500。具体地,在本实施例中,条缝113位于壳体11侧壁远离开口112的位置,从而在活动门12闭合或打开时不影响垃圾袋500的抽出。可以理解地,壳体11内可只放置一卷垃圾袋500供当前使用,用完再放置新的即可;如图3所示,壳体11内也可放置两卷或以上的垃圾袋500,一卷当前使用,其他的作为备用。另外,为了使两卷或以上的垃圾袋500有序地收容在壳体11内,可在壳体11的容纳仓111内设置隔板114,将容纳仓111隔成主容纳仓和备用容纳仓,分别用于收容垃圾袋500。
使用时, 将主容纳仓中的垃圾袋500的外端从条缝113处穿出外部,在需要更换垃圾袋时只需将垃圾袋500从条缝113处拉出来并撕下即可。当主容纳仓中的垃圾袋500用完后,可将备用容纳仓中的垃圾袋500移过来继续使用。
如图4、5所示,本发明第二实施例的可收纳垃圾袋的垃圾桶, 包括桶体100以及设置在桶体100侧壁上的垃圾袋容纳装置20,该垃圾袋容纳装置20包括具有容纳仓211和开口212的壳体21,壳体21的开口212位于壳体21的侧壁,垃圾袋500经开口212取放于容纳仓211,从而将垃圾袋500与垃圾桶放置在一起,方便垃圾袋500的更换,使用方便。
垃圾袋容纳装置20还包括可开合设置在壳体21开口212处的活动门22。活动门22可以以铰接的方式连接在壳体21上,在活动门22盖合在开口212处时将该开口212封闭,也将垃圾袋500封闭在容纳仓111内。壳体21的侧壁还开设有与容纳仓211连通的条缝213。
该实施例与上述第一实施例不同的在于: 条缝213设置在壳体21的开口212边缘。活动门22以一侧铰接在壳体21的开口212的与条缝213相对的一侧,壳体21的与其铰接侧相对的另一侧可设有定位凸起23,对应的开口212一侧(条缝213所在的一侧)设有卡位24,卡位24在壳体21上位于条缝213的外侧;在活动门22盖合在开口212上后,通过定位凸起23配合在卡位24上,将活动门22定位在开口212处。当然,该实施例中,活动门22也可以以一侧铰接在壳体21的开口212的与条缝213相同的一侧,不会影响条缝213的使用。
如图6、7所示,本发明第三实施例的可收纳垃圾袋的垃圾桶, 包括桶体100以及垃圾袋容纳装置30,垃圾袋容纳装置30包括具有容纳仓311和开口312的壳体31,壳体31的开口312位于壳体31的两端,垃圾袋500经开口312取放于容纳仓311,从而将垃圾袋500与垃圾桶放置在一起,方便垃圾袋500的更换,使用方便。
在本实施例中,该垃圾桶还包括安装座32,其设置在桶体100侧壁上,壳体31设置在安装座32上,从而壳体31通过安装座32设置在桶体100上。其中,壳体31的开口312位于其上端,并可从上端延伸至壳体31的朝向安装座32的侧壁上。安装座32背向桶体100侧壁的一侧上设有内凹腔321,壳体31通过与开口312相邻的一侧铰接在内凹腔321一侧,并可转动开合到内凹腔321内;开口312随壳体31闭合在内凹腔321内而被内凹腔321的侧面和/或底面遮盖,从而通过内凹腔321的侧面和/或底面将壳体31的开口闭合。
在本实施例中,壳体31可包括活动安装在内凹腔321开口处的托架以及托筒,托筒设置在托架朝向内凹腔321的一侧。托架上下端边缘处整体成型有凸柱, 安装座32 在对应凸柱位置处设有凹槽,凸柱安装在凹槽上形成活动门转动支撑机构。 如图7所示,壳体31与内凹腔321之间还设有定位结构。在本实施例中,定位结构包括设置在内凹腔321边缘的卡位34,以及设置在壳体31与其铰接侧相对的另一侧的与卡位33配合的定位凸起33;在壳体31转动到内凹腔321上后,通过定位凸起33配合在卡位34上,将壳体31定位在安装座32上。可以理解地,在其他实施例中,定位凸起33和卡位34的设置位置可以对调,即定位结构也可包括设置内凹腔321边缘的定位凸起33,以及设置在壳体31与其铰接侧相对的另一侧的与定位凸起33配合的卡位34。
另外,壳体31上还可开设有与容纳仓311连通的条缝(未图示),该条缝优选位于壳体31的与其铰接侧相对的另一侧,方便垃圾袋500通过该条缝并自内凹腔321的卡位34所在一侧抽出。内凹腔321的卡位34所在侧或相邻侧可设有凹位35,方便将壳体31从内凹腔321处抠出打开。
如图8、9所示,本发明第四实施例的 可收纳垃圾袋的 垃圾桶, 包括桶体100、垃圾袋容纳装置40以及安装座42,安装座42设置在桶体100侧壁上,垃圾袋容纳装置40包括具有容纳仓411和开口412的壳体41,壳体41的开口412位于壳体41的两端,壳体41设置在安装座42上,从而壳体41通过安装座42设置在桶体100上。垃圾袋500经开口412取放于容纳仓411,从而将垃圾袋500与垃圾桶放置在一起,方便垃圾袋500的更换,使用方便。
在本实施例中,壳体41为筒体结构。壳体41的开口412位于其上端,并可从上端延伸至壳体41的朝向安装座42的侧壁上;安装座42背向桶体100侧壁的一侧上设有内凹腔421,壳体41通过与开口412相对的一侧铰接在内凹腔421一侧,并可转动开合到内凹腔421内;开口412随壳体41闭合在内凹腔421内而被内凹腔421的侧面和/或底面遮盖,从而通过内凹腔421的侧面和/或底面将壳体的开口闭合。在其他实施例中,开口412也可位于壳体41的上下两端。如图9所示,壳体41与内凹腔421之间还设有定位结构。定位结构包括设置在内凹腔421边缘的卡位44,以及设置在壳体41与其铰接侧相对的另一侧(开口412所在的一侧)的与卡位44配合的定位凸起43;在壳体41转动到内凹腔421上后,通过定位凸起43配合在卡位44上,将壳体41定位在安装座42上。可以理解地,在其他实施例中,定位凸起43和卡位44的设置位置可以对调。
另外,壳体41的远离内凹腔421的侧壁上可设有凹位45,方便将壳体41从内凹腔421上拉出。
具体地, 壳体41可包括活动安装在内凹腔421开口处的托架以及托筒,托筒设置在托架朝向内凹腔421的一侧。托架上下端边缘处整体成型有凸柱, 安装座42 在对应凸柱位置处设有凹槽,凸柱安装在凹槽上形成活动门转动支撑机构。托架底部整体成型设有向下伸出的插块,内凹腔底部外侧设有插槽,插槽厚度大于插块厚度,托架与 安装座42 之间利用插块与插槽的连接部作支点形成斜向打开时的支撑状态(如图9所示)。
如图10、11所示,本发明第五实施例的可收纳垃圾袋的垃圾桶, 包括桶体100、垃圾袋容纳装置50以及安装座52,安装座52设置在桶体100侧壁上,垃圾袋容纳装置50包括具有容纳仓511和开口512的壳体51,壳体51的开口512位于壳体51的两端,壳体51设置在安装座52上,从而壳体51通过安装座52设置在桶体100上。垃圾袋500经开口512取放于容纳仓511,从而将垃圾袋500与垃圾桶放置在一起,方便垃圾袋500的更换,使用方便。
在本实施例中, 壳体51的开口512位于其上端;安装座52包括设置在桶体100侧壁上的基座521、以及垂直连接在基座521上端的顶壁522,基座521背向桶体100侧壁的一侧形成有安装空间,壳体51位于安装空间内并通过转轴与基座521连接,壳体51的开口512通过壳体51在安装空间内转动而位于顶壁522下方或远离顶壁522。如图10所示,安装空间为开放的空间,从而方便壳体51在其内360°转动。如图12所示,基座521和壳体51相对应的位置分别设有连接孔523、513,供转轴穿设其中。当然,转轴也可直接凸设在基座521或壳体51上,而对应的壳体52或基座521则设连接孔供该转轴穿设。作为一种选择性实施方式,壳体51上的连接孔513可为螺孔,采用螺杆代替转轴穿过连接孔523螺接在螺孔上,壳体51可 以该螺杆为轴心可贴着 基座521 进行平面转动。
进一步地,又如图12所示,安装座52和壳体51之间设有限制壳体51旋转角度的定位机构。定位机构包括弧形滑槽524,其设置在基座521背向桶体100侧壁的表面上;壳体51与基座521相对的侧壁上设有滑块514,滑块514沿所述滑槽524长度方向在一第一位置和一第二位置之间可来回移动地配合在滑槽524内。如图10所示,在第一位置,壳体51与基座521相平行,壳体51的开口512朝上并位于安装座52的顶壁522下方;如图11所示,在第二位置,壳体51相对基座521呈倾斜状态,壳体51的开口512斜向一侧而远离安装座52的顶壁522,偏离顶壁522的封堵。滑槽524的弧度对应壳体51的转动圆周,其长度以控制壳体51向一侧的转动角度为90°或以内为准设置;从而,通过滑槽524和滑块514的相互配合,限制壳体51在安装座52上的旋转角度,避免壳体51转动大于90°后开口倾向下方而导致收纳其中的垃圾袋500掉出。
滑块514可对应滑槽524的中部位置设置在壳体51上,从而壳体51在基座521上可向相对两侧转动;滑块514也可对应滑槽524的一端边缘设置在壳体51上,从而壳体51在基座521上只向一侧转动。
进一步地,为了令 壳体51自第二位置转动 复位至第一位置时稳定可靠,不自行松动, 基座521 表面可设置有凹位524, 壳体51 对应设有凸起515,当 壳体51 处于闭合状态(第一位置)时, 壳体51 上的凸起515卡嵌于 基座521 的凹位524处形成卡合定位。
上述第一实施例至第五实施例的垃圾桶中,垃圾袋容纳装置60可通过紧固件(如螺丝、螺栓等)连接、胶粘或卡扣配合等方式固定在桶体100上。
如图12-14所示,本发明第六实施例的可收纳垃圾袋的垃圾桶,包括桶体100以及设置在桶体100侧壁上的垃圾袋容纳装置60,该垃圾袋容纳装置60包括具有容纳仓611和开口612的壳体61,壳体61的开口612位于壳体61的一端,垃圾袋500经开口612取放于容纳仓611,从而将垃圾袋500与垃圾桶放置在一起,方便垃圾袋500的更换,使用方便。
在本实施例中,该垃圾桶还包括相配合的滑轨601与滑槽602。滑槽602设置在桶体100的侧壁上,滑轨601对应设置在壳体61的侧壁上,壳体61通过滑轨601沿滑槽602轴向插接在滑槽602内而固定在桶体100上。在其他实施例中,滑轨601也可设置在桶体100侧壁上,滑槽602对应设置在壳体61的侧壁上。滑轨601的截面形状可为T形、圆形、半圆形或多边形等形状,滑槽602对应滑轨601形状设置。为了增加垃圾桶的美观性,滑轨601所在的壳体61的侧壁还可设有围板611。围板611围绕在滑轨601外周,并可与桶体100侧壁配合,将滑轨601和滑槽602相互配合形成的结构覆盖。
其中,滑槽602可通过螺钉或粘胶固定在桶体100上;或者,在滑槽602上设挂钩,在桶体100的侧壁上卡孔,滑槽602通过卡扣配合在扣孔内而固定在桶体100上,拆装方便。本实施例的一实施方式中,壳体61呈筒状,且以开口612朝上设置在桶体100上;本实施例的其他实施方式中,壳体61的开口612也为位于其侧壁上。
垃圾袋容纳装置60还包括可开合设置在壳体61开口612处的活动门62。活动门62可以以铰接的方式连接在壳体61上,在活动门62盖合在开口612处时将该开口612封闭,也将垃圾袋500封闭在容纳仓611内。取放垃圾袋500时,打开活动门62即可。
上述第一至第六实施例中的垃圾桶,如图1、4、6、8、10及13所示,还可包括铰接在桶体100上的桶盖200。桶体100为上端开口的筒状体,开口形成桶体100的桶口,桶盖200可开合设置在桶体100的桶口处,通过桶盖200将桶体100的桶口闭合起来,防止其中垃圾的气味散发出来或桶体100倾倒时垃圾倾出。
该垃圾桶中,桶体100可为单层的筒状体或为双层桶体。如图16所示,该桶体100包括筒状的桶身101、内桶102和底座103,桶身101设置在底座103上,内桶102放置在桶身101中,用于收纳垃圾;桶盖200铰接在外桶101上,在将桶身101闭合的同时也将内桶102闭合;垃圾袋则套设在内桶102中。进一步地,桶体100还包括配合在内桶102的桶口上的紧固圈103,用于固定垃圾袋袋口,防止垃圾袋在内桶102中下榻而导致垃圾不能顺利地扔进垃圾袋中,从而保持垃圾桶的清洁。紧固圈103还可套设在内桶102和桶身101的桶口上,将内桶102和桶身101之间进行固定。 其中,垃圾袋500可根据其内桶102的尺寸而定制,使得垃圾袋500的打开尺寸与内桶102相适应,这样不仅节省了垃圾袋的材料成本,而且由于两者适配,没有多余的袋体裸露,使套上垃圾袋的垃圾桶的也更整齐、美观。
为了方便打开桶盖200,如图16所示,该垃圾桶还可包括桶盖开合机构,桶盖开合机构活动设置在桶体100底部的踏板300、以及将踏板300和桶盖200联动连接的联动组件400。下压踏板300时,通过联动组件400带动了桶盖200向上翻,从而将桶体100的桶口打开;撤销对踏板300的下压,桶盖200在与桶体100之间夹角小于90°的情况下可自行下翻,将桶体100的桶口关闭。该踏板300及联动组件400的设置可采用现有技术实现,在此不再详述。
如图2、4、6、8、10及图16所示,桶体100还可还包括设置在桶盖200和桶身101连接部的背盖104;垃圾袋容纳装置可设置在背盖104下方;联动组件400与桶盖200连接的一端可容纳在该背盖104与桶身101之间。 为了使得制造更方便,同时也为了维持垃圾桶整体的协调性,背盖104与壳体52 可 为整体成型结构。背盖51与壳体52可通过螺杆固定于桶身101外侧。
进一步地,背盖104的外侧设有弧形板状提手105,方便使用者通过该提手105提起垃圾桶。
上述第一实施例至第六实施例的垃圾桶中,桶体100为圆筒状。如图17所示,在其他实施例中,桶体100还可为多边形筒状,桶盖200对应桶体100的桶口形状设置。垃圾袋容纳装置可竖向也可横向设置在桶体100上。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种可收纳垃圾袋的垃圾桶 ,包括桶体,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述桶体侧壁上的垃圾袋容纳装置,所述垃圾袋容纳装置包括具有容纳仓和开口的壳体,所述壳体的开口位于所述壳体的侧壁和/或两端;垃圾袋经所述开口取放于所述容纳仓。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述壳体的侧壁开设有与所述容纳仓连通的条缝。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述垃圾袋容纳装置还包括可开合设置在所述壳体开口处的活动门。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的垃圾桶,其特征在于,该垃圾桶还包括设置在所述桶体侧壁上的安装座,所述壳体设置在所述安装座上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述安装座背向所述桶体侧壁的一侧上设有内凹腔,所述壳体通过与所述开口相邻或相对的一侧铰接在所述内凹腔一侧,并可转动开合到所述内凹腔内;所述开口随所述壳体闭合在所述内凹腔内而被所述内凹腔的侧面和/或底面遮盖。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述壳体与所述内凹腔之间还设有定位结构;
    所述定位结构包括设置在所述内凹腔边缘的定位凸起,以及设置在所述壳体与其铰接侧相对的另一侧的与所述定位凸起配合的卡位;或者,所述定位结构包括设置所述内凹腔边缘的卡位,以及设置在所述壳体与其铰接侧相对的另一侧的与所述卡位配合的定位凸起。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述安装座包括设置在所述桶体侧壁上的基座、以及垂直连接在所述基座上端的顶壁,所述基座背向所述桶体侧壁的一侧形成有安装空间,所述壳体位于所述安装空间内并通过转轴与所述基座连接,所述壳体的开口通过所述壳体在所述安装空间内旋转而位于所述顶壁下方或远离所述顶壁。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述安装座和所述壳体之间设有限制所述壳体旋转角度的定位机构;所述定位机构包括设置在所述基座背向所述桶体侧壁的表面上的弧形滑槽,所述壳体与所述基座相对的侧壁上设有滑块,所述滑块沿所述滑槽长度方向在一第一位置和一第二位置之间可来回移动地配合在所述滑槽内;
    在所述第一位置,所述壳体与所述基座相平行,所述壳体的开口朝上并位于所述安装座的顶壁下方;
    在所述第二位置,所述壳体相对所述基座呈倾斜状态,所述壳体的开口斜向一侧而远离所述安装座的顶壁。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的垃圾桶,其特征在于,该垃圾桶还包括相配合的插条与插槽;
    所述插槽设置在所述桶体的侧壁或所述壳体的侧壁上,所述插条对应设置在所述壳体的侧壁或所述桶体的侧壁上,所述壳体通过所述插条沿所述插槽轴向插接在所述插槽内而固定在所述桶体上。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的垃圾桶,其特征在于,该垃圾桶还包括铰接在所述桶体上的桶盖。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的垃圾桶,其特征在于,该垃圾桶还包括桶盖开合机构,所述桶盖开合机构包括活动设置在所述桶体底部的踏板、以及将所述踏板和所述桶盖联动连接的联动组件。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的垃圾桶 ,其特征在于,所述桶体包括筒状的桶身、内桶以及底座,所述桶身设置在底座上,所述内桶放置在所述桶身中;所述桶盖铰接在所述桶身上。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述桶体还包括配合在所述内桶的桶口上、用于固定垃圾袋袋口的紧固圈。
